We celebrated our destination wedding at Coco Beach Resort, and it was truly a dream come true. From start to finish, every detail exceeded our expectations.
A huge thank you to Esmy Tzib, our wedding coordinator and event planner. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is professional, warm, and incredibly detail-oriented. Esmy didn’t just meet our expectations, she surpassed them in every way. She listened to my vision and brought to life my dream wedding. I couldn’t be more grateful.
The reception staff were equally incredible. They were so attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. They gave us and our guests the best service! And the food and drinks? So, so good. Every bite and sip was perfection.
The decorations, the setup, and the flow of the day was flawless. If you’re considering a destination wedding, book Coco Beach Resort and ask for Esmy. You’ll be in the best hands.

We stayed at the Belizean Shores and worked with Esmy to arrange a dinner for 8 on their dock for my husbands 60th birthday . It was a wonderful evening with Mitch and Wayne as our servers. They did an out standing job. Esmy was outstanding as well. I worked with her to arrange everything and it all came out beautiful. It was a beautiful evening. Thank you so much! -

It was amazing!
My husband and I chose Coco Beach Resort for our destination wedding, and it was everything we dreamed of. From the start, Esmy was wonderful—communicating clearly, asking questions, and taking the time to understand our vision. She ran with it and brought it all to life. We didn’t know exactly what to expect as we walked down the aisle, but it was breathtaking and completely exceeded our expectations. The setup, beautiful surroundings, and overall atmosphere made our day unforgettable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re considering a destination wedding, I would highly recommend Coco Beach Resort for a stunning and stress-free experience! -

She will always get all the information and answers on a timely manner. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome since the day we and our guests arrived until we left. Beach Proposal at Coco Beach Resort/Belizean Shores Resort
We stayed at the Belizean Shores Resort for 5 days in May 2024 and had a wonderful vacation. On the first night, I proposed to my now fiance at Coco Beach (a 2 min walk away) and it was simply perfect.
A couple months prior to our trip, I got in touch with Esmy (the resort's wedding and events coordinator). She walked me through the many options that the resort had for a romantic proposal. We settled on a private dinner on the beach surrounded by a heart-shape in the sand that was lit with candles and lined with flowers (see picture!). Esmy and her colleagues set up a beautiful display and carefully cleaned the beach. She took photos of the proposal that will be lifelong memories. After the proposal, we had a private waiter serving us champagne and delicious local food for dinner (as we excitedly talked on facetime with our families).
I can't recommend the experience highly enough. Esmy and the staff at Coco Beach/Belizean Shores were just wonderful and made the process easy. Thank you for the perfect memories! -

We wanted a very simple, quaint tropical wedding and that’s exactly what we got. Esmy and her crew took care of everything from start to finish. I simply answered a few questions and told her what my vision was and she brought it to life. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and to make sure that we had everything we needed and more. We were both so pleased. I highly recommend Coco Beach Resort and Esmy to help you bring all of your wedding dreams to life. Galy was a great photographer, we can’t wait to see ours pics. -

Esmy, and the entire Belizean Cove Estates team, were amazing to work with, both throughout the planning process, during our stay, and for our wedding day and ceremony.

Place to share your special memories
Coco Beach Resort hosted an amazing wedding for us, better than what we could have even imagined. Esmy Tzib was fantastic she made the whole wedding planning pain free and once the day arrived she was on top of everything. We would recommend Coco Beach Resort for anyone that is looking to have a beautiful beach wedding destination. She deserves much recognition along with all of the employees at Coco Beach Resort that helped bring the wedding to life. The food was delicious and the views were unreal. Our stay at Coco Beach Resort was perfect. Greetings from the staff as you arrive at the airport, very welcoming. Our room was amazing, we were in building A since the wedding took place right out front. Our wedding planner Esmy, was very professional and helped our day to be perfect. Our wedding ceremony started on time and our decor was so beautiful. Our wedding planner helped by giving us great suggestions for hair, makeup, music, photography, and food. We had over 100 guests attend our wedding and stay at Coco Beach and everyone said they would be back! Thank you for the beautiful memories at Coco Beach Resort!

Dream ceremony at coco beach
We renewed our vows at Coco Beach in February and it was a DREAM! The resort and accommodations we beautiful and high quality. The staff was even better! From the moment we arrived they knew our names and treated us like family for the entirety of the trip.
Our vow renewal ceremony was so perfect and the details that Esmy and the rest of the wedding staff designed and implemented helped make our day even more special. We were able to watch the set up of the ceremony from our balcony and it was so evident how hard they worked to make each detail perfected.
The resort had a styling team that came and helped us with our hair and makeup. I was nervous for not having a trial, but they did such a wonderful job--I felt so beautiful and confident. Everyone was willing to jump in to assist with anything needed for me and my wedding party.
There was an audio and stereo system that allowed my guest to be able to hear our ceremony over the beach wind and was perfect for videotaping our ceremony. One of my bridesmaids had organized a special video message from all my friends and family back home that couldn't make it, and the wedding staff helped set up and display it on a large screen and projector at the reception after the ceremony.
The food and ambience was delightful and romantic. The guys in our wedding party went deep sea fishing the day before the wedding and help catch the grouper for the reception! I also can't forget to mention the music and dancing thanks to DJ Debbie! So much fun was had by all!
My vow renewal ceremony was more special than my wedding because of CocoBeach and their wedding staff. Thank you! -

It was awesome, I’m coming back every year!
This was a great choice for our wedding venue. Everything was beyond what we could have imagined. The staff was great and when we pick Red Fish for our dinner they went and caught the fish right before preparing it for dinner. Everyone on the was super nice! -

Dream Wedding 💕
Esmy is the BEST! She made everything so easy and stress free for our wedding at Belizean Shores. Her and the staff went above and beyond to not only make sure we were happy, but our guests (who raved about how amazing the resort was) were happy as well. Belize wedding on the beach!
The wedding of our dreams! We chose a destination wedding at Coco Beach Resort and Belize Weddings took care of everything! Esme, the wedding planner, really took care of us and even did all of the paperwork for our marriage license. Our friends and family couldn't stop gushing about the resort, we all had a fantastic time and will never forget it! We couldn't have done it without Belize Weddings! -

Best Destination Wedding!
Esmy and her team went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable. We invited 30 of our friends and family along for the week long trip to Coco Beach. Everyone enjoyed the resort and the staff was amazing. Can't wait to come back and visit next year. We saved ourselves a lot of stress by working with Esmy who handled all the details for us. Exceeded expectations
I have dealt with 4seasons level hotels services for decades and I’d easily throw this place in top 10. Service was impeccable and willingness to go above and beyond was so very evident. If you’re looking for tops then you have found it! If you don’t at least talk to Esmy and her team you are doing yourself a disservice. -

Amazing, Fun, Beautiful, best wedding ever
We had the best time at our wedding 11/10/18 at Belizean Cove Estates. Esmy was so helpful and attentive, I would recommend her to anyone. We had a wedding of 65 people and everything was magical. The whole staff is full of “yes” people and managed to fulfill every request large or small. We hope we can make it back soon to relive our dream wedding! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!! -

Best place for destination wedding
My wife and I searched for the best beach destination to get married. We looked all over and we kept getting drawn to Belize. It was the best decision we made and decided on Belizean Shores as the resort. The prices were the best for us and our 20 guests we had. Esmy went above and beyond to make sure that our day was special. If you want the best photographer I highly recommend Jose Luis Zapata Photography. We had Tipsy Lobster across the street provide our food and they even did it on short notice 3 days before our wedding and the food was awesome and the price even better. Looking forward to going back soon since we could not go back this year for our one year anniversary due to covid. We do plan on returning soon. -

The hospitality, generosity and service given by Ester, Esmy, and the entire staff exceeded our expectations. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. The food was excellent. The wedding coordination was relaxed, organized, and perfect! Ester and Esmy were such a great team and everyone made us feel welcome and more like family. Belize and Coco beach felt like a home away from home. The people, the service, the food, the island. EXCELLENT! I couldn't have picked a better and affordable location for our wedding. I would recommend this resort for any wedding, honeymoon, anniversary, or vacation. We are so grateful for such a beautiful experience in Ambergris Caye.

We could not have asked for much of a better experience for booking our destination wedding at Coco Beach Resort. Booking a destination wedding can be a taunting experience, but Esmy was a wonderful communicator. She made sure everything was covered for our day to our expectations, and was always a pleasure to work with. All of the small details were taken care of by Esmy and the staff. They helped coordinate the day of wedding details so I did not have to worry about them. And in the event of rain (which thankfully did not happen!) the team was ready with a backup plan at a moment's notice.
The resort was more beautiful and accommodating than we could have ever hoped for. All of our guests loved the wait and bartending staff, and were so pleased with their stays at Coco Beach as well. The multiple pools, hot tubs, swim up bar and endless activities made for a truly amazing vacation for all of our guests.
Would absolutely recommend Coco Beach for your destination wedding, we are so glad we did! -

Wedding Bliss
The country itself was amazing the people are friendly and the beaches are great. Working with Esmy and the resort made everything so stress-free. They provided us with all the information we needed and gave suggestions along the way. Helped us find photographer. Any questions was answered in a quick and timely manner. The Day of was amazing and wish we could do it again. Can not wait to go back -
