Great bridal experience

Bella Bridal Boutique was not where I ended up buying my wedding dress from, but I still had a great experience. I was able to bring 5 people with me to my appointment and we all were able to peruse and pick out dresses that I could try on. The consultant then helped me into the dresses in a curtained area of the store with seating for my friends and family. When I was conflicted about a dress, she brought me to the front of the store to see it in the daylight in front of the window. The staff was very helpful and friendly and did not pressure me or make me feel bad for not finding my dress there!

Perfect customized dress!

They were amazing. I went to 10 stores, tried on over 100 dresses. I was lost. I didn’t know what I liked anymore or what I wanted. Faith had me show her some of my top dresses from other stores, then we tried on some dresses. I said “I like the top of this dress and the bottom of this other dress” which had been my issues at other stores as well. She said they can customize it and add the two dresses together, for $100! It was perfect. It was the cut on the top I liked, it was the shape I wanted for the skirt, it had the floral pedals I had liked on several dresses, it had sparkles and beads (but not 100% sparkles and beads, which was my issue with other dresses). Everything I liked about other dresses was combined into this one dress. I am so glad I went here!

Angelique is amazing

Angelique is absolutely amazing and I legitimately want to be her new bestie. I went to 8 other bridal boutiques across the twin cities and she was by far the most amazing stylist/consultant I worked with! She heard my vision and immediately knew which dresses to pull. She was so supportive in letting me take the time I needed to officially decide which dress with absolutely no pressure! The best part was that Angelique was the ultimate hype girl, if I could carry her around with me all day every day to hype me up and make me feel like an absolute dime 24/7 I would. She also went above and beyond in helping me to set up a surprise proposal to my best friend asking her to be my maid of honor; Angelique understood the assignment and absolutely delivered. I had the best experience ever at Bella and would hands down recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I came to this store twice. 1st to try dresses, the 2nd to buy the dress. The first time I went, I liked the ladies there so much that I decided this is the place I wanted to buy my dress. I was given tips to determine what to ask for and was informed of future sales where I could save money. I went to 3 other stores before this and this one is my favorite. I paid more for my dress than I intended (because I missed a sale), but I'm so glad I went here.

Fantastic!

After having to reschedule my appointment, due to the pandemic, Angelique from Bella Bridal Boutique helped me find my perfect wedding dress! She made the experience as fun and “normal” as possible, despite having to wear masks and socially distancing. We had the entire shop to ourselves, which made the experience even more special. Amazing experience

I went a few years ago and got to work with Cathy (no longer there) she was so amazing at helping me find my dress. I chose the Casablanca 1995 strapless gown that she suggested. It was absolutely perfect!

Lovely Experience!

Bella Bridal is great! I came in knowing the style I wanted. I even knew the designer I wanted, but was open to another designer if it was a similar style. Jessica did a great job helping me find my dress! I only had to try on about 5 dresses to find my dress, and I loved it. It did end up being a different designer, and I’m glad Jessica understood exactly what I was looking for. I had a concern with the dress, as there was a seam cutting across the middle of my torso that I didn’t like. But Jessica assured me that because the fit wasn’t right, it was accentuating the seam. She was correct; it looked great at the wedding! No seam in sight. My dress came in sooner than expected. Angelique helped me for my first fitting and to pick out a veil. She helped me find a beautiful veil that was perfect for my dress. Everyone was super friendly and respectful and knew what they were doing. I was nervous and self conscious going into it, but they made me feel super comfortable. When I went in for the gown steaming, it was after they moved to their new location. I gotta say, the new place is so beautiful! The old location was great, but this takes it up a notch. It looks so pretty! I highly recommend Bella Bridal. Even if you don’t find the dress you’re looking for, you’ll have a lovely experience!

Perfect for any Bride to be!

I have been to several other bridal shops throughout the Twin Cities and this one had the best combination of selection, price range and great service that made me feel really special. It’s brand new and absolutely gorgeous - very modern and welcoming at the same time. Would 110% recommend.

I just picked up my wedding dress and had to share this review! Bella Bridal was the third store I visited when searching for my wedding dress. After my first two less than average experiences at other bridal dress stores, I was missing the personalized experience and overall excitement of "saying yes to the dress." I'm so glad I made an appointment at Bella Bridal! They have a beautiful selection of affordable dresses. And their customer service is second to none! I had a wonderful experience at Bella Bridal! My consultant Laurie was fun, enthusiastic, and no pressure whatsoever which made the experience that much better! They have a beautiful selection of gowns with a variety of price points so you’ll easily find one that fits your budget, and you’re able to go through the dresses and personally select which ones you’d like to try on. This was the 4th bridal boutique I visited and my favorite experience by far- highly recommend!

Heidi at Bella Bridal Boutique made my experience one I will never forget. Even though we came in on a busy Saturday morning, she made me feel like I was the only bride in the place. After trying on a couple different styles and silhouettes, she really took what I liked and didn't like into consideration and picked out the dress I ended up saying "yes" to! She respected my price range too which I so appreciated. Until the very end she walked me through everything I needed to know and was honest and upfront about sizing. She even got me a new bridal package with a ton of discounts so I could come back with my bridesmaids to help them find the perfect dress. I recommend Bella to all you brides out there!

I recommend Bella Bridal Boutique for any bride out there! I was starting to get discouraged in my search for the perfect dress. Everyone kept telling me when I found the dress I would know, but I was starting to have my doubts until I came here! I tried on 3 dresses and was only at the store for about 30 minutes before I found my dream dress. It might seem like a small store, but they have a large selection of dresses and all of them beat out larger chain stores in both quality and beauty! I was surprised at how reasonable the pricing was too! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I felt uncomfortable at the other stores I went to, but not here! Everyone was so helpful from the initial inquiry email, to the appointment, to the purchase! My wedding date is only 4 months away so I knew I was working with a tight timeline to find the right dress. I was searching for retailers that carry Sophia Tolli specifically and contacted two retailers in the Twin Cities, which is about 4 hours from my home. I wanted to ensure it was a successful trip, so I emailed the retailers with my details. The other retailer basically told me that with that timeline I wouldn’t be guaranteed a dress and left it at that. Bella got back to me right away with several examples of what I was looking for. No negativity or blowing me off. I emailed back with a few more concerns about finding something in such a short timeline. They got back to me right away saying no problem and that they would help me find the perfect dress! They were absolutely right! The entire appointment was all about me and my fiancé. They asked all the right questions to help me find the right dress. It came down to two finalists and they helped me choose the one that would make me happiest! No pressure sale and I even got a great discount since it was a floor sample. The dress is perfect and I can’t wait to wear it on our big day!

I went here to find my wedding dress and Sydney helped me in my search. She was SO nice, professional, and made sure to listen to what I wanted in a dress and my budget. I had already gone to a dress shop the day before and had tried on just about every dress they had in stock, so I definitely wasn't expecting to find my dress while shopping that day and thought it would take forever to find a dress I loved. Sydney picked out a dress that was EXACTLY what I was looking for- it shows that she was definitely listening to everything I liked and didn't like about dresses I had previously tried on. There was a bit of a mix-up with the size ordering but Bella Bridal made sure to contact me ASAP to resolve it, and was even able to credit my account with the price difference due to changing the size of the dress. Overall, I'm very impressed with my experience and would highly recommend Bella Bridal Boutique to anyone in search of a wedding dress.

We had a fabulous experience working with Jessica. It was out second appointment of the day and I had had to reevaluate my budget after the first. We moved my budget up $300 and ended up walking out with a dress $400 under the original budget. She was so charismatic and easy to work with. She took what I said and turned it in to a dress that was beyond my wildest dreams! I would definitely recommend making Bella your first stop because it will most likely also be your last.

I bought my wedding dress and veil here. They were very accommodating to my large entourage and letting us take our time taking pictures after I found the one even though it was after their closing time when I bought the dress. My dress came in quite a few months earlier than expected and the hollow to hem alteration was exactly to my height. I was recommended to order up a size and when the dress came in it was absolutely huge, and I was shown quite a few dresses that were above my price ranger, but those are my only negatives. Overall I would definitely recommend and it was nice to get a discount on the veil and hollow to hem for buying the wedding dress on my first visit (this bridal shop was the 4th one I went to).

I had a great experience at Bella Bridal. All of the staff I interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my dress and some jewelry here. The jewelry was actually free with a deal they gave me for buying my dress there (other benefits included: free steaming, veil and bridesmaid dress discounts, and more). They respond quickly to emails, and I never had an issue getting an appointment. They have a large selection of dresses and prices comparable to other dress shops in the area.

Bella was so wonderful to work with when purchasing my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. I contacted them the day before asking about a specific dress and they had it pulled and set aside for my appointment! Then, when I went with my MOH to pick bridesmaid dresses they had my dress pulled so we could compare colors and designs to it. My girls said ordering their dresses online was super easy and they were really happy with their experiences as well!

I had a wonderful experience with this bridal boutique. So much so, that several of my friends have purchased dresses here, per my recommendation!
The boutique is beautiful. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Very welcoming feeling. Dressing rooms were nice and large; plenty of room for the bride, a big white dress and the consultant. The viewing area was also nice and big with an entire wall of mirrors.
I had one particular dress in mind that I wanted to try on, and Bella Bridal happened to carry it! It ended up being the dress I chose for my wedding, so I was so thrilled they had it. For purchasing the dress the same day I received a discount on my veil and free steaming. They did a great job with my measurements and were very thorough about me confirming the size ordered.
When my dress came in, the store prefers to schedule the pickup/fitting during the week. However, because I was traveling 180 miles, they were happy to allow me to book it on a Saturday.
Overall, the boutique had a great selection and wonderful staff. I couldn't imagine any better experience purchasing a wedding gown.

Bella was the first and last place I went dress shopping - I went with my mom and sister, and the way they let us all tag dresses for them to pull was a lot of fun. I tried on 7 or 8 dresses that I chose from the racks, and after listening to the things I liked and disliked about each, my consultant went and pulled a few more. She totally nailed my taste and picked a dress I had initially completely overlooked, but it ended up being my perfect dress! They also had a great selection of bridesmaid dresses.

This boutique is so cute and my saleswoman was so kind, relatable and attentive. Since it's smaller you can go around and choose the dresses you want to try on since they're all on display. They have cute couches for your guests and a robe for you through the process and it was so much more fun than the bigger stores. Best yet, I got a unique dress for a great price! I had an incredible expreience at Bella Bridal. I was able to peruse the floor and pick out dresses that I wanted to try on. It was obvious that my consultant, Joy, took her job very seriously. She made me feel very comfortable, picked out some beautiful dresses, and helped me narrow down my selection. I ended up getting a gown that Joy saw on my pinterest board. I am very pleased with my experience at Bella Bridal!

One thing to note is that they do not have on site alterations. They do, however, recommend a seamstress who has been in business for 30 years.

I highly recommend Bella Bridal to anyone. I had came in with a thought of what I wanted, they were able to find me dresses in that style and even had me try on ones that I knew I didn't want but just to make sure I didn't want that style. They make you feel so welcome, and want you to not leave with a regret that you didn't try on one more dress. I was able to find my dress in 2 hrs after trying on 6 dresses. I had 2 of my bridesmaids with and they were able to look for their dresses that day as well. Very accommodating to us. A+ service! I was dreading dress shopping and they make this experience better than I ever expected. All the girls working there are very professional and wonderful.

My first attempt dress shopping (at a different store) left me very discouraged; my bridal consultant was unable to get a feel for my wedding theme and pulled only a dress or two that I was even willing to try on.

I took a recommendation from a close friend to check out Bella Bridal Boutique and my mind was COMPLETELY changed about the dress buying experience! I worked with Kirsten (spell check?) who was simply wonderful. With only a two word description she instantly knew what I had in mind and ended up pulling the dress I purchased. I also loved how they let you pull your own dresses first to get a feel for what you are interested in!

Highly recommend. This store was perfection.

I live on the east coast and my family at the moment lives in Woodbury, Minnesota, so we decided to stop by Bella's on one of my trips back home just to browse. I never thought I would fall in love with a dress and a bridal salon during that particular trip home. The salon is so cozy and welcoming, not too big and not too small -- it's almost like home :) My consultant listened to what I wanted in a dress and after five dresses and five reactions, she found my dress!! I never thought I would have found my dress on the first visit to a salon, but I'm so glad I did. Bella's worked with us and it was very easy to go through the process of getting my dress and accessories from MN to PA. My dress was perfect and the experience of dress shopping exceeded my expectations: I would not have it any other way.

Bella Bridal Boutique is a Wonderful and Beautiful store! Everyone who ever helped me was so kind to work with and made me feel like the most beautiful bride ever! The first day I went into the shop I was greeted with kindness and my favorite they were playing awesome music that made the whole shopping experience fun! I was able to pick out the dresses that I wanted to try on and then the associate picked some styles that she thought would look great on me after I tried on my picks. And then I found my gown! The whole experience was amazing and what I feel like every Bride should experience while shopping for her gown or even the Bridesmaids dresses! (Yes I even got my Bridesmaids dresses at Bella!) I will forever recommend Bella Bridal Boutique to every Bride!

Bella has an amazing selection of dresses to choose from! The staff was very friendly and sincere in what they do, you can tell they truly enjoy their jobs! I lived out of state and was worried about how that was going to affect my dress. They were willing to help me and set a special appointment in order to get my dress steamed due to my circumstances. I would definitely recommend Bella to any bride/bridesmaid!

From the moment I called I was the MOST important person that Heather was dealing with. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable about buying my wedding dress. I only had three weeks and needed to buy off the shelf, but was very particular about what I wanted. Heather ran through the store and looked for what was avail. then emailed me what she had in the store that she thought would work. I was surprised at how well she did. I went in that day for an appt, however the dress I wanted wasn’t available in my size. Heather didn’t let defeat her, she called the vendor and was able to find out that they had a dress close to my size and they had extra fabric. She ordered and had it delivered in two days. She also called the seamstress that Bella used and made sure she would be able to help. It all ran SO smoothly for such a fast paced and crazy time frame. I appreciate Heathers professionalism and ability to make everything happen so quickly. My wedding dress was perfect, thanks you Bella Bridal and especially Heather!

I loved everything about Bella Bridal Boutique! The dress selection was unique and not overwhelming. Every employee we talked to (not just our specific salesperson) was super nice! They were very informative and they really just want you to find the dress of your dreams, which I did! Whenever I called or emailed with questions, they got back to me same day. They make the whole process super easy and stress free. Of all the salons I went to, I had the most fun at Bella. It's just relaxed, no pressure and not stuffy! They accommodate all price ranges and they never make you feel like you need to spend more. They want you to get a good deal for what you're looking for. Plus, I couldn't have been more in love with my dress. I still want to wear it everyday. My sister is getting married soon too and she went to Bella after we had such a great experience for me. She got her dress there as well and everything was just as great as it was for me! I will recommend Bella to anyone I know that is getting married!

I had such a great experience at Bella. The service was awesome and the girls were so helpful and nice! They had a great dress selection, but it wasn't overwhelming like a big chain bridal store can be. I would highly recommend going here for the complete dress experience.

The staff at Bella Bridal Boutique were always helpful, friendly, and professional. The dress selection is excellent!!! I visited most bridal stores in the Twin Cities prior to finding my dress at Bella, and their store far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!

I had a very good experience with Bella Bridal Boutique. I went several other places looking for a dress and in my opinion they had a much better selection than anywhere else I went!! The prices were great too, seriously. The dress I found was under budget and was by far prettier than every dress I picked out else where. I worked with Karen through most of the planning, she was wonderful. They were flexible as well, they were able to squeeze me in last minute for things, trying on my dress, picking up my dress, the steaming, etc.

We got all of our bridesmaids dresses from here too. I found a dress that I loved but it wasn't available in the store so they ordered it for us online and even matched The Wedding Shoppes prices (I did not want to give them my business but that is a whole other review). I don't think they had a huge selection of BM dresses but they had enough and we were able to order amazing dresses through them anyway. They were delivered in a timley manner too. All of my bridesmaids complimented Bellas and had such a great experience. They were all very impressed, especially when comparing it to other places we went.

They also were able to refer me to a seamstress for alterations, Heather. She is great and did a good job- again squeezing me in for last minute fittings!

I had such an excellent experience at Bella Bridal Boutique. We got my dress there as well as all of the bridesmaid dresses. From beginning to end, they were extremely helpful in all aspects of the process, and were able to lend quite a bit of expertise with wedding gowns (ensuring that the dress would be long enough for my tall frame, etc) and bridesmaid dresses (one bridesmaid had just had a baby when she was trying on dresses, so they helped determine what size she would need 5 months later). I would highly recommend going there. The shop is beautiful and was very welcoming from the start!

I LOVED Bella Bridal. There were super helpful, professional & I was able to get my dress off the rack for a steal! They have the nicest dressing rooms of any bridal store I've been to and they made the whole experience a very smooth and enjoyable one.

After going to the top shops in NY, London, Dubai and Washington DC, I found my drea dress here. Staff were very nice and helpful. Good selection of dresses and the staff is very good when it comes to give honest opinions. I really dont like when I was going to the shops and the staff insists on how good the dress look when I was not!!. The staff at Bela bridal is very good on that aspect, they will ensure that whatever you select is in accordance with your taste.

I had five bridesmaids, my Mom, and (soon-to-be) Mother in law all ready to go wedding dress and bridesmaid shopping. We began our day at the Wedding Connection..which was not a pleasant experience. We took a lunch break and then made our way to Bella Bridal Boutique.

We were welcomed with a smile! Jessica greeted me and my large entourage and brought us back to the large, well lit dressing room area. She explained the process they use at the shop and let all of us shop the floor. At this time we spoke about my budget. I was appreciative that she respected my budget and kept me committed to it. She was also very kind and professional when one of my bridesmaids picked a dress out of my budget. She then stated that it was out of my budget but suggested a dress similar to it that I could afford.

When it was time to try on dresses. Jessica helped me quickly narrow down my choices. I had at least six dresses on in 20 minutes compared to one dress in 20 minutes at the Wedding Connection.

Once I had it narrowed down to two dresses, I wasn't sure what to do. I am a very indecisive person and Jessica helped me calm my nerves in making the BIG decision. She allowed me to continue putting on the two dresses until I could make a final decision. I felt she was very genuine versus wanting to simply make a sale!

Then we moved over to the bridesmaid side. Jessica was beyond patient while my five bridesmaid, Mom and future Mother-in-law tried on numerous dresses.

At the end of the day we were able to find a dress for all EIGHT of us. I can not thank Jessica enough for all her hard work today! My experience was AMAZING and I would recommend any bride to go to Bella's!

I had gone for my dress and a woman named Megan helped me and she was amazing! 10/10 for sure. then I went for the bridesmaids once again I had Megan and she was once again amazing 10/10. Then one of my bridesmaids had gone to get fitted and she had gotten another girl who told her her measurements were disproportionate. Okay the sample size fit my bridesmaid like a glove and she didn't have to alter her dress one bit. Loved the store, loved the selection-thought that employee was a little unprofessional and rude.

I had the most personal and relaxed dress shopping experience at Bella Bridal! I went to one popular shop prior and felt like herded animals, not here! I was one of 3 brides in the whole store and stayed well beyond my appointment which was not an issue. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to me and my guests I had along. The dresses they offered were from $99 on up, but they ask your budget and keep you within it. My dress came in quickly from the manufacturer. They offer a great first purchase package so I got a veil for free ($115 value). I have gotten so many compliments on my dress and always mention my great experience at Bella! My only 4 star rating is because once you buy, you must come in on a weekday to try on/pick up your items. This was difficult for me because I lived 2 hours away and required missing work but definitely not a deal breaker.

I went to Bella Bridal after going to 4 other bridal stores in the twin cities. It was definitely my favorite by far. Not only because I found my dress there but also they had the best selection and very friendly staff. The store is large and has a very nice area to try dresses on and have family members/bridesmaid sit and watch. They were never pushy and gave good information about the designers and such.

They didn't have the largest selection for bridesmaid dresses so we only bought my dress there.. but I would definitely recommend this store to any bride to be!

When shopping for my wedding dress, I went to a total of 4 different shops. None of them compared to the atmosphere and helpfulness of the employees as Bella Bridal. I would HIGHLY recommend it to ANY bride-to-be. During your appointment, they ladies there truly make you feel like they are trying to help you find what you want instead of just trying to make a sale. I feel like I became friends with some of the ladies during the 10 months of our wedding planning. It was about a 45 minute drive for me to get there from my house, but it was totally worth it! I like them so much there that I/we ended up getting my wedding dress, veil and jewelry there as well as my flower girl dress, bridesmaid�s dresses and tuxes (7 total). My mom even ordered a dress from them. Bella is definitely a shop that must be on your list to make an appointment at. You won�t be disappointed!

I made an appointment with Bella Bridal after being less than satisfied with the dresses I found at David's Bridal. I showed up and was pleasantly greeted by Jessica. She listened to me describe dresses, looked at pictures I had saved, talked about budget, and explained the process of picking out dresses from the shop floor. I found many dresses that fit what I was looking for but I found two that were exactly what I wanted. She checked to see if I could get both dresses in by the time of my wedding (only 4 months away). I tried these two on over and over until I decided on one, the dress wouldn't be able to arrive on time for my big day but they allowed me to purchase the dress off the floor at a discounted price. Jessica was very helpful getting the dresses on and off. Thank you Jessica & Bella Bridal for making my dress buying experience amazing!

I had a really lovely experience with Bella Bridal! The store was clean and well-organized. The dressing area is perfect - intimate, with only room for a few brides at a time so you get really personalized help, but also spacious enough that each bride can easily bring a few people with her. I worked with Jessica, and she was wonderful. She was endlessly patient, offered excellent ideas and suggestions, and asked some wonderful questions that helped me really figure out what I wanted. The customer service was great - my questions were always answered promptly and courteously. Finally, when I purchased my dress, I got a few really wonderful perks that made a big difference for me and my budget, including $100 off the purchase of accessories and free steaming for my dress!

Cons: There aren't too many options for brides with a smaller budget. Also, there is some confusion among some of the staff about protocol for picking up dresses after having them steamed. When I made the appointment for my dress to be steamed, I was told that Bella doesn't take appointments to pick up dresses. I told them the date I needed it done by, and she said it would be ready by then. I called that morning to confirm that I could pick it up and was told that, no, I needed to have an appointment. I explained that I was told *not* to make an appointment and that it wasn't an option to pick it up a different day, since my wedding was the next day. She then told me that it would be fine for me to stop in, but I might have to wait a little bit to be helped, since they were booked. I did get my dress in time, but it put some unnecessary additional stress on my last day before my wedding. If you decide to purchase a dress with them, *please* save yourself this additional stress and make sure that you insist on setting an appointment to pick up your dress after it is steamed.

However, these are minor quibbles, and I would absolutely work with Bella again!

Good once we asked for a new consultant

I knew I wanted Bill Levkoff dresses as they had the specific color I wanted for dresses. I did some digging and found out Bella Bridal was the cheapest place that sold them. I made an appointment and went in with all my girls. Our first consultant (I wish I remembered her name…) was horrible. She was super rude and short with us and never smiled. She basically told us to go pick dresses without any guidance then when we did pick them she got mad at us for grabbing them. She was having only 1 girl try on dresses at a time even though there were 2 rooms so it was taking a long time considering you need time to change. Considering this was supposed to be a fun experience, my mom went to complain. The person she talked to immediately apologized and said she could hear what was going on and was about to come to the rescue anyway. Once she came to help (again, I wish I remembered her name), everything was so great! She was kind, fun, asked questions and made things so much fun. We ended up finding a dress everyone liked and went ahead and ordered the dress. They don’t tell you an ETA right away so I had to call and get it later (in the end not a big deal). Everyone’s came in faster than expected except my PA (who got a different color). Hers still came in on time, but the email they sent to notify them didn’t go through so we were unaware it was even in until months later when I called. They only notify the person who ordered the dress that it comes in (and not the bride) and they only notify you once via email. If you don’t pick it up in a certain amount of time there is a storage fee. I get they need a policy, but I think this could be a little better. Overall, I really liked Bella Bridal and would recommend them. Just make sure you get a good consultant and pay attention to when the dresses come in!

I would recommend Bella Bridal to any bride looking for her wedding gown. They have a wide variety of sample sizes which made it very easy to try on gowns. The manager was very knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions or concerns that I had. The store was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The only problem I had was that they would not measure me and order my gown if I did not have my actual shoes that I would be wearing for my wedding day. Since I live an hour away from the store, this was very inconvenient for me and I wished they would have told me this before I booked my second appointment. I was forced to go to a shoe store and pick out shoes that same day so they would measure and order my dress. However, when I had my alterations done, I still needed the dress hemmed. All in all, this was a small problem and I would still recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding gown.

Had a great experience here. Ended up buying my dress on my first visit which comes with a list of perks in itself. Also purchased my veil and belt from them. I think their prices are fair. Not incredibly cheap but not off the wall. Lots of variety of dresses to pick from and every associate I worked with was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Bella Bridal was awesome! At my initial appointment, the consultant put me in so many different dresses of so many different styles - she wanted to be sure I knew exactly what I wanted. I purchased my dress at this first appointment and received so many perks for doing so. When my dress came in, it was huge so Bella sent it back to the designer for a rush order smaller size at no extra cost.

I had a great experience there the only things I was disappointed with is that my dress did not come with a garment bag.all I got was a plastic bag to put my dress in. Tried to order my own garment bag through some where else and failed. Called Bella bridal told them how when I was there i asked if my dress would come with a garment bag at the time I was told yes. But all I got was a long plastic bag julie told me none of their dresses come in garment bags and told me one of theirs was $20 and recommended Amazon since I live 2 hours and 30mins away. The should have told me they sell garment bags to begin with so mad.

I loved going to this store to purchase my wedding dress. The facility is very large and spacious and it is fun to try on different dresses to find the one you want. I had great service in terms of my wedding dress. However, we also got our tuxedos from them and they came down to the wire delivering some to the venue a few hours before the ceremony. Great place for a wedding dress but I would recommend getting your tuxedos somewhere else

The people at Bella were very nice. Unfortunately, someone somewhere screwed up the dress order. Not sure if it was the bridal shop or the manufacturer. My girls all ordered different styles because we had so many different body types and we received 5 dresses, they just all happened to be the same style. My girls didn't get their dresses until the month before the wedding and it was very unsettling for me. The first time the bridal shop called me to tell me what the problem was, they initialling weren't going to get the correct dresses until 3 weeks before the wedding. Not very comforting for a bride at all. Even with all the trouble, they didn't even discount the dresses for the girls for the hassle. I was a little dissappointed.

The staff at Bella is wonderful to work with when making selections. We got the bride's and four bridesmaids' dresses here and all are beautiful. However, one of the bridesmaids' dresses was 'defective' and neither Bella nor the designer would take responsibility. Bella insisted they checked the dress carefully when it was received, making them free of responsibility. When I contacted by e-mail, it took 3 days to receive a written response from Bella. Also, for anyone who works a full time day job, it is difficult to get an appointment because of their limited hours and they insist on appointments for drop off and pick ups, as well as shopping.

The shop is managed by a mother and her daughters as well as a few other staff members. I found it was mainly working with the daughters that we ran into issues.

When I first started working with the staff at Bella Bridal I was very impressed, they were all very helpful and knowledgeable. They didn?t push or act like they were in a hurry while I was trying dresses on. We decided to use them for our bridesmaid dresses and tux rentals as well.

For the most part my bridesmaids had no issues with getting their dresses and things ordered. However, my toothpick sized bridesmaid was told she needed to order a dress 8 sizes larger than she actually needed. When she insisted that she was going to order the size the designer?s size chart indicated they argued with her that according to her measurments it wouldn?t fit her, except when she got the correct size and tried it on, if she didn?t hang onto the dress, it would fall right off her.

The groomsmen were also fine when being measured and placing their orders, but when the tuxes actually came in the shop was very rude to them. One usher had issues with his jacket fitting wrong, and when he voiced this to the shop they told him that he was just doing it wrong and that it wasn?t their fault and he should ?figure it out?.

I had recommended this place once to my hair stylist, who needed a dress for the Marine Ball, but when she went in to check it out they were also very curt with her and told her there was absolutely nothing they could do for her without an appointment, even though the website indicated that apart from Saturdays, appointments aren?t entirely necessary. Will not be recommending them again.

POOR SIZING. Be careful in following their advice on sizing. My daughter ordered an Aline style dress, not fitted through the hips. She measured 4 on top, 8 at the waist, and they told her between a 10 and a 12 in the hips. Given that she was a 4 on top and that the hips were not designed to be well fitted, I think they should have advised her to order a 10. That is their job, to help brides order correctly. She ordered a 12. Because of that, the seamstress had to virtually re-do the entire dress. The top now fits ok, not wonderful, but passable. My daughter is not comfortable in the fit of the dress. It's a strapless and it is moving around more than it should. The seamstress also had to take in the hip area, so a 10 would probably have not only fit better in the hips, but would have made it so that the bust area would be well fitted, as a $1200 dress should.
Moral of the story: don't trust their advise (or lack of it) when it comes to fitting. Consult a seamstress before ordering if you find the dress of your dreams at this shop.
FYI: When I ordered my Mother of the Bride dress from Our Shop in Stillwater, the consultant there did an excellent job of steering me in the right direction for sizing.

Wedding dress

I was initially very happy with Bella when I ordered my dress. Once my dress came in and it did not look like the sample I purchased and I had to work with the management staff I quickly regretted my decision of working with them. The management staff are rude and dismissive. After sending my dress back multiple times, I finally left with the sample dress. I also had ordered my veil from them, and was told it would be in August. After calling for an update in September, I was told it would not be in until October 6th..and we were leaving on a flight on the 8th for our wedding. Ultimately I did get my veil in time, but it was nerve wracking not knowing if I would get what I ordered and was not a pleasant experience for what is suppose to be on of the happiest days of your life.

While the dresses there were beautiful and the store itself was clean and also beautiful, the service was awful. Although I liked being able to go around and choose the dresses that I liked verses having them bring random dresses to me, the associates were unfriendly and snobby. Also, when they were measuring my hem-length, they failed to tell me to put on a pair of shoes that would reflect the height of my heel. I told them that I wanted my dress to have a small heel and when I got my dress back, it was much too short for the shoes that I ordered at that store. Plus, they had recommended a color that they said would go perfectly with my dress, and the shoes were pink! THey refused to let me return them or re-dye them. And in fact, offered NO solution to the problem and were quite mean about the whole situation. I spent a ton of money in their store and I was shocked that they were so unwilling to make any concessions for me, offer any money back, or try to solve the problem. I spoke with the owner and she was incredibly rude to me. I spent $60 on a pair of shoes I'll never wear and they are sitting in my closet right now. I had to purchase other flat shoes. Again, they have a very nice dress selection at reasonable prices, but they were very unfriendly. My sister recently went there to check out the dresses and actually found a lot that she liked, but the sales associates barely talked to us and didn't even bother to say goodbye while we were walking out the door. We won't go back - ever.

Beautiful shop with beautiful dresses. I did buy my dress here, but my experience was completely ruined when I was put in a dress, multiple times, that was way over my budget. I was very clear with my budget from the start, and even specifcally asked Paige (the woman helping me) to remove any dresses we picked out, that were out of my price range. I, of course, fell in love with the dress and then found out the price. I told her that i was very upset and never should have even been put in that dress. Luckily, the floor sample they had, fit me very well and they decided to lower the price to the very top of my budget (the very very top that i told her I didn't want to go up to until all less expensive options were explored first).

I asked to speak to the manager, to ask for additional discounts due to the mistake her staff made, but she said they had already adjusted the price more than they usually would for a floor sample. I never received an appology from the manager or Paige.

I was extremely lucky to be able to pay the amount I did, and to be able to pay that day. On top of no appology, and stated limits to lowering the price, they said they would only honor the lowered price until the end of the day. I had already tried on many other dresses and did not want to miss out on the perfect dress, due to someone elses incompetence, so I quickly changed, purchased the dress, and left.

I am happy to have my dress, but it is very unfortunate that I was unable to enjoy the experience of buying the most important, expensive dress of my life. I hope that this is not a regular occurance in their shop, and warn anyone going there, to be careful.

My dress is HUGE! As a consumer, I trusted the professional in her measurements, and that was a BIG mistake! It has been taken in over 3 inches on the sides and 2 inches in length. Not only did I have to pay almost $250.00 for the dress, I had to pay an arm and a leg for the alterations. When I called to share my disappointment, I was told that the dresses are not "ready to wear", and alterations are normal . If they would have ordered the correct size dress, none of this would have happened. VERY frustrated and disappointed!!!! NEVER again will you get my business!!!

Get anything they say in writing before you buy! I was lied to twice by one of their managers. The first was about a discount on a dress, the second was after I bought the dress they told me it would include the steaming of the dress, dropped it off to be steamed and was told that it was not included, I would have to pay for it. I understand trying to make a sale but when you wok at a store ethics comes into play. There are much better places to get your wedding dress and brides do not need the extra stress.

High-pressures, inflexible staff

I felt immense pressure from the sales staff to purchase a dress I did not love. Any hesitation I expressed was met with excuses such as "well, you can alter it to change that" or "no, I think that would work for your venue actually" and when I reminded the staff it was over budget, it was met with a very slight discount if I bought the store sample that day. I regretted the purchase immediately, contacted Bella that same day, but was met with more excuses (even from a manager who never met me, insisting the dress would work for me). Follow-up emails went unanswered, despite having legitimate questions about their terms of purchase (they claim both "30 day cancellations" and "final sale"). The pressure both during and after the sale and lack of compassion has turned what should have been an amazing time into a heartache.

One of the Worse experience a soon to be bride should have to deal with

I purchased my dress at Bella's and fell in love, I went to pick my dress up when it was ready and tried it on. I noticed the side panels were not the same as the sample dress and instead it was sheer and showed my tattoos on my low hip going down my leg which made me feel uncomfortable. I voiced my concern and the consultant told me "you could take it to your seamstress and have her fix it or we can fix it" not an ounce of remorse or concern but instead told me I could pay more money on it and maybe it will be fixed. The whole experience was ruined at that moment and it made me sick being there. I was walking out and before she handed me the dress I asked her what should I do with the dress and she shrugged and said "it's your dress now" and left it at that. The following day I emailed the owner and told her, going into this I knew a refund or store credit probably wasn't possible but I wanted someone to actually care and take accountability for the lack of communication that should've been brought up that the dress MAY be sheer. Instead the owners solution was to either pay an additional $250 to fix it and to bring the dress back in to compare even though that should've been the first thing the consultant did when I tried the dress on. When I told her I was not paying more money and I wanted them to take accountability that they did not communicate this could happen with this designer and the dress and that the sample dress was way different her response to me was "How did we know you didn't want your dress to be see through" I agreed to come in but the day of I was to emotionally distressed to do so so I sent her photos via email of the comparison and over the phone her response was "I don't see what you're trying to show me." Even though it was clearly visible that the sample and my dress were different. My mother ended up going in to show her the dress to show her it was not because the lack of layers but that the sample dress she is having soon to be brides try in is not what will be delivered. I am writing this to let future brides know that if they go here to be cautious and to make sure the consultant is knowledgeable on the dress so you do not fall in love with a dress and have it come back different and be out of thousands of dollars and so they don't treat you like you matter when you bring it up. An experience that should've been amazing and exciting was completely ruined for me all because they couldn't have just owned up that they should've clarified to me it was sheer and showed more compassion.

Service while looking for dresses was great, but once we ordered service was terrible. My dress size recommendation was huge, the zipper didn’t work, and they wouldn’t do anything for me. They didn’t return my calls either.

DO NOT COME HERE for bridesmaid dresses or if you are expecting any ounce integrity or decent customer service. I got lied to and shown the wrong fabric swatch and then received rude responses and snide comments when I said that the fabric of the delivered-dress was not the same fabric as the swatch that I was shown and told I was ordering. I have never seen such disrespect in the service industry in my life.

There are so many things to be aware of: 1) wrong information from the sales consultant about ordering the same color from different designers; 2) wrong information and fabric swatch from the sales consultant about the color of the dress I actually ordered; 3) rudeness of the consultant who was working with me when I picked up the dress; and 4) lack of desire on behalf of Bella to fix their own mistakes or help me find a new dress to wear in the wedding. Long story short: I was shown a dark gray, matte sequins swatch of fabric and told my dress would be like that. Instead, I get a shiny light silver dress and am told that it is all that the dress comes in. When I explained that I was shown a different swatch, I was told that that was for a different designer not this one and that I already paid for it and there is nothing they could do. Mind you, I am taking out all of the rude remarks I got from the second consultant, some of which you can find on other websites where I am posting this review.

All in all, customer service was abhorrent--telling us what we should have done instead of apologizing for the fact that we followed exactly what the first consultant told us we should do.
