Ben is a talented musician and true professional. He was very flexible and one of our most responsive vendors which made my life a lot easier (while planning long distance). We received tons of compliments from our guests on the music for our beach ceremony and hotel cocktail hour. He even managed to snap a few pictures just after our ceremony and texted them to me so I was able to see them before the reception. I would absolutely recommend Ben Pila!

Ben is a consumate musician, and has a gentle and friendly presence. He set the tone of the wedding and reception with classic elegance and made our entire affair richer. Our guests, many on them musicians themselves and one a classical guitarist, are still commenting at his talent. We were very fortunate to have found him.

Incredibly talented!!

Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with. While researching guitarist in the Tampa Bay area, my mom and I stumbled across Ben & his work. After listening to him play Bohemian Rhapsody, I knew in that moment that we had to have him play at our wedding. Ben took care of our ceremony music and played during dinner at our reception; traveling ~30 minutes to play at the reception. Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive and kind in all of his responses. He provided us with a list of songs he can play, and we highlighted those that we wanted played at the Church and those we wanted played during dinner. Our guests LOVED him and couldn't stop talking about how talented he is. I would highly recommended hiring Ben. Not only is he extremely talented, but he was reliable, professional, and easy to work with! Thank you for helping us make our Big Day special!

Ben was better than we hoped for, he is excellent at what he does. He played our 3 hour reception and our ceremony, doing a fantastic job at each. He had a great selection of music that our friends loved, we had nothing but great feedback about the music. I was a bit nervous about not having a dance floor but am so happy we had Ben play. It created the perfect atmosphere for our reception and it wouldn't have been the same without him.

Ben was amazing! We received many compliments on Ben. Our event was a black tie fundraising event for over 350 people. He is a true talent and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend Ben Pila highly enough. He was punctual, professional, and genuinely committed to helping my wedding day be everything I'd ever dreamed it could be. In our early conversations, I mentioned how much I love the song "Time to Say Goodbye," (which, despite what its title suggests, is about two people in love embarking on new adventures together). Having only heard the song performed by orchestras and vocalists, I assumed it would be impossible to translate for solo classical guitar. A few weeks after that conversation, Ben emailed me an arrangement of the song he'd personally made for my wedding. It was absolutely beautiful, as was the fact that Ben had put in the time, effort, and thought to make "Time to Say Goodbye" possible for my big day. Thank you, Ben!

From the first time I spoke with Ben until after the event it was nothing but a pleasure to work with him. We had a small wedding reception for our daughter and son-in-law and wanted guitar music. When I read Ben's profile I knew he was the one we wanted. He is extremely professional but also very personable and so easy to work with. He is a master of the guitar and his creativity is expressed through the variety of music he plays. He is talent extraordinaire!!! Our guests RAVED about his performance and we will always have Ben play at any future events we have. Thank you Ben, you are awesome.

Ben was amazing! Before I hired him, he emailed me some of his tracks and as soon as I heard them, I knew I wanted him to play for our wedding. I told him what types of music we like and even requested a specific song for him to play so when I walked down the aisle to "our" song. He was amazing and very professional throughout the whole process. I will definitely think of him when we have another event!

Ben is an extremely talented individual. We had the pleasure of working with him for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. My husband and I are both very indecisive and Ben walked us through every piece he thought he should play during his time with us. We just let him do his thing and us and our guests were beyond amazed by the outcome. His musical talent was a great addition to our wedding and gave it that special unique touch we were looking for. We will absolutely use Ben for future events.

If you want a truly classy and elegant ceremony, he will set the tone! Music is outstanding and his choices are perfect! Ben was so easy to work with and helped so much with music selection. My guests commented on how good he was and how they loved his choices for the reception music.

Ben was great! Would highly recommend him. Super nice guy, super talented, and very professional. Also very accommodating and laid back. We requested a few specific songs to be played during the ceremony and he had no problem accommodating us and arranging them...and arranged them beautifully! And everything else he played was perfect. Thanks Ben!

Ideal wedding sounds

I'm so glad Ben was able to play both our ceremony and cocktail hour. He made it easy to plan before the big day, and on the day of truly provided the perfect sounds for our guests and us. The ceremony was made even more beautiful by his talents. His ability to play multiple styles was also a huge asset as we wanted a tango and flamenco heavy cocktail hour. I wouldn't hesitate to call Ben for a social or business event in the future.

Perfect soundtrack to the best day!

We contacted a number of musicians last minute & eventho Ben was the most highly ranked and w/ the most impressive resume, he actually responded the quickest and was available! He’s slightly more expensive than some other musicians but if you hire a single musician it’s really easy for them to sound cheesy or cookie-cutter (this is coming from a classically-trained musician who has played many weddings). So I opted to go for Ben since we were putting all our music eggs in one basket & I couldn’t be happier I chose him. He was super communicative prior to the wedding & actually learned a couple pieces I specifically requested. He truly made the perfect soundtrack to the most memorable day of our lives.

Ben was, no question, one of the best decisions my husband and I made in our wedding planning. He was the easiest vendor to work with...always responsive, accommodating, and professional. On the morning of my wedding, I was worried about so many things. Would it rain? Would my makeup and hair throw off the schedule? Would the florist remember the last-minute change to our reception centerpieces? The one thing I didn't worry about for a second: the ceremony music. Just as I knew he would, Ben arrived on time, masterfully performed the pieces we had selected, and set the perfect mood for the occasion. I wholeheartedly recommend Ben Pila.
