My experience at Bel Fiore was absolutely amazing. They have a great selection of dresses and I really love the way they have the place set up, it felt so private. Jeff was my consultant and he truly went above and beyond for me. The day before my appointment he called to get a general idea of what kind of dresses I was considering so he could already have some pulled for me to try on when I arrived for my appointment. He was engaged and friendly with not only me but my guests as well while I was changing in and out of dresses. He listened to my feedback and with each dress he brought out I truly felt we were getting closer and closer to "the one." By the end he totally had a lock on what I was looking for and found the perfect dress for me! This was my second bridal appointment and I've got to say my experience here was a thousand times more personal and comfortable that at my first. My stylist, MK, was so much fun to work with! He was knowledgeable, supportive, and managed my guests so my appointment moved along and my wishes weren’t overshadowed. I had been to several shops before Bel Fiore, and I was so stressed that I wouldn’t find my perfect dress. MK made me feel at ease immediately, and with his help I found my dream dress and veil. I didn’t actually ever make it to my appointment here (though I was looking forward to it because they have a huge selection). When I called to cancel, I was worried they’d make me feel like I wasted their time. Instead the woman on the phone asked me why I canceled and I told her because I found my dress. She was so excited for me and told me I had absolutely made the right choice and assured me it actually does the opposite of waste their time. It really showed, even from this small interaction, that they care more about making sure you’re happy and love your dress than making a sale.Bel Fiore Bridal's reply:

If you only go to one store to find your wedding dress, make it Bel Fiore Bridal! I will recommend this store to every future bride I know, because they truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find the perfect dress.
All of the employees in the store were positive, encouraging, and kind and made my family and I feel so special. The way the store was organized made it easy to navigate and pick out the dresses you liked and wanted to try on. They have a really wide selection of styles and silhouettes, all in an affordable price range.
My consultant Caroline was nothing short of AMAZING. She asked a lot of questions so she could truly understand my vision for not only the dress but also my wedding day, and was genuinely interested in helping me bring that vision to life. She listened to all of my thoughts and feelings and was so helpful in narrowing down what worked best for me. As stressful as this process can be, Caroline washed all of that away and made the appointment fun, comforting, and exciting.
The customer service at this store is unparalleled, and is the cherry on top of a fantastic experience. If you want to feel seen, heard, and like truly one-of-a-kind please do yourself a favor and visit this store! I’m willing to bet you’ll find the one just like I did! :)Bel Fiore Bridal's reply:

I had an amazing experience at Bel Fiore Bridal. I was so excited to start planning my wedding that I ended up getting my dress during the earlier stages of wedding planning and when COVID-19 was still in its heyday (May 2020). My consultant was Loren, and she did an amazing job offering different options and styles according to my budget. I also received my dress earlier than expected (4 weeks vs. the estimated 8 weeks).
I was so impressed with Bel Fiore's customer service that I ended up returning to purchase flower girl dresses with them last December. I believe Zach was the one who helped us out on that occasion; he was very patient and gave great recommendations for the girls. I highly recommend Bel Fiore Bridal. Everyone is so professional and they truly care about finding the right dress for YOU and what YOU are comfortable with and in. I never felt pressured to make a decision. I worked with Julia to find my dress and she was amazing and so encouraging. Margarita did my alterations and she did an amazing job! This was my first ever dress shopping appointment, and my Consultant made me feel comfortable and welcome. She had a perfect system of balancing out letting me try on what I was interested in, and remembering exactly what I liked and didn't like. Ended up finding my perfect dress after only 10 dresses! As someone who walked in without a specific dream dress vision, Bel Fiore was the perfect place to discover what I never knew I wanted.
They even were willing to stay past closing so that my Mom and I could come back and do a final try on to make our purchase, and never made us feel like we were being rushed out. They truly made us feel like they were 100% invested in my Bridal journey.Bel Fiore Bridal's reply:

I visited around 5 stores when shopping for my dress and lost count of how many dresses I tried on. I found that in other stores assistants often picked dresses for me to try that didn't fit my style at all...Bel Fiore was not one of these places.
The store itself is beautiful and selection of dresses was the perfect amount - not too many but not to few.
Everyone in the store was so friendly and so helpful, they listened exactly to what I wanted and stayed patient when I was torn between two dresses. They explained that elements I didn't like on dresses could easily be changed during alterations and helped me visualize what the dress would look like on the big.Bel Fiore Bridal's reply:

Absolutely loved working with everyone at Bel Fiore! Daniel was my consultant and he knocked it out of the park in finding my perfect dress. Everyone was honest when I was trying on dresses (I asked them to be!) and but also very supportive. Margarita is an expert seamstress. My dress looks amazing and I can’t wait to wear it! I highly recommend Bel Fiore! I first came to Bel Fiore to look at tux ideas for my April wedding. My fiancé came with me and Daniel was the employee who helped us. Daniel is AMAZING!!!! He helped me with color options, he gave his honest opinion and he went above and beyond to help with whatever questions we had. I went back last weekend for our preview and we LOVED the style and look of everything that was ordered for the preview. I did have to call in to change a few things before the preview, and I spoke to Renee. She was SO sweet and helpful and didn't sound annoyed by my changes. My groom, his groomsmen and I had the best time with Daniel and everyone felt so at ease. I even decided to purchase a veil that day (even though I was only there for a tux appt.) because of the wonderful customer service, knowledge and patience. 5 stars!!!
And as we got closer to my wedding date, Ashleigh was THE biggest lifesaver with making sure the tuxes were delivered on time and even went out of her way to help us. I will be forever grateful for Ashleigh's help.Bel Fiore Bridal's reply:

Bel Fiore was the absolute BEST bridal gown shopping experience I could have asked for. I initially found this bridal shop because I was looking for stores in Atlanta that carried Sophia Tolli dresses. I decided to drive up there one day to check it out. I came in and spoke to DANIEL and mentioned that I found the store online and was considering booking an appointment. He was so friendly and invited me right in to look around and check out all the dresses! How many bridal salons let you just browse, and touch, and look at their entire inventory when you don’t even have an appointment with them?! The dresses were so gorgeous, and all within my BUDGET…I booked an appointment that day! I came back for dress shopping appointment with my entourage on my birthday. My consultant was RHONDA and she was fabulous. She let my whole entourage look through all the dresses and place flowers on the ones they would like me to try on. She then gathered them all up and we started trying them on! Oh, by the way, they let us bring in a cooler full of CHAMPAGNE so my entourage and I had something to sip on during the appointment! I was not rushed at all. I think my appointment ran double over the time it was supposed to be, and no one in the store said anything to me about it. It was only after I said YES to my dress that I realized that it was past closing time and we were the only ones in the store. I apologized and they were not upset in the least, they were so genuinely happy for me that I had found my dream gown! I have recommended them to all my engaged friends, and my mom and everyone else who went shopping with me can’t stop talking about how sweet they are at that store. Bel Fiore Bridal's reply:

Bel Fiore really knows how to take care of people, which is so important during wedding planning. The area where you try on dresses is really nice and calming, and the person who helped me was VERY educated about all the dresses, how to try them on, etc. I knew I was in good hands the whole time. Even through the alterations, I didn't worry about a thing. (I actually found my dress at another store for about $75 less, but I chose to buy it from Bel Fiore because I knew they wouldn't make it a stressful process.) When I arrived, they had a private seating area ready for myself and my family, Kim, my consultant, was very friendly, professional and helpful. She listened to exactly what I said I wanted and offered great recommendations. The dresses were set up by style in the store which made looking easy, since I knew what style I wanted. Kim was great about knowing where certain dresses were and showing me dresses that I would like based on what I told her. The first dress I tried on, which happened to be one that Kim pulled, was the dress I ultimately bought. But before purchasing, I had an appointment at another store. I left bel fiore to go to my other appointment. After that appointment, I wanted to return to bel fiore to make the purchase. I called and they immediately squeezed me in. When I returned, they already had the dress pulled and ready to take my measurements. For the price I paid and the excellent quality of service, I was blown away. I would recommend bel fiore to all of my friends and even picked out my bridesmaids dresses that same day as well. They made wedding dress shopping incredibly fun and easy!
