Second Time’s A Charm

I had been to David’s Bridal before going to Bella’s Bridal. At David’s, I felt kind of rushed and they couldn’t seem to find me a dress that one, fit my budget, or 2, that I wanted. I felt stressed and it had only been an hour. We went to lunch and then Bella’s. I told them my experience with David’s and they immediately pulled some options I might like. After a few contenders the girl finally put me in a plain dress and then customized it with pieces that I couldn’t say no to. They completely get it. After only about 30-40 mins I had said yes to the dress/outfit. Amazing ladies!

I said yes to the most amazing dress as Bellas! My consultant was so attentive and I really felt like she had a passion for helping women find the perfect dress and made my experience memorable. Their system of picking dresses on an ipad first in order to help get a feel for style really worked. They had a huge variety of gowns. The dressing area was awesome and individual, I wasn't fighting for mirror space like in some big chains. I loved everything about my experience at Bellas.

Bella's had exactly the dress that was perfect for me and for a better price then what I expected. The customer service was exceptional and they catered to me and everything I needed.

I had the most amazing experience with Bella's. They were so helpful in the decision making of finding my perfect dress. They helped make my special day a fairytale wedding and I recommend them to anyone in search of their perfect dress!

I've had many experiences with Bella's from prom almost 10 years ago, to bridesmaid dresses, and finally my own wedding. Each time the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. I loved the experience!

My wedding dress was everything I dreamed for it to be. I originally went to David's and was almost pressured into buying a dress I didn't actually like. I was so glad I ended up leaving and going to Bella's. Natalie was absolutely amazing and so sweet. She made me feel beautiful and never pressured me into trying something I didn't like. I also purchased my bridesmaid dresses here. They were beautiful and very classy. Natalie helped me find their dresses as well.
I would, however, go with someone other than the woman they suggest for alterations.

I got my dress from Bella's and it was a great experience. The ladies are so nice and helpful! My dress was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I used their seamtress and she was amazing as well. Thanks Bella's!!

I got my wedding dress from Bella's Bridal in December, and they were amazing! The lady that helped me (Brianna) was very sweet, fun, and helpful. She put me in a dress, just for fun, that was completely opposite from what I thought I wanted, and I fell in love immediately! I ended up getting a $1500 dress for $99! And a gorgeous veil to match! I highly recommend them to every bride I know!

Great place! The only thing was I am a younger bride so when I went in they asked if I was searching for prom dresses, but other than that it was great! Just a small misunderstanding :)

I walked in and everything was neatly displayed and organized. I tried on three different styles and then my consultant knew which dress would fit my personality. I had tried on many dresses before this appoint atto a different bridal gown shop but they were not as helpful as Bella's.

Bella's Bridal helped me so much to find my perfect dress! They were so friendly and weren't just trying to make a sale. They were really interested in helping me to find the dress that I wanted. They also had many dresses to select from! I would definitely recommend that you look for your wedding dress at Bella's!!

Bella's was so amazing. I am a plus size bride so I was already worried about dress shopping. They made me comfortable and helped me feel beautiful about myself. They helped me find my dream dress. I recommend them to all my engaged friends. So blessed to have had that experience there.

As most brides do, I loved my wedding dress! The staff was very professional and helped my dress shopping experience all that I'd hoped it'd be. I ended up with a dress that was on the floor and had to get it altered down 2 whole sizes and you would never know it by looking at the dress! They did a wonderful job with altering my dress; we even were able to add embellishment to the body of the dress! Bella's is a great place to find "the dress!"

Extremely helpful. Alterations were done perfectly. The seamstress made everything go together well and look nice. Everyone was helpful and courteous. I got my dress 50% off! They have a great collection, a wonderful staff, and a wonderful seamstress.

These dresses are more expensive but are super high quality. The employees are super helpful and responsive to your desires, unlike other dress shops.

Great service!! They even deliver the dress themselves to the location of the wedding and dress you so that you will look your best and to ensure nothing happens to the dress before the wedding. Great discounts on bridesmaid dresses too if you you purchase your wedding dress from them!!

They are great, they have name brand dresses (they carry the ones straight out of the bridal magazines) and they have amazing prices. I bought a Mori Lee dress for $465. I also bought my shoes from them and I absolutely love them. I purchased my bridesmaids dresses through them as well and we received all the dresses we ordered extremely early compared to their estimated arrival. They have great deals when you buy your wedding dress and your bridesmaids dresses. I would completely recommend them to anyone!

They were great. Prices were very competitive, service was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They even kept the dress until the day of the wedding and brought it to me at the church and helped me get all laced up. Most brides I know had to do that themselves. Super nice staff made my big day great!

Bella's had an excellent selection to choose from at very reasonable prices. However, I was somewhat disappointed at how many women actually took care of me. At most bridal shops, one employee takes care of the customer from start to finish. I went through 2 because of pregnancies, and didn't even know the lady that showed up the day of my wedding. I would have preferred a much more personal experience.

I found my dress at Bella's! The only thing that I didn't like was that they told me that I couldn't order a new dress due to the time, when the girl that was helping me told me that I could order it "rush". I know I went and tried to get my dress like 4 months before the wedding, but they should tell people when they are trying on the dresses that they have a certain amount of time. I did love the dress, just not that I had to pay full price for something off the floor that other people have tried on...

Bella Bridal offers many bridal designers with both wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses. I loved my Allure Couture gown and they had great recommendations for alterations. They also sell shoes and jewelry!

I purchased my daughter's sweet sixteen dress from here and we had a great experience so we decided to get her senior prom dress here. The consultant was great service was great until i ordered her dress. They list her registration sheet told us the dress was by Sherri Hill. Tje dress was beautiful so we ordered any way. We put half down to place the order. When the dress came in i received a call telling me i needed to pay the balance and to pick it up. So we go get the dress. Later that night i wanted my daughter to try on her dress amd the hook was broken. I called Bell's to let them know. The manager told me will i guess we can fix it just bring it in. The manager didn't say sorry she had an attitude. I will just pay to have her dress fixed then to go back to Bell's. I will never shop there again.

Besides the fact that my dress was stunning, this place was horrible! I found my dress out of town and away from my family so I went home to look for the dress. Bellas Bridal had the dress so we bought it. They were so nice when we paid but that's where it ends.

I guess shortly after our purchase, Bella's no longer offered alterations. They stated to us that since we bought the dress before this happened, that we could still get it altered there. After many phone calls and VERY RUDE responses, we finally got Bellas to honor their word. I have never been so displeased with a business before. The staff was completely unprofessional and to be quite honest, I felt they were prejudice. The worst part is that they are pretty much the only good place that offers a good selection (besides davids bridal).

My experience with Bella's has been overly dissappointing and frustrating. I should have walked out when I first went to look for dresses and the sales girl helping me change into the dresses began telling methe sad story about her and her father's relationship. Here's a tip, complete strangers do not care about your personal drama and you should try to keep an experience like wedding dress shopping positive. It all went down hill from there. After I purchased my dress and it was ordered, I asked for a written description of my dress, after being blown off for about a month, I finally received the review. However, the overly competant team at Bella's gave me a description for the wrong dress, and even had the audacity to tell me that they needed to call the vendor and confirm that the correct dress was ordered. Alterations have been a nightmare. I will sum it up and give the short version. My dress was 2 weeks late being altered, it was not ready until the day of my bridal portaits, and I was forced to wait on it. Needless to say, I was over an hour late to my portaits which were scheduled to be taken outside, and since we were were trying to work with the sunset I was on a short time frame. Not suprisingly, due to Bella's lack of commitment and responsivenss,I wasn't able to take the pictures, after I had already spent well over $100 on hair and makeup. Now I will not have the portait for my wedding day. I would not recommend Bella's for anyone looking for the perfect wedding dress or special occasion dress. They are not responsible, professional and have the poorest customer service skills I have ever experienced. It is a shame it is so obvious they are just in the business to make money and have so little respect and care for the clients, that they do not know what is like to have a passion for what you do.

I went in to buy my dress 5 months before my wedding. I was told that they could not get my dress in time, so I had to buy the floor sample. I got an extra discount for doing so, which was nice. I had to have some minor alterations done on my dress (hem, taking in the bust), and those alterations DOUBLED the cost of my dress!!!! I was charged even when the alterations lady had to fix a mistake. About 2 weeks before my wedding, I went in for one of my final fittings (I was about to have bridal portraits done as well), and my dress looked like a cat had attacked it. I was in tears. I had to cancel my portraits. The employees argued with me over the length of my dress when I said I wanted it to be left long enough to cover my shoes. Sadly, they must not have listened, because it was still too short and had to be let out. My skirt had an organza overlay, and the hem looked awful after they had to let it out. I actually went into the store 2 days before my wedding and told them that I was so upset about my dress. The employee that was supposed to come to the church to help me dress (she was amazing), did not come, and they sent a much less friendly and less helpful employee. We also purchased my bridesmaid dresses and shoes there. After 30 minutes of wearing her brand new shoes, one of the girl's shoe broke. The employee did not offer to help at all. Even over a year later, I can't imagine going back into that store, much less doing business with them. If you find a dress there, I suggest that you try to find the same dress at another store. If you have to buy it there, DO NOT get it altered there!!!! They do not seem to understand or care about your wedding day being one of the most important days of your life.

I paid the money, but they did not provide their service. They didn't finish paid alterations and tore a hole in my dress. The owner is incompetent and allows the manager to treat customers horribly. Unless you show up with cash running out of your ears they don't want your business. They ruined my wedding planning experience.
