I came across a recommendation for Beauty by Denoise on Reddit, and I’m so glad I did. I can’t recommend Denise highly enough. She completely understood the vibe and style I was aiming for and brought it to life with such care and precision—my hair and makeup not only looked beautiful in photos (both held up during my outdoor ceremony in the rain), but also felt completely like me. On top of that, Denise has such a lovely personality; chatting with her throughout was effortless and calming. I’m already looking forward to the next occasion where I can book her again. -

I immediately felt at ease sitting down in Denise's chair. From our first trial to my wedding day, her calm and cheerful demeanor instantly grounded me. I had a hard time figuring out exactly what I wanted, especially for my hair, and she was beyond patient with me. She is also extremely fast at texting and a very efficient communicator overall. After two trials and a ton of back and forth, she helped me figure out my dream hairstyle (that we hadn't even been able to find on Pinterest!) Denise just took my vision and invented what I wanted...it was magic! The makeup look she created for me was also absolutely perfect -- glowy yet natural. I wanted to look beautiful but still look myself. Lastly, she helped me find a second artist for my small bridal party ( I got married in the morning so we would've all had to wake up super early for Denise to do everyone's look!) I was stressed about figuring out the schedule and logistics and she made everything so easy.
10/10 would work with her again in a heartbeat and encourage anyone considering her for an NYC or NYC-area wedding!!!! -

Bridal Hair — Beauty by Denoise — I found Denise on The Knot and loved her aesthetic. She seemed vibrant, fun, and had experience with curly-haired brides. We hit it off online, and I booked her! On the wedding day, she was such a vibe that I insisted she join us. She did! She enhanced my natural curls perfectly, while making me feel so cared for. I loved my bridal hair. -

Denise made me and my loved ones feel so pampered and beautiful on my wedding day! From my hair trial to the finishing touches before the ceremony, every moment with her was fun. After a long search to find a hair stylist for my wedding, I am thrilled I found Denise. Working with her was so much better than working with a hair salon that has pricing and headcount minimums. Denise was incredibly responsive over email, flexible on timing for my hair trial and for day of services, and our moms and sisters all loved her -- she's friendly, open minded, not pushy, and a cool person to have around while you're getting ready! She took the time to make sure every person was happy with their hair and had no problem making adjustments if requested. She's a true expert, especially at curly hair which was a requirement for me! I loved my wedding hair so much and got many compliments. Her pricing is extremely reasonable too! -

Denise is an absolute gem! From our first interaction via her website, I knew she was the right choice for my elopement in NYC. She was so quick to understand my preferences for hair and makeup and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
On the day of the wedding, Denise went above and beyond. Not only did she make me feel and look my absolute best, but she also stepped in as our witness and guided us throughout the entire ceremony and photoshoot. Her vibrant energy, stunning personality, and genuine kindness brought so much joy to our day.
Denise is, without a doubt, the best bridal stylist, hairdresser, and makeup artist I could have ever hoped for. I’ll forever cherish having her as part of our love story.

Denise is truly the best in the wedding game! She showed up on time with all of her supplies and everything she needed, gave the bride and bridesmaids the best advice on their looks, and was so efficient and kind as she did hair and makeup. She really makes you feel pampered!
The day of the wedding is a really special moment for a bride and her friends and close family members, and Denise seemed to understand how important it was to make sure that everyone walked away feeling stunning and ready for a fun night of dancing, speeches, photo booth-ing, and even crying!
Everyone was feeling so great, and we had an awesome time with Denise on the wedding day. Thank you, Denise! I 100% recommend Denise, seriously don't look any further!
