Wedding Dress shopping was exciting but intimidating in my mind. I chose Belle Amour because of their stellar reviews and recommendations from friends, and they did NOT disappoint! I went into my appointment a little anxious and nervous but Ann turned that around immediately.
The second dress I tried on, was THE ONE -- even though I went through so many! Michelle (the owner) checked on me multiple times. Ann brought MANY options, and I went with a dress style I didn't think I would like! The selection is absolutely amazing and they carry all big designers that have unique style. I did NOT want a basic David's dress and this boutique wedding dress store had the selection I needed. Ann, Michelle and the whole team are beyond amazing. I can't compliment them enough from how great they made me feel. In addition, they were incredibly welcoming and helpful to my bridal party. My bridesmaids had the BEST experience and loved their time there as well! If you're looking to feel gorgeous, head to Belle Amour. Service & gown selection are absolutely top notch.
I needed my dress cleaned after my first ceremony as a covid bride, and they took care of it for me. I dropped it off, and they packaged it up for me. Their service for brides that have to endure covid was so heartwarming. My dress was cleaned and returned perfectly, with easy pick up!!
Michelle and her staff recommended Zina's for alterations, and I couldn't be more thankful. Having a store that knows alterations companies is essential, especially because of the partnership and dedication to the bride.
I wish I could get married again to go back! Michelle and her team wow'd me and I am so excited to wear my beautiful dress a second time as a COVID bride. Cannot recommend this store enough!

My first & only gown appointment was with Ann at Belle Amour and that experience was nothing short of amazing!! I was extremely nervous and beyond exhausted with all of the decision making that came with wedding planning. Ann made sure that I had the best time and felt confident in every dress I tried on. She also supported me with my decision making, ensuring that I didn’t feel rush, pressured, and followed what I wanted. When I came back for my “meet the gown” appointment, emotions were flowing!! The staff was ever welcoming and kind. i worked with Michelle, the owner, because Ann couldn’t be there and she was so personable and just a joy to work with. Months after picking up the dress, I went to the shop for accessories and was taken back when the team both remembered me by name and the gowns I had purchased. Belle Amour truly cares about their brides and their bridal experience. They are absolutely right when they tell you “ THE MOST FUN BETWEEN "I WILL" AND "I DO" HAPPENS HERE!!” Thank you Belles!!

The royal treatment
When I tell you that I felt like Absolute royalty, I mean it. From the very first moment I stepped in those doors, I felt like I was a "queen". The ENTIRE Belle amour staff LOVE what they do, and they want you to find your dream dress. I never once felt like I was being pressured into the sale of a dress. The gown selection was insane from one spectrum to another with something for every budget, style, & body type of a bride. My stylist was Natalie who had a heart of Gold and was an absolute angel 💖 we also had help from Levi who was so sweet and kind! (WE LOVE TO SEE MEN IN THE BRIDAL INDUSTRY!!). They were all so welcoming to me bringing my 7 month old daughter with me. In an atmosphere that usually babies/ Children wouldn't be aloud/welcomed.) ill be recommending this shop to any AND everyone. Thank you Belle Amour for helping me for my DREAM day! I cannot even begin to express how much I loved working with Belle Amour! I worked with Laura and she knew all the right dresses to pull for me and found my dress with my first appointment! All the staff are fun and professional. I had a few questions while waiting for my dress to come in and Michelle always responded within the next day! I never wasn't smiling when I was in the shop and was sad that my time ended with them once I picked up my dress. They have a wonderful selection and I can't wait to wear my dress in a few months because it was worth every penny!

Plus size friendly!
I was one of those brides who figured the dress wasn't that big of deal and wanted to order online to save money as it's "only one day." We had gone to David's Bridal just to look at styles and see what looks good on me and get measurements. David's Bridal was a joke and all of their dresses were virtually the exact same. Came to Belle Amour based on the great reviews. I was so worried about going to smaller shops as they tend to never cater to anyone about like a size 12 and I was a street size 20. We walked in and had to wait to get to the counter as a girl had said yes to the dress and was taking pictures. I turned around to look at dresses and my dress caught my eye instantly. It was absolutely stunning and had soooo much beading and rhinestones but it was a size 26. My stylist assured me that these were european sizes so it added like 4 sizes to your street size. I put it on and couldn't believe how perfect it was. We had tried on countless dresses, all very different which was awesome. If something wasn't going to fit in store, my stylist made sure I still got the idea of what it would look like. She didn't rush me, was super friendly and made me feel confident in myself. We came on the last day of a large sale at the shop and the dress I wanted was the last one and you had to take it with you. So much for buying a cheap dress online. I found my dream dress! I went for the national rack sale, and I was a little nervous. I wasn’t sure what to expect and buying your wedding gown is a big deal! I had the best experience ever. Loved my experience with this bridal shop, I had no clue what to expect and ended up being a very picky bride and all the women working there including the owner were soo helpful. I picked out a dress and within hours decided it wasn’t the one and they allowed me to cancel my order and come back in within days to find a new. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I don’t have much to compare to price wise, but from stories I’ve heard the prices were just right and better than others!

I had an excellent experience buying the wedding gown of my dreams. I kept saying that I wanted to get the most out of my beautiful dress and wear it all the time! lol I was nervous that they wouldn't have a dress for someone my size (18) but they had so much more than what I could have dreamed of. I would recommend Belle Amour to anyone and everyone. This was the third bridal shop I went to. It was so cute and clean. The staff was excited for me and eager to help me find my dream dress. I told them what I was looking for and they pulled some dresses for me that they felt fit my style but was different than what I was pulling out to try on. One of the dresses that the lady helping me picked out, ending up being the perfect dress! They really know how to listen to what the bride wants and makes sure the customer walks away happy. All their dresses are high quality and beautiful. I wanted a tiara and they had multiple to pick from and were very helpful in picking ones that matched my dress and overall look of the wedding.

I love Belle Amour Bridal! Being in 5 other weddings and going to the other Toledo vendors is nothing like going to Belle Amour. From the moment you walk in you are treated so kind! There is a big space and to bring a small group to watch you try dresses on is extremely comfortable, you are not shoved in a changing room with everyone! The staff is also so kind. Pricing is comparable to other places so there is no reason not to go here and be treated like a princess and in a nice large space to show your dress when trying to decide! We bought my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses all in the same appointment because of how smooth everything went. To add, I of course loved my dress and veil!

Belle Amour Bridal gave me the most personalized, amazing experience when picking out and getting my wedding dress altered! When I first received my dress, there was an issue that was the manufacturer's fault. Belle Amour's manager, Michelle, was absolutely amazing and paid for the dress alterations needed to make sure it was in perfect condition! She even sat in on my alteration appointments to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way! Coming from Grand Rapids, Michigan to Toledo, Ohio was a long drive for a dress, but it was well worth it, thanks to everyone at Belle Amour Bridal! I would highly recommend brides to make the journey there for a once in a lifetime personalized experience!

With such a beautiful selection, I'm not surprised I found my gown at Belle Amour. I got my dress during the sample sale in summer 2017. I was not expecting much for in store service because I was getting such a good deal (50% off). But the professional ladies at Belle Amour treated me just like every other customer. They gave me time and support I needed that day to make the right decision.
When I did find my perfect dress, they provided me with great recommendations for alteration and they even took care of the preservation process for me.

I went to Belle Amour after a friend of mine recommended them and I’m so glad I followed her advice. The staff there listened to exactly what I wanted and I found my DREAM wedding dress and veil. I was able to visit Belle Amour twice before selecting my dream dress. My first appointment I was able to try on all the dresses I wanted to without feeling rushed by staff. The second appointment I was squeezed in on a Saturday (busiest day) to say yes to the dress. I was very pleased with all the staff as they took time to make sure my measurements were correct.

I had a great experience working with Michelle, the owner, when I went into Belle Amour to look at dresses while I was in town. Michelle was patient as I tried on multiple dresses and also pulled a few dresses off the rack that she knew would be on sale a week later. The whole experience was excellent from the warm welcome upon arriving to trying on several dresses to finally making the purchase. I had a stylist help me throughout the whole appointment, and she was only working with me so I did not have to compete with other customers (unlike other places that I had appointments). When I finally found the perfect dress, the ordering process was so easy! I bought it the same day that I tried it on for the first time.
Since I was from out of state, I got my alterations done elsewhere. However the week before the wedding, I was still able to drop my dress and veil off at the shop to be steamed and prepped for the wedding day! It turned out absolutely gorgeous and flawless.
I highly recommend dress shopping at Belle Amour!!

I will recommend every single bride I meet to go to Belle Amour. No pressure, completely genuine sales people. Everyone there was always so eager to help and "Oooed" and "Awwed" just like members of the family! And the quality and selections of the dresses are amazing. I had never seen a dress quite like mine and I could have not been happier with it! AND, I didn't spend nearly what I was expecting to, which is always a plus! I was actually sad when I went in for the last time just because my stylist (Laura) had really become a friend (so I have to just stop in from time to time to say hi)! You will not find a better bridal store anywhere. Period.

I love Belle Amour Bridal!! Maybe I watched too many bridal dress shows before wedding dress shopping, but I had such a fairy tale idea of how the "moment" and day of picking out your dress should be. I visited a few other stores, and left so disappointed - both from poor selection and bad service. I went to Belle Amour - and everything changed! It was so perfect. More dresses for my taste than I could image, and everyone was so accommodating, and kind, and exactly how you would picture it. I set up my appointment by email which was super easy, and I was able to find a dress on their website I wanted to try on so I mentioned it when I set up my appointment and they had it ready for me to try on when I got there. The store itself is really nice, not crowded like other stores I’ve tried. And plenty of seating for my family. Service was excellent, I even got a thank you card sent in the mail for coming in and another card in the mail once I ordered my dress. Haven’t gotten my dress yet but so far I’ve been very happy and impressed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dress. Prices will fit most budgets also.

They were very helpful and patient with my inability to decide on a dress. Michelle was amazing. I went in for an appointment to try on bridal gowns and fell in love with one but couldn't say yes. A month later the salon was having a sale i called at the last minute just to see if I could walk around to look at the sale gowns. They actually squeezed me in at the end of the day for an actual appointment. I tried about 6 sale gowns on and was still soso. Michelle went in the back and pulled the dress I loved from the first time (wasn't sale). She knew it was the one. I said YES. Highly recommend.

If you live in Ohio and are looking for a personalized dress shopping experience, with extremely friendly ladies, and dresses that are affordable with high quality...you must go to Belle Amour Bridal! I called around to several Bridal salons and none of them made me feel instantly comfortable and excited to dress shop as I felt upon that initial call with Belle Amour. Once I arrived for my appointment, Laura greeted me just as I had imagined. She helped me but still left me to feel independent in searching for gowns. It truly felt like the "say yes to the dress" moment that every bride wants. My favorite part of the salon is the size, it's smaller than other salons and they only take 2 brides at a time, which makes you feel so special! This does not take away from their gown selection though, they have SO many gorgeous dresses! Laura also worked very well with my family and made all of them feel heard and appreciated for being there.
When you find your dress, Belle Amour continues to be involved! I ordered my shoes from them ((so gorgeous!)) and they delivered them next door to alterations so I had them for my first fitting. They also overnighted a doll-gown for my flower girl the day before our wedding so it would be there for me to present to her that day! I could go on and on about the wonderful experience I had with Belle Amour! Thank you Michelle, Laura, and all of the other ladies who helped make my wedding day beautiful!!

I was so lucky to have worked with both Laura and Michelle from Belle Amour Bridal. First, the dress selection at Belle Amour is absolutely amazing - no other stores I've visited, compare. However, even with SO many gorgeous dresses - I was confident that I had found "the one" when Laura was helping me on my first visit. I had an issue with sizing, and was crushed, but they were determined to get me the dress I fell in love with. They were so accommodating and made sure that they worked with me and Jane from Jane's Perfect Fit (their preferred seamstress, who I also 100% recommend). These ladies truly go above and beyond in their service and the dedication to customers. I even called them the day before the wedding because I couldn't remember how to bustle my dress and was panicking! They talked me through it and made sure I was all set. She pulled the dresses that fit my description and pulled others that were similar but different silhouettes. I absolutely LOVED my experience with Belle Amour. They have a wonderful selection, the girls are so helpful, and learned my style very quickly! I would've never picked out the dress I ended up buying if it wasn't for them!! Truly, so happy with my experience there!

Loved working with everyone at Belle Amour! When I first went, I had a very specific dress in mind, but even though they carried the designer, they didn't have a sample of the dress. Despite this, they still wowed me at my first appointment and allowed me to explore all of the other beautiful options that they had available. Ultimately, I still knew that my dream dress really was the only thing I wanted. Belle Amour offered to order it for me even though I hadn't been able to try the dress on yet. They were understanding when I couldn't quite commit to that even though I knew deep down it was "the one"; after calling 27 salons I finally found a sample in Cleveland. I fell in love with the dress like I knew I would, but didn't want to purchase it at the Cleveland salon because of the service I received at Belle Amour - they were too helpful and appreciative of my business not to go back. I went back to Toledo and happily let Belle Amour order the dress for me. They also helped to find a matching veil that was less than half the cost of the veil that the other salon was pushing. Best yet? They price matched the Cleveland salon so that I got to save even more. The great service continued after my dress came in; they referred me to a fantastic seamstress and also helped me with several bridesmaids appointments to narrow down the dress that that ended up wearing. I am so glad that I started and finished my "Say Yes" moment with Belle Amour!

I had such a wonderful experience with Belle Amour Bridal. Michelle and her team were amazing to work with! I was very nervous going into trying on bridal gowns and they made me feel so comfortable and I enjoyed every minute of it! I would recommend all brides to head to Belle Amour Bridal to check our their fabulous wedding dresses!

Belle Amour is the perfect place for any bride-to-be to find the gown of her dreams! The atmosphere is so relaxing and classy, and the staff exemplifies professionalism. I went in with an idea of what I wanted; however I chose a gown entirely different from what I planned thanks to the help of my amazing consultant. She could tell I wasn't comfortable in the fit-and-flare that I so desperately wanted, so she chose several A-line styles that fit my body type perfectly. I purchased a stunning Madison James gown that made me feel like a princess. It was amazing how one gown could embody my entire personality! She paired it with a veil that showcased all of the fine details of the gown, which I never would have been able to do on my own. I will continue to recommend their boutique to any bride-to-be!

I would highly recommend Belle Amour Bridal! When my sister got married we went to several other venders and did not have good experiences. The sales people were rude and pushy. Dress shopping just wasn't any fun. Then we arrived at Belle Amour and the atmosphere was so different. The employees were very professional and attentive. We had so much fun looking for dresses there! So when it was my turn to get married a year later, I went straight to Belle Amour and found the most amazing dress!

Belle Amour is such a cute bridal shop! I had a great experience finding my wedding gown and they went above and beyond to customize my dress to make it everything I imagined! Definitely check them out! I had heard great things about Belle Amour but also heard they were pricey. I went in there expecting to only try on dresses to help me decide what style I liked best. I was surprised to find so many dresses in my price range and ended up loving almost every dress I tried on! I loved my experience with them and would recommend this place to anyone!

This store is top-notch! I went to several bridal stores throughout Toledo and Cincinnati and this was by far the best. The service was great - friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The dresses are unique and of high quality, yet affordable. Thank you Belle's (especially Patty) for helping me find the perfect dress!

Belle Amour was AMAZING. First of all, I was worried about them accommodating my entourage (I brought a pretty hefty group of girls - like, 11 of us..) They literally didn't bat an eye when we walked in. In fact, they found additional seating for us so everyone was comfortable!! Next, I had a very specific idea of what I wanted. I thought I was going to be a nightmare to work with because I had a vision. However - they were SUPER patient with me. I actually walked out with a dress that was NOTHING like what I wanted because of their suggestions and expertise. I received more compliments on my dress than anything else at my wedding. Several of my guests said things along the lines of "It's the most stunning dress I've ever seen!" I have never felt more beautiful in my life!! They were absolutely fantastic to work with. I've told every one about them. I don't plan on getting married again - but if I could do it all over, I'd choose Belle Amour again in a heartbeat!!!!
Oh - I also needed to drop my dress off for the final steam before the wedding. It just so happened that they were going to be closed all week due to a bridal show in Vegas. I was stressing but they got it taken care of and my dress was flawless!

I had an awesome experience shopping for my wedding dress here! Everyone was friendly and outgoing. My consultant pulled some dresses I never would have thought about and I ended up purchasing her choice! It was so beautiful! My wedding is Oct 28, 2017 and I know I will be a beautiful bride!

The owner is very friendly and flexible. The bridal consultants know their stuff and were patient with me as I tried on many dresses. Once I picked out my dress they gave me references to seamstresses and after my wedding they helped me mail in my dress for cleaning and preservation. Definitely the best bridal shop in Toledo!

Belle Armour Bridal is amazing! After having a terrible experience at a different bridal shop, I left there feeling discouraged thinking I would never find the right dress. I then went to Belle Amour Bridal where I had a perfect experience. They made me feel special, were attentive to my needs, and had the most beautiful dress for the big day. All of their gowns are gorgeous and I would recommend them to any bride to be!
