My daughter wanted different hues of dresses for her wedding. We went into Bella Bridesmaid in Atlanta hoping they could help. The sales associate understood what we were looking for. She was so helpful and patient. I highly recommend them for your bridal needs! -

I have had two experiences with Bella, one as a bridesmaid and one as the bride. With both experiences I have no complaints. The dress I ordered as a bridesmaid came in timely and fit perfectly. As the bride, I went in to the store with an appointment with 4 of my bridesmaids. I had pictures of the color I wanted, "dusty blue," and I knew I wanted full length. My goal was to have same color dresses and let the girls pick our their style. Katherine helped with just that - she instantly knew a designer that would fit everyone's budget and offer different style options, as well as the perfect color! Nouvelle Amsale was the designer for my bridesmaids, and the dresses were stunning. Katherine and the other girls at Bella's were always quick to email me with a status update or answer any questions I had. They also mailed me swatches of the dress color we chose so I could use that for other wedding planning needs. I had one out of town bridesmaid, she received hers promptly in the mail and the other girls picked theirs up at the store. A couple only needed length alterations. I would definitely recommend Bella Bridesmaids! -

Bella Bridesmaid had a great selection of dresses for my bridesmaids and made it easy to get dresses ordered for out-of-town bridesmaids. They are appointment - only, so if you show up without an appointment they will do their best to accommodate you but will be working mainly with their scheduled appointment (if there is one at that time). The only complaint I have is that they waited to order the dress for the flowergirl and as a result it came in pretty late and was the wrong size so needed to be altered a good bit in not a lot of time. Otherwise, everything was great! -

Wonderful Bridesmaid Experience
This store was a godsend! I have bridesmaids from all over the country and picked this store on purpose to allow the girls to try on in their local stores. From day 1, Britain (the owner) and her team have been so accommodating. I'm a Covid bride, so we started our initial search almost a year ago, and then we had to redo it in the last 2 months. Let's just say they've seen us a lot! They took care of all of my girls, including my out of town girls. My Maid of Honor lives in Houston, but they didn't carry of of the designers I chose. Britain actually shipped the samples from the Atlanta store to Houston to allow my friend to try them on in person. I cannot say nicer things about her and her team. They made the order process easy and are always very responsive. Thank you Bella Atlanta! -

Bella Bridesmaids is where our bride selected her bridesmaid dresses. First off this is a lovely shop. Such a nice place to sift through dresses. The staff was very helpful and they knew their product line. Their selection of dresses is lovely....all well made, unique, nice quality. We chose a Monique Lhuillier.
Our dresses came in early and we had plenty of time for alterations. Bella Bridesmaid uses Ruby Couture for alterations (they are wonderful). My only neg is that we were told most of the dresses from Monique Lhuillier would fit without alterations. Using the ML sizing charts and all...none fit and all needed alterations. It was worth it.... but remember this if you are budgeting your cost per dress.
Our bride also ordered a few dresses here for her honeymoon and these were adorable. I would highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids for your wedding -

I went to the Atlanta Bella Bridesmaid and initially Mandy was very helpful. I, however, was looking for a very specific color. She did not have any suggestions that worked and after visiting other stores and getting their input, I decided I could possibly make it work with a Jenny Yoo dress. Unfortunately, when I went back she, again, did not have many suggestions and after looking at other current fabric samples, I realized their colors were not a true match to the current dye lots. I ended up using Bella Bridesmaid, but I used it in another state. I saved money and got the exact dress and color I wanted. The Atlanta girls were nice, but in the end it didn't work out for me. -

bella dresses had variety of dresses for my bridesmaids in the color in which I needed them...the dresses did not arrive when they said it would but it got their before my wedding in almost enough time for alterations to be done...and the did same day alterations in store -

Wouldn't Recommend
I walked in having super high expectations and so excited to try on my best friends bridesmaid dress! The lady I talked to insisted that because I didn't have an appointment I wasn't allowed to try on the dress. When she finally found my friend in the system, she was super remiss and didn't treat me like someone just walking in there for the first time. She was very distracted towards another client and didn't give me the time of day. Definitely wouldn't recommend trying on a dress here... -

Do not shop here
Brides please don't make your bridesmaids shop here. Not a fan of the Bella Bridesmaids brand nor the general customer service from the Atlanta location.
I was recently part of a bridal party where most of us lived in different states. Two of the girls ordered their dresses online and the rest of us went to our local Bella store. To begin with, the average dress size runs about 2 sizes smaller than your average everyday size. So those girls who ordered their dresses online were misguided using the online measurement table and had to get major alterations to adjust the sizing. Since Bella Bridesmaids is a franchise, there is a disconnect between their online services and their brick and mortar stores. I say this to emphasize that if you order your dress online, don't expect the Atlanta location to help out by ordering extra fabric requests as was the case with our bridal party. Oh, and somehow even though each of us was asked the name of the bride, the bridal party ended up with two different color dresses. Again, the disconnect between each Bella location.
Now onto my personal experience, there was a hint of attitude/annoyance with the people at this location throughout my experience from initial fitting to picking up my gown. The representative who helped me felt the need to point out that the reason why the zipper was curving was because the sample size was "stretched out" .However, upon receiving my gown, the zipper still had a strange buckling curve and all the other bridesmaid dresses had weird zipper issues as well. Honestly, most of these dresses are your basic cheap 100% polyester dresses shipped from Vietnam. Unless you're set on a specific designer, I recommend shopping at Birdy Grey or David's where the customer service is better and you get the same basic designs at a fraction of the price. Will not be recommending this place. -

My wedding planner called this store two weeks before my appointment to verify they had the bridesmaid dress I wanted in stock, so my bridesmaids could try it on (it was the only store in the Atlanta area that had the style I wanted). She was told they had the dress (not in the correct color) and that the dress would be under $200. After driving over an hour to get there, my bridesmaids and I were told they in fact did NOT have the dress. The girl that was working was inattentive and not very helpful as we began to look at some other dresses. They did say they could order the dress for me, but it would be $210, not under $200. When my planner called, the person who answered the phone said that they sometimes lend out dresses to people and that could be why they did not have the dress (What?!?), but she would look into it and call her back. My planner did not get a call back and we did not order our dresses from them. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and inattentiveness. -

Unprofessional & No Flexibility
I called the store to request a refund on a dress that has never been picked up and will never be worn due to COVID-19. I was told repeatedly about the challenges for a small business owner which were all true; however, it is unprofessional to unload on a customer that is asking for assistance.
I was reminded that I signed a "No return" statement when the purchase was made (prior to COVID-19). I stated absent the pandemic I would agree with the No Return policy and would not be requesting a refund.
The store offered to try to sell the dress for me but was unable to provide timeline, price etc. They miss the point that they could refund me and then resell the dress to create a win for all! They would then have an incentive to actually sell the dress. It's an expense of doing business during these times.
Flexibility and reasonableness in modifying policies and procedures during this pandemic will define the successful businesses for the future. Sadly Bella Bridesmaid did not demonstrate either strength and I cannot recommend anyone shopping there.

The owner was rude and inconsiderate. Instead of working through an issue, she chose to be cruel. I would never recommend this particular store. -

After a wonderful visit and in store experience I decided to have my bridesmaids order their dresses from this store. I was given a swatch and then when the dresses arrived three months later it was the total wrong shade and a completely different color than the swatch I was sent. After a month of being given the run around and told the problem would be fixed nothing was able to be done. When I came into the store the employees would ignore me when I was asking questions. They also sent the wrong dresses to two of my bridesmaids. They customer service was the worst experience of my entire wedding. I would suggest going to any other store for the dresses and better service. -

Today, I went to Bella Bridesmaids and received the worst customer service ever. When I walked in, I was barely greeted and was later asked if I needed help. I said I wanted to look at bridesmaids dresses. I’m assuming the store owner/manager asked when was the wedding and how much was I trying to spend. She then asked how many and I told her 12. She asked me if I knew what style I was looking for and I told her long and showed her some pictures. She proceeded to tell me to look around with no guidance of where the styles of dresses I liked were located. I pulled a couple of dresses from the rack and held the long dresses in my hand. She never got them out my hand or asked me any additional questions. After standing for 10 minutes, waiting for her to finish talking to another customer who had checked out about when they going to dinner again and other frivolous topics, I hung the dresses on the end of a rack and sat down. I waited for another 10 minutes, the customer walked out the store and she proceeded to answer the phone and act like I was invisible. At this point, I knew I would not spend any money at this store but wanted to see how long she was going to act like I wasn’t in the store waiting on service. Another sales representative asked me after another 10 minutes went by while she was waiting on a customer who came in after me to come out the dressing room if I was being helped. I told her I thought I was being helped by the manager. She asked the manager to come out the back and she said “Oh, she just looking around.” I said I was looking around to in order to purchase bridesmaid dresses. She said, we don’t order dresses without measurements. How you know I don’t have measurements? I came in to look for the style in order to place an order. Her attitude towards me was unbelievable! I showed her what the dresses I picked out and she had such a nonchalant attitude, I walked out in tears! I would NEVER treat a customer in the manner that she did today. -
