Amy knew the ins n outs of Alta Vista and worked so well with me from day one. She had planned every moment to the T. The floral arrangement at the venue and church were breathtaking. She is an amazing day coordinator and florist. -

Amy & the team are THE BEST!
Bellarue Events & Florals were one of the preferred vendors for our wedding package at Alta Vista Country Club. We booked our wedding back in July 2020 and got married in November 2021. We worked with the Bellarue team on our wedding floral arrangements at first. They were also kind enough to help make me a floral crown for my graduation cap when I graduated from CSU Fullerton in May 2021. The pressure of planning the wedding was getting to me, so I asked the help of Amy to assist in coordinating our wedding. I know I was pretty emotional and stressed throughout the time she was assisting with coordinating the wedding, but Amy had a lot of patience for me and my family, and really took control when I needed her to since I normally have a hard time letting go of control in general. She recommended a DJ that she had partnered with in a previous wedding and that DJ was amazing and accommodating! Amy also recommended the hair stylist who assisted me on my wedding day. She made some great recommendations! On our wedding day, Amy and her assistant executed the wedding so seamlessly. The communication was very strong, and she was well aware of what we did and didn't wan happening at the wedding. I really cannot thank her and her assistant enough for taking the pressure off of my shoulders and letting me and my husband truly enjoy our day with our friends and family. We are somewhat minimalists, and Bellarue was able to come up with some gorgeous flower arrangements. Both my family and my in-laws are very grateful for Amy, her assistant, and Bellarue for making our night one we will never forget. I highly recommend Bellarue for your florist and for your wedding coordination. -

Words cannot even describe how we feel about our wedding day. Everything was so perfect. Literally everything. People kept giving us advice saying "prepare for unexpected problems to arise". Or "make sure you eat because you won't have time to eat." We never felt any of those stressors. Fact is that 1) everyone should get wedding planners and 2) everyone should always let their wedding planners decide on everything because they know best. And this wedding was proof of that
I mean to start off, the navy blue bridesmaids and groomsmen color theme was just so classy yet modern and it complemented my white dress and genes light blue suit so well. To the flower choices and how it had navy blue in the flower, I mean that is mind blowing. We have never seen any flowers like that before. To the drink menu featuring the cats (that is going above our bar in the house, I will send a picture once we put it up). The beautiful white globe as a sign in (that is also in our living room right now which matches perfectly with our compass art we have hanging on the wall). I mean even the sign that said "you mean the world to us", how clever is that?!?! I laughed for a while once I finally got it. What a nice touch. And the little details. Like the ring bearer box with the FAKE ring (so smart to put a fake ring). That was such a unique little box to carry the ring. And the leaves that hung on top and bottom of the cocktail menu sign so delicately. And all the little pictures at the welcome table in cute little gold frames (thank you for that, they are now placed In our upstairs hallway). Even knowing how to pose for pictures and advising the groomsmen to always put their left hand over their right hand ! Amazing. And the timeline ... wow the timeline was just so perfect in every way. And you guys are 100% responsible for choosing what should go where on the timeline and you guys KILLED air!!! The list just goes on and on.
Everyone kept complementing the wedding team and saying how everything ran so smoothly. Gene and I totally agree. You guys were so on top of your game that you both immediately noticed when we wanted to leave to go to the bathroom during dinner. I mean that is when we knew we were dealing with the real deal hahaha !!! We just said to ourselves "wow they are so busy and still knew where we were at all times". Unbelievable. How do you do it???
We don't know how to thank you enough. Thank you for making this past year so easy. Thank you for executing so perfectly. Thank you for always making sure we were well fed and had plenty of drinks available , including water! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Love you guys tons. Thank you for making a dream into a reality. Gene and I never thought our wedding would be this perfect. And we have the two of you to thank for that. The 1-2 punch! You both rock. we are forever grateful and are bonded with you for life. -

Bellarue exceeded all expectations! Their concepts and floral designs were perfect for the outdoor ceremony and the indoor reception. Amy and Richelle outdid themselves with coordination of the events. I worried about NOTHING. Their attention to detail was meticulous. And they made it all FUN! Look no further! These ladies are the best! -

Well I can not thank so much to Bellarue Events. Rochelle personally thank you for the free bouquets that I receive on the Bellasposa free gowned give away! You customized my bridal bouquets so beautifully. So much thank you and will always be my florist for any future events!🥰
My whole family and friends loved the Bouquet’s. I am still waiting on pictures from my photographer so I can post them.

Bellarue was one of the florist vendors through our venue. Unlike the other vendor, Amy was extremely responsive from the very beginning. This was particularly important because I live in New York and planned most of my wedding remotely from the other side of the country. Amy and I had many telephone calls and email exchanges compared to our one meeting in person approximately five months before the wedding - when I was in California to meet all of my vendors for the first and only time before the wedding. When I had trouble realizing my vision for decor and floral arrangements, Amy helped me find it and brought it to life in a way I couldn't have dreamed on my own. I had really high expectations based on our conversations and pictures from her prior work; she exceeded my expectations across the board. From the decor for our outdoor ceremony (flowers and draping for the gazebo and pergola, rose petals lining the aisle), to my bouquet and centerpieces, seating chart and table numbers, and even the extra flowers for our cake, Amy truly helped make our wedding something special. We had a smaller wedding, but I can honestly say every single person who attended raved about the flowers and decor, and with good reason. Amy and her team may have been recommended vendors through our venue, but I would hire them independently of any venue recommendations in a heartbeat. They really are THAT good! -

I love color. I am drawn to it, I can't take my eyes off of beautiful color displays, so when I saw the SPECTACULAR color displays of what Amy Foster (of Bellarue Florals) created for my daughter's wedding, well, I was blown away. My daughter's wedding bouquet, in various shades of purples and mauve, between the colors and the flower choices themselves, it was STUNNING. When you add in how stunning my daughter looked with that of her bouquet, well, she just took everyone's breath away. Add to that, the beautiful floral centerpieces, not just one, but TWO different styles throughout the reception room. One had a more rustic look, while the other was more elegant, but both were beautiful with gorgeous floral representations. The wedding table where the bride and groom sat, had a gorgeous centerpiece, too. I honestly can't say enough good things about Amy's work...... just spectacular !! Words truly don't suffice. -

Louisa Sent on 06/22/2018I was very pleased to work with Amy at Bellarue on this adventure. I'm from NYC, and we planned it remotely after I met her in SoCal for one meeting. I trusted her with everything. I may have had one or two things I cared about more than anything (i.e., room drapes which she helped me on), but all I had to give her was a vision about my color scheme and that I liked soft blush pinks and pastels. I loved eucalyptus leaves and she worked that in effortlessly. I also wanted a reception room to be warm when the lights dimmed and off she went with her creative touches. She made it very easy. Although I had a reasonable budget, she did well working around it to realize that vision. I look back on the pictures and I am still happy I went with Bellarue.

Diana Sent on 06/20/2018We met AMY FOSTER (Bellarue Florals) at Wedgewood’s Fall Extravaganza event which allowed couples to meet various vendors, sample the food, chance to win a raffle prize and enjoy a nice date night for $20. If you’ve chosen Wedgewood Sierra LaVerne as your wedding venue, then I high recommend that you attend their Fall and Spring events.
We instantly connected with Amy and enjoyed her enthusiasm, vision, and suggestions. It was very easy to work with her. I emailed her some photos of the types of bouquets I wanted. She saw my style and took off with that idea. I am so happy with Amy’s work, presentation and detail! The gazebo area was decorated nicely with chiffon draping and floral centerpiece. The reception table centerpieces were simple and lovely. The white structure at the beginning of the walkway was beautifully decorated with chiffon draping. Simply elegant!
Amy also was in charge of setting up and decorating our dessert station. We had a variety of small bite dessert options: mini donuts, mini cupcakes, lemon bars, oreo truffles, and chocolate chip cookies. The dessert station was decorated very nicely. Amy had the dessert station under control and I didn’t have to worry a bit.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amy Foster (Bellarue Florals) and THANK YOU SO MUCH for making our wedding simply perfect!!!

Jennifer Sent on 03/05/2018My experience with Bellarue florals was amazing from start to finish. They are very professional and easy to work with. They definitely go above and beyond in their service and finished product. They think about every detail. The flowers for our daughters wedding were beyond amazing...they were breathtaking! All the guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the flowers were. I would definitely recommend and use them for any event.

First off, great flowers. The flowers lasted all throughout the day, and it was gorgeous. What they produce is great. However, the overall experience working with them, not so much.
Whenever someone would ask, "How was wedding planning, was it stressful?" My husband and I would joke that everything was great, except for the florist. Our initial experience with them was great. They were responsive and kind. However, 6 months after hiring them, I received a text from the florist stating that they can't work with us anymore because they stopped working with our venue. After that text, I couldn't get a hold of her, and all I received was an automated text saying that she's on vacation and can't get back to me until later. After contacting my venue, I received an e-mail from Amy saying that there was a miscommunication.
Next, for our first meeting with Bellarue, we receive an e-mail stating that our original florist won't be able to make it because of a wedding, so we had to meet with another florist, Amy, and she was great to work with. She listened to what we wanted and guided us well. So we had a great appointment. A few days later, we received an e-mail from Amy saying that our first florist will not be working with us, which was fine because we had a great experience working with Amy.
When it was a week away from the wedding, Amy contacts us and says that we needed to finish paying the rest of what we owed, which was my fault because I didn't read the contract well enough. However, it was the exchange that was difficult. Since it was a week out, we needed to pay with Paypal, so I sent her the necessary Paypal information. This whole payment process took 2-3 days long, and I had to send her confirmation e-mails asking if she sent the Paypal invoice. Her response to was not professional either, she stated that my Paypal e-mail was not the same e-mail as the one that I used to contact her, so that provided complications.
Finally, on the day of the wedding, one of my husband's co-workers made a flower wall for us, and she stated that someone approached her and asked how much she would charge for the flower wall. The co-worker responded, and their response was, "Well, that costs too much, our are cheaper." Then, they walked away.
Our whole experience with them was not bad, but it could have been better. I am definitely grateful that they were able to add one more boutonniere last minute, so they were flexible, but they were the only vendor that was lacking in professionalism. -
