One of my favorite vendors

I can truly say Bella‘s bridal was one of my favorite vendors through my whole wedding process. From the second you make your appointment they are so happy and excited for you and make the whole appointment very special. They have been in the business for years and know exactly what they are doing, and IT SHOWS. The appointments are private and you have all of their attention. She really works with you and listens to exactly what you want, and helps you make informed decisions about sizing, fit and other things to consider like style, shape and comfort. She’s honest but in no way harsh. They really do care about you and how you feel. The alterations process was amazing and you can tell she knew exactly what she was doing, I never felt uncomfortable or afraid to ask for anything. my dress fit me like an absolute glove and I constantly got compliments on it. I know a lot of people who have had nightmares shopping at other boutiques, but I seriously cannot give any higher praise to Bella‘s bridal, thank you!!

Wonderful experience

I was engaged Christmas 2020 and immediately started looking for a dress. I went to Bella’s to try on one specific gown, but it wasn’t my match. Sandy pulled several gorgeous gowns for me and the second one I tried was THE ONE I chose. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sandy. She was patient and understanding with my restrictions during this pandemic and my mom who just had a kidney transplant. She gave me great advice with my dress, veil, shoes, everything and she made me feel confident. My dress was stored at the shop until my wedding on 1/8/22. I did my alterations there too. The whole experience was fun and easy and pleasant. I would 100% recommend Bella’s to any bride. Thank you again.

Working with Bella's Bridal Boutique was such a highlight of my wedding planning process! This was the only place that I went to find my wedding gown and it was everything that I could have ever imagined. Sandy was so helpful and made what could have been a stressful process so pleasant! I loved it there so much that I brought all my girlfriends back there to get their bridesmaid dresses. They made everything so easy! Bella's is the Best for Brides

I can't say enough about Bella's Bridal Boutique. I was referred to them by a co-worker and they were FANTASTIC. This was the first and only Bridal Salon I went to as they had everything I needed. From friendly employees, a wide selection of dresses and designers, and in house alterations. Chloe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the dress designers and current styles that would best suit me, were with in budget and would match what I saw online. I might have tried on every dress in the store and that was totally fine! I left feeling beautiful and with the dress of my dreams. When it came to the alterations Susan was meticulous in her work and explained everything she was doing while listening to what I wanted. My wedding was rescheduled 3x due to COVID-19 and the alterations fell during this time. Bella's Bridal team did everything they could to reach out to me and make sure to keep me in the loop about the progress of my dress and they even kept it stored a month longer than originally planned! Everyone should add this Boutique to your shopping list, you will not be dissapointed.

Amazing! Thank you!

I went to the boutique on a total whim to set up an appointment, and I walked out with my dress. The assistance and enthusiasm that Sandy had was so encouraging, and she was so helpful during the process. The selection was both in season and vast.

They also seemed to have a large selection of bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses as well!

Helped me find my dream dress!

I had such a wonderful experience at Bella's Bridal Boutique. I was led through an efficient but fun process of trying on (and trying on again) multiple dresses with the support of my group of six women in their comfortable studio. After finally selecting my favorite dress of all time (by Sottero and Midgley), it arrived within the time frame I was promised. The alterations appointments (one at two months prior and another at two weeks prior) went smoothly and they molded my dress to my body perfectly and listened to any of my concerns. It was all done on time and truly one of the easiest parts of our entire wedding process. Definitely would recommend!

Their dress selection & service sets them apart - Nothing short of amazing!

I went to 5 bridal shops before stepping foot in Bella's Bridal Boutique. Let me just say, since that first moment, I have been nothing but impressed with this shop. They definitely stand out from the others. I explained to the consultant what I was looking for and she immediately knew the dress for me. I saw it, tried it on, and teared up instantly. I knew right away it was my dress. My mom and step-mom also purchased their dresses here. Again, they stepped into the shop, described what they liked, and the consultant found exactly what they were looking for. But more importantly, the consultants and the owners genuinely CARE. The pride they take in making sure their brides/bridal parties feel comfortable and at ease is unlike any of the other bridal shops I went to. They have all been so nice to work with! I can't wait til my other family members get married so we can go back again! Lastly, their selection of dresses was very different from any of the other shops in the area which was amazing. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Working with Bella’s Bridal was a wonderful experience. The ladies there are so sweet and make you feel so welcome. After a less-than-stellar experience with another salon, I was so relieved to have been recommended Bella's by a co-worker. After a not so fantastic experience as a bridesmaid at another bridal store, I had had reservations about wedding dress shopping of my own, especially since I was going alone. Those fears melted when I went to Bella's Bridal. I didn't even go anywhere else afterwards. My consultant Sandy Johnson was involved and patient, and helped me to find different options as I went through different aspects of the dresses I tried. I pulled what I thought I liked at the start, and we adjusted from there. I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time. I chose Sandra by Rebecca Ingram by Maggie Sottero - a beautiful gown at a price point I was comfortable with - and also a pick by Sandy after hearing my thoughts and opinions. She got it spot on! The alterations process was also enjoyable and relatively easy as well. I would highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Bella’s Bridal Boutique thus far. My mom was visiting for Easter this past week, so I wanted to take advantage of her being in town, and go try on wedding dresses! I was looking for a very specific dress that I had seen online, and upon reaching out to Bella’s, they informed me that they had it in stock, and would pull it for my appointment. They also accommodated my very last-minute appointment request, which was a huge perk in and of itself!

When my mom and I arrived to the appointment, we started with Sandy, who was fantastic. She helped me to select a variety of dresses and silhouettes to narrow down my likes and dislikes. She was involved, yet not overbearing. She made me feel very comfortable. When her shift came to a close, we worked with Nancy, who we spent most of our time with. She was truly amazing! She really helped us pay attention to what looked good on my petite frame, and what didn’t flatter my body. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the dresses I was interested in. For example, she knew of different variations I could order if I didn’t want a strapless version, or if I didn’t want long sleeves. I never even would have thought to ask about those things!

I ended up selecting a different dress than I had gone to Bella’s for originally, and couldn’t be happier. I chose the short sleeve version of Essence of Australia D2038, and ordered it right then and there! Nancy was just as helpful during the measurement process and the initial consultation with the seamstress, who was also lovely. I truly cannot say enough about the level of customer service, attention, and sense of love that I experienced at Bella’s Bridal Boutique with Sandy and Nancy. It feels as if I’ve known them forever, and I cannot wait to continue this process with them!

I can't get over how great this place is. I've dealt with dress shops and places like this before and have found them intimidating and disappointing. The last wedding I was in, everything went wrong with the bridal shop, but this place totally changed my perception of how these places run. They were incredibly attentive and helpful right from the start, let me try on whatever wedding dresses I wanted over and over until I decided on the right one. Sandra was knowledgeable and everyone was overall really nice and helpful. They even let me go over my hour and a half time slot when I was still making up my mind. My dress fits great and arrived quicker than I expected. My bridesmaids also ordered their dresses through Bella's [they offer a 10% discount this way] and they arrived in two months]. We haven't done any alterations on anything, yet, but I have no fears going into that because they've handled everything else so well. Would highly recommend!

I found this vendor on Wedding Wire and it just so happened to be the same place my sister in law purchased her dress from! I went with my mother and several of my bridesmaids and had the perfect experience. They had so many dresses to choose from along with bridesmaid dresses and Mother of the Bride dresses. I was fortunate enough to have Nancy Fournier assist me. If you go there, definitely ask for her! I showed her a style I really liked and she pulled a few dresses for me based off of what I would like, and I ended up going with one of the dresses she pulled for me. Not only was she great at her job but I felt like I was shopping with a friend. I went to one more store other than Bella's and did not get the same experience at all. I highly recommend Bella's and I am SO happy with my service. I can't wait for my wedding!

I went to Bella's Bridal Boutique for my wedding gown and couldn't be happier that I did. Sue worked with me to create a custom look from a dress that we ordered from Paloma Blanca, and I absolutely LOVED my gown & veil (and so did my hubby!). All of my bridesmaids and my mother got their dresses here too and she worked so hard to accommodate everyone's body types and needs on the dresses. I've been in many weddings in the past, and whether local or not every one has gone to Bella's so as both a bridesmaid and a bride I cannot say enough good about this business!

From the search to the alterations, Sue at Bella's Bridal does an amazing job. I had to have a lot of alterations to my dress last minute and Sue was able to accommodate while also keeping the shape and style of my dress. Sue went so far as to find matching ribbon for the belt that I added while also keeping everything reasonably priced. I had a great experience purchasing my wedding gown and my bridesmaids dresses from Bella's!

I went to Bella's Bridal for my first outing looking at dresses. I was extremely overwhelmed and very nervous. I was paired up with Nancy who was absolutely amazing. She was very big on, here's the break down, pull what you like, and we will go from there. That in itself is worth 5 stars! I was able to try on quite a few dresses in which Nancy was great about providing amazing feedback especially based off my initial reactions. The prices are not through the roof, the staff is attentive and great to work with. Highly recommend

Sue and the rest of the team at Bella's Bridal were fantastic to work with! I wasn't rushed to choose a gown. I was able to get my dress, veil, jewelry, and headpiece all through Bella's. They did my alterations as well. I was an out-of-town bride, and Bella's worked with me to order some of these items and answer questions over the phone. They were even flexible when I changed my mind at the last minute on earrings that I had purchased (exchanged them without any hassle!). Overall, I would highly recommend Bella's to anyone in the area! I know they helped me to look my best on my wedding day!

I went to this cute little Boutique because it was close to home. They were very warm and welcoming. I did not find my wedding dress here But were did find which silhouettes suited my figure. They also did not carry the Bridal gowns of the designer I was looking for. However they did carry the bridesmaid dresses of the designer. My maid of honor and I found the dress for the girls. It's gorgeous. They've been very helpful with finding something my step mom would love as well. I highly recommend this wonderful group of ladies.

When I went shopping for a dress for my second wedding I thought I had it all figured out - I was going to get a simple bridesmaid dress, (appropicate for a sexy, middle aged woman...haha) for a reasonale amount of money. When I arrived at Pronutptia Sandy was right there to help me - she did a great job! Several bridesmaid dresses looked good and were within my limited budget - you see I did not want to spend a lot of money on a true wedding gown for my small intimate affair. Well, while I was deciding out came a lovely champagne wedding gown that the salesperson said I must at least try...long story short I tried it, they worked within my budget and I was totally thrilled with my gorgeous wedding dress!! Eventhough my dress was not expensive the whole staff treated me as though I had purchased a $5000.00 gown! Everyone was friendly, professional, courtesy and oh so knowledgable! I got so many compliments on how beautiful I looked and I must tell you I felt like royalty in that dress! Thank you so much Pronuptia for making my day truly special! I will recommend your shop to anyone who is looking for superior dresses and service.

Silly me.... I had bought a cheap wedding gown before going to Pronuptia and was very unhappy with it. One Saturday I walked into the boutique on a whim and Patty was there. I asked about making an appointment and let her know my wedding was 3 weeks away. She immediately had me look through their racks as I would not have time to order a dress, and while I was doing that she went and grabbed another dress she had in mind. i picked one out and her pick was gorgeous. She had me try both on right then. Turns out Patty really knows her stuff !!! I put it on her pick (Maggie Sottero Geneva) and it was "the one". I did not buy it that day, had to go home and ask my fi about it because it was a second dress, but Patty offered to hold it until Monday for me. It was discussed at home and I was sold, so I was back on Monday to purchase it. Sandy met with me a couple days later and was excellent with alterations. She helped me choose the french bustle for my dress, and was quick and professional, I went to my fitting during my lunch hour. They found me a dress and fitted it in such a short time frame, and with ease. I was soooooo soooo happy. Pronuptia and the wonderful ladies there made my wedding dreams come true. I would recommend them to anyone looking for their dress.

Got my dress here and alterations. They did a great job with my dress and I loved the selection and prices. When I went for my final fitting, I saw a dress in the window that would be perfect as a reception dress and also bought that. The maids got their dresses here too. They had some issues with theirs - the way a strap was put on (the hook and eye closure was visible) and one girl needed to have the dress let out and the fabric was then left tighter around her stomach which showed up rather wrinkly.

Pronuptia is fantastic! Sue and Sandy were wonderful. I got my dress plus bridesmaids and flower girl dresses with them, and we did all of our alterations there.

My dress was perfect in every way. I needed to have it altered a few times but by the time of the wedding it fit me like nothing ever has before.

I had a few issues with the bridesmaids dresses, but the staff handled everything flawlessly. The first issue was actually my fault. I didn't like the color of the bridesmaids dresses when they came in. They could have told me "too bad" because it was the color I ordered, but they swapped them for a deeper gray that I loved in the end.

Pronuptia is a lovely boutique. I went to another store and had a terrible experience, and they went out of their way at Pronuptia to help me feel beautiful and special.

I went to another salon for my wedding dress, but my girls got their bridesmaid dresses here. They have a wonderful selection with competitive pricing, and the service can't be beat. They let you pull dresses you like, but also are there with suggestions if you are open to them. The girls had a wonderful time dress shopping and we ordered the dresses that day! They were fitted when they came in by the on-site seamstress, Susan, who was absolutely wonderful - very professional and very talented! Everyone looked absolutely amazing at the wedding.

I had brought my gown to the salon I got it at to be fitted and had a bad experience with the seamstress there. I called Pronuptia a week and a half before my wedding in a panic because my dress wasn't fitting correctly. They got me right in with the seamstress and she saw what was wrong right away. I picked my dress up a week later and it fit PERFECTLY. I could not be happier with the service this salon provided to me and my bridesmaids!

My dealing with Pronuptia were rather brief, but very good! I called Pronuptia after finding a bridesmails dress I liked that they carried. Their price was better than other places so I ordered them right then and there on the phone... and then told them I needed them in 6 weeks!! I recieved all the dresses earlier than promised! They kept close tabs on the order and shipment and everything went smoothly.
When we went to pick up the dresses I also found the store to be cute and comfortable. We had plenty of room and attention for the entire bridal party to try their dresses etc.

Pronuptia Bridals has an excellent selection of beautiful gowns and some really great prices too! We bought my wedding dress, all of the bridesmaids' dresses, both mother's as well as one grandmother's gown here and the ladies of Pronuptia were all such a pleasure to work with. I had a wonderful experience picking out mine with Nancy, and by the time the day before the wedding came and I went to pick up my dress, I truly was sad to say goodbye. The dresses all came in with plenty of time and were absolutely gorgeous. I had my alterations done upstairs which was so convenient and they did an exceptional job!

The dress I fell in love with online was not to be found at any bridal store in my area. I had a good experience with Pronuptia ordering a bridesmaid dress for a friend's wedding so I called them about the wedding dress. They were very helpful and able to get the dress shipped from the designer for a small fee, which ended up being applied to the dress cost when I purchased it. They did a great job with the alterations and were always friendly. I also ordered another bridesmaids dress from them. I have recommended them to friends who have had great experiences as well. In summary...Pronuptia is great!

I tried on dresses at Pronuptia 3 times, as well as at several other shops. When I finally found a dress at another shop, Pronuptia was able to order it for me. All of my fittings went smoothly, and the staff were great to work with.

I had a great experience with Pronuptia. It was the first bridal shop I visited. I ended up going to a few others after, but wound up buying my dress from them. They are the only bridal store around that carries Essense of Australia, which is a company that makes beautiful dresses. Everyone there was extremely helpful and welcoming. I live in NY but am originally from MA so they were very accommodating with my schedule. They have a lot of beautiful dresses and are very affordable.

I had a great experience with Pronuptia. From the very beginning they always made me feel like I was the only bride in the store even if the store was packed. I also go my bridesmaids dresses there and was VERY happy with everything.

I found the perfect dress at Pronuptia. I really wanted something different and loved the dress I found. It was also surprisingly affordable. I was willing to have spent more, but I loved that I didn't have to! The dress needed hardly any altering, and I had no problems. The staff was great to work with.

Pronuptia is where my sister went for her wedding gown and all bridesmaid dresses and I as well purchased everything there and did all alterations there as well. The prices were great and the alterations came out PERFECTLY! I couldn't be happier! They were so attentive and helped me pick quite an assortment of dresses! I ended up walking out with something completely different then what I had pictured! I would recommend them to everybody!

My experience with Pronuptia was absolutely wonderful. I visited several times before I found my dress, and Alyssa (the woman I dealt with primarily) was incredibly patient and helpful each time. She worked with me to find what I thought I wanted and also suggested some ideas of her own - one of which ended up being my dress! My dress was ordered right away, and Alyssa helped me to select a veil and bridesmaids dresses. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly and helpful each time I called or stopped in, most especially the owner, Sue. She was a dream! So kind and patient, helped to make my dress fit like a glove, and went above and beyond in so many ways. I highly recommend looking for wedding attire here!

This was the first place I went to look for my dress. Unfortunately, I did not find my dress here. The staff was so helpful and friendly, that I had my alterations done there and we bought mother of the bride and groom's dresses at the store.

Debbie was so helpful. She asked what type of fit I wanted and what features I wanted and brought out a dress. With each dress she'd ask what I liked and what I didn't like...it was maybe the third or fourth dress where it was only things I liked! She knew what would work on my body type and only brought out dresses that fit what I said I wanted. She also helped my mom and mother-in-law find dresses that matched the style perfectly and that they both loved. She was so patient with me choosing bridesmaid dresses. I changed my mind on the color so many times because they didn't have exactly what I had envisioned. But one day she called me to let me know they had gotten new color swatches in and thought one would be exactly what I wanted. Sure enough it was! I really had a great experience working with her.

I would highly recommend Pronuptia bridal! They were so good to me, not pressuring me to buy anything and the dress I picked was perfect and very reasonably priced. They were very flexible with my bridesmaids dresses as well, one being out of state had to get her dress altered a week before the wedding and they took care of it without a problem.

Two weeks before my wedding I still didn't have a dress! I went to pronuptia and even though they were busy, a saleswoman helped me narrow down the style I wanted and the size I needed. She was so helpful and so nice, she even cried when I found the right dress! I finally found a dress and it needed alterations, but they were able to schedule alterations and another fitting all within the 2 weeks before my wedding. The dress was absolutely gorgeous, and they had beautiful tiara's and veils, also. The store looks really small, but once you go in there and get help from a salesperson, they dig up all kinds of things.

I found my dream dress at Pronuptia Bridals. It was recommended to me by a friend who also bought her bridal gown there. The staff was super helpful and flexible. I truly enjoyed my shopping experience at Pronuptia. We had a difficult time finding bridesmaid dresses at their shop, but not for lack of trying. As for Bridal dresses - definitely a must visit.

I was planning a wedding in MA from across the country. I had gone to a few stores to check out wedding dresses, but hadn't been able to find exactly what I was looking for. Bella's Bridal Boutique had a beautiful Maggie Sottero dress that was exactly what I had been looking for. Outside of just the dress though, the service was amazing and personal. They worked with me to schedule fittings when I would be in town and did an amazing job tailoring my dress.

I have no complaints about my experience at Bella's. I called earlier the morning of my visit to see if I needed an appointment. Sue, the owner, told me it would be best, but to come by anyway. I arrived at the boutique and was immediately greeted briefly but warmly by a consultant who was attending another bride-to-be. I explained the situation and was shown where I could begin looking for gowns. She was occupied so I definitely expected to go through the search mostly by myself. However Sue came out a short while later and began helping me pull dresses of interest. At this point it would seem that the likelihood of me finding a dress, since the visit was arranged so haphazardly on my part, would be slim to none. Nevertheless, Sue continued to help me and provide suggestions.

And then I stepped into my dress. It wasn't even zipped up yet, but I knew. It was beautiful but over my budget. Sue went to the office and came back and offered me a significant discount. She was never pushy, but she seemed to realize how much I loved the dress. I said yes to the dress, and the process afterwards was efficient and in the end Sue hugged me and seemed genuinely excited for me. I still have to go back for my fittings and alterations, but I'm confident the process will be just as warm and professional. Thank you Bella's Bridal!

Pronuptia Bridals was nothing but friendly and professional during the entire process. All of the women working there have been in the business for many years and are very experienced. They make you feel very special, especially when trying dresses on for the first time. The selection of dresses is small, but they carry only the best. My dress and veil were both purchased here, and I also had my alterations performed by their in-house seamstress who has been doing a very good job so far. The cost is very reasonable for what she was going to do to my dress. I would definitely recommend Pronuptia Bridal

I was slightly skeptical about choosing this bridal shop because of some of the reviews on Google but I went ahead with the appointment. The were friendly and accommodating I had ten bridesmaids in there ordering dressed on a Saturday and they took care of us like true professionals despite it being a little crowded! Everything came in quick and they even took back a pair of shoes I ordered because they just didn't fit my feet right, most places wouldn't think of that! My dress was amazing and came out perfect!!! :)

I had my dress fitted here and they did a great job. I lost weight in the week before my wedding and they fit me in to refit the dress two days before my wedding and it was perfect. They are definately concerned with customer service and did all they could to be sure I was happy with the way my dress fit.

My experience with Pronuptia was wonderful!! Not only did I find my dress the first day I looked ever, it was on a saturday with no appt.!!! We walked in on a wim on an extremely busy saturday, found the dress and they let me try it on without having an appointment. The dress was ultimately the one I bought. My budget was only 500, but even though I spent more than double, it was the perfect one. They were absolutely wonderful. After all the girls had left, all the staff was helping me and my family. They always accomodated my schedule and let me take the dress home on my last fitting since I live in Norton. The seamstress was extremely knowledgealbe and friendly.

I had two bridal appointments at Pronuptia and could not have had a more positive experience both times. The first time, I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted in a wedding gown and brought a lot of people with me. And I'm pretty picky. Your basic nightmare for a consultant. Sandy worked with me and did an awesome job. She said to me at one point, "I'm going to find something to wow you." And she did! But I was more impressed with how she dealt with me and the family and friends I brought with me. I found a dress that I loved at Pronuptia, but wanted to shop around and be sure. I came back to Pronuptia two months later to try on that same dress again. I had found one other dress I liked, which Pronuptia did not carry. As I tried on the first dress, Sandy looked at pictures and talked me through the two dresses. I honestly did not feel she was trying to sell me one way or the other. I'm so glad I ended up ordering the first dress I loved from Pronuptia. Again, not a simple process because I wanted to order it in a petite size. Sandy was great again. Another consultant, Ashley, worked with me to pick out a veil, and then to custom order it at a certain length. (I swear I'm not as bad a bridezilla as I sound!) I've just ordered everything, so I can't testify to how the back end of the ordering process will go. But if you're looking for somewhere to try on dresses in an intimate setting with your family and friends (even if you have a lot of them!) Pronuptia is perfect. Overall they're a fairly small place and it doesn't look at first like they have a huge selection, but I tried on more than a dozen gowns there. I highly recommend Sandy and Ashley.

I bought my wedding dress at Pronuptia as well as my bridesmaids' dresses....each dress was beautiful, arrived in a timely manner (plenty of time to alter beforehand but later than estimated), and I was easily able to set up appointments for alterations. I had a wonderful experience with Nancy picking out my wedding gown. The only incident that happened to lower my rating on professionalism is that when my bridesmaid called the shop to check on the status of the the dresses, the woman who answered the phone was very rude to her. Otherwise, the experiences I had with Pronuptia was great and I would recommend it to others looking for their gowns. Beautiful selections, good prices.

I had a great experience at this bridal shop, especially after having a few not so good experiences at other bridal shops in the area. They had the dresses I wanted, and were very flexible about getting all the girls in a their our times to get measured. The staff was great. I was even able to have my bridal gown ( from another bridal shop) steamed and pressed there. They really made things much easier for me!

I was so happy to stumble upon this charming bridal shop. I thought that finding my dress was going to be the hardest task for me in planning my wedding. I was greeted with a friendly smile upon walking in and after describing what I was looking for...she stated "I have just the thing". She returned from the back with the dress I ended up purchasing as my gown. It was the first dress I tried on and knew it was the one right when I put it on. The service was outstanding. I feel that those who helped me out are like old friends now. I highly recommend Pronuptia.

They were a great place to get my dress wouldn't change anything. The only issue I had was they said they would call when my dress was in and they never did I called 3 times before I knew it was in.

I went to several dress shopes and this was by far the best. I found one dress that I liked from all the other stores and was surprised to find so many that I like here. They were willing to open early for me one day as I was pressed for time (and stay open during the snow).

Pronuptia was awesome for my bridal gown and the girls bridesmaid dresses. I have been going to them for years for prom and pageant gowns and it was only natural to use them for my wedding gown.

When I first started looking for gowns I was pretty disheartened because I am not a size 6 but the consultant at Pronuptia just kept pulling whatever she could and encouraged me to try them on. She did not pressure me at all, just gave suggestions. When she came with the dress I ended up purchasing I was pretty hesitant but the minute I put it on my friend started crying and we knew it was the one!

We bought the dress 2 sizes smaller than what fit at the time and while the sales woman did advise against it she was not rude or pushy about it and I assured her "I will do it!" Well I did! When I tried on my dress it fit! They had to do a few alterations on the dress including bringing in the sides under my arms and closing the bust line a bit to appease my father. The dress looked Gorgeous and all for under $500. I also purchased my veil and headpiece from them.

Also, the alterations woman was so friendly and professional. They really made my entire experience a great one. They always kept me informed as to status of my dress and my girls dresses. I highly recommend them!

I was surprised that for a smaller shop, Pronuptia Bridals had such a large selection of designers, and styles. Each time I went there to try a dress on, or retry the dress I chose, the assistant was very attentive to my needs. Because I have an abnormal work schedule, it could have been helpful at times for the hours to be more flexible beyond the regular hours of operation. The sales person, Sue, that I primarily dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

I got my Paloma Blanca wedding gown and Alfred Sung bridesmaid/flower girl dresses from Pronuptia. We had the pleasure of working with Joan for my dress trials and we had such a great time. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on but there were so many fantastic options here. Everyone was so kind and helpful during the whole process of trials, fittings, etc. They are very responsive when you contact them and fit in appointments with short notice. The alterations were rather expensive but they did a very nice job with them and everyone looked amazing!

After reading some negative reviews I decided to visit this store and I was not disappointed yet anyway..The staff was very professional when my mother and my daughter-in-law and I arrived almost an hour after our scheduled appointment (drove from Boston on a Saturday Afternoon)..Patty who was assigned to us was superb, she was the ultimate sales professional..I've been to several stores and this was by far the best customer service we have received, and I'm referring to Neimans,Saks, Bloomingdales etc. We have to return to get the alterations done so I'll let you know how that goes..So far I'm happy with my purchase the first dress I chose I fell in love with so did my DIL and Mom, and my mom fell in love with her dress, mind you she already purchased from two highends, needless to say she will be returning both..Will keep you posted

The dress was exactly what I wanted. I always suggest, if you find a dress you love...leave it and if you can't stop thinking about it three weeks later, you know it is the dress. That was how it was with this dress, and when I went back 3 weeks later...it was like $200 cheaper!! The staff was great there, always making me feel like a celebrity trying on all the different dresses. The altering was done perfectly and everything was clean and no delays. Perfect

I just bought the dress of my dreams there for the price of my dreams! I love this dress and the store was not pushy which is nice I hate feeling like you have to buy everything. I also didn't buy on the first try on, and there was no disappointment from the staff, they were patient and tried to be as accommodating as possible. The place is small but once I gave them my budget they let me go through the dresses to select dress I was comfortable trying it on. I haven't gotten it in yet but so far so good.

The reason I chose Pronuptia Bridal for my bridal gown is because of the excellent and competative price for the gown. However, I was not happy with the services once I received my dress. They were able to squeeze me in on a tight schedule and get my fittings done in time for the wedding, but during my first fitting I was surprised to see the wrinkled mess of a dress that they had me put on. I was concerned that 1) the wrinkles would be more difficult to get out after being in for so long and 2) that the fitting and alterations would be affected due to the way the wrinkled dress fell on me. At my second fitting, again the dress was wrinkled. I came to find that, unlike some other stores I had been to, they only press the dress once before you pick it up. Now, I will say that in the end the dress was just as beautiful as when I had first tried it on, wrinkle-free, but there was some worrying that went on during the interim months. Also, when I called for my fitting, they told me to bring shoes, and rather than try to sell me shoes that they had (they made it seem as though they didn't carry shoes because when I told them I didn't have any they told me "You'd better get some before your fitting"), I had to run around all day the day before looking for shoes.

I looked at many different dress locations and was very unhappy with what I found...and then I went to Pronuptia and all was well again...the first woman that helped me was wonderful, very professional and she had great suggestions and she also let me look and choose what I liked...I found the perfect dress for me and the price was a little higher than my origional budget but it was well worth it! everyone said that it was beautiful and it was different from all of the other wedding dresses that I had seen...I unfortunately was not pleased with their follow-up, their fitting and alteration fees were insulting and they did not keep consistant records and I canceled my fitting and said that I was going to pick up the dress to be fitted somewhere else and whoever I spoke with never passed on the information, not very professional.

A friend and I went to Pronuptia Bridals to check out bridesmaids dresses. We did not have an appointment, but we did not know we needed one just to browse for style ideas (our mistake). We looked around for 10 minutes before we were rudely greeted by the salesclerk asking if we had an appointment. When we said no, she rolled her eyes and rudely told us that she can't guarantee that we can try anything on, because they are so busy. Please note, there was only one bride in the whole store and the salesclerks were just hanging out behind the counter. No one else was there. I understand that we needed an appointment, but I would have appreciated a friendlier attitude overall. If that were the case, then I may have been inclined to make a future appointment. Thank you, Crystal, for giving me your card to make a future appointment but I won't be going back to your store. Ever. Nor will I recommend your store to my friends, family, or community. What a shame, because the dresses are beautiful (from what we saw in the first 10 minutes). Hope other women have a better experience than I did!

A friend warned me about this store but I read a lot of great reviews and decided to check it out anyway. I had an appointment but when we showed up we received looks from the 3 sales associates like we walked in off the street and didn't belong. The associate that "helped" us asked my budget and when I told her she responded with "well that certainly limits things." (No other store asked my budget nor did they seem concerned that I might have one.) I tried on a few dresses but I was so unhappy with the attitude we received that I couldn't even appreciate any of the dresses. I did NOT buy my dress here, nor would I suggest this store to others. A message to vendors: just because the bride has a price in mind doesn't mean its set in stone. I paid several hundred dollars more than I wanted for my dress because A) I loved it and B) I loved my sales associate. Treat your customers with respect and you'll be rewarded.
