I did a trial and she took the time to sit down with me before we started to go over my vision and talk about what’s best for my look. So easy to work with. It felt like we’ve been friends for years. She went above and beyond to make my bridesmaids and I feel special! Her and Courtney did AMAZING and had the best vibe all day! Will definitely be booking her again for future makeup needs! -

She understood the assignment in so many ways and from the moment I met her I knew I was in the best hands. First of all, the trial was incredible and she really listened to what I wanted and envisioned. She made glam work for ME, not the other way around. She took my inspiration and knocked it out of the park...I knew my wedding day would be the same way.
On the actual day not only did she take the best care of me but she also slayed other girls' makeup, too. For me, it was more than just her execution of my trial makeup (but somehow even better) but it was also how she totally got me with my wedding day nerves and worries. She helped me more than she knows, with her spunky attitude and humor, and her deep focusing on the artwork she was creating. When she revealed the results, I was absolutely blown away.
The entire day, I felt so incredibly beautiful. My makeup did not budge at all despite the hours of dancing, sweating, and smiling for pictures.
Mel is incredible. She's a master at what she does and you will not regret booking her. -

Amazing!!!
Mel absolutely killed it for my wedding. She took the time to review every single aspect of the vision I had and executed it perfectly. She is so much fun and my girls and I didn’t stop laughing the entire time we were in her chair!! Being a bride is intense with lots of emotions and running around, and it was such a relief to not have to worry about my makeup running or not looking good in photos. She is so so talented and I will always recommend her! -

Best Decision Ever
Using Mel was by far one of the best and easiest decisions to make for my wedding. I left my bridal trial feeling so good about myself I didn’t want to even wash my face! Her energy, positivity, and jam session was exactly what any bride needs to pump her up before heading down the aisle. Her skill set is PHENOMENAL!! Not only is she worth every penny, but the free body positivity and uplifting outlook on yourself is priceless! Have a larger bridal party? That’s ok- you can add her assistant Courtney for a fee and let me tell you, this dynamic duo won’t disappoint at all!! Highly recommended! -

Wow! Easily one of the best vendors I booked, and as a bride that is important! Mel is great to work with and when it came to my wedding day- she delivered!! We had a ton of fun while she was doing my makeup I didn’t even realize I was getting ready for my wedding. But man- she killed it and I felt so beautiful!! Book her you won’t regret it!

Beyond beauty
Melanie is very professional and has an undeniable gift of sheer artistry. She listened to my vision on how I wanted to look on my wedding day and she exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend Mel enough! She is so talented and made me feel like a QUEEN on my big day! She eased my nerves and listened to all of my concerns and wants. Bonus is she’s a GREAT TIME and will help make your getting ready process a blast. I was so thrilled with my makeup and just all the special touches she does. My bridesmaids are still raving about her work and her assistant, Courtney as well! Mel took really good care of my mom & step mom as well and took extra time with them to make the feel so beautiful. Mel highlights natural beauty which is so important in a makeup artist. It was 95 degrees on my wedding day & the makeup still looked bomb even through all that heat! Mel is seriously the best makeup artist I have ever worked with and I’ve had my makeup professionally done quite a few times. I am very picky and have always found something about a makeup look that I didn’t like - except with Mel. I showed her some photos of what I envisioned for my wedding and she nailed it. The wedding trial was perfect and didn’t want to change a thing. She really listened to what I asked for and executed the look with precise and perfection. She took her time and was still efficient with her work. I struggle with insecurities on a daily basis, especially my dark circles but on my wedding day I truly felt so beautiful and was eager for my husband to see me. I expressed my concerns with her and she honestly made me feel so comfortable. She is actually really hilarious too and made me and my bridesmaids laugh so much. She is funny but still professional at the same time, haha. If you’re looking for a professional makeup artist who is talented and really listens to what you want, book Mel. She genuinely cares about her brides! -

Mel is amazing!
Mel has done my make up for a friends wedding and for my own! And each time she has made me feel very beautiful. Mel does more than your make up, she teaches you tips and tricks, talks to you about each step of the process, and has fun while doing it all! It’s truly an experience when you book her. You can tell she loves what she does and cares deeply about each client. I will also add that she was very thorough with cleanliness. Mel took her time with each girl, but stayed on time which is a skill all in itself. She went above and beyond for me on my wedding day and I couldn’t be happier! -

10/10 Highly Recommend for The Big Day & All Your Make Up Needs
I HIGHLY recommend Melanie for your big day or if you need your make up done for any special occasion! I was a COVID bride and had to reschedule my wedding from 2020 to 2021. My prior makeup artist didn't have my reschedule date available so that's when I found Melanie (on Instagram). She was so nice and responsive right off the bat! Not to mention she's very affordable! She made the process very easy and stress free (which I was so happy about!). My venue didn't allow us into the space until 10 am so Melanie and her team traveled to my house and set up shop in my living room. They were amazing and were able to get make up done for 11 ladies in the allotted time that I needed them to. If you are in need of a makeup artist please reach out to Melanie, she's the best!! -

Made my wedding makeup dreams come true!!
Mel was absolutely amazing! She worked quickly and the outcome was SO incredible. She was able to cover all of the scarring on my face and back from acne and a huge scar on my neck from thyroid surgery looked almost invisible! The products she used were very high quality and tailored to my skin type so it didn’t move all day. When I got to my hotel that night my makeup still looked flawless even after having pictures in mist/rain and sweating on the dance floor! Will use her for all my big events in the future and recommend her a hundred times over! -

Slaying my face every time
First of all, If you’re looking for an MUA, look no further. Mel is definitely the BEST you can get. She’s fairly priced, she’s incredibly talented, she’s fun & so so easy to work with, and she really cares about how you look and feel no matter what special occasion or event. She’s done my makeup four times now and there’s a reason why I don’t let anyone else touch my face. She’s my go to for all makeup needs! Thanks for everything, Mel! -

Simply Amazing!
Mel was so easy to work with, even after changing my day of look from my trial (per my request) to use different colors and boy did she deliver! Working with Mel is not as simple as “she did my makeup”. You are not just paying someone to make you look beautiful, although you are guaranteed to look like a Queen when she’s through with you! She provides a formal, yet genuine (customer) experience for her brides that is second to none. I booked Mel about a year ago for my wedding because I saw photos of the work she had done for friends, with precision like nothing I had ever seen before. Not only did Mel take the time to get to know me as a person and a bride, but she made it a point to get to know my skin, my skincare routine, and followed up consistently with me because she cares. Even my Photographer, who admittedly is usually not a fan of bridal makeup, could not stop complimenting her work on me. The value she brings to the table is what every bride NEEDS during their planning and wedding day. I hired her knowing I was making a good choice, but now I know I would hire her over and over again because she’s the absolute BEST choice. -

Amazing!!!
Mel was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her prices are fair and affordable and her work is Amazing! She gave me and all my bridesmaids the look that we were going for and she made me feel like the most gorgeous woman in the world! She completed 8 adults and 2 flower girls by herself and she finished on time for the photographer. She also gives an awesome “goody” bag for the bride for touch ups and she fills it with top notch brands!

If there was a word better than perfect that would be the best way to describe Mel and her talent. Not only is Mel professional and a true artist, she’s someone who you just can’t call a vendor because she becomes a friend. From start to finish Mel was quick with responses, reassuring, and comforting. During the trial, Mel was sure to listen to my vision and make that come to life. Many times before my wedding I would get a text checking in seeing if there was anything she could do to help, and it was easy to tell she really cared. The day of my wedding she came with a team bride attitude and quickly became a listening ear. Mel became part of the family, helped us cart all our stuff around for pictures and even stayed for the ceremony when I asked her too!! I found Mel on Instagram and was just so impressed. I will never go to anyone else for my makeup needs! Mel was great and attended the wedding so if I needed a touchup of lipstick she was ready. She was willing to do my makeup at her house and have my hairstylist do my hair there as well. It was more convenient to my wedding venue then running me all over the place on our special day. This is not the norm but worked well for me. I did not have a wedding party so it was a feasible request. -

I had the pleasure of having Mel do my girls & I’s makeup for my wedding day. WOW! I was completely blown away at the amount of time she took on each one of us to make it exactly how we wanted it, how amazing everyone looked, & the quality of her makeup!
