  Amazing hair and makeup!

  Highly Recommend

  Carol was absolutely perfect! She did a wonderful job and I highly recommended her. We got married in Yosemite and Carol did hair and makeup for myself, my two bridesmaids, my Mother, and my Mother-in-law. She took all of our ideas and preferences into consideration and made all of us look and feel our best!

  I recently was married in Yosemite and Carol from Bellissimo was referred by my wedding planner (AddyRose) for hair and make-up. Carol not only did an amazing job on me but she did as well on my bridesmaids and my soon to be mother-n-law! Carol was able to work her beauty magic on me the morning of my wedding!! When I rolled in a half an hour late the morning of I was not feeling well at all!! I was amazed at the transformation and apparently so was everyone else!! For the first time ever, I can honestly say I felt beautiful and I owe a big thanks to Carol for that!!

  I am a mountain girl who doesn't do much with my hair and makeup but what Carol did to me on my wedding day was absolutely breathtaking! Literally....those who saw the reaction on my now husband's face when he saw me was a look my friends say they will never forget. I asked her to leave my hair down so she did some soft curls and pinned a couple spots up and then made my face flawless and my pictures show it! Thank you Carol for making the day even more perfect!!

Despite spending a few hours doing hair and make-up for a bride, two moms, and hair for a sister-in-law and flower girl, she remained full of energy and took the time needed to give everyone just the look they wanted. Using some pictures I sent for inspiration, she created a great vintage look for me. And my niece looked like a princess as the flower girl! My wedding was held at the Tenaya Lodge in September. Carol and 2 of her stylists arrived on time the morning of my event to do hair and makeup for me (the bride), my mother and my MOH. Carol and her staff are fun, friendly and simply do beautiful work. They kept us on schedule for photographs and I just couldn’t have asked for more. My hair and makeup were perfect. The up-do held from 1pm until after 1am (when the party ended). I highly recommend her to anyone getting married in and around the Yosemite area.

  Carol was my hairstylist for the wedding and I highly recommend her services. She is professional, experienced hairstylist who can bring your ideas to reality. I have fine hair, very difficult to fix and I asked Carol to make a hairstyle for me using long hair-clip extensions. I was very happy with the result. The curled hair stayed beautiful, well fixed from 2 pm to 11 pm and it looked very natural. She also helped me to apply artificial lashes and added some more makeup to my eyes. When I followed the instructions and did my lashes myself, they never stayed longer than 2-3 hours and I often had issues with the inner corner where the lashes came off after some time. Carol explained to me how to do it better and helped me to apply the lashes. As a result, I didn’t have any problems the whole wedding. She has a very pleasant personality, easy to get along with and, she is not trying to push you with her ideas just to make her work easier. You will get what you’ve asked. It was my pleasure to work with her.

There is no one else I would trust with my wedding hair and makeup than Carol. She is amazing at what she does and she will take whatever picture you want for your hair and make it happen and makes it even better and it lasts all day. The makeup was perfect and lasted all day, which was amazing since I cried through the whole ceremony. Carol is very comfortable to be with and makes you feel right at ease on your wonderful/stressful day. We all had different looks but they all came together really well and each girl had makeup they were comfortable in. I personally do not like the "smokey eye" on me because I am very fair so I look like a raccoon. She covered up the stress blemishes I had gotten in the days leading up to the wedding but it was light and looked very natural. My hair and make up lasted all night and I loved how she incorporated a beautiful blingy ribbon I really wanted in my hair. The pictures and memories are what last a lifetime and I love how I looked!

  I worked with Carol for my bridal hair and makeup and definitely recommend her! I live about 8 hours away from Bellissimo (and my wedding venue), but Carol worked with my schedule, making sure I was able to receive trial hair and makeup (coming in Monday during Labor Day Weekend).
  
  On the day-of the wedding, Carol and her team were on time to the Ahwahnee Hotel and set-up very quickly. They were able to do 6 bridesmaids hair, my mom's makeup, and my hair and make-up ahead of schedule, and everyone looked great!

  Carol is the most wonderful person you could ever meet! She takes all your wants into consideration and is like a fairy godmother, performing magic to the most magical day of your life. She is an artist in her own right. All my bridesmaids were made up so beautifully and my hair could not have been done any better. Since my wedding was in the summer my husband wanted my hair down but I wanted it up and out of my face. Carol made sure to make both of us happy so she create a waterfall effect to my hair. This make it a wonderful compromise on what my husband wanted to see and what I wanted. My makeup was to die for. She knows exactly what will look good on a woman and what won't. I didn't know how I would like my lipstick/gloss done (because it was red) but Carol told me to trust her. I did and it was amazing!!! My lips popped giving contrast to my eyes and face. I couldn't of been happier with her decision. My eye makeup was to die for. I don't wear makeup very often so I didn't want to be to flashy with it. Carol understood and made my eyes glow, adding just enough makeup to notice I was wearing it but not to much to where I felt like I was overdoing myself. The makeup lasted throughout the night. My husband and I could not have been any happier. Thank you Carol for all your hard work and making my day that much better.

  What can't I say about Carol? She is nothing short of amazing!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married. In the past I had, had a horror story with makeup and hair ( nonetheless at my sister's wedding)- I am also mixed with wild thick curly hair-naturally I was worried. Upon meeting Carol, she just laughed off my worries all the while straightening my hair in 45 minutes! Both the trial hair and makeup and the day- of went smoothly and were perfect. I have never had anyone do my hair, my makeup as well as my sisters' so good. I live 6 hours away, but when I want my hair cut, dyed, anything I will go back to her! She won't let you down and she really is amazing. Thank you so much Carol!

  What can't I say about Carol? She is nothing short of amazing!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married.   I can not say enough about Bellissimo! I am totally happy with the service and overall performance of Bellissimo. They are caring ,calm and very artistic. Being an out of town bride I really wanted to be sure that I looked the best I ever! Carol did the job beyond my expectations.

  The girls at Bellissimo are the best ever! They are true artists Carol and her team did the most incredible job on hair and make up for myself and 13 other women! We were all extremely HAPPY! From the mothers to the maids all were perfectly satisfied! Carol and the Bellissimo girls were very proff and friendly! The did there job on time and without any problems! They all made us feel BEAUTIFUL! I Highly recommend Bellissimo for all you wedding hair and make up needs! Oh yes and the hair and make up lasted from 10 AM thru to the next morning!! Thank you Girls! We love Bellissimo!

  Carol was GREAT! My hair was perfect. She stayed away from the styles I said I hated, and really came up with something perfect for me and my dress style. She even squeezed in my mother-in-law late in the day when I realized I had forgotten to book a time for her (ops!). Everyone loved their hair and makeup!

  When I decided to get married in Yosemite National Park, my greatest fear was finding quality and reliable vendors in such a remote location. I live in Washington D.C., and my husband grew up in NYC, so you could say we are big city types with big city expectations and desires.
  
  I found Carol after noticing several brides in my photographer's blog with unique hairstyles. Carol was responsive to all my emails, and clearly professional. I walked in for my trial with a picture of exactly what I wanted: finger curls, slightly asymmetrical and volume volume, volume. The problem: I have super fine hair without much natural volume which tends to fall out of pretty much any style I've ever had (even the ones done by the pros here in D.C.). Carol took one look at my inspiration photo, and created a unique variation that gave me more volume and style than I could have ever imagined. She took pictures of it, we discussed minor modifications and that was it.
  
  On the wedding, she arrived with another stylist. They were prompt, and a lot of fun to be around. I got my dream hair and makeup and bet of all, the makeup AND the hair stayed flawlessly in place the WHOLE time-from its completion at 11 am till the end of the reception at 10 pm. She, along with one other stylist, completed gorgeous looks for myself, four bridesmaids and both my mother and mother-in-law, all within the allotted time. Everybody looked great-I cannot recommend her enough.

  She is unbelievably gifted! We never even met until the morning of my wedding. And being that we hadn't met, she clearly had never touched my hair and didn't know it's length, color or texture. She hadn't seen or touched my skin, and didn't know it's type or tone. But even so, on the big day she proceeded to, seemingly effortlessly, make me look exactly how I had dreamed I would. I felt instantly comfortable in her capable hands, and she made me feel like we were old friends throughout our entire interaction. Carol's skill, personality and professionalism are worth every penny.
  The only heads up I will offer up is that Carol's assistant's abilities do not quite compare to her own. Her assistant's worked on 3 of my bridesmaids, and Carol worked on 1 bridesmaid, 1 mom and myself. The results of which, there was no comparison. And in no way does that mean her assistant's work is not beautiful, because it is. Just that by comparison it suffers because Carol's work is flawless. Nevertheless the outcome was that we all looked beautiful. I loved my experience and working with carol only enhanced the magic that was our wedding day! I highly recommend Carol, and Bellissimo!
