Melissa and her team at Bella Bridal Artistry were an absolute dream! From the moment we walked in, we felt understood and valued. They flawlessly achieved the exact looks we had envisioned for myself, my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law. Despite unexpected rain on the day, our hair and makeup held up beautifully all night, thanks to their expertise.
One standout moment was when they finished ahead of schedule, giving us an extra hour for photos and relaxation before the ceremony. It was so appreciated and made the day feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The team's professionalism and efficiency truly shone through in this gesture.
The investment in Bella Bridal Artistry was worth every penny for the peace of mind and stunning results they provided. I also would like to note I have extremely sensitive skin (allergies and acne prone skin) and I had ZERO issues with the makeup used. Sky did our hair and makeup and she was wonderful. My hair was exactly what I had hoped for!! Simply the Best
Bella Bridal was incredible to work with from start to finish. Melissa was always prompt and responsive to my emails and never upsold me on any services. She ensured that everything was organized and seamlessly made a schedule for myself, mother, mother-in law, five bridesmaids, and flower girl to all ready before noon for our 1:00pm ceremony. Hunter eased my nerves and made me feel effortlessly and raditanely beautiful. Her process is very trauma-informed. She explains everything before she does it and tells you do. Hunter made me feel so comfortable and safe doing my hair before I walked down the aisle. She was responsive to any changes or tweaks that I wanted. Both stylists made the process so effortless and made my vision come to life. Bella Bridal is the best around. -

Melissa and her team helped my bridesmaids and mothers to the top of their abilities. They made suggestions for those who were unsure of what they wanted and made everyone feel comfortable. I am so happy with the services I received during my bridal trial and wedding. Melissa is a makeup wizard. Her team did an amazing job!! If I had to do it again, I would choose them again immediately. She is also more affordable than most other Asheville area artists, but this is not at the expense of any quality! -

You can tell they both love what they do! -

I had an amazing experience with Bella Bridal for my wedding day on 4/22/23. They did my bridal hair and makeup, a spray tan, as well as hair/makeup services for many of the girls in my group on my wedding day. The entire team is very nice, fun, and definitely knows what they are doing! My ladies and I looked great, and I got SO many compliments on my hair, makeup, and my spray tan! I never had a spray tan before and they made me feel very comfortable through the experience. Everything turned out amazing! -

Alex and Corie made my bridal party look flawless! Corie was obviously super experienced because she did all of our hair so quickly and perfectly. My hair has a difficult time holding curls, and once I told Corie this she made the adjustments that I needed and my hair stayed curled all night, which is rare! We all did airbrush makeup and Alex expertly created our looks. Alex also made the adjustments I needed for my wedding day based on what I noted from my makeup trial. Alex and Corie were also both so kind and their professionalism and easy conversation put everyone at ease. They both took our ideas into account when creating our looks and I'm so happy with how they turned out. Our hair and makeup stayed flawless all night. Also, Melissa, the owner, was very professional and always communicated quickly. I would recommend Bella Bridal Artistry to anyone who is interested in getting their perfect bridal look for themselves and their bridal party.

Wedding Day Hair and Makeup
Bella Bridal Artistry was incredible to work with for my wedding day. We planned our destination micro-wedding in Tuckasegee, NC from Memphis, TN so everything from the venue to hair and makeup was booked based on reviews and pictures from websites and instagram. This team did not disappoint. Melissa scheduled a phone call prior to booking in which all concerns were addressed and responded to all emails quickly. Bobbi, Hunter, and Alex were so accommodating and fun to work with. They came out to where we were staying due to time constraints to start on hair and makeup for my bridal party and then relocated to the venue to finish. I had 4 members of the bridal party, my mother, and my mother-in-law who had hair and makeup done and everyone looked absolutely beautiful. I was very pleased with my bridal trial, but Hunter and Bobbi made me absolutely shine on my wedding day. A huge thank you to Melissa and her amazing team! -

Beautiful wedding hair and makeup
I used Bella Bridal for my wedding day and could not have been happier! I had 7 bridesmaids, two mothers, and an extra family member who all got their hair and makeup done and everyone was extremely happy with their service. The artists were super friendly and professional and did an amazing job listening to each person about what they wanted. They were also very cognizant of our timeline and made sure everyone was done on time for pictures. I myself have never felt prettier. Beautiful results and wonderful to work with
Working with the team from Bella Bridal Artistry was wonderful! Our wedding venue was in Asheville, NC, but we live in Southern California, so we had to do most of our planning from a distance, but Melissa made everything so easy! They do offer makeup and hair trials, but we were not able to take advantage of that because of the distance. However, I had no concerns about my look because they were very thorough asking me for inspiration, looking at my dress and shoes, and helping me decide exactly how I wanted to look on my big day. I felt so beautiful, but still so much like myself. which was important to me! My mom and sister also loved their looks, and looked stunning.
A little side note, I also got my first ever spray tan from Melissa, and she was very professional and skilled - asking me clearly about how dark I wanted the tan, etc. I enjoyed working with her right away.

Melissa and Bobbi were both amazing! They went above and beyond to make my wedding day hair and makeup everything I wanted. I showed them my inspo pictures and I was amazed at how beautiful I looked and felt. I wanted a more natural look but with smoky eyes and Melissa did just that. For my hair, I knew I wanted a braid in the front and an up-do and everyone that saw it were completely obsessed with it. I would highly recommend them for any event, especially your wedding day! -

Bella Bridal was great! They traveled from Asheville to work at my wedding in Charlotte. I had 6 bridesmaids, my mother, future mother-in-law, and myself to get both hair and makeup done before the ceremony. They got all of us done with time to spare! They worked their magic on everyone. All of the girls looked beautiful and were so happy with both their hair and makeup. I don't usually wear makeup so I asked Melissa to keep it fairly light and natural and she delivered!! Melissa and Tracie were FABULOUS! I was really happy to hear that Melissa and Tracie were both vaccinated and were wearing face masks; this was really important to me as members of my bridal party were higher risk for a COVID-19 infection. Melissa and Tracie really listened to what I was looking for in my hair and makeup. During my trial before the wedding, Melissa tried different colors of eye shadows to see which I liked better and at different steps would hold up the mirror for me to see if I liked it. The makeup was exactly what I wanted! I showed Tracie pictures of the hair styles I liked and she whipped up a fabulous up-do for me. I was so pleased with the trial run! On the wedding day, Melissa was unable to make it due to a family emergency, but she sent Tracie in advance to make sure we could finish everyone's hair and makeup. Even though she had four women's hair and makeup to complete on her own, Tracie was super calm and did an INCREDIBLE job. Our hair and makeup turned out so well and I was really happy with the final look! Definitely hire these all-star ladies for your bridal hair and makeup! -

Melissa exceeded ALL my expectations! This was a first for myself and all my girls to have our make up professionally done. We all felt beautiful for such an important day. Fantastic choice for bridal beauty
Melissa was fantastic through the whole process of selecting a hair and makeup artist for our wedding day and was so flexible when scheduling my trial as I was from out of town with limited travel availability.

Had such a great experience with Bella Bridal! Melissa was very quick in responding when we spoke and very professional. My hair and makeup trial was amazing. The day before my wedding Melissa had to cancel due to illness, which of course would make any bride freak out. But the makeup artist Kalla who replaced her was just as incredible! Everyone who got their hair and makeup done looked stunning and both Kalla and Tracie were so fun to hang out with. I have very thick curly hair, but Tracie did an amazing job! Not only did my hair look incredible, it stayed the entire night! Highly recommend! Everyone kept complimenting me on my hair and makeup all night and the bridesmaids. -

I did a lot of research before deciding on Bella Bridal Artistry (BBA). Melissa, the owner, was so quick to respond and answered all of my questions. I loved the natural look of the makeup on the photos she had on her profile, and I loved the diversity of skin type, face shape and hairstyles. The pricing is very fair and one that both I felt comfortable with for myself and for my bridesmaids. I had a very large bridal party (11 ladies) and Melissa and her team got us all ready ahead of schedule. We all got so many compliments on the quality and attractiveness of our hair and makeup (which stayed on the entire day and night...our ceremony didn’t end until after midnight). My bridal hair and makeup was unreal. For both my trial and for the wedding, I was beyond pleased with the way I looked and couldn’t tell you how many people raved about my makeup and my hair. I challenged the hairstylist with a request for an intricate updo and she delivered both times. I will absolutely encourage anyone and everyone to use BBA and hope I get to work with them again one day! -

Mary & Kalla were my dream team for my wedding! They did an amazing job at my trial and then came back and crushed it again for the wedding! The day of my trial we were planning an updo because my wedding was supposed to be outside in the mountains which would’ve been windy, but the day of it was pouring and we moved the ceremony inside. Literally halfway through her doing my hair on the day of my wedding, I told Mary I wanted some of it down now that we wouldn’t be outside and she didn’t skip a beat! Both of these girls had the best attitudes! I felt like an absolute princess both days and would highly recommend Bella Bridal/Mary & Kalla to literally everyone getting married in Asheville. Prices were very reasonable and as you can see, they did an amazing job. The girls wore masks both times so if that’s important to you like it was to me, know that they are definitely COVID conscious! Bella Bridal nailed it! Kalla and Mary showed up to our condo on time and quickly went to work getting 5 of us ready plus my 2 flower girls. They were friendly and professional and we all had some good laughs. Kalla executed the makeup flawlessly and Mary made all of our hair dreams come true. I have never seen my niece smile so big because of how pretty they made her feel. I got compliments all night long on hair and makeup and it stayed put the whole night, even after dancing. I used Bella Bridal for the entire bridal party’s hair and makeup. I was nervous because I’ve NEVER liked my hair and makeup at other weddings and was worried I wasn’t going to love how I looked on my wedding day. But I saw all the gorgeous photos of their work online/Instagram and loved the natural, effortless look of all their clients and thought they would be the perfect match. I did a hair & makeup trial and was stunned when it was time to look at myself in the mirror! I have a few bridesmaids that also don’t typically like their makeup done either and they absolutely RAVED about their look. One of my bridesmaids who was married a month earlier said she wished she could go back in time and hire Bella Bridal. They were so fun to work with and took all the right COVID precautions, so we all felt extremely safe while getting HMU done. All the ladies were complimented on how beautiful they looked and it was true! I love how natural my bridesmaids and I look in all my photos and I am so glad I ended up booking Bella Bridal! -

I reached out to several hair and makeup artists about a month and a half before my wedding and Melissa, the owner of Bella Bridal was the first one to respond. After reviewing all of the other prices and portfolios, I went with Bella Bridal because I felt they were the best fit for me. Melissa did our makeup and Kalla did our hair. I was able to go for a trial a month before my wedding and we discussed what changes I wanted to make for the day of. I was very happy with their professionalism and they were both very personable and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend them. -

Where to start, so many fantastic things to say about the Bella Bridal team! My bridal party and I really enjoyed having the girls do our hair and makeup. They did such a wonderful job! Kalla and Tracie were our assigned makeup/hair artists and they were super friendly and made the whole process easy. Everyone loved how amazing everything turned out, everyone looked so beautiful! Mountain Top Elopement
Thanks so much ladies!! After an hour hike IN THE RAIN three hours after application, my makeup still held up pretty well! My mother-in-law had an updo and it looked PERFECT at the end of the hike. -

Melissa is all about accommodating to you, your vision and your day! We had to change our plans several times due to COVID, and she was extremely accommodating and understanding. On the day of, she asked me questions of what I would feel more comfortable with, and asked for my personal input on the way I looked.
She was also very funny and down to earth and we had a great time while she did my hair and make up; that I was going to hike in for my mountain elopement! -

Melissa did my makeup and Tracie did my hair & WOW! They were so amazing and professional! They literally bring the salon & beauty bar to you! Makeup made me feel like a true bride & it was exactly what I wanted! Hair was gorgeous with volume and products all smelled uh-mazing! I know that’s probably a weird thing to say but you don’t wanna walk around smelling like a chemical bath.. haha. Needless to say, everything was perfect! Mellisa did such a phenomenal job on all of our makeup for my wedding. We all looked
