Katie and her team were amazing! From the first hair and makeup trial to the wedding day they were incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. All of my bridesmaids were very happy with their hair and makeup and Katie and her team went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and confident on wedding day! -

I booked Katie for my bridal makeup- she took the time to listen, review my inspo pics along with making suggestions/offering add'l products/colors. I felt heard and seen throughout the appointment. Needless to say, I was so pleased with my look & it held up great in the sun/heat! Highly recommend her as an artist! She had a great space & the appointment was enjoyable, good conversation. -

The best thing we ever did was hire Katie to do our hair and makeup for our destination wedding in Florida!! She did an absolutely spectacular job and made the morning of the wedding so much fun and calm. Her presence provided the perfect start to the day. Guests were marveling at our hair and makeup, which held up all day in the heat and humidity! We all loved our makeup so much that we went and bought the products she used a few days later! I HIGHLY recommend hiring Katie to style your hair and makeup at your next event!! -

Katie & her team were seriously the best!! My wedding was earlier in the day and they arrived with enough time to spare for additional pictures. I was so so so happy with how my hair & makeup turned out, I have been trying to re-create it ever since. She gave me a beautiful natural/glowy look. 10/10 would recommend for any event! -

Working with Katie was one of the highlights of our wedding. I went to Katie at Nashville Skin Studio for all my facials and skin prep in the lead up to the wedding week, and have never felt better about my skin even amidst all the stress! Katie handled making a schedule for the day of, so my bridesmaids and I never even had to worry about it. We had a variety of hair types, lengths, and everyone had their own personal styles - and Katie and her team made everyone look and feel like the best version of themselves. Everything they used was high quality and executed flawlessly - our hair and makeup held up through crazy wind taking pictures outside, and all the way until the end of the after party. I cannot recommend Katie enough, and hope to work with her again! -

Katie is SO precious, and I cannot say enough great things about her! She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for our wedding day. I only used her services for bridal hair but she + her team did hair & makeup for the bridesmaids, moms, and little ones in our wedding, and everything turned out flawless. She was so communicative, which I very much appreciated. She is very easy to talk to in person (HUGE for me!), and from the trial to the big day, I was so impressed with her work. Katie even walked with me through Amazon links to hair pieces and earrings to make sure everything would come together!! Her team also did hair and makeup for our friends' wedding, which is how I heard about her, and I got so many compliments on both occasions. I cannot say enough great things about this team! Also, the pricing was more than fair for what we received, and I would 11/10 recommend Beauty by K2 to anyone looking for hair and/or makeup for any occasion! -

Katie and her team were amazing! I usually don't wear a lot of makeup so I wanted it to look more natural and it was perfect and not overdone. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it as well. I did a half up half down look with extensions. I got so many compliments on both my hair and makeup. My bridesmaids' and mom's hair/makeup up was gorgeous as well and they were all very happy with it. My reception was mainly outside in the August heat and my hair/makeup stayed perfect the entire night. Everyone couldn't believe how good it still looked at the end of the reception. -

Wow! Where do I even begin!? I've worked with Katie a few times for photoshoots and makeup lessons (I'm completely hopeless when it comes to makeup) so when I got engaged, I knew I needed Katie to do my make-up for my big day (and rehearsal dinner) and she was one of the first vendors I booked. I cannot say enough great things about Katie! She truly is an artist and always make me feel like a super model. She really listens to what your vision is and executes it perfectly (even when I have no idea how to describe what I actually want). She was so easy to communicate with and made everything so simple. Prior to my wedding day, we did a trial run to make sure we were on the same page and she also did my makeup for my rehearsal dinner which I loved! All my bridesmaids loved their makeup too and couldn't stop raving about what a great job Katie and her team did (we've been in enough weddings and have some horror stories so that's saying a lot). My makeup lasted the entire day/night which is no easy task with an outfit change and hours spent on the dance floor. Not only are her makeup skills incredible but she is such a kind person and someone I've loved getting to know over the years. Seriously. If you need a makeup artist for your wedding day, book Katie! You won't regret it! -

I would hire Katie over and over again. She was accommodating when we had to change our wedding date shortly after booking. My hair looked EXACTLY like the photo I showed her. Chatting with her during my trial was so much fun and it made me look forward to seeing her again the day of the wedding. She made me feel comfortable to be honest about any changes I might want for the big day and when the day came - she nailed it. I booked a facial the week of the wedding and my skin never felt better. The entire wedding party looked stunning and it was all thanks to her and the team! Thank you for everything, Katie. You rock! -

Katie and her team made us feel pampered and relaxed the entire morning. Every other hair and makeup vendor I contacted was unwilling to travel to the venue to perform their services or charged a ridiculous fee to travel to us. Katie’s pricing was very reasonable, her team traveled to us for no extra cost, and they used high-quality products. I never had to reapply or touch up anything! My hairstyle was also comfortable and never fell out of place despite my cathedral veil accidentally tugging on it at times. 10/10 recommend Katie and her team! -

Katie is beyond incredible! I recommend her to everyone! She has been my esthetician since July 2020. I saw her multiple times before my wedding for dermaplaning a couple times and a signature oxygen facial, spray tan, and then she did my hair and make-up for the wedding... not to mention went WAY above and beyond and helped me find clip-in hair extensions with-in my budget. Seriously she's incredible! Struggling with acne my whole life, my skin has always been my biggest insecurity ... Katie not only made me feel beautiful but CONFIDENT on my wedding day. I could not recommend her more! All my bridesmaids LOVED her and her team as well! If you're reading this review. Book her. She's the best there is! -

Katie was amazing! I used her for my wedding makeup and also for pre-wedding facials and derma-planing, which I highly recommend because not only was my face in perfect shape for wedding day, but I got to know Katie a little more leading up to the big day. She listened to what I wanted makeup wise and was able to create it amazingly for the day. I loved the airbrush because it made my skin look amazing without feeling the heavy weight of typical foundation. She also did an incredible job on my mom and bridesmaids. Bonus: my makeup stayed in perfect shape all day and night! Thank you, Katie, for everything! -

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Katie and everyone that assisted her on our big day. Katie is easy going and patient (even when I had to reschedule my trial twice) and understood exactly what I was going for with my bridal look. She was such a pleasure to work with, and she made sure our morning ran perfectly smooth! I was worried that with 11 women in my group, we would run behind or something would go wrong, but Katie ensured that it was easy as can be! All of my girls LOVED their looks, and greatly appreciated the little touch up kits for the evening!! Katie is amazing! I searched for a hair and makeup artist for a long time before deciding to go with Beautybyk2. She can do soft natural glam which I knew the moms/bridesmaids would want, and she can also do full glam which is what I wanted. She can do any hairstyle you want. A trial is packaged in and she goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your look. She is super organized and makes sure your wedding day stays on schedule! She also works with really talented assistants. Thank you, Katie for making me feel gorgeous on my wedding day!! -

Katie and her team were kind, flexible and accommodating for me, my 11 bridesmaids, mom and mother-in-law. She helped me remember deadlines so I wasn't charged any late fees while planning. I was very worried with such a big wedding party about fitting everyone in, but Katie made the day stress free. She was flexible in our getting ready time, understood when I switched the schedule up at the last minute, and even left me a touch up kit before the ceremony. My mother-in-law, who had just been through 4 rounds of chemo and radiation, could not stop talking about how beautiful Katie made her feel. Pictures turned out timeless. It will be a day we will cherish forever! -

Katie did a phenomenal job and me and 10 other guests (bridesmaids, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, flower girls). She was professional, warm, and so friendly. Katie is perfection at her talents! My makeup trial was so smooth and fun. She was on time and was enjoyable to talk with. We also did a trial for a spray tan which I was very nervous about. She talked me through every step and I felt so comfortable. Couple days before my wedding I did my spray tan- went home and messed up my tan. I texted her in tears about it. She waited for me to come back to Nashville, offered me wine, and fixed my tan with no charge.
The day of my wedding was also perfect. She applied my makeup beautifully! She was on time and just so sweet through the entire process. I highly recommend her for makeup, hair, and tanning! -

Katie is not only incredibly talented, but very personable and professional! She listened to all of my concerns about skincare and created a look that was perfect for my wedding day.
