Go here and ask for Tara!

This review is for the Newtown Square location, specifically with their associate Tara. I bought my wedding band there after shopping with Tara. Benari itself has such a great selection of bridal but Tara made the process so painless. I have been to jewelry stores where I have felt some dishonesty happening and pushiness and there is absolutely none of that with Tara. I will continue to go to Tara for any of my jewelry needs in the future and I recommend that you do the same!

Truly unique and exquisite

Thank you Benari for working with my husband to make a custom engagement ring and wedding bands! Benari helped my fiancé and I every step of the way! From picking out the perfect ring, to setting my grandmother's diamond in it, I have been so happy with the quality and the service they provided. We will definitely be going back for out wedding bands!

Everyone at Benari is so genuinely nice and want to give you the absolute best. My fiancé was extremely impressed with the customer service while shopping for a ring, and so was I went to back to have my ring resized and cleaned. HIGHLY recommend to everyone!

Benari had a beautiful selection of rings! They asked what our price point was and showed us the most beautiful engagement rings! My fiancé still talks about the quality of service we recieved!

My fiancé and I were in last night to purchase our wedding bands with help from Mark Rothbardt – who is amazing! He was so incredibly helpful and we were – as usual – thrilled with our choices. Mark took his time and was so patient and explained the pros and cons of some of the initial picks as well as educating us on the various metals and styles. We love the excitement of working with Mark to find something awesome. My fiancé mentioned that “I know she values all of her jewelry, but especially those pieces that come in the yellow box from Benari!” We were talking last night about how we once thought it sounded slightly pretentious when someone would say they "have a jeweler", but now we get it. It's all about an environment that is friendly and where one feels comfortable to browse at a leisurely pace, all while knowing the staff is there to help find the perfect piece. That's exactly what Benari is, so thank you for being "our jeweler"!

We got my engagement ring at Benari Jewelers in Exton, Pa. Harold was our salesman and was wonderful! He was so professional and personal and made our whole experience smooth and easy. The consultants here have been so helpful, from the engagement ring to the wedding bands. Within moments of talking to my fiance, the consultant directed him to the perfect designer for my engagement ring. The same consultant was there almost every time we went into the store and treated us like family. We are so grateful to Benari for sharing in our excitement!

Rachel is extremely helpful, they have beautiful jewelry and my family has been going here for years for all their jewelry. Very educated staff and super friendly. Recommend this place more than any other jeweler!

We got my wedding ring to match my engagement ring. The engagement ring was a unique shape and we were given a great idea to how to match the ring to it. We trusted them fully and they completely gave us a great ring :)

Abby is the best - both my stunning engagement ring and our wedding bands are from Benari in Exton - a Tacori setting is a sure thing. I don't go a week without a compliment, often from strangers! Service is outstanding, and they have helped me with other requests, from resizing a very old ring that I wore as my Something Old at my wedding, and helping me find a bracelet for my new Mother in Law. Doesn't matter what I need, they are there.

Benari Jewelers is the place to go for any life event jewelry! My husband purchased my engagement ring from Rachel Benari and had a such a wonderful experience that we knew we had to go back for our wedding bands. Rachel helped us to pick out the perfect match that outshines other jewelry we've seen. The quality service and timeless pieces will keep us coming back for many years to come:)

We bought our rings at Benari Jewelers in Newtown Square, PA. My husband had a great experience when he went there for my engagement ring and then we both really liked the service and selection in the Newtown Square store when it came time to look for wedding bands. Everyone was very friendly! We'd definitely recommend Benari!

The service provided by Joel and Helen was fantastic! From the engagement ring to the wedding bands, they made the selection process very easy and relaxed. It was a lot of fun to learn about the difference in rings and how I was able to create a custom ring for my wife. The quality of the rings are great and the service is even better!

My husband & I got our wedding rings from Benari, as well as my engagement ring! We worked with Barry from the very beginning and he was a tremendous help! He always made sure that we were getting what WE liked and for the best price possible! I was the easy one, I knew which Tacori engagement ring I wanted for years and the band was the matching one. My husband on the other hand was not so easy. He had never really worn jewelry beforehand so it was a foreign thing for him. Barry was very patient with us and helped my husband to find the perfect ring for him!

We can't thank the Benari staff enough for our gorgeous wedding rings. From the beginning, Mark Rothbardt was very helpful as my husband picked out my engagement ring. He kept in touch with him throughout the process and we went back to pick out his ring.

Mark was also in on a little surprise for me, I wanted a second wedding band to complete the look of my ring and Mark "brought in a sample" (turns out it was my second ring) for me to try on. We decided it wasn't a good time to purchase the ring because we were financing our wedding, so we thanked him and said we would keep in touch.

On our wedding day, my husband surprised me after our ceremony with the second ring, the one I thought was a sample! Thank you Mark and the rest of the Benari staff for all of your help. You have two new loyal customers!!!

We purchased our rings from Benari Jewelers on west chester pike and Tara was our sales Representative!! Tara is the best!! Tara helped my Husband when picking out my Amazing engagement ring and also helped us with our wedding bands!! I love my rings. My wedding band isnt the exact match for my engagement ring because I wasn't to fond of the matching ring, Tara helped me find a band that truly complimented my engagement ringing making it even more amazing!! Tara was very knowledgeable on the various types of metals, sizing as well as stones. My experience at Benari was absolutely amazing! I can not wait to make another purchase from them!

My experience at Benari was terrific! I was back and forth multiple times while searching for an engagement ring. Bob (at the Newtown Square location) was so helpful, friendly, and professional! Bob educated me on everything there is to know about diamonds and guided me through the process until we found the perfect ring. I brought my wife with me to the shop the next couple of times for the ring re-sizing & to shop for our wedding bands. Bob helped us get the perfect wedding bands also! Bob & Rachel even set us up with a real estate agent who they recommended to help us with finding our first house! Terrific service & products! Thank you to Bob & Rachel!

We loved working with Rachel Benari, she was so personable and passionate. You could tell she believed in love and in our love because she personally took care of us. We visited many jewelers but Rachel took her time and worked with us. She provided us with the most beautiful engagement ring and our experience with Benari set the tone for our entire engagement and wedding planning process. Each vendor that we engaged with afterward had to meet up to the standards of service that Rachel provided us.

My husband bought my engagement ring here and we bought our wedding bands here as well. It's a great experience any time we walk into the store. They were able to help with my husband's special request for my engagement ring and when an incorrect size was sent for my husband's wedding band, they fixed it so quick. We were very happy with the process and would buy other jewelry from them.

Benari is an excellent jeweler! They will take custom requests, they do free cleanings anytime you stop in the store, and they go to great lengths to make sure you are completely satisfied with their products (they will fix all the issues they can). Their salespeople are very friendly and eager to help.

They also offer great values - I found that they give you a great deal for a great price. They also have the widest selection of engagement & wedding rings I've ever seen.

My husband purchased my engagement ring there (a Tacori ring), and we bought our wedding bands there as well (and had them engraved). We have been completely happy with our purchases!

My finance and I have been very pleased with Benari of Exton. We purchased our wedding bands there. They have a tremendous seletion and knowledgable staff.

We bought our bands and a Tag Heuer watch from this jeweler prior to the wedding and they were very professional and easy to work with. Our sales representative was Joel Cohen and he was very professional, responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this vendor!

AMAZING! When my (now) Husband was shopping for rings he could not find anything he liked (he's very picky). At the time he lived in Media and decided to visit the store to see what they could do about designing one. Rachel worked very closely with him to create the perfect ring. She was so great we went back to her for our wedding rings and the bridesmaids' jewelry even though we had moved down to VA! Rachel and the entire Leon Benari staff were unbelievably wonderful and we thank them for a wonderful experience. We will definately be returning and referring others to them!

My engagement ring came from Benari jewelers in Newtown Square. We haven't purchased our wedding bands yet, so I would not have had any contact with them except for the fact that we went there on a whim one day to get my ring cleaned. I met the salesperson who helped my fiance, and she was wonderful. She put my ring in the microscope to allow me to see the unique number engraved on the diamond. It was a great experience and I can't wait to get our bands from Benari!

We only purchased the grooms ring and grooms gift at this jeweler. We worked with Joel. He gave us the attention we needed and helped us out by waiting to purchase during their sale in June. The ring came in quickly and the staff were very helpful when I came in the pick up the pieces I purchased.

At first, our experience with Benari Jewelers was very rocky. However, once the VP, Ron, and owner, Jacob, found out all that we went through, they went above and beyond compensating us for the mishaps. Ron was very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues that we had.
