Ok so! I just wanted to say we have had cakes made for celebrations before but when I saw pictures of cakes that were done by Alyssa I thought I would try. Well, she went above and beyond my expectations and the taste was amazing!! I had her surprise us with design other then the theme. I got the cake tops from Amazon and they came pretty fast. She took her own ideas and went wild. Everyone loved it and were shocked and happy with how it looked! Thank You for making the birthday boys party complete! We will be coming to you in the future. -

naked cake perfection
Alyssa was so patient, communicative, and supportive through this process. We had a destination wedding in Cave Junction and coming from California I had to plan almost everything without seeing or tasting first. She helped guide me towards the perfect cake for my wedding, she delivered it, and helped with the cutting and serving. It was moist and delicious and a huge hit at our wedding, we go SO many compliments on how good the cake was. -

Outstanding service and experience
Not only were the cupcakes fluffy and delicious, but Alyssa's skills in decorating the cake were outstanding. She was so easy to work with. She took my reference photos and turned them into something beautiful that I could have never come up with myself. She puts a piece of her passion into all of her designs and flavors making them the best vendor and vendor experience. Lastly, Alyssa herself was so easygoing, outgoing, and helpful. Her and her husband, who we were so lucky to have at our event, worked so well together and make an amazing team to work with. I would give the experience 100 stars if I could. @Alyssa, thank you for everything! 🧡 -

Romantic Backyard Wedding
Alyssa was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. She made my vision come to life with the most delicious cakes and cupcakes all while making it effortless for me. She even talked directly to my coordinator to make sure set up was smooth for the day of my wedding! Couldn’t have been happier with the desserts themselves nor with Alyssa’s service! -

My wedding cake from this company was the absolute star of the show ! I know they say not to spend too much money on a wedding cake because nobody eats it anyways …..that was not the case for my wedding there was only a few slices left at the end of the night ! It was so delicious!!!! Can’t wait to dig in to our top tier for our anniversary!!! -

The cake from this incredible baker was an absolute delight! From the first glance to the last bite, it was a masterpiece of flavor and artistry. Wedding cupcakes
We loved beef cakes! She was responsive, easy to work with, and friendly. The tasting experience was great. I loved getting to put together different flavors and frostings. She was very flexible and helpful with arranging our pickup with my out of town family that was helping. I would definitely recommend her, not only for the delicious cupcakes but also for the customer service, great communication, and kindness. -

The best ever!
You will want to hire Alyssa for all of your cake needs!
The flavors are all amazing. You can taste the love she pours into what she does. Our cake was carrot cake and I still crave it monthly!
On a side note, her chocolate chip cookies are also the best I’ve ever had! If we didn’t live in California I’d be there monthly haha!

Best vegan wedding cake!
I absolutely loved having Beef Cakes do our wedding cake. I wasn’t sure how they would handle a vegan cake but of course they exceeded all expectations! It was absolutely beautiful and beyond delicious, nobody even knew it was vegan until we told them. Such kind people to work with, a staple wedding vendor for Southern Oregon! -

I was googling bakeries in Grants Pass for my mom's 64th Birthday. As I was looking through, Beef Cakes came up and it was the only shop I saw that featured cakes. They were the only bakery I contacted. Alyssa responded in a timely manner. I sent her an image of a cake I wanted for my mom and she was able to recreate it so beautifully!!
Alyssa was amazing and the cake absolutely stunning! And it tasted so good! I highly recommend Beef Cakes! 💯🤌🏻

One of our favorite vendors for our special day!
Alyssa is a wonderfully fun spirited artist! Our wedding cake had vintage inspired piping that was so elegant and beautiful!
Besides being happy with the end result of our beautiful cake, I loved working with Alyssa! From the first time we visited her bakery to inquire about her service, she was a breath of fresh air. She let us go though her portfolio and even recommendes other vendors for us to consider working with. Another plus of working with her is that she does own local bakery which allows you to explore different flavors she provides .She was also very attentive throughout the creative process of narrow down inspiration of cake decor via text message. I also throughly enjoyed the one on one time we got with her during our cake tasting. Her demeanor was very reassuring to me and my husband. We left the tasting completely confident in her skills, and she did not disappoint! -

Wonderful cake and excellent service!
We were so happy with Beef Cakes! They were responsive, and delivered a beautiful cake exactly the way I envisioned It. It was so nice to be able to trust them to take care of the cake, and delivery and set up. We loved our cake so much, and it played such a special role in our day that we plan to go back for a small cake every year to celebrate our anniversary! -
