The venue is gorgeous and the owners are the sweetest. Michelle brought my dream wedding to life. I told her the theme I wanted and she went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.Belle Oaks Barn's reply:

Absolutely loved!
Belle oaks barn was beautiful! Michelle and Doug did such a great job, from the decorations to the communication! I really loved my wedding here and highly recommend! Thank you guys for all your hard work! -

My husband loved the look of this venue when we were choosing between barn venues online! The barn is like a combination of a barn and cabin and the grounds are beautiful with the towering pines! Michelle has quite the selection of décor items and linens and was able to work with me and our vendors to execute our wintery but not christmas-y theme. Our color scheme of white, silver, sage and greenery popped against the warm wood tones of the venue.
Michelle was so sweet and thoughtful. She was so easy to communicate with and she even hired a day of coordinator for us (on their dime!) so that our day would run smoothly. One of my favorite parts was our fireplace installation (a team effort between Michelle and our florist) that was inspired by a photo that I found on Pinterest. We also liked that they had both Bride and Groom suites! I would recommend Belle Oaks Barn to someone who is looking for a barn venue and couple who really care about their clients!

One stop shop
This is seriously the best venue around. The owners Michelle and Doug are phenomenal people. Our wedding was just so perfect. They literally take care of everything from set up to clean up. They have decors rooms for you to pick out the decor and they will set it all up for your big day. You just have to show up. I never once had to double check on anything. They took care of it all. They also gave me a list of recommended vendors they have done business with such as photography, catering, bartenders and DJ's. The vendors I used exceeded all my expectations. Doug and Michelle treat you like family... well you become family. They are such great people to work with. Their venue is just so gorgeous. You will not regret going with Belle Oaks Barn. -

The owners Are amazing and made my wedding beautiful and they took care of all the little details that I didn’t even thing about.. my wedding day ran so smoothly and I owe it all to them.. this place is so beautiful. 10/10 would recommend this venue to everyone! -

Doug and Michelle are a perfect example of southern hospitality. They make sure every details is taken care of and is exactly what you want. The venue has a lot more to offer than just a space with the tables, chairs, table clothes and various styles of decorations. You hardly have to buy anything. -

My daughter had her wedding here 2 weeks ago. Michelle and Doug were easy to work with and so talented. They have so much to offer for tablescapes, ceremony location, and decorations. They were flexible when the wedding location was changed the day of to accommodate for the weather. The grounds and barn are beautiful. This is definitely the best money I ever spent! Worth every penny!! -

Beyond Perfect !
Belle Oaks Barn was such a blessing for us on our wedding day ! When you meet Mr Doug & Mrs Michelle, you quickly find they are two of the most genuine souls. You start out by finding a wedding venue and leave with two new additions to your family. Not to mention the stress that’s removed once you realize Belle Oaks comes with linens, “hobby lobby” closets full of all the things, bridal/groom suites to get ready and kitchen amenities. We got to make our day our own. Tractor exit, popcorn machine and so much more. Even the smallest gestures of having coffee ready for us ladies when we had to arrive early for hair and makeup. This experience of planning a wedding was turned into one of the best experiences of my life. I will be forever grateful of all the love and support I received while planning this wedding. Currently trying to find another reason to return to celebrate out at Belle Oaks Barn ! Thank you Mr Doug and Mrs Michelle. -

As soon as my husband proposed I knew I wanted our wedding planning to be smooth and simple, as we were living 20 hours away at the time. Doug and Michelle made this happen for us! They have rooms full of decorations and linens, eliminating the hassle of paying for our own and being left with tons to deal with after our day. We were able to FaceTime and sent pictures back and forth for table set ups, which was a huge help! Day of, they set everything up- tables, chairs, decoration, etc. while you and your wedding party get ready in the beautiful Bridal Suite/Groom's Quarters.
Doug and Michelle are also very knowledgable about the surrounding vendors- they suggested we use Hill's BBQ catering, and it was a huge hit!
Not to mention, Belle Oaks is rustic and beautiful with many photogenic areas!
