Benny helped make our wedding day more than we could have ever imagined it to be. From his attentiveness to detail from when we booked him 4 months ago, to his ability to read the room, make quick necessary changes, and seamlessly ace our pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception (PARTYYYYY) music vibes two days ago - I cannot recommend him enough. He should honestly charge more for his level of skill and professionalism! -

Thank you, Benny for making our special day perfect! There are no words to adequately describe the experience of working with a consummate professional and maker of life long memories of your event like Benny Goodman of Goodman Entertainment.
My husband and I renewed our vows after 40 years of an unbelievably loving marriage. Since my husband is from Providence and is a musician, we had heard of Benny, his skills, and immediately contacted him.
Benny takes the time to get to know you and truly cares about the success of your event and ultimately the satisfaction of his clients and their guests. He understands how the music, entertainment and fun vibes impact every event.
Benny has the ability to make you feel very comfortable when communicating with him and especially at the event. His high energy and positive attitude and vibe make working with him like you are working with a family member that really cares.
When we entered the reception Benny played a song written by my husband called “Leaves”. It’s a beautiful instrumental song with a rock solo through the entire song. It’s what was played when I originally walked down the aisle 40 years ago. That in itself made our event for my husband and I. We never thought a DJ would allow us to play another musician’s unknown song, but in Benny’s usual positive style, he said “let’s do it”, with a huge smile on his face.
Then the reception. The music selections that Benny helped us chose were PERFECT and kept our guests dancing the night away. Our guests asked us where we found this awesome DJ that provided such great music and fun.
If you are looking for a DJ/Musician for your special event and are lucky enough to live in the areas where Benny provides his services, we highly recommend Benny! It will be one of the best decisions you have made in your lifetime and will clinch a successful and memorable event.

I can't say enough good things about Benny! From start to finish, Benny really put his best foot forward with making sure we had the best time and a smooth flow from start to finish. From planning the lineup for the ceremony to helping us with a live performance for our introduction, he nailed it all! Need assurances? He's got you! He answered every phone call and question with ease and thoughtfulness. If you want someone with great insight and attention to detail, he is your guy! My guests are STILL talking about the wedding and I have a feeling they will be for years to come. I know that my husband and I will! He understood the assignment and executed with purpose and integrity. Book this guy now and save yourself a ton of stress! -

It doesn't get any better with DJ Benny Goodman! Really!
There are tons of DJs in the universe but only one STELLAR DJ, and that's Benny Goodman!!
DJ Benny is second-to-none in my book when it comes to communications, setting expectations and execution of a wedding entertainment experience that you will never forget! Our son's wedding was amazing...and that's because DJ Benny delivered the ultimate wedding MC and DJ experience that only other DJs can only imagine...Benny is "da man!"
DJ Benny's superpower is simple, this guy knows how to "read the room" and creates the vibe to get everyone off their "asses and boogie"! From your teen attendees to your grandma in a wheelchair, Benny is sure to please!
Why? Benny is very meticulous in having consultations with his clients. I don't know of anyone that takes this approach as he gets into your mind to get to know you.
I can go on and on about this guy! But I'll stop here. As a highly busy business professional, the best compliment I can give Benny is to MAKE time and write this review for him. Benny, you ROCK, man!!

Stop your search because Benny NEEDS to be your DJ. Looking for a DJ was a little overwhelming... a photographer can show you their portfolio but you are really trusting that a DJ can do what they say they can. We had a cocktail style reception, meaning no seated dinner and mostly dancing. That really put the pressure on Benny and boy did he deliver.
Benny really made an effort to get to know us as a couple and learn about our taste in music. He felt the vibe of our guests and really played to the crowd, which meant the dance floor was always packed. Every DJ plays that one song that makes people leave the dance floor to grab a drink and hit the bathroom... not Benny. Non-stop killer music the entire time.
I'm so grateful we found Benny and Alicia, I honestly can say our wedding would've suffered without them! 5 stars aren't enough. -

We couldn't have chosen a better DJ for our wedding!! If I could give a million stars I would. We hired Benny for our DJ and the Speak EZ Duo to play during cocktail hour/dinner and everyone was AMAZING!! I had people coming up to me all night saying how awesome Benny was, even though I already knew from the size and energy of the crowd on the dancefloor all night. Benny was great at communicating and working with us during the entire process and helped us fine tune the outline of the reception to make it the BEST EVER! Benny really is your advocate for the day to make sure everything goes smooth without you having to worry about it on your big day! He brings the hype, which was so great having that energy to get our guests of all ages onto the dancefloor. Him and his assistant Alicia even took videos of the dancefloor after our photographer/videographer left which is so fun to have those late night dances to look back on. I really cannot say enough good things about Benny! I already want my friends to hire them for their wedding just so I can party with him again! -

Amazing time because of these two!!!
DJ Benny is the man!!! What can I say Benny and Alicia of Benny Goodman Entertainment was better than expected. We could not have asked for a better DJ or music at our wedding. Benny was very accommodating, easy to work with, and kept the dance floor packed all night. Everyone told us what a great time they had. We would highly recommend them for any event or wedding! -

Best service around he really knows his business and is passionate about making a great event even better. Not only does he play music, but can organize a band and perform well. Basically one stop shopping for entertainment at a event. I have seen him dj at many events and he reads the room perfect. Always a good time with DJ Benny Goodman and company. -

My wife and I made the decision to use Benny Goodman for our DJ/MC/Piano services for our special day and it was A HIT!!! We had Benny, who is an amazing pianist, play some selections for cocktail hour on the piano and it was beautiful, and the ambiance was perfect for our older and refined guests! After our vows his assistant Alicia sang a beautiful set of pop tunes and played acoustic guitar. When dinner was finished we had a killer dance party all night long and my friends said it was the best wedding of their lives! Benny and company are professional, courteous, super cool, attentive, and work with your specific desires to create the day of your dreams -

Simply amazing! Benny gave our wedding exactly the right feel. He was professional and easy to work with. Gave us great ideas and suggestions that elevated the level of fun and sophistication to the night! Benny is a fantastic DJ and a gifted musician. We had him play instruments for a cocktail hour, he and his group were fabulous! Benny made our evening extra special and fun! -

The ONLY DJ I will ever recommend!
Where do I begin!? I can honestly say that my wedding would not have been nearly as amazing as it was without Benny. He was professional, punctual and kept the dance floor PACKED the entire night. As a bride, I had fears that I would have an empty floor with no one busting any moves. Benny made sure that did NOT happen. In fact, he helped my husband's band set up a surprise set for me, had my 5 year old niece surprise me with a song (stealing the show might I add) as well as my dad and a close friend also getting on the mic! From the planning (which was an out of state wedding he traveled to) to the after party, Benny was there for it ALL. To this day we have guest 3 years later STILL talking about how amazing the wedding was. Every detail and song was so well thought out, I barely had time away from the dance floor! I am SO excited to say that he will be the DJ at my sister's wedding this year!! Benny is outstanding at what he does and will not disappoint. Don't let this one get away! -
