When my fiancé and I first found Bella Villa via Instagram we were amazed with her lovely findings. However we were ONLY focused on renting his/hers chairs for our sweetheart table. We scheduled a time with Bella Villa, as we arrived to her studio she was finishing up her previous meeting. As we waiting a couple of minutes we browsed though her inventory. And we were AMAZED. Rosanna then introduced herself and right off the bat her vibe is the kind that makes you feel SO welcomed. She proceeded to ask us what we had in mind and what our wedding theme was. As we explained what Theme we were trying to achieve she immediately started bouncing ideas. AMAZING ideas! I mean after all she is the professional, and again based on her portfolio we already trusted her styling. At the end of the day instead of just renting two chairs we needed up with a sitting area by our dance floor, garden urns, cake table, accessories for the sitting area, welcome mirror and much more (pictures attached). I cannot imagine what our reception would have been like without Rosanna! I am incredibly grateful for her friendliness and professionalism. ***quick side note. I’m a landscape designer and planned on doing my own flower arrangements. Well Rosanna knocked some sense into my life and she even hooked me up with my florist. She was amazing! (Westvirjeni) this is what I mean when I say I honestly don’t know how our special day would’ve turned out without Rosannas expertise. -

I am SOOO glad to have come across Bella Villa for our porch lounge. I have very particular taste and after what felt like the bottom of a rabbit hole, I finally saw the light and vision come true in Rosanna's amazing squirrel stash. I can tell each piece was chosen with love AND if the groom and I hadn't run out of money I'd rent the whole stash! Thank you so much for bringing Kalero's porch to life... we've gotten so many compliments, no one wanted to go inside!

I absolutely loved working with Rosanna. She clearly knows what she’s doing, and her inventory is exquisite. Our wedding had a vintage theme with a nod to Downton Abbey and also my love of reading. The furniture and other items we selected made our already beautiful venue absolutely stunning and unique. I received so many compliments on our decor. Rosanna was flexible and willing to incorporate my own items and input to blend them perfectly with the overall vision. She also worked with me to stay within our budget and offered great suggestions. Highly recommend! -

My husband and I planned our intimate wedding during COVID-19 and we ended up having the rehearsal dinner and reception at my parent's home. Rosanna helped us transform the space and make it feel like a truly special event by providing beautiful furniture and accessories for both our outdoor space and interior dining area. She was incredibly flexible with our plans which seemed to change constantly due to people's level of comfort with social distancing and weather changes. Rosanna was on the ball in terms of communication and just had this wonderful positive energy during set-up on the day of that got everyone excited! Rosanna and Bella Villa was key to our spectacular day. She was SO wonderful to work with: gave great advice, worked within our budget, super responsive, and just overall helped our vision take flight. The day with her pieces was more than I could have imagined. One example: planning a wedding in the time of coronavirus was pretty challenging (Did I mention that she was super flexible and caring re all the complexities of the pandemic?). We thought we weren’t allowed to display our cake out in the open at our venue. Rosanna had a brilliant idea and the perfect pieces. See the picture below—not only was the cake not displayed in the open but now it was a showpiece. Another example: our escort card display. We saw a picture on Pinterest of riddling racks being used to display seating arrangements and let Rosanna know the general idea. Her creativity took it to the next level. See the pic below. I cannot wait until the professional pictures come back so I can further rave over these and all the over details (beautiful welcome sign, signage hung over the bar etc.—and Leah Letters provided awesome calligraphy on those signs)!
I know I sound overly enthusiastic but I marveled at everything Rosanna and her team were able to accomplish. Plus, she’s just a really cool lady :-)
I told her I cannot wait for the excuse to rent pieces from her again and I meant it! Highly highly recommend. Her inventory is amazing, she is amazing, and my wedding is amazing. I’m sure you’ll have the same experience if you use Bella Villa. -

Rosanna is an AMAZING talent. In addition to her skill, she listens and is very helpful. I didn't have a huge budget and Rosanna didn't push things on me, and gave me options at different price points - seriously, all beautiful options. Also, she has an extremely amazing eye for design and style. I had guests say that my wedding felt magical and I attribute a large part of it to the look and feel from Rosanna's pieces. My one regret is that I didn't have the photographer take a bunch of pictures of the furniture pieces before our guests arrived! I would absolutely recommend Bella Villa to anyone and would rent from here again! -

That extra spark!
Bella Villa's rentals added so much to the vibe our vintage Virginia wedding! I hope i can edit this post to show photos - we actually met Rosanna when we were touring what became our wedding venue and knew immediately we would love to work with her and we do not regret it. She doesn't just rent you the gorgeous pieces, she helps you choose the best for your day and I truly felt like I had her complete attention. She went above and beyond and our guests, and we, LOVED each of the pieces we rented! -

Must Have Vendor!!!
I can’t say enough positive things about Rosanna and her furniture. First, her furniture is GORGEOUS!!! It truly made my wedding decor and provided the romance I was hoping for! Second, coordinating the drop off/pick up was so easy! Third, Rosanna is wonderful! She’s so sweet and enthusiastic. She helped me pick the pieces and really design the look I wanted. She seriously goes above and beyond as a vendor. There was even an incident involving red wine with one of the pieces. Rather than get mad or make me feel terrible, Rosanna simply informed me of the issue and kindly worked to clean it so that it didn’t need to be reupholstered or dyed. She showed true professionalism and empathy throughout the entire ordeal. I highly recommend working with Rosanna and renting her pieces. I would do it again in a heartbeat!! -

Rosanna is absolutely amazing and it was wonderful to work with her! She helped us with design ideas, different furniture suggestions, and on the wedding day, I let her take a bulk of the control and set things how she saw fit. She exceeded our expectations! She also surprised my husband and the cigar bar she designed was perfect for him and had a fishing theme. He was SO happy and surprised. :) -

It was so fun just to see her collection and to see how much she cared about and knew about everything she had to offer. She did a wonderful job of listening to me and my wedding planner and quickly understood exactly the feeling of the wedding I wanted. She had great ideas about pieces to use to capture that feeling and was also really accommodating to my wedding planner's suggestions. Everything we rented from Bella Villa just turned beautifully. And on the big day I was barely aware of the delivery and setup; it all went so smoothly. Highly recommend Bella Villa!

Working with Rosanna was the easiest process of all of the planning. We visited her warehouse and handpicked each item that was to be on display at the event. Rosanna was very attentive to our wishes and ideas and extremely mindful of the budget. She had beautiful suggestions to work with our space and we could not have been happier! She and her crew were amazing to work with, coming on location multiples times to ensure that all was set and responding to all communications in a timely fashion. The decor was elegant and classy, from the bar set up to crystal chandeliers to put the extra special "equestrian" touch to our venue. People were amazed at how beautiful the venue looked and we were so happy with our choice. Bella Villa Antiques & Vintage Rentals played such an integral part of our event and helped it be the success it was! I can't wait to work with this company again! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

We had the great fortune of utilizing her services for two Gala fundraisers, and she managed to magically transform a horse barn into a black-tie event venue each time! That takes talent! To this end, Rosanna procured beautiful vintage chandeliers, meaningful scripted signs, the coolest bars/backdrops, shelving and added thoughtful and inspiring equine touches throughout. She personally made sure each and every item arrived on time and worked with her team to place each piece in best location. Its easy to see that she has an impeccable eye for style and design - but what makes her so incredible awesome is that she is also honest, trustworthy, completely self-reliant but also a wonderful team player!
While I'm sure there are many companies that provide event rentals, I can confidently say that Bella Villa Antiques and Vintage Rentals is more than a rental company - Rosanna's passion for people and commitment to excellence makes her more like the BEST friend you could ever have when throwing a party. As event timelines get down to the wire and she's got your back, cheers you on and brings much needed love and positive energy to even the most stressful situations. She's simply the best! -

Our 300 guests LOVED all of the couches, shelving, mirrors, unique bars, etc. They couldn't believe how we transformed a dull mundane hotel patio into a fabulous setting!! It was worth every penny and Bella Villa had delivery and pick-up, so we didn't have to worry. LOVE, LOVE that we used them!"

Tara Sent on 05/17/2016I cannot rave enough about the beauty of the vintage furniture that we rented from Bella Villa for our wedding. Our friends and family cannot stop talking about how gorgeous and elegant it made the entire evening feel and how unique it made our wedding.
Rosanna is absolutely one of the most fabulous people to work with. She has an incredible eye for design and decor -- she truly transformed our venue with her pieces. She is also SO FUN and SO sweet. She had an amazing amount of patience with me as I changed back and forth between how I wanted my reception room set up, to moving floors, to even changing delivery times. She gave amazing advice of how a room would work best, and created these stunning vignettes in every room in our venue.
Her inventory is as diverse as it is gorgeous, and has something for every scene. We haven't stopped getting compliments on the gorgeous 10 foot wooden bar we used, and the breathtaking black and gold vintage couch.
Rosanna and Bella Villa made our wedding and the entire evening a beautiful and unique experience, and I am SO happy we decided to work together. I highly recommend! -

I stumbled across Rosanna's business here on WeddingWire a few months ago, and I thank my lucky stars that I did! She has an incredible selection of vintage furniture and decor and a great eye for design. We took our time in her amazing showroom selecting the perfect pieces for our event, and everything looked absolutely stunning the day of! Rosanna from Bella Villa has an amazing personality with a collection to match. When I walked into her warehouse, I felt like I was walking into my dream wedding. She had so many items that worked perfectly with our vintage travel theme. My only regret was that I didn’t find her sooner and had a larger budget to rent more of her amazing loot! Rosanna was so easy to work with and set everything up more beautifully than I could have imagined for our big day! We had a cigar bar that was perfection and a cute little spot for our friends and family to take pictures during cocktails, all because of her. Vintage Bliss
Rosanna has an awesome stash of beautiful vintage furniture! She went above and beyond to make sure I could visualize the vignettes for our wedding day. I had an extremely hard time visualizing how the furniture would look in the space. She was EXTREMELY patient as I was asking for changes right before the wedding. The furntiure looked beautiful and we got a lot of compliments! Not to mention, ask her to decorate bookshelves for you, you won't regret it. -
