We worked with Ashley Barker as our day of coordinator and truly it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was incredibly proactive, organized and supportive throughout the planning process. She was a superhero on the day of our wedding, from bringing her own cake cutting utensils for us to use, getting an accidental ketchup splatter off of both me and my husband, to making sure my dress was always bustled and everything at the venue went according to plan, she's a huge reason why our day was so perfect. You can tell she loves what she does and she made us feel so special leading up to our wedding and even more so on our wedding day. 11/10 recommend!!!!!! -

The wedding went off amazingly well. I can’t say enough good things about Hope. She was incredible. She was always calm and anticipated every need. She worked very hard over the course of the weekend and really took care of all of the details to make sure things ran smoothly so that my family and I could enjoy ourselves. I would highly recommend her to anyone! -

From the first meeting til the end of the wedding night, Kassidi was better than we could have imagined. Wedding day went smooth, because of her effort and dedication to details. Despite a small hiccup at the beginning of the day, Kassidi was quick to react and solve the issue promptly. Cannot recommend enough! We would give more than 5 stars if we could! -

Bellagala as a whole was amazing to work with and all of their vendors were amazing. Always available to answer our questions and guide us in the right direction. Kassidi was our coordinator and she was simply amazing. She made our day run smooth and all of our decor was set up according to plan! It was so refreshing to know she had everything handled so my wife and I can focus on each other throughout the day. -

Literally if you're looking for a day-of coordinator, please hire Kassidi Andres!!!!!! She is the absolute BEST at what she does and made our day run flawlessly. Not only is she always in touch and keeping you in the loop, she is so passionate about making sure your dream/vision comes to life. CANNOT say enough good things about her, plus she's just ADORABLE!!!!!! If I could give her 15 stars, I would. -

Lydia was a FANTASTIC day-of-coordinator. She went above and beyond on the day of to anticipate and take care of everything. I truly did not have to worry about anything because I knew she was handling it all! She is a clear and proactive communicator and was so helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding, making sure we had all our ducks in a row and thought of things I would have completely overlooked while planning. She even attended our final meeting with the venue in person which was incredible. I left the meeting knowing everyone was on the same page and not a detail was missed because Lydia was there. Her energy is warm and she was so kind to our family and friends on our wedding day. My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day without worrying about the timeline or unexpected scenarios because we knew we were in good hands. Getting a day of coordinator is some of the best money we spent on our wedding but specifically we are truly SO thankful that we chose Lydia as our DOC because she is the best! -

Rebecca Lian was the perfect planner for the perfect day. In the meetings leading up to our wedding, it was clear to us that she was extremely knowledgable, prepared, and was able to ease our mind about all of the details leading up to the big day.
On our wedding day, she was a superstar! It felt like there were 10 of her in attendance, as any setting up, preparation, and communication that needed to happen was completed by her in a timely manner. Everything was done quickly, and it felt like I didn't have to worry about anything at all. She was always there when I needed her, but was also able to "hide in the shadows" and take care of things that came up as the day went on. If you want someone that is an expert at making your day perfect, Rebecca is the planner for you! -

We loved working with our wedding coordinator, Lisa Vang! From the start, she asked questions and inquired about details that I had not thought of since I had started planning the wedding. She was friendly, easy to work with, and helped make sure the day ran smoothly and was stress-free for us. She helped make the day the best day of our lives and I couldn't appreciate her more! -

We hired Rebecca to be our day of coordinator. We met with her before the wedding and went through our timeline and vendors. She arrived in time to set up our tables with our decor and supplies. She had all the tables set and organized in a very timely matter. She understood our needs for our vision and she listened. After dinner she packed up, brought our supplies down to the loading dock and helped with clean up. She was a savior with getting us out of the venue in time. She is very friendly, organized and gets the job done. -

Kassidi with Bellagala was everything I didn’t even know I needed in a planner. She was SO responsive, so thoughtful and so organized. She brought a calm, collected but incredibly positive energy to every meeting and especially the big day. I didn’t see her every minute of the day, but her presence was so felt. She kept vendors organized and made it so I got to be fully present on my wedding day. I could not recommend her more!!!! If you’re thinking you need a planner - you do, and you need Kassidi. -

BellaGala staff and the staff at the Van Dusen Mansion in Minneapolis MN were all so extremely helpful before, during, and after our wedding day. Everyone that asked me if I was stressed about wedding planning got told that I hardly had to lift a finger. Any question I had would be responded to by staff very quickly and always so kindly. I never felt too stressed or scared about the day. We showed up on wedding day and everything was taken care of that needed to be, and every request I had was followed through on - from making payments, to easy-going zoom meetings to go over details, down to having a staff member follow me and fluff my dress and veil before walking down the aisle. They are all so amazing, I recommend to anyone who doesn't want the stresses and hassles of coordinating their wedding day!! Thank you all so much. -

We worked with Rebecca as a day-of-coordinator for our big day. She was so amazing to have by our sides for the wedding and helped alleviate so much stress on the big day and leading up to the big day. Not only did she take care of all the little details, setup, take down, organization, and MORE on the wedding day itself, she went above and beyond to help with planning and answering our many questions leading up to the day. We also added a day-of-assistant to make sure there were enough helping hands and he was wonderful. Bellagala made the process of adding an assistant super easy and I cannot recommend working with them and/or Rebecca enough! -

Dana was hired as our day of coordinator, and I know the day would have been beyond chaotic and less beautiful without her help. She was so attentive from the first day we met until our final meeting. She came prepared with things I didn’t know know I needed, and made the wedding look amazing and beautiful above and beyond what we imagined. She even helped bridal parties and guests with things they needed as well. I ran around like crazy all day, but every time I looked over, everything was so detailed and taken care of without me having to explain much. It was like magic how I would turn around and tasks were well already taken care of. I would highly recommend Dana from Bellagala as a day of coordinator. -

Kassidi made our wedding a million times better than it would have been otherwise. I had expected a DAY OF coordinator to coordinate just THE DAY but she did much more than that - she started coordinating with all of our vendors weeks before the wedding. She thought of so many things that didn't even occur to us, made everything run smoothly even when unexpected things happened, and was a calming presence when we needed one. We cannot recommend her enough!!! -

Jessica L was our day-of Coordinator, but after all the help she did and how she went above and beyond for our wedding (11/23/24), I think the more appropriate title is Wedding Wizard. After our two sessions before the big day, Jess had everything planned and ready to go. The day of, she jumped right into gear and made sure everyone knew where and what to do, prepped tables and decorations, and truly lifted weight off my shoulders to help the day go smoothly.
My family is still in awe of all that she did and has been asking me repeatedly where I managed to find her. This was one of the BEST decisions I made in all my wedding planning. I encourage everyone to look into the options they have; the service is the very best. -

Highly recommend Bellagala Event Planning!! We were fortunate enough to work with Rebecca and I cannot rave enough about how amazing of an experience it was! Rebecca was super responsive to my never ending list of questions and incredibly knowledgeable. She was a complete pro who jumped right in and took care of everything. She is so detail oriented and didn't miss a single thing. I felt so comfortable leading up to our wedding because I knew she had thought of everything. Day of, I had zero concerns. Rebecca took control and made not only myself and my wedding party, but my entire family, feel completely at ease. This allowed us to really enjoy the entire day. Not only is she amazing at her job, she is so kind and fun to be around! Couldn't imagine my wedding day without her :) -

Bellagala helped me choose our amazing wedding planner, Bri Schwartz. Bri gave us amazing month and day of wedding coordination. She was pleasant, organized, helpful, knowledgeable, and positive.
I was helping my daughter who lives in MN plan her wedding while I was in TX. Without Bri's expertise and amazing organizational skills, we would have missed so many important details.
Bri's presence at the ceremony allowed me to enjoy every moment of the day.and be present for all of the important moments with my daughter, family, and friends.

We booked a day-of coordinator through Bellagala, and we were so, so lucky to be paired with Rebecca! She was INCREDIBLE!
We did most of the wedding planning ourselves, and we were definitely a bit overwhelmed with the logistics. A couple of months from our wedding day, Rebecca reached out and created a master timeline that made the entire day seamless. She was so organized, and as we got closer to the day, she took over all of our vendor communications, which was super helpful. She’s very professional, but also super kind and caring. She felt like a friend that just happened to be helping with our wedding. I had planned to do a lot on the day of the wedding, but Rebecca made it so I didn’t have to lift a finger. The day wouldn’t have been possible without her, and we are so happy that we had the chance to work with her!
We can’t recommend Rebecca enough if you are looking for a wedding planner or coordinator! -

We had Lydia Foster as our day-of coordinator. She truly did an amazing job going above and beyond with a venue that she had never seen before. She showed up to our final walkthrough, had great questions and made sure we had everything ready for her for the big day. When it came to the wedding day itself she did an amazing job coordinating the times and all of the different people involved in the wedding. We would 10/10 recommend Lydia to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator. -

Julia Sent on 08/31/2011I had the most wonderful experience with Bellagala for my wedding. The moment my husband and I met with our Bellagala consultant we knew we found the right place. We booked several services through Bellagala: Photography, Videography, Live Music for our ceremony, Limo, Dance Instruction, and the best decision ever – our Wedding Planner.
Every person we worked with at Bellagala was extremely professional, diligent, and courteous. My phone calls and emails were returned instantly and the level of customer service and attention my husband and I received went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone we worked with at Bellagala carefully listed to our needs and desires and executed our vision flawlessly.
What really made our day so amazing was our wedding planner. Having her there to oversee everything and make sure that all the elements and personal touches were in place and all the vendors were on point made our day so relaxing. Our wedding planner created a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding and was the key person to implement it which allowed me and my husband the luxury of soaking everything in and really enjoying our special day.
In the end, we felt like guests at our own wedding; knowing that someone else was taking care of everything allowed not only me and my husband, but our entire bridal party and our family and friends to have an amazing stress free day. I would highly recommend hiring a wedding planner to facilitate the day of the wedding at least, if not the month leading up to it. It was one of the best decisions my husband and I made!

Kara Sent on 01/16/2016Our wedding coordinator is Rachel Jorgenson, and she has made this entire process so much less stressful. She has been more than kind, accommodating, and helpful in more ways than one! She always answers my emails within a day and answers my questions thoroughly. I'm kind of a clueless bride and I don't have much help because my mother didn't have a real wedding. Rachel has gone above and beyond and helped me out in ways that definitely aren't in her job description. I would recommend Bellagala to anyone, and Rachel is the best!
