Amazing team!

My husband and I know nothing about florals and we were the most nervous about this, but Patti and her team had an ability to read our minds and create an end product that we couldn't be happier with. Patti took time to have us visit the showroom, pieced together the little bits that we knew we wanted, and essentially told us that she had it covered. That was an understatement, as her and her team delivered on everything that was promised and more. They were flexible with our budget, they were communicative and receptive to all the little last minute things we wanted, and our guests could not have been more impressed. Again, we don't know anything about florals, but we left having an incredible appreciation for the art, as did our guests

Stunning florals!

Patti & team were so professional and organized from the first time I met with her on the phone. I felt that my limited floral vocab and inspo photos were well captured by Patti on the quote, and even better translated into something stunning on the day of. Our in-person meeting in advance of the wedding was also really helpful - the team put together a mock centerpiece while I was speaking with Patti, and we made some good decisions on colors together that helped with my overall wedding decor as well. On the day of, the team brought so much with them - there were lots of small extra greenery and flowers around, beyond what was scoped, that really added to the overall feel. Highly, highly recommend.

10/10 Experience with Bella Fiori

We worked with Bella Fiori for our December 2025 wedding and they were amazing. Early on in the process, the staff worked with me to determine what our wedding vibe was, went over the types of flowers we would use for our Christmas themed wedding, and were very transparent about pricing. Since I was having a winter wedding, I leaned in a lot on Christmas trees and didn't have a ton of flowers, but still wanted some touches. Multiple florists told me if I wasn't spending at least X thousands of dollars they would not even give me a quote. So working with Bella Fiori was a breath of fresh air. Our archway looks stunning as did my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets. After the ceremony it was easy to repurpose the archway flowers around our sweetheart table. The staff from BF came and set up quickly, and were super friendly. I would definitely recommend Bella Fiori for any event where you need beautiful arrangements and helpful, kind staff.

Best florals for my September wedding!

Choosing Bella Fiori for my florals was the absolute best decision for my wedding! Working with Patti and her team was such a pleasure from beginning to end since she’s so kind and open to listening to all of your needs. I have pollen allergies but still wanted real florals so Patti made sure to only include florals/greens that wouldn’t affect me and it really worked, no allergies at all on the day! Absolutely everything, from the bouquets, centerpieces, arrangements, and all the decor matched the color theme perfectly and were incredibly beautiful. I even cried when I saw my bouquet for the first time, and the roses they used were the biggest I’ve ever seen. I’m very thankful to Patti and her team for being so professional and talented, and making my dream flowers a reality!

The best- definitely book!

I really struggled finding a florist because I didn’t know much about flowers, and many of the quotes I received were over my budget. A friend recommended Bella Fiori, and I’m so grateful they did! From the very start, Bella Fiori was amazing- the were incredibly responsive and willing to work within my budget. I also really appreciated their transparency and patience as we brainstormed ideas, even with my back-and-forth and occasional hesitation regarding what I wanted. They were so easy to work with, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful! Bella Fiori truly brought my vision to life- my wedding looked magical and exactly like I had imagined and more! It felt like a dream, and I received so many compliments! If you’re planning a special day, I would absolutely recommend booking them!

I just worked with Bella fiori and they are incredible! Patti is truly amazing and sooo helpful! She made the process so easy and simple. I couldn’t have asked for a better florist. Best florist in the game!!!!

If I could go back and get married again I’d choose Bella Fiori again & again as my florist !!! From start to finish they were incredible to work with. They were responsive, organized. Creative, and flexible. They seemed very willing to work with me and make my wedding floral dreams come to life & now after just getting married this month I can attest they not only made my floral dreams come true but they went far & beyond in exceeding my expectations!!! I changed up my colors a couple months before the wedding adding more vibrant pinks and corals into my color scheme and they had so much fun with it. I’m still getting complimented on our high low centerpieces and all the other arrangements the team did for us. It was an absolute dream to work with them & I’ll never forget how dazzling and magical my wedding flowers were! They were so beautiful I decided to get some preserved too!

Beautiful flowers!

The team at Bella Fiori is awesome!! From our first phone call, all the way to the wedding day, they were very friendly and responsive to all my questions. They work with you to see your vision and stay within your budget which I really appreciated. They were able to give me ideas of what would look good and be in season for an August wedding. A month before the wedding, I changed my mind on what flowers I wanted and it was no problem at all which was awesome because they didn't make me stick to the flowers I originally wanted. My flowers turned out absolutely beautiful!!!

Creative Masterpieces

I want to thank Patti and the girls so very much for the beautiful flowers. She took the time to get to know me and listen to what my hopes were for the wedding. My bouquet was just Perfect! The Florals of my Dreams!!

Patti and her team were absolutely WONDERFUL in helping to execute my vision and create something even better than I imagined. Patti answered all of our questions and was super flexible in helping to create a floral look that fit our budget. I’m obsessed with my bouquet and the bridesmaid bouquets were so full and gorgeous. Stunning and affordable wedding flowers

Bella Fiori was a dream to work with for our wedding. Many of our friends have used them for their weddings and highly recommended them to us. They were amazing with keeping in budget and finding ways to make the reception room and cocktail hour come to life without breaking the bank. Bess set up our room and decor and everything was BEAUTIFUL. We got so many complements on the centerpieces and sweetheart table. Patti and her team were attentive with answering our emails and even flexible enough to switch some things around for us close to the wedding. I cannot recommend them enough for wedding florals!

During our design meetings, they offered guidance and inspiration and helped us craft a floral vision that we were excited about. Patti and her team were absolutely incredible. When they walked into my bridal suite the morning of my wedding, my jaw hit the floor. I could not believe how stunning my bouquet was. You have to hire them!!!

Bella Fiori was hands down the BEST vendor we had at our wedding. Patti and her team were incredible, from the first phone call to the wedding day. During our consultation, Patti helped us to work within our budget and build a floral design that made sense for the month, venue, and preferences. She was communicative via email, making changes with us when we had something else we wanted to add/remove. During our final call, she helped us really see the vision come to life and encouraged us to make minor design changes that truly transformed our flowers on the day of. I felt so comfortable with Patti and her team before the wedding day, and on the day of, I was speechless. My bridal bouquet was nothing short of perfect - Patti took the inspiration I gave her and knocked it out of the park. When I saw the arch, I thought the same thing. She worked tirelessly setting up throughout the day and made the venue look absolutely incredible with her floral designs. I am so grateful that our venue recommended her and her team, and I am writing this review to tell all future brides out there that Patti and her team are the real deal -- I couldn't recommend them more.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL work!!!

Patti and her team at Bella Fiori were absolutely amazing. Prior to my wedding, I met with them twice to go over my vision and what I was hoping for in terms of florals. Patti went above and beyond what I could have even dreamed of, and made both our church and wedding venue (Rock Island Lake Club) look AMAZING! I told Patti that I wanted it to be very wintery and she discussed lots of ideas with me that I hadn't even thought of, which made the tables look stunning. She even had suggestions for my guest book table and seating chart as I talked ideas through with her. She went above and beyond just "florals" and really helped to tie together all of the decor at my wedding. Patti, and every member of her team, is incredibly sweet, detail-oriented, and very talented! I would recommend a million times over!!! 5+ stars!!

Amazing experience - just WOW!

Beautiful flowers and decor for our wedding done by an amazing team!

Mike and I loved working with Patti and her team for our October 8, 2023 wedding at Bello Giorno Estate! From the moment we met with Patti and the team back in February, we knew that they'd turn our vision into a reality and they absolutely did. We arrived at the wedding venue while they were setting up on the day-of, and we couldn't believe how beautiful it already looked even without being finished at that point! The floral arrangements and decor they put together for us were stunning, and entirely incorporated our wedding colors (navy blue / dusty blues / burgundy / dusty pink / greens). Mike and I really don't know much about flowers going into the wedding planning process, so we trusted the Bella Fiori to do what they felt was best based on the vision we described in words + photos. It was impressive, to say the least, with how they literally did just that and more! We felt like they executed our vision better than how we even envisioned and described it to them. Both the ceremony and reception floral arrangements, center pieces, and other decor looked beautiful! Bella Fiori helped make our wedding everything we ever dreamed of. Best Choice

Patti and her team are amazing at what they do. We just got married on 6/2/23 and everything went off without a hitch. Our ceremony was outdoors and about an hour before everything, we were told there might be a huge a rain storm. Bella Fiori stayed there and waited on our decision. We decided to take the risk and stay outside, where Patti then moved quickly and made everything so beautiful. The perfect florist when you're not quite sure of your vision

Booking a florist was the toughest vendor for me as I didn’t really have an exact vision and had limited inspo pictures, so I needed someone I could trust to just deliver a good product with a reasonable budget. Patti and her team did more than I could have expected and I am so grateful. Communicating with her throughout the process was easy and during our in-person planning meeting she even put together a sample arrangement for what our centerpieces would look like. Our wedding incorporated Jewish traditions, one being a chuppah, and I could not have been happier at how this turned out - I was so distracted walking down the aisle because I could not believe how beautiful it was. As a non-creative person I really needed to rely heavily on a good florist because I just don’t have the vision for things like this and I could not be happier with how things turned out. Patti listened to everything I said I wanted and made it so much more beautiful than I could have imagined. Every detail was perfect and I would recommend her and her team for any venue or any budget.

Beautiful flowers and wonderful team!

Patti and her team were wonderful to work with! They were very receptive to the ideas we had going in, and also helped us develop a vision for the aspects that we still didn’t have figured out. They worked to keep things within our budget, offering different options in the proposal so we could pick what fit best with our vision and our price point.

Everything on the wedding day was absolutely gorgeous. I was so happy with my bouquet and my husband loved his boutonniere. He grows succulents so they were able to include a small succulent in his bout that he was able to take home and pot afterwards.

Everyone was positive and enthusiastic throughout the entire process, and the results on the day itself were everything we dreamed of!

I cannot say enough good things about Patti and the Bella Fiori team! I was initially pretty lost and overwhelmed about what I was looking for, but Patti was extremely patient and helped me come up with my dream wedding florals. Patti was so flexible and easy to work with, she truly has the most calming presence! She was also super mindful of my budget and made thoughtful recommendations throughout the planning process. Wonderful florist!

Patti and the team at Bella Fiori did an amazing job with the flowers at our wedding! During our two planning meetings, Patti walked us through the various options in great detail and showed us samples, so we were able to make decisions that perfectly fit our requests. I absolutely loved my bouquet - it was blue and white with some red accents. The flowers were fresh and so beautiful. For our reception we had flower bud vases with floating candles and greenery along the base, which looked perfect in our venue. Patti specifically recommended this style and setup, and it was stunning! We are so happy we chose Bella Fiori for our big day!

First off 5 stars isn’t enough, i wish i could give them 100!! My fiancée and I got married at the ryland inn in the coach house. First off bella fiori turned the coach house into something magical! It looked like something out of a fairytale. The flowers were beyond beautiful! My bridal bouquet was spectacular. I told Patti and Lindsay about a specific flower that my grandfather loved and they incorporated it perfectly. The arch that we got married under was gorgeous! I am getting phone calls from friends and family about how gorgeous everything was!! Bella Fiori is the absolute best!!!

AMAZING team of florists!

Absolutely LOVED working with the Bella Fiori team for my wedding! They were able to visualize exactly what I wanted during our initial phone meeting, and exceeded all my expectations on my actual wedding day! The bouquets for me & the bridesmaids were absolutely stunning, and all our centerpieces were gorgeous. Received compliments all night! Patti and Lindsay were also such a delight to work with. Already recommended them for my best friend’s wedding, and will continue to recommend them to many others!

Beautiful Florals!

Patty and her team did such an amazing job with our florals/fruits! I didn’t think I was going to be one to get so excited by a bouquet, but just looking at it in my photos makes me so happy. And seriously that archway is just everything. And I love my oranges and greenery centerpieces; they just did a great job setting the space and capturing the vibe we were looking for.

Bridal shower June 4

I’ve couldn’t ask for anything better I asked for simple flowers to be put on the table and Patty came up with this awesome idea for a decoration is Flower bar when I tell you that people just loved it they flock to it at the end of the party they couldn’t wait to take their bouquet home it was the best thing we ever did thanks again can’t wait to see what you’re gonna do for the wedding so glad I used them top notch and she even gave us extra stuff just in case but needless to say nobody had problems taking flowers home so we had nothing left !

Beautiful flowers within our budget!

We had a wonderful experience working with Patti and everyone at Bella Fiori! From our very first email exchange, Patti was collaborative and full of ideas, helping turn our vision and preferences into detailed designs for florals and centerpieces.

We discussed potential adjustments to stay within our budget, and Patti never pressured us or made us feel guilty for choosing more affordable options. It was a delight to visit her studio and see some of her designs in-person; it also gave me comfort that she and her team would have no problem setting everything up day-of while we were busy getting ready.

Leading up to the big day, Patti kept in touch and always responded promptly. Her florals were FABULOUS - I was in awe of how gorgeous the ceremony arrangements and my bouquet ended up being, and she even whipped up additional arrangements for a few reception tables using leftover flowers! She was worth every penny, and we cannot recommend her highly enough!

AMAZING wedding flowers!

Patti was A DREAM to work with for our wedding flowers! First of all, she was so accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding for Covid which I really appreciated. She truly gets so excited about your vision and has such a beautiful creative eye to bring your ideas to life! Meeting with her was actually really fun, and we even found ways to throw in a few extra special touches to personalize our decor. She went above and beyond on everything, especially my gorgeous bouquet! - and even checked in with me the day before my wedding to see how I was doing. Such a lovely team to work with. I had the best experience working with Patti! She made the process easy and fun. She is very talented and we were over the moon with how beautiful the room looked. Absolutely Amazing!

I HIGHLY recommend Bella Fiori! Patti and her team were so fantastic to work with. My husband and I had met with other florists and none of them really got our vision or couldn’t really do what we wanted within our budget. Patti and her team immediately knew what we were looking for and were able to provide additional ideas and show us examples of what everything could look like. Even after we had to postpone, Patti was super supportive and understanding. Even when I wanted to change up the centerpieces a bit! As we got closer to the wedding, Patti was so great about confirming all of the numbers and making sure all the details were right. On the wedding day, I was blown away by how everything came together. From our chuppah, to the details they added to our cocktail hour, and all the centerpieces and everything for the reception, they did a phenomenal job! They were even able to move pieces from the ceremony space to the reception without anybody noticing! Truly incredible work and they were such a pleasure to work with during the wedding planning process.

Amazing! Definitely recommend!

Patti and team at Bella Fiori are amazing! They gave me exactly what I wanted and then some! My bouquet looked just like my inspiration image. The ceremony flowers were better than I could have imagined. Everyone complimented our flowers the whole night.

Exceptional

Patti & her dreams made all of my dreams come true. First, I had to find a new florist about 6 months prior to my wedding, so I panicked and called about 10 places to get a vibe on the people and the pricing. When my mom and I had our phone conference with Patti, we felt like we were talking to a friend. It was honestly just an easy conversation and she really listened to us. We sent her pictures of what we were thinking but also left most of the creative decisions to her and the team (since they know best). They had never been to my venue before, so they even made the time to go visit the venue and get a feel for the space prior to meeting my mom and I before the wedding. Flash forward to about 2 months before my wedding, my mom and I went and sat down with Patti and Bess, and looked at a "mock-up" centerpiece. It was unbelievable. I was so happy after that meeting and I knew I was in such good hands. She even worked within our budget and kept things very honest and open. We talked about all our options to keep the cost down and she was very adamant about us not having to worry about a thing the day of. On the morning of my wedding, they arrived exactly when they said they would with all the bouquets and boutineers and they were exquisite. Better than I ever could have imagined. AND THEN THE BALLROOM AND THE CEREMONY SPACE. I couldn't even believe what I was seeing. They truly outdid themselves. People are still talking about my bouquet and the flowers on the tables. The centerpieces came out even better than they did during our meeting before the wedding. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the entire team. They are GOOD people who are EXCEPTIONAL at what they do. I did not worry about a thing the day of, set up, take down, nothing. They handled it from start to finish, flawlessly. Patti even was on site when a piece fell out of my bouquet she fixed it within minutes and was always checking in to make sure everything was good. I'll DEFINITELY be using them in the future.

Easiest decision ever!

Finding a florist was one of the most difficult vendors for me to find when planning my wedding. I must have talked with 10 other companies before speaking with Patti, and as soon as we connected, I knew she was the perfect choice. We instantly connected on our initial phone call, she was so nice in answering all of my many questions, and worked within our budget. She took the vision I had from inspo pics and made it come to life. I trusted her creative eye for the little details and making the whole vision come together. We hired Patti for our June 2021 wedding and we have no regrets! First of all, Patti was the EASIEST person to work with. Patti and her team are so down to earth, understanding, and they are incredible at what they do. I had to reschedule my wedding due to COVID and they were so accommodating during the process, with this the season of my wedding changed as well and they made my floral dreams come true. I basically gave Patti and Beth a few photos of what I wanted and told them they had creative license. My jaw literally dropped walking into our reception!! Everything was gorgeous. Couldn't have asked for anyone better!!

Pattie and everyone at Bella Fiori were positive, friendly and truly wanted what was best for our wedding. From knowing nothing about flowers, I gave Patti full decision on what flowers were going to look best and how to use them. She and everyone else knew the venue inside and out to place flower in the most perfect spots. They were simplistic and exactly how I pictured them to. The amount of comments I received about the flowers on our wedding day were overwhelming and all I could simply say was "It was all the florist!" Absolutely Amazing Experience

When my husband and I first met with Patti we knew we wanted to work with her. She was down to Earth and felt like family. She listened to what we were looking for, even though we didn't have a real clear picture of what we wanted and came up with an idea that went above and beyond our expectations. Leading up to the big day she communicated flawlessly, checked in to make sure everything was still on track, and the day of the wedding I was in awe of her work. She did 2 large pieces for us, one on the arch during the ceremony and the other on the mantel of the fireplace in our venue. They were stunning!!! She also put together a small piece for our sweetheart table which was gorgeous. Patti is an expert and I wouldn't think twice about hiring her for any other event I have!!! Not to mention she is SO REASONABLE with pricing. Do yourself a favor and book Patti for your wedding you will NOT be disappointed!

Amazing Experience, Pleasure to Work with - 2020

All the COVID brides & COVID wedding planners know what this year was like when it came to planning anything, let alone a WEDDING! Patti was my wedding planner and also did my flowers and a million other things that I needed to get my 'perfect day.' As my planning started, 'PRE COVID,' Patti came with me to a brial expo and guided me on options from flowers, to lighting, to chairs and invitiations. She was super involved from the start. Enter COVID, our wedding was postponed and changed venues 3 different times. Patti was even helping us search for new venues and came along for the ride a couple of times to check out logistics & floor plan. Patti is extremely professional, very talented and just really cares about the products she is putting in front of you and your guests. She was creative and helped me along when I didn't know that little last detail or how to make the final decision. Patti was GREAT! The day of my wedding, as everyone knows, there are always those little things that go wrong. Patti really helped me through the day and kept me super calm. She took care of everything!! Patti was the contact for all of my vendors and really kept people on the timeline. Lastly, Patti made herself available to my family and by the end of the day everyone in my bridal party and close family were on a first name basis with her.
Separate from my wedding, Patti also did the flowers for my rehearsal dinner. The gorgeous table arrangement made the tables look stunning. Everyone gave us so many compliments on the floral work. It was one of my favorite pieces from the wedding outside of my gorgeous and unique bridal bouquet.
I do not want to leave out the design crew for the invitations and flowers. They were amazing and met with my husband and I multiple times to make sure we were 100% happy with the final product. Beautiful & unique design, gorgeous flowers, amazing invitations and service with a calming smile from Patti.

THANK YOU for making our wedding perfect, even during a pandemic!!

Wonderful to work with! October 17 2020 wedding

Patti was such a pleasure to work with! Due to Covid, my wedding has been rescheduled 4 times. Despite the last minute decisions, Bella fiore was able to make each date work for me. I had to change my entire size and vibe for my wedding, and Patti easily adjusted the decor accordingly. Everyone at Bella fiore is so creative. They put there heart into there job and it really shows. I would highly recommend- you will not be disappointed!

So I was that bride that didn't build a Pinterest board and thought someone was joking when they asked me what my "colors" were for the wedding. The most thoughtful, caring, and talented floral experts made our colorful meadow dream a reality!

What can I say about Patti, Lindsay, and the Bella Fiori team that can encompass how much we absolutely love these people?! They were incredible to work with for our wedding. When we met them, we knew they were genuine, lovely, creative experts at their field. We just had 2-3 meetings before the wedding, but it was never an errand or a chore. We had so much fun with these folks!

They took our unique ideas for a colorful, bright, and exuberant meadow feel and ran with it. They made thoughtful suggestions, brought our dream centerpieces to life and went above and beyond to even text us a few weeks before the wedding as they were finding gorgeous cool water roses, bright yellow billyballs, and deep scabiosas to make the bridal bouquet and chuppah/ceremony altar truly shine. Our wedding flowers were truly unique, and inspired, and it's all because of Patti, Lindsay and their vision and warmth.

On the day of the wedding, there was a quick 30-minute monsoon, and Patti and Lindsay stayed well beyond drop off time to make sure everything was perfect. They were warm and comforting, just like our catering manager and all the vendors that were setting up, and it was so lovely to have them there to keep things calm. They were like the best friends you never knew you had but always wanted. Thank you for that, I will always be grateful.

We love these people! You bet I will recommend them and hire them for all my florist needs. My good friend is using them later this year and I can't wait to see their brilliance at work again!

I found Patricia on my own while wedding planning. She was FABULOUS. Her prices were incredible and she was so incredibly patient while I nit picked and tried to design what I wanted for my perfect day. When we first spoke to Patti, we knew she’d be the perfect florist for me and my husband Shaun. I generally struggled with a theme and color scheme for our wedding because I didn’t really have a vision. Patti was extremely helpful navigating my uncertainties and helping me pick the perfect arrangements to complement the spaces at our venue the Madison Hotel. She was familiar with the venue and was able to make suggestions about where simpler might be better and always looked for ways for us to save on costs, which is a great quality for a wedding vendor and made me trust her even more. When we met with Patti for the first time in her studio, we looked at pictures together that I had saved on Pinterest. I initially thought picking flowers would be an extremely overwhelming process, but I was put at ease by Patti’s calm, collected, organized yet creative personality. I had seen a picture of a hallow high top flower stand that I really loved for the reception, and even though she didn’t have them in her collection, she had someone build them for her and they looked even more beautiful than I imagined on our wedding day. We had a couple of other meetings in person with Patti and her business partner Lindsay, and each meeting confirmed we were in good hands with this incredibly organized team.

The other amazing thing about Patti and her team is that she’s not just a florist but can help with any of your printed needs or decorative signs for the wedding. Patti mentioned that she could design and print place cards. We originally thought we’d do them ourselves but as she had predicted, we were happy to have one less thing on our plate leading up to our wedding. She even had the designer complement our wedding invitation style and they came out beautifully and we were able to make some last-minute changes the week of. Since we had a wedding of about 200 guests, she offered to mock-up the reception flower arrangements in advance which was so generous and helpful for us to get a sense of what the flowers would like all together. Leading up to the big day, one of the flower colors I was hoping for unfortunately wasn’t available. Patti let me know right away and had another suggestion ready to go and ensured me that they would still look beautiful.

The day of the wedding, even though Patti wasn’t scheduled to arrive until noon, she had someone drop off flowers early so that our getting ready area could be brightened up with some flower arrangements which was so appreciated. Patti let me know when she arrived and then stealthily set up everything with her team very seamlessly from my perspective. She also coordinated with our venue throughout the day and confirmed all the little details were in the right place and it all looked perfect. Everything was exactly where it was supposed to be, and the flowers looked GORGEOUS! From the ceremony arch, to the bouquets, to the reception and cocktail hour flowers, it was all so stunning, and it was incredible to see everything come to life. I still have people saying how beautiful the flowers were and our wedding was months ago. I would highly recommend Patti for all your floral and design needs. She was such a pleasure to work with, and she was able to take my half-baked vision into a beautiful reality, and I’m so thankful for everything her and her team did to make our wedding as flawless as possible. When we met with them we had no idea about anything flowers for our wedding, but were quickly given everything we needed. They quided us through it all, and brought my inspiration ideas to life. Felt like a great friend

Bella Fiori was an amazing florist. From the moment I called Patti, I knew she was the one! We connected immediately and I felt so comfortable with her that we did not have to look any further. The whole time talking to her felt like I was talking to a good friend. My husband and I got married at Rock Island Lake Club, a beautiful venue surrounded by fauna itself. The flowers for us was only to accentuate the venue and the only thing we emphasized on was the ceremony archway. I found a photo on Pinterest and Patti and her team NAILED IT in recreating our vision. I trusted her completely in the rest of the floral arrangements (from bouquets, flower girl baskets, bouts, planters, and even the row boat decorations) giving her just a few picture ideas of what we were envisioning. The day of, everything came out stunning and more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Patti worked with us to ensure we were within our budget and that her designs were aligned with our overall vision of the wedding day. She was accommodating, setting up intermittent calls with us so we did not have to travel from NYC to NJ. Beautiful work and so flexible and accommodating!

Patti and her team did an amazing job for our wedding on November 8th, 2019. They really paid attention to the photos we had indicated as inspiration for our wedding and brought our vision to life. We couldn't get enough of our floral arch! During our final appointment, we had discussed receiving petals for the flower girls which were not delivered with the rest of our items in the morning. We had a family member call, and the team at Bella Fiori quickly corrected the situation and brought them right away. Can't recommend them enough!

Incredible florist/team! Made my wedding spectacular!

Patti and her team at Bella Fiori are simply INCREDIBLE. The staff at our venue also couldn't stop raving at how wonderful it was to work with them on my wedding day. I had a hard time finding a florist that met both my budget and my vision for my flowers for my wedding day. As soon as I stepped foot in Patti's office/warehouse, I knew she was the one! Patti and her team are absolutely incredible. Patti knew exactly the look I wanted to achieve (lots of greens, white roses, succulents, very soft and romantic). Her expertise, flexibility, and design ideas are simply fantastic and she is so easy to work with. Not only are her flower arrangements amazing, but she was able to capture my "rustic chic" feel with lots of candles, mason jars, and wood pieces. Patti and I cried when she delivered my bouquet to me. I didn't think my bouquet would be as meaningful to me as it was, but that's how special Patti and her team made it for me and how absolutely breathtaking it was! I can't say enough AMAZING things about Bella Fiori and am recommending them to every single one of my friends/family who are looking for a florist, NOT ONLY for a wedding, but any event you would need flowers for! Bella Fiori - Wedding Review

We were recently married in May 2019 at the Park Savoy Estate in Florham Park, NJ. Patti and the team at Bella Fiori were recommended to us by a family friend. When we met with Patti, we immediately knew that Bella Fiori was the perfect fit for us. We had met with several floral designers in the area but none made us feel as comfortable and excited about our wedding décor as she did. We had several one-on-one meetings with Patti to discuss our ideas, throughout which she listened and asked questions to help our vision come to light. On the day of our wedding, Patti and her team arrived promptly (and on time) to drop off our bouquets and boutonnieres (which was early because we had a 9AM first look) and set up the ballroom for our reception. When we entered the ballroom for the first time, it literally took our breath away. Our centerpieces for the guest tables and sweetheart table were more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Everything was so elegant and the flowers were so beautiful. Patti and I discussed a color scheme of lavender with cremes and greenery and she absolutely nailed it – the lavender was the most perfect shade and it was amazing against my bridemaids’ navy blue dresses. Throughout the process, Patti was incredibly professional and very down to earth. She helped us find ways to stay within our budget while also making sure that our bouquets and centerpieces were luscious and full. We were so impressed with Patti that we also worked with her on our wedding invitations and ceremony programs. Again, she really listened and understood our vision to help us have the most incredible details at our wedding. It truly was a dream come true and we are so thankful for all her hard work. Patti was an amazing vendor to work with and we really trusted her, and I would recommend Bella Fiori again and again to all of my family and friends.

bouquet of my dreams

Sheena created the bouquet of my dreams for me and bouquets for my bridesmaids. She sent a few pictures of previous bouquets for me to look at, I gave her my favorite flower and colors and she designed the most beautiful bouquet. Sheena is very responsive. Came to the hotel room to give us the bouquets and show me how to hold it. The bouquet looked amazing at every angle… I wasn’t sure which way was up! I still have family and friends talking about how gorgeous the bouquet looked, and in the pictures as well. The floral arrangement was lovely, dense and sturdy set up. It stayed intact the entire night. I will 100% recommend Bella Fiori Floral and will use them for future events.

Patti and crew were seriously one of my favorite vendors I hired. We clicked from day 1. They knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered that and more! My flowers were seriously better then I had envisioned. Patti worked with my budget and created the most beautiful ceremony arch, centerpieces, boutonnieres and bouquets. Everything was full and fresh and beyond beautiful! Many of my guests asked if they could take them home and did! They are the sweetest ladies. We got married on my mom’s birthday and she even made my mom a birthday bouquet! Patti reached out to me weeks leading up to my wedding to check in and see if I needed her help with anything and just that alone meant so much to me! Artistic and Elegant. LOOK NO FUTHER.

Look no further, seriously. The team at Bella Fiori made every vision I had of my wedding with more elegance and grace than I could have ever imagined. With their professionalism and artistry, Patti and her team made the impossible look easy. I had different budgets for different parts of my wedding, the stationary, the signs, the flowers, and Bella Fiori was upfront and straight forward about what we could do and how we could make everything happen as a "baller on a budget". From my invitations, to my menus, to the flower arrangements and decor surrounding my big day, everything was perfect and they didn’t miss a single detail. Meeting with Patti and the team was not only insightful, but a hoot! We had so much fun together planning and brainstorming. They made me feel like any idea I had was a possibility, which made the process of expressing exactly what I wanted so easy and comfortable. The team also met me at my venue (Clarks Landing) to take a look at what else we could design and plan. They painted signs for me, they designed trees for me as my centerpieces, and they even made flowers float above our heads as we said "I do"! Do not even get me started on the epic-ness that was my bouquet!! IT was beyond what I ever could have imaged; delicate and textural. Not only did Bella Fiori help with my wedding day, Patti and the girls also designed and set up my outdoor rehearsal dinner AND AND AND the brunch that followed the day after my wedding. They encompassed my theme into an entire weekend from the rehearsal to the morning after. Patti was reachable anytime I had an Idea and sent it her way, she responded quickly and with great feedback. My sister will also be using Bella Fiori for her wedding and I've referred them to everyone I know with an upcoming event. I have this amazing team booked for a couple more events of my own as well and plan to include them on everything I have in mind going forward. I literally cannot wait to see what Patti and the team have cooked up next.

Beautiful!

Patti at Bella Fiori made my wedding an Autumn dream! My husband and I left our initial meeting with Patti feeling like we didn't need to meet with any other florists. I wish we had just trusted our gut, because the rest of our meetings were a waste. Patti immediately recognized our vision. We talked about some general ideas - color palette, types of flowers, style of the bouquets, and our vision for our centerpieces (using antique bottles that my dad has collected through the years). Patti was just as excited as we were by the ideas, and we trusted her ability to make our vision a reality.

Really, we couldn't have imagined anything better. We told Patti to take creative license when setting up, and everything was beyond beautiful. We've received nothing but compliments on the flowers and decor. I would recommend Patti and the team at Bella Fiori to anybody planning their wedding!

I came to Patti and her team with some loose ideas, and they were able to add their creative flair to bring those ideas to life better than I ever could have imagined, even with my modest budget. Patti and her team did an AMAZING job with the flowers for my wedding on 9/8/18. She was so easy to work with and really understood my vision, I was so excited to see the final product and was blown away, as were my guests. I gave some direction on colors/flowers etc with photos but gave her the freedom to be creative and am so glad I did! She also took care of the seating chart and was able to match our invitations perfectly, which was awesome. Patti and her team were incredible! I know very little about flowers, but Patti and Bess were able to help me find arrangements and centerpieces that I LOVED. Even though it was hard to articulate what I liked/didn’t like, Patti totally understood my vision. It came to a point where I just knew I could trust her to make decisions and left a lot of them in her hands – and she came through! Everything was absolutely stunning. The centerpieces were beautiful and I am still in love with my bouquet. In a very hectic wedding-planning environment, Patti was a source of calmness. Simply stunning job! Patti was so friendly and easy to work with and she was able to accommodate my budget and still create the most beautiful arrangements for my wedding. You can really tell she loves what she does!! She even was able to print signs such as a welcome sign, seating chart, and "Mr. & Mrs." wooden sign for the sweetheart table. Patti and the team at Bella Fiori were absolutely incredible. We originally hired Bella Fiori as our florist, and we were so impressed with and felt so comfortable with Patti’s style that we also hired them to do all of our printed materials (menus, programs, seating chart, etc.) and hired Patti as a Day-Of Coordinator (DOC). Our flowers were STUNNING - people were commenting on them all night. Everything from the centerpieces to the bouquets to the boutineers has so much detail and beauty. Our printed materials looked super polished and fit in perfectly with our flowers and the vibe of our venue. They were so well done and pretty that I noticed people taking pictures of them. And having Patti as our DOC gave us peace of mind that I can’t quite describe. She was on top of all the behind the scenes madness on the wedding day and coordinated with all of my vendors and venue during the weeks leading up to the event. Hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding day. She is truly a one-stop shop - as well as a kind, professional, warm, organized, and down to earth person. My husband and I were so beyond happy with how our flowers came out for our wedding day. Patti was so amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process. Patti and Lindsay offered suggestions to keep us within our budget and pricing was extremely reasonable. Patti was so responsive to my emails and any questions I had prior to the wedding. On our last meeting before the wedding, Patti and Lindsay explained everything making sure there were no questions that went unanswered. The morning of the wedding our flowers were dropped off on time and they looked amazing! The best part was seeing how excited Patti was once we saw how beautiful the flowers were. I knew that this was the florist for my wedding from even just looking on their website and they posted pricing. Then from the first time I talked with Patti on the phone, I knew she was 'the one' - she was so creative, flexible and wanted to make my vision a reality. Throughout the wedding process, Patti was responsive to all of my emails within one day, she had so many different options, she worked in MY budget and my wedding was just beautiful. She had an example for me to see a few weeks before my wedding and she went through the whole list of things multiple times with me. Always organized and always on point. I was SO happy with the centerpieces, bouquets, church arrangements and small arrangements that she made for me. My husband still randomly mentions how beautiful our wedding flowers were. Patti and her team were fantastic! I currently live in Colorado so knew I wouldn’t be able to be very hands on in the planning. Patti made the whole process super easy. I met with her in the beginning and we discussed the look and style I wanted. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience I had working with Bella Fiori Floral and Event Design. Patti and her team are creative and enthusiastic. They took our ideas and ran with them, adding their own flare, and the end results were not only stunning, but unique and personal. Their passion and attention to detail were obvious looking at each arrangement, and every aspect of the decor - from our hair flowers, to the ceremony space, to the centerpieces - turned out beautifully. Patti was there every step of the way - providing input about the flowers and invitations (She and her team also printed custom invites for us which were amazing as well!), as well as moral support during the wedding planning process. I was blown away by how beautiful my centerpieces came out, especially the detail put into the sweetheart table. They added all the extra special details to make my wedding even more special! Bella Fiori Floral and Event Design were amazing to work with. They were extremely responsive and went above and beyond for our wedding. There was never any pressure to spend more- they gave us great input as to getting the most value for our budget with what flowers were in season and numerous ideas for design. They always responded to emails and calls quickly, answering any questions or concerns, as well as just to check in to see if they could help. They worked with us to take our ideas and turn them into a stunning reality all within our budget. We loved the flowers so much and received so many compliments on the centerpieces, and the bouquets. They did a phenomenal job for our wedding and we would highly recommend them for any of your events!

Do not hesitate to go with Bella Fiori Floral Event and Design !!! I live in Massachusetts and had to deal long distance with the crew and they were the best ever. The event was our mother's 100th birthday party and mom is quite the character. Thirty of her buddies from her adult community were coming by party bus as well as another one hundred family and friends from far and wide; five generations in all. It had to be Special. Besides, my three sister would be watching; I was in charge of the decorations and the venue left a lot to be desired. Since it was a venue that typically held corporate events lots of camouflage and distraction was needed. I gave the crew my budget and told them what I'd like. I trusted their expertise and am so glad I did ! These are Pros, capital P. They worked with me, scoped out the venue multiple times, were in constant touch with the event manager at the venue as well as the person in charge of the catering ( buffet and bar set up) and had everything under control from the get go. At the last minute (literally as they were setting up) management decided to move the bar area into a small side room to accommodate the size of the crowd; the crew handled it all smoothly (while my sisters and I panicked) and decorated the extra room, doorway and all ! It looked so very lush and lovely !! The typical comment of the day was "the party was great, and the decorations were spectacular!". After the party, not a centerpiece was left behind ! Best of all; mom was thrilled with the way the rooms looked; she'd had two other parties held for her there before (90th and 95th). Her comment; "how did you manage this?! The place is transformed!" Thank you Bella Fiori for making this event so spectacular.

Bella Fiori (especially Sheena) provided us with amazing flowers and were VERY responsive. The style of what was put together was EXACTLY what we agreed upon and what we were looking for. We loved the beautiful, colorful flowers which were a perfect complement to highlight the bridal party (beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres) along with gorgeous centerpieces and ceremony flowers plus a darling crown for our flower girl. Thank you for being punctual to drop the flowers off on the day of as well - they lasted for a while after the wedding as well. Worth every penny!

Sheena and her team were so great to work with! They were able to put all my ideas and envisions together to create the look I wanted to achieve, all within my budget. I loved how excited they got when brainstorming ideas for different flowers to use in my arrangements, and I appreciated that they were always very quick to respond to all my emails. They did an absolute amazing job on all the floral arrangements at my wedding. I am still completely obsessed with my bouquet; it was way prettier than anything I could have imagined! Every arrangement was beautiful and I was so happy with how everything came out. I highly recommend Bella Fiori Floral and Event Design!

This review is a long time in the making, as my wedding was over two months ago but people are still talking about my bouquet. Sheena did an amazing time understanding my vision for flowers and was never bothered when I would text her pictures and ideas. She was creative yet realistic with what was available. I felt like I was in great hands and never worried, which obviously was quite a relief. Sheena was also very affordable, and when I started adding things on like flowers for my cake, the unity candle and so on, before adding to the price, she was thoughtful about what flowers would be left over from the bouquets. If I was to ever use a "florist" for an event again, my first call would be to Sheena at Bella Fiori.

My centerpieces and bouquets came out so much better than I'd envisioned for my wedding. They were absolutely beautiful. Sheena was very responsive and gave great advice on what flowers were in season and what I could use instead. Sheena help mke my day beautiful. I am beyond happy with how it turned out! ??

WOW WOW WOW! Sheena from Bella Fiore did my wedding on August 6th, and I could not believe the amazing job that she did- the flowers were exactly what I wanted and better! I was so excited to see her the day of the wedding and see the incredible flowers. The great thing about working with Sheena is that, not only is she SO talented, but she is really enthusiastic about your vision for your wedding and about getting it to be everything you dreamed it would be. I felt like she cared so much about my wedding - almost as if I had hired a good friend! Sheena is extremely communicative- she follows up immediately and keeps you in the loop. You are working together to create beautiful flowers- when she had a great idea or thought of another flower, she emailed me to suggest it. She updated me when the flowers arrived and even sent a sneak peak of the work. When I saw the flowers I was beyond overwhelmed with what she had done!!!!!! Now let's talk business- Sheena is very straightforward when it comes to budgeting and helps you figure out where to allocate your decor budget to get the most impact. She was very respectful of my budget- there was never any up sell or pressure. I wish I had a friend getting married to refer to Bella Fiore because I just cannot recommend them highly enough!!!! You will be thrilled- I wish I could attach pictures to show the beautiful job she did on our wedding.

If I could give Bella Fiori a million stars I would!!!! The flowers for my wedding (6/5/16) was beyond words!!!!!!
