I can’t say enough good things about Bells & Whistles and their entire team!
We spoke with a few wedding photographers leading up to our wedding but Chris at Bells & Whistles made our choice easy. Chris is a super nice guy, and he is extremely easy to work with. He is also very knowledgeable, took his time to explain the entire process to us and we had several calls with him before making our final decisions.
Leading up to our wedding we had several more calls to discuss the timeline and the day off activities. During our calls I explained that we wanted a specific photographer based on their photos online, and we submitted 20-25 different shots of other couples from the same venue that we really liked. We had specific locations and scenery at our wedding venue that we wanted to capture, and no request was too much, and Chris assigned the specific photographer right away. Everything was just so easy and that’s exactly what you want leading up to your wedding.
During our wedding everything went amazing and we were so happy with the entire team (photographer German and videographer Anthony)! I’m not a big photo person but they made me feel so comfortable and the pictures came out absolutely stunning. All the pictures are so natural and they truly managed to capture all of our special moments and beyond. The “poses” they suggested were never too much and the team gently guided us without making us stiff or unnatural.
The editing of the photos was quick and they were delivered before the deadline. Chris also went above and beyond when we requested some additional photos, and a few additional edits. He also worked some amazing “photo editing magic” with a specific image that we loved but wanted the dress bustler removed (the image was originally a “test image” but came out so beautiful that I wanted to keep it).
The wedding video came out absolutely stunning and brought tears to our eyes. It’s extremely professionally made and edited in such a beautiful way. All of our most precious moments were captured via audio and film and so talentedly put together. It was beyond expectations!
We would give Bells & Whistles more than 5 stars if we could, and we would absolutely hire them again!! This team is absolutely world-class. -

Amazing experience!
We had such an incredible experience with Chris and his entire photography/videography team. From the very beginning, Chris was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and truly cared about making sure everything was the right fit for us. When our first photographer for our engagement session didn’t quite match our vibe, he went above and beyond to find someone who did—and it ended up being absolutely perfect.
On our wedding day, Tony and Anthony were amazing. They made us feel so comfortable and natural in front of the camera, which is exactly what we wanted. Nothing ever felt forced, and they captured the day in such a genuine, effortless way.
The photos and videos came out absolutely gorgeous—better than we could have imagined. They also accommodated a last-minute request to extend coverage by 30 minutes, which meant so much and ensured we didn’t miss a single moment.
We are so grateful for their talent, professionalism, and the way they truly cared about capturing our day. We couldn’t recommend them more. -

Juan from Bells & Whistles did the content creation for our wedding, and he was fantastic. He had an impeccable vibe and a huge smile on his face the entire day.
We knew we didn't want a long-form video but weren't sure how content creation worked and let me tell you...this is the way to go!
Just to run down the list of how amazing our experience was:
1. Juan captured every single moment that mattered. He worked in lockstep with our photographer to create content that was super consistent with our photos and vision.
2. Juan sent a reel and 3 minute long video within 48 hours of the wedding...we were floored. It was such a happy surprise that we got to share it with our loved ones so soon!
3. We didn't know what song to use for the videos, and honestly got so caught up in the experience that we forgot to decide. Juan used our wedding song, without any prompting from our planner or us, and we are so THRILLED that he did. Hearing it play over our memories made us cry....alot.

I honestly cannot even begin to express my gratitude for Bells & Whistle and their amazing work on capturing some of my most special moments. I had the pleasure of working with them for the first time when doing my sunrise engagement pictures on the beach. I had provided a detailed list of all my desired poses and they managed to not only capture all of those images, but also go above and beyond my vision. I also love the fact that the owner, Chris Frochaux, is so easy to communicate with and always provided a quick response to any questions and/or concerns of mine. In my opinion, this company additionally provides a reasonable price point and for the quality they deliver, their price is worth every penny! With my wonderful first experience with their photography, it was a no brainer to partner with them again for my (now) husband & I’s wedding day. We couldn’t have asked for a better videography team than Bells & Whistles for our wedding! From the very first interaction with Chris, we knew we were in great hands. He took the time to understand our vision, listened to our ideas, and made the entire process seamless.
On the big day, Nunzio and Armando were an absolute joy to work with! Their attention to detail was incredible—they guided my husband and me through poses that would look amazing on camera while also making adjustments when needed. As someone who appreciates the little details, I was beyond grateful for their expertise and keen eye.
When we received our wedding films (both the short and long versions), we were blown away! The editing was flawless, and even the longer video maintained a cinematic quality that captured every special moment beautifully. Chris and his team have been absolutely phenomenal to work with. We had them do our engagement shoot and the wedding. His team was beyond professional and friendly and so kind. There is so much going on the day of your wedding and they just got us from point a to point be flawlessly. Most importantly though his work is amazing!!!! I was looking for a lighter more ethereal style for my wedding photos and his style and artistry is just perfect. Photos were sent over in under the promised time as was both the highlight video and full wedding video. I can’t recommend bell and whistles enough!!!! Right from the start Chris had been such a pleasure to work with, and we knew our wedding photos would be great after an amazing engagement photoshoot with German. Everything was captured so perfectly and we're so glad to have had them at our wedding! Chris, German, and the team were truly the best to work with, and we are so thankful for all their hard work in providing us memories to last a lifetime. My grandfather passed away shortly after my wedding, and I feel so blessed that we have such beautiful family photos and photos dancing with him from the wedding, thanks to Bells & Whistles - truly priceless. -

If you are looking for a photography and videography team that will produce beautiful, timeless photos and simply do a phenomenal job, look no further than Bells & Whistles. Our wedding photos are absolutely stunning and we are in love with them! German and Tony were our two photographers, and they did an excellent job. They knew exactly what to do, worked efficiently, and made sure we got the photos we wanted. The turnaround time for receiving our photos was quick, but the quality of the photos were not impacted. We have received so many compliments from guests (and non-guests!) on our wedding photos. The B&W team did an amazing job capturing our favorite moments, the beauty of our venue, the beauty of our love, and the beauty of our wedding as a whole. We used them for videography as well and Camilo was our videographer. The highlight film and the full-length film were both stunning and we are absolutely in love with them as well! We have enjoyed sharing the videos and photos with our friends and family and we will enjoy them for decades to come as well. B&W's communication was excellent throughout the planning process and their professionalism was wonderful as well. We can't thank the B&W team enough for everything, we will cherish these memories for life! -

Our venue (The Addison), DJ (Avinu), and the photographer team (German and Travis) all worked together seamlessly to make the day perfect and keep everything on time. We recently had the pleasure of working with the incredible team from Bells and Whistles and we are beyond thrilled with our experience. German, Anthony, Amy, Cassie, and Santiago were simply phenomenal!
They went above and beyond to capture every special moment, and we felt as if they were celebrating alongside us. They were so friendly and fun, and really helped make our night feel special.
Chris was also a rock star, answering all my questions quickly and making the whole planning process way easier for us.
And we have to mention the Photo Booth! Cassie set it up perfectly with hilarious props, and we got some of the funniest, most unforgettable pictures from it.

If I could give 10/5 stars for this company I would. My Husband and I just watched our 6 minute highlight reel and couldn’t stop screaming the whole time… we had to rewatch it to really take it all in. Our video team, Anthony and Yezid, perfectly captured our special day. From the way the video transitions to the actual moments it captured, we could not have asked for a batter video and memory recap that we will cherish forever. 100/10 recommend using Bells and Whistles for your next event!!! The team was inviting and present the whole day, they put a smile on everyone’s face and were extremely pleasant to work with. This is the 2nd time we hire CHRIS, owner of Bells & Whistles Photography + Videography, and his team. The 1st time for my daughter's wedding (videography), this time for my son's wedding (both photography + videography). We are so lucky they were available. CHRIS is my favorite vendor from all the selective group of vendors we hired for both weddings.
We knew the video & photos were going to be incredible! We knew CHRIS was going to do a superb job with editing, and making any last changes if necessary.
But, everything did not go well the day of the wedding. Our family was late, so ceremony started an hour later, and the museum where we had plan to take some magnificent photos, did not let us in. I made the mistake of assuming there was not going to be an issue.
Our Super Heroes, CHRIS and team turned what seemed to be a disaster, into the best thing that could had happen. CHRIS arranged for another session with the team to make up not only for the hour we missed, but also to shoot in another museum, Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM). PAMM is actually my son and his wife favorite museum.
GERMAN was our photographer, ANTHONY was our videographer and JUAN assisted the team. This Fantastic 4 team, CHRIS included, are so talented, detailed oriented, delightful and passionate. I saw true creative artists at work, they took their time, were so patient, were always smiling, ensure every shot was perfect, fixed the bride's wedding dress and veil with so much care, and even help us to put the boutienneires for the groom and others. For my daughter's wedding we had ANTHONY, DUSTIN and JUAN.
I said earlier that CHRIS is my favorite vendor, well he has superb customer service and listening & communication skills, he treats you with utmost respect and gets you. He will go the extra smile to ensure you get what you expect and more. He is an amazing leader and his team spoke very highly of him.
I gave CHRIS and the team 5 star review (Maximum Score) again! Just check his reviews, perfect rating, beautiful reviews and many, many satisfied and happy clients!

From the start Bells & Whistles were on top of it!! The moment I saw their work, I was like yes, this is the team I want to capture my day!! I found them by going to my venues tagged photos and fell in love with the photos! Once I reached out, I got a response pretty quickly and the rest was history! Chris was very responsive with questions I had throughout my wedding preparation. They want to make sure that they capture and know what you're looking for! I had to change my timeline and they were very understanding and helpful with what I wanted.

Sarah was very professional, patient and caring while taking my grandson's pictures...not only she took her time photographing our grandson but also took the time to put baby Oliver to sleep so that she can deliver her expertise. The Bells and Whistles team did a phenomenal job at our wedding. From the moment Tony (photo) and Camilo (video) walked into our hotel room to get the pre-wedding photos, they had the vibes. Prior to booking them, B&W provided me with full galleries and 5- minute highlight videos of previous weddings they captured at the same venue. This was nice b/c I got to see what I was paying for… and the best part is, they’re really good at capturing beautiful footage in natural and indoor lighting, as well as on all skin complications.
They were very prepared, and had lots of fun while shooting the footage. They were also very professional and placed me in the exact position when needed. They were on time, followed the wedding timeline, and did not rush when placing us. They captured all the perfect moments, despite the rain that poured down just after our ceremony. I highly recommended B&W. You won’t be disappointed!! -

We had such an amazing experience with Bells & Whistles who we hired for our wedding. Everything from booking them to the final product was such a positive experience - they were so professional and accommodating! The process was so organized and their online portal was easy to use. Our videographers were Ricardo and Armando and their personalities were so fun and energetic! We also loved that they would share their work with us when they were excited about an amazing shot they got :) we knew we wanted to capture family which we were able to discuss before and they did a great job doing that. On a windy day, they even managed to get an awesome drone shot! We cannot stop watching our videos which were so well put together and will be something we will have to treasure forever thanks to Bells & Whistles! -

Although I don't have the finished product just yet, I'm confident that Bells & Whistles captured so many breathtaking moments and scenes from my wedding. Chris and Sarah study the timeline of your day and ensure their photographers are ready at every moment. Specifically at the venue the Addison they know the best areas, angles, lighting, etc. The team is always watching throughout the reception as well to capture unique, fun, or beautiful moments of your night (especially on the dance floor!)
Update: We received the photos AND videos, and they are perfect! Had to come back to confirm my words that this company gives you 100%. Every penny well spent. -

Choosing Bells and Whistles for both our wedding photography and Videography was one of our best choices in the planning process. From the very beginning I let Chris know how important pictures/videos were to me, as it’s really all you have left once the special day is over, and he and entire team completely understood, and overdelivered. Throughout the whole process Chris was in constant communication with me, was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. He always did everything he could to help, and to make me feel comfortable. On our wedding day we had the pleasure of working with Tony and team, and it was beyond perfect. They captured every moment I wanted and then some. They completely understood our vision, and went above and beyond to make it happen. We felt very comfortable with the entire team, and were able to get genuine and heartfelt moments that sometimes can feel awkward on camera. I have looked back countless times at our photos and videos and am just so grateful to them for the beautiful memories we get to cherish forever. I couldn’t recommend them enough. -

Bells & Whistles were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their job is to capture once in a lifetime moments between you and your bride/groom, and wow do they know how to capture the perfect moments! They made us feel so comfortable while taking lovey dovey pictures that can sometimes feel awkward, they did such a great job telling us how to pose, and they functioned really well with my crazy big family! They are so extremely kind and so professional. I had the pleasure of working with German and Anthony, definitely recommend them. They even adapted to things that changed in the moment, they are so flexible and reliable. The photos and videos were sent over very quick after the wedding, they were so timely and efficient on getting that sent to us. I definitely recommend them, and I would 100% work with them again. What a truly AMAZING experience start to finish. We cannot recommend Bells and Whistles enough. Since my very first inquiry, Chris has been consistently responsive, patient, and assuring that he and his team would execute our vision perfectly. And they absolutely did! We had a destination wedding in the Bahamas and Chris, Travis, and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure everything was all set logistically. They created timelines, and were well structured which is something I really appreciated. But now for the important part- the wedding!!! Not only are Chris, Travis, and Anthony beyond professional and talented, but they are also FUN! Being someone who doesn’t love taking photos, they made everything feel relaxed and natural. There was nothing forced about it. Both of our family and friends commented on how amazing our photographers / videographers were - they were so pleasant and kind and truly captured all of the emotions of our day. They delivered our photos so quickly and did a stunning job. We could not have been more pleased with our decision to choose Bells and Whistles. Picking a photographer and videographer for our wedding was one of the most important decisions we had to make in the planning process of our wedding. After months of countless calls and research with possible companies, we decided on Bells & Whistles and are so happy we did!! Their customer service was great and very responsive, we loved their photo and video style, and the price was very reasonable, so it was a perfect match. We had our sunrise engagement shoot with German and we were so happy with how it came out so we knew we had made a great choice. Our team on our wedding day was amazing: German, Amy, Oliver, and Joe. They guided us seamlessly through the different poses and made us feel very comfortable throughout the day. They did a great job capturing our perfect day and were awesome people to have around us on our wedding day. Chris (owner) was very accommodating throughout the entire process from day 1 of contacting them to post wedding. We had to change our date 2 months before the wedding due to family health issues and he made the date change so easy and made sure we still had the same team we had been promised on our wedding day. Having this support was invaluable. We are so happy we chose Bells & Whistles and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the best photographers and videographers in the Miami area! -

Working with Chris was wonderful- communication was on point and was he was great about following up periodically until it was time for our session. German was our photographer and shot our engagement session on Miami Beach. A hurricane was moving through the west coast of FL, so it ended up storming the evening of our planned session. Chris and German were super flexible and luckily we were able to do a sunrise session the next morning. The photos turned out amazing!! Both Chris and German were very professional, courteous, and made sure my fiance and I were informed about everything we needed to know. German made my finace and I feel comfortable in front of the camera- especially my fiance who isn't super comfortable taking professional photos. I can't thank them enough for such a wonderful experience, and would 100% recommend if you're looking for a photographer in the Miami area! -

So Amazing!
I can’t say enough great things about Bells & Whistles, and especially Chris/Tony/Oliver! Chris was so responsive to my questions, and proactively reached out to me which helped me stay on track as we got closer to the day. Tony (photographer) & Oliver (videographer) were such a great team - my husband and I aren’t super comfortable in front of a camera, but they made us feel relaxed and we even had fun! We got all of the posed shots we wanted, plus so many candids that truly captured the joy and love we felt. Our wedding video is so beautiful, we played the short version at our home reception and had so many compliments. Our photos/videos were delivered on time and were so gorgeous! One of the reasons I chose Bells&Whistles was for how vibrant and lifelike the colors are in their online portfolio - and they definitely delivered on that! The first thing people say after I share some pictures with them has consistently been “Wow! These look like they’re out of a magazine!” The only issue I’ve had is that we love so many photos, I STILL haven’t been able to pick my favorites for wall prints and our wedding album 5 months later!
If you’re on the fence, don’t be - book Bells&Whistles, and definitely see if Tony & Oliver are available! -

Fantastic service! Can’t say enough about Bells & Whistles, Photography + Videography, owner Chris Frochaux. Chris’ staff were on-point, friendly, and professional. Hundreds of wonderful pictures taken and beautiful video (all taken by Chris’ invisible ‘ninja’ photographers who you DON’T see and DON’T get in way but are there nonetheless!!) My daughter’s wedding photos were ready for viewing on-line within a few weeks. Chris and his staff were a pleasure to work with. Just tell the staff/photographers on site to take a specific photo and they will, no questions asked! Any request for touch-ups, color variation, etc. on final pictures, Chris was very accommodating and attended to it right away. I also hired out his photo booth for the evening and guests loved it! Chris even gave my daughter a ‘free’ album for the photo booth pictures, a very nice touch! My daughter, my wife and I are very happy with the service provided by Bells & Whistles and would HIGHLY suggest them anyone looking for an affordable, professional picture and video package for their ‘special event.’ The Betancourts, Kendall. From our first communication with Chris, Bells and Whistles was extremely professional and attentive. Leading up to our wedding Chris made the process effortless and we instantly knew we were in good hands. Our photographer, German, was AMAZING!!! I usually dread taking pictures, but German made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and guided us through the poses. His attention to detail, creativity, and passion for his craft showed through in every shot he captured. His ability to blend seamlessly into the background, while capturing the essence and emotion of our special day, was truly remarkable. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to trust with our memories. Not to mention the quick turnaround. We received our photographs a week after our wedding. We are so glad we chose Bells & Whistles as our videography team. Chris was phenomenal and answered all our questions showing extreme patience and understanding of our needs. On the day of our wedding, we had the privilege of working with Anthony and his team. From the time the team arrived at the hotel, they were extremely professional and charismatic. They worked so well alongside our photography team. It was such a pleasure to see the two teams work together, and while it was their first time meeting, it seemed as though they had worked with one another for years. Anthony and team provided wonderful guidance and direction to ensure that they obtained the best footage.
We got married at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens which is a very large property to navigate. Anthony and the team handled it extremely well. They knew all the spots to obtain great footage and prior to the wedding we didn’t give the team a shot list or any guidance as to the moments we wanted captured. We completely put our video production in the hands of the team and we are so glad we did. When we received the video content, we were amazed. The quality was top-tier. The highlight video was so amazing, and contained such great content we were able to split it into two separate videos to post on social media.
I can’t stress enough how great it was to work with such a fun, dedicated and professional team. Highly recommend! -

If you're looking for a wedding photographer or videographer, look no further than Bells and Whistles! The wedding planning process can be extremely stressful but Chris and his team were the least of our worries.
From the beginning, Chris was very responsive, detail oriented, and accommodating to our many requests (like tunnel fit pics for the groomsmen). We were impressed with his professionalism and passion about his work which made us feel very comfortable with booking Bells and Whistles to capture our special weekend.
Armando (photographer) captured moments from our rehearsal dinner and welcome party. He did an amazing job of capturing all of the emotions in the room during an unforgettable night as well as the excitement from the party.
German (photographer) and Camilo (videographer) captured our wedding day and did an absolutely amazing job. Both individuals are very professional, charismatic, and know exactly how to capture the perfect picture. My wife and I both cried after seeing the photos and video that was created for our wedding. They truly helped us to relive those moments and will continue to do so for many years.
I would recommend Bells and Whistles to anyone looking for a wedding photographer/videographer. They are the absolute best in Miami! -

Bells & Whistles went above and beyond to capture my wedding exactly how I wanted it. I hired them for videography for a 3-day wedding. (2 days Pakistani and 1 day American) Although, Oliver wasn't familiar with the Pakistani culture, he listened to everything I wanted and captured it all so beautifully. Chris who does the editing of the videos made sure they were exactly how I wanted it, he had to re-edit some of the footage to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the result. I 100% recommend Bells & Whistles. -

Bells & Whistles were a recommendation from a friend and we couldn’t have been happier with having them be a part our big day! Chris was so communicative with me and my wedding planner throughout the whole planning process! The photography team of German & Sebastian and the videography team of Chris & Anthony captured little moments and our whole day perfectly! The day really does fly by and I am so glad we were able to see our day from everyone’s perspective! They made both my husband and I make us feel so comfortable and hyped us up when we needed it! Bells and Whistles gave us a gift we will cherish forever! They were everywhere they needed to be , fully prepared, and full of enthusiasm. I never had to chase them down or worry if they got the shot. This crew was so professional and so kind! The pricing was reasonable and worth every penny. Leading up to the wedding they met with us to cover details of what we wanted captured and that's what they stuck to. The video quality as the sun began to set remained crisp and bright all the way through the night! I just can't rave about this team enough. They'd also filmed at our venue before and were well versed in creating moments in various corners of the Miami Beach Botanical Gardens. I'm beyond happy with their services and hope they have continued success!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Searching for a photographer and videographer can be overwhelming when planning your wedding. Chris and his team made the process so incredibly easy. We were instantly drawn to their social media and loved their work. We also loved the fact that B&W has worked with our wedding venue a TON and it showed on wedding day. German and Anthony jumped right into action on our wedding day and were so fun to work with! Our photos were gorgeous and we got them so quickly!
