Bella was a fantastic MUA! She was so easy to work with and very responsive to emails and texts. She was great at keeping me calm and answering all of my questions. As a recent bride herself, she knew exactly where I was coming from and was almost like a bride coach in addition to a MUA. She was able to do all 9 of my bridemaids' makeup and my makeup in a timely manner and we were on time for our first look photos. She was able to do all of our makeup by herself and we looked flawless. My bridal party had ladies with all different skintones and Bella was able to match and make everyone look like themselves but enhanced. She was an angel I've never felt more beautiful in my entire life. It was definitely worth hiring her and flying her out to the west coast.Oh and she took pics throughout the day so I would have something to see before my official photos. I definitely recommend her!

OMG, where should I start?! At the last minute the week of our wedding we gad a crisis with a different hairstylist. After mentioning to Bella, she totally gave us confidence that she'd help us find a solution.......and she did....in about 30 minutes she helped us find a new stylist. Aside from solving that crisis, she was completely professional, on-time, very patient and totally down to earth. Bella is the best! Her talent is undeniable but it was the level of professionalism she exhibited that really puts her above everyone else. On my wedding day, Bella's luggage with the majority of her supplies, was sent across the country in error by the airport. One would think there was extreme panic and chaos in my suite preparing for the wedding, but no. If she was panicked, that energy was never transferred onto me or my bridal party. Bella was calm, sweet, and reassuring that everything will be okay and it was. Despite this hiccup and the luggage coming in late, Bella completed makeup for myself, 9 member bridal party, my mother, and mother-in-law ON TIME!! Bella is phenomenal and everyone was beautiful. WOW! I don’t even know where to begin! I’m fighting symptoms of PCOS which includes hyperpigmentation, acne scars and extremely bad razor bump scars! Shanae is a phenomenal mua. She is very sweet and professional. She did me and my entire bridal party's makeup. She is able to work with ALL skin tones and textures. Everyone's makeup held up the entire day and night and I had an outdoor ceremony. I can't express how awesome Shanae is and how grateful I am to have had her as my wedding makeup artist. She goes above and beyond for her brides. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I will for sure be using her again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful! We had a destination wedding and found Bella faces online. Bella called me a few times before my big day to make sure she had all the details regarding my makeup preferences, style and look to make my day special. Bella is amazing! Not only is she super talented, but she has a great spirit and is super sweet as well. Bella did a great job on my wedding party and was patient through our day of hiccups. We had a variety of skin types and tones and each girl left her chair looking flawless. Everyone was happy with their results. I would absolutely book her again! Better yet, she took time to take pictures and edited together a short highlight reel. Hands down the best wedding gift we received!

I was having such a hard time with vendors and last minute details for my wedding but Bella assured me every time we spoke that the makeup services was something I did not have to worry about. My wedding party and myself were Beautiful. She stayed with us the entire time until we were dressed and was patient through the entire day. She even took the time to capture pictures and videos of moments that I would have missed due to the chaos of a wedding party hotel room. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bella. I was a bride with a wedding party of 9 and Bella took her time with each and every single one of us from morning to evening. She not only came to our home to do all of our makeup but she came to the venue to do touch ups as well. She even took off her shoes in the house (our house rule) and we didn't even ask her to do so. That really impressed me that she was so respectfully of our home. She arrived early and cleaned up after she was done without leaving a drop of debris behind her. She is extremely professional, punctual, talented, and a pleasure to do business with. She made everyone feel comfortable and her makeup lasted all night on all of us even after we danced and sweated athe the reception. She truly is a God send and I look forward to having her services again in the future. Her prices are amazing and her spirit is so beautiful to be around. Bella is the Best!

If you're looking for that makeup artist that's flexible with a great personality & great attitude Bella's Faces would be your MUA. She works with you she contacts you to see what your wedding colors are and what you have in mind as far as the girls and what look you are going for on your face. She does discuss the budget with you to see your know your budget. She constantly gives you updates on any changes. And she does provide her ideas on how she can make your face pop without looking dramatic. I can honestly say she does not have your face full of makeup it looks natural but it's also glamorous.
My wedding was October the 15th of 2016 and I was contacting her on and off about booking her to do the makeup but of course you know you're looking at other people. But of course the responsible person she is she did contact me back to see if I was willing to work with her once I made my deposit she stayed in contact with me she contact me two to three weeks prior to the wedding to see what time she need to be there to do the girls makeup she even gave me like the estimated time on how long each girl face will take and plus she came well prepared she had everything you can think of with her. She did everyone's makeup in a timely manner.

Upon arrival our event was threatened with a possible hurricane, the caterer moved everything to another date and Bella was very accommodating with that. When she arrived she got right to work! We booked for five people but as people seen her work they requested her service. In that regards Bella took them in and completed the service when she could have said no. The entire experience was amazing. My girls and myself all looked amazing. This was way more than just a makeup experience. Bella was absolutely amazing and by far the best addition to my wedding day! She was polite and professional and answered any questions that I had prior to the wedding day. She even offered a make up trial before the wedding day. I naturally have oily skin. To prevent my make up from looking oily the day of the wedding, Bella went and purchased a matte finish product. I thought that was super thoughtful! She was also very efficient! She finished my make up, along with 7 others in little to no time! Bella was very friendly and comforting. She calmed my nerves on several occasions as well as the nerves of my mom and maid of honor. What i appreciate most is that Bella asserted herself wherever necessary and went above and beyond to take initiative and to ensure a smooth wedding day! Right before I walked down the aisle, my veil broke off the comb. Bella swiftly fixed my veil and attached it with hair pins literally in 5 seconds. Lastly, Bella created a short video of moments that I will cherish forever! I highly recommend Bella for your wedding day. She was more than a make up artist. Bella was a friend, a hairstylist, a photographer, and most importantly professional! “Bella’s Faces” is more than a brand; it is an experience!

To busy to Communicate
First, let me say I searched and this vendor had the look I was looking for. I was overconfident based on her pass reviews and having only 1 bad review. I booked with her and I verified that she was indeed listed as servicing my area Pensacola beach. Sent her the address of where she would need to be. Feb 26 I messaged her asking if she can give me a call to discuss her arrival time due to my wedding is a sunrise wedding. My wedding is set for April 7th. Keep in mind this is the only vendor that was left on my checklist. So she wrote back and advised she would call me Sat morning the next day after she finishes the wedding. I heard nothing from her. So I messaged her again on the 28th..no response at all. So today I reach out again on March 6th asking for a call again. She says I will call this evening. So as of 9 pm, I haven't heard from her. So I messaged her and advised per the contract I could cancel 30 days prior to my event and we are on day 31. The first thing I get back is that I can cancel but my deposit is nonrefundable. Her excuse was she has 9 weddings ahead of mine and she has a salon and has appointments. She also said she has me scheduled to contact me but my wedding is until April. None of this makes me feel confident in the vendor. It takes 5 mins to make a call to discuss what time she should arrive. If she is too busy and can't keep the promises of a simple call back this is a red flag for me. Nothing made me feel that the vendor would arrive In the Am as needed based on not sticking to her word and communication. Granted in this same cancel message she even says she will contact me tomorrow or I can text her the details. For me, it's a no and the sad part from pics she does great work but I need to keep with the theme of keeping my day stress-free. I kept to my stance to cancel even at the cost of 75 dollars which in all honesty should be returned based on nonperformance on her end i held my end and would have seen this through if she would have made time. Sometimes it hard for people to do what's right but end the end good will always prevail.

I booked her in December for a May wedding called and made sure everythng was good to go that thursday before the wedding and she assured me that she would be there by 1 my destination wedding was at 6. She called me the morning of my wedding and told me that she didnt realize that i was 3 hrs away even though when i booked i also sent the address of where i would be staying. So she bailed on me the day of my wedding which was on a Sunday. I have yet to receive my 100 dollar deposit which i have requested on several occasions. I have every right to take her to small claims court. Totally unprofessional. All i can say is thank God for Walmart and Ulta.
