Beautiful Music delivers!

I have always dreamed of having romantic live music at my wedding, and I am so happy that I found Beautiful Music and Shannon to make that dream a reality. We hired a quartet for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and it was absolutely amazing to hear them play. Initially we heard Beautiful Music at a catering open house. I immediately looked at my now-husband, and said, "We have to get them." Shannon was so easy to talk to and helped me pick out some great choices for the big moments in the ceremony. A huge thank you to Shannon and the musicians who were there for our wedding, it really was magical!

Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend! We used Beautiful music for our wedding at the Ritz in Orlando, they played during the ceremony and cocktail hour. They were wonderful and we received many compliments from our guests. Shannon was a pleasure to work with from the beautiful music team. Highly highly recommend!

Perfection

Shannon and her team of beautiful artists will always have a special place in my heart. They provided the must beautiful music for my walk down the aisle. The music they played during the reception made for the most elegant and romantic atmosphere. I’m so grateful for their ability to be there despite postponing for COVID. I Could not recommend them more.

Beautiful classy and talented!!!

Beautiful music came out with a GORGEOUS quartet to play music for my Bridal Shower at the Conservatory~Alfond Inn Winter Park. It was a Sunday brunch for 40 women all dressed up and ready to indulge in desserts and girliness :) and as much as I lived my venue, my flowers, my treats and my guests, THE MUSIC made the event!!! I am a violinist (have played since I was 4 years old) and I am so picky about live music. But I knew when I heard them at a local bridal expo at the Dr Phillips performing arts center that I HAD to have them for the shower!!! They played Disney covers and pop music redone classics style. Just exquisite. A HUGE add to my magical Bridal Shower. Don’t make the mistake of skimping on live music or using recordings instead...this is the REAL DEAL!!! Worth every penny.

The group is professional and a true talent.

Me and my husband agreed that great music was an absolute at our wedding. We didn't want a loud DJ, we wanted something intimate and very us. We came across Paint it Black String Quartet and some of their samples and immediately knew they were the right choice. They are great at the classics, but what caught our ear was their ability to play pop, rock, and just about ANY genre of music out there. We have a very eccentric taste in music and after handing Shannon our list of songs, we were shocked at how many they were able to play. From David Bowie, Journey, Guns n Roses, The Smiths, The Cranberries, The Beatles, and the list went on. We were so excited to hear them on our wedding day that we actually took many moments just to stop and listen to them play these songs. It is extremely interesting hearing these arrangements on strings, we were truly amazed. Our wedding guests LOVED them and continue even post wedding to mention how great the music was.

Beautiful Music

Having Beautiful Music play at my November 2018 wedding in Winter Park was the best decision ever! The musicians (flute, violin, and cello) we booked with Shannon Caine’s company were so talented and professional and their music provided such a magical touch to both the ceremony at the church and also at the cocktail hour at the Alfond Inn. Shannon was super nice to work with and played exactly what I wanted- a combination of classical and contemporary songs I chose for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Over a month later we still have guests telling us how amazing the music was and how it made our wedding an event they will always remember! I highly recommend booking Beautiful Music for your wedding- you will be so happy you did!

Shannon and her trio were the most perfect detail we added to our wedding! We planned to have a DJ, but after hearing Shannon play at another event they were stuck in my head and I had to have them for our day. We had a beautiful outside wedding and having them play for our ceremony and cocktail hour really made the event feel like a fairytale and so magical. They were amazing, played all the trendy songs we requested, and made the walk down the isle completely perfect in every way. I couldn’t be happier with choosing them and I hope you do too! You won’t regret it at all. They were set up early and ready to go. Zero complications and my one regret was not saying bye or hello to them! I was truly in the moment of my day and they allowed me that by being prepared and playing all the songs I wanted ????????. Thank you Shannon and please thank the cello and violin player as well. We had the pleasure of having Paint It Black Trio/Beautiful Music play at our wedding on Saturday February 10, 2018. My husband and I are old souls and our favorite date nights usually include good drinks, a good cheese board, and most importantly good live jazz music so we really wanted to incorporate that into our wedding day. Shannon is wonderful at putting together the perfect ensemble for what you want, for instance my husband used to play the saxophone and wanted that included so she put together the perfect trio to include that.

Prior to signing on Shannon invited us to come see a couple of them play at an event and then came down during a break to talk to us and we were sold. Having them play just prior/during the ceremony and cocktail hour, unfortunately I only got to hear them during the walks down the aisle but so many of our guests came up to me saying how great the musicians were and how much they loved their song selection.

If you are wanting to add that classy, timeless, romantic feel of live musicians you can do no better than Shannon and her team at Beautiful Music.

What an amazing addition to our Wedding! For anyone who is considering this vendor, there is no need to question. The Paint It Black Quartet was punctual (arriving early!), professional, and extremely self sufficient. Moreover, the Quartet provided an amazing set during our Ceremony and Cocktail Hour, playing all modern music on the strings for our particular desires, but in the planning phase they offered me over 15,000 songs from a myriad of genres that could be played. Shannon Caine was extremely knowledgeable, and for someone who is not musically inclined like myself, Ms. Caine really made planning our Wedding song list easy, stress-free, and most importantly- cohesive. When all was done, I received so many compliments from our friends and family; contracting Ms. Caine with Beautiful Music was honestly one of the best decisions we made, and the Quartet turned out to be one of the best, most memorable facets of our entire Wedding Weekend! I highly recommend Beautiful Music and Paint It Black Quartet.

I saw the Paint it Black Quartet preform at an awards show I attended. I knew that I would have to have them for my wedding and that was before I was even engaged! When I did get engaged they were one of the first things I booked! My wedding is a few months away but I know they will be an amazing addition to the experience.

Shannon Caine was so easy to work with, so professional and responsive - I can't say enough about working with her and her musicians! She listened and encouraged us to make our ceremony unique and personal. She was patient, as I changed my mind several times about the playlist and the instruments I wanted. We decided on a flute, guitar, and cello for the ceremony and a guitar and saxophone for the cocktail hour - perfect! The music was gorgeous! Shannon Caine and her team did an incredible job during our ceremony. I purchased a package that included the flute, violin, and cello. The trio was the perfect compliment for the ceremony and it set the tone for the guests. My husband and I wanted this aspect of our wedding to invoke elegance and feel romantic. Shannon at Beautiful Music helped me orchestrate a wonderful gift for my new husband. He did not know that a trio of musicians (flute, cello & violin) would play for our garden wedding & reception. What a wonderful surprise. She also arranged for my dear friend from NC to join the musicians and play her flute with a few pieces during the reception. The musicians were very professional and played a classical program magnificently! Our wedding was planned in less than 2 months & the music program in just a few weeks. The music set the tone for our magical day and we are still in the clouds. Shannon and Beautiful Music has our heartiest recommendation.

I heard Beautiful Music for the first time playing at the Winter Park Bridal Show. I knew at that very second that I would have to have them play for our ceremony. Their classical renditions of popular songs were great, but I’m a rock girl could they fit my genre? The fit it to a tee! From Guns N Roses to Kansas from Sting to Journey they played all the songs that I wanted. I have never been to a wedding where all of my friends were saying how awesome the music was before the reception even started. My music selections only show how versatile Shannon and the rest of the group of Beautiful Music can be. They can fit the tune of any kind of wedding you want. I was rushing the pictures to get back to cocktail hour just to hear them play some more! I would/will suggest them for any party for any occasion! Shannon in a few words ... you guys rocked!

Being a singer, the music for my wedding was very important to me. My church provided an organist to us; however, I wanted to add a level of elegance with the inclusion of a string trio. I was put in contact with Shannon through another local musician. Her level of professionalism and musical knowledge was very impressive. She provided us with suggestions regarding our music and had a diverse selection to choose from. She arrived early and coordinated with our organist. By far, she the easiest vendor to work with. Our guest were impressed with the music and it add a magical touch to the day.

I did a lot of research when planning my wedding as I really wanted professional musicians to play at my wedding. I found Beautiful Music and was very impressed immediately. Things I found a plus were that the musicians are all professionals and because they are a company you will never have a musician absent at your special day.

I met Shannon and she was so professional to deal with. We worked together the music selection and she even made suggestions.

The day of the wedding they were very punctual, which was something I wanted to start sharp. They did a marvelous job. It was flawless, classy, spiritual, again no words.

Everyone at the wedding was super impressed and shared possitive remarks about the quartet. I totally give them 100 stars, but I am only allowed to give 5.

Thanks a lot and I totally recommend it to everyone....

Perfect for my ceremony. The string quartet did a beautiful job with the classical music I had chosen for my entrance and exit from Courtroom B. Canon in D sounded amazing when they opened the doors for the processional. I would highly recommend beautiful music to any bride or groom to be.

Beautiful music played our ceremony music. We selected a string quartette and were very thrilled with the performance. We emailed a list of songs which were all played. I walked down the isle to Uptown Girl by Billy Joel and it was awesome! People have been commenting about how "cool" the music was at the ceremony. Thank you!!

Shannon at Beautiful Music was a pleasure to work with. She was very thorough with describing all the music options they offer and was easy to work with regarding staying within our price range. The music sounded fantastic! The musicians were very talented and we even had the string trio play modern music for our cocktail hour. It definitely made our wedding a top-notch event. They were great musicians, provided a fantastic level of consultative service to get just the right songs. And there was not a missed note, it seemed, and we are both musicians. They also played our cocktail hour and we were told it was excellent because they played new music people aren't used to hearing a string quartet do. We were very happy with them!

We worked with Shannon to find musicians who could provide the sound we wanted---and we were pretty picky... Shannon sent us multiple demo tapes until we found a good match. The musicians were all excellent and very professional, making our rehearsal dinner even more rewarding for oru family and friends.

We upgraded our resort wedding package to include a flute, violin and cello trio for our ceremony. Shannon from Beautiful Music was great to work with and open to us requesting a few songs not on their standard music selection list. Everything was perfect and several guests commented on the great music and atmosphere they provided. Very professional and talented musicians!!

I can't say enough great things about Shannon & team! So many people told me after the ceremony that was the best music they'd ever heard at a wedding. We had the trio (violin, cello, flute) play Vitamin String Quartet (youtube them!) covers of modern songs and they sounded SO lovely. The perfect blend of modern + traditional. They also played the cocktail hour which brought the most delightful vibe to the party. Especially perfect at Casa Feliz. In addition, we rented a sound system from Shannon with an iPod dock for the reception dance music. We took requests on our RSVPs and mixed them in with our favorite music. The best man kept an eye on the iPod and cued the first dance - it all worked out perfectly and the dancing went non-stop!

Shannon with Beautiful Music was great! She was recommended to me by Shannon at Big City Catering. She has dozens of options for musicians. I selected a chamber trio that included a flutist, violinist and cello. I got married in a rotunda at Lake Mary Events Center. The wedding was absolutely amazing and the music was the perfect addition for the rotunda. They did an amazing job and Shannon was very flexible and easy to work with. :-)

Beautiful Music with Shannon Caine was suggested to me by my wedding planner, Lisa from E-Events. I contacted Shannon several weeks before my July 31, 2010 wedding. She immediately began to put me at ease with her knowledge of music and wedding experience. She provided me with ample suggestions of musical selections for our Knowles Chapel ceremony. I ended up choosing some obscure pieces as well as some traditional ones, and Shannon and the musicians really came through. Every detail that Shannon and I had discussed was executed to perfection.
I was a stressed out bride, not knowing the first thing about how to putting together the ceremony I had envisioned, and Shannon listened to me and was able to guide me in the right direction and deliver.

I have only the highest rating for Shannon and Beautiful Music. Shannon was extremely professional and helpful in working with me on my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. The planning circumstances were more difficult with me being in Michigan and the event in Florida! Shannon made that issue a non-event. Everything went off very smoothly ... the music performed by the jazz trio was superb and the musicians were professional, very flexible and an excellent value. Their music really completed the event, raising it to a higher level of class and elegance. I would highly recommend Beautiful Music for any event!

Ceremony/Bag Piper: One of our most important qualities of our wedding was our bag piper that we wanted at our ceremony. It was a surprise for our guests when we walked up the aisle escorted by a live bagpiper in Irish tradition. He played so beautifully and also played while our guests conjugated around the front of the church waiting for us to depart. I am so ecstatic that he was part of our wedding and am so pleased that Beautiful Music, Shannon Caine, was able to coordinate with us and make it possible. He was AMAZING!!!

Reception: We loved having a live BAND, especially one that was so easy to work with and sounds so great. We honestly thought that it was one of the highlights of our reception and wished it had been longer. :) They were definitely worth it and I will definitely use them again, when I plan another event. I would also like to mention that 6 months later, our guests are still raving about our wedding. Thank you for making it so perfect.

Of all the many many moving parts in my wedding I was the least concerned about my ceremony music. From the time of our first phone conversation all the way through I do Beautiful Music was responsive, professional, helpful, and just a pleaseure to work with. They are obviously very experienced musicians and were familiar with my venue and it's music rules so there was no guessing. The day went perfectly, the music was beautiful! If you have the occasion to need musicians for your wedding ceremony (or reception because I hear they do bigger bands too) don't think twice about hiring Beautiful Music because they will flawlessly execute!

With instrumental song selections like "Sweet Child O' Mine" and "Beautiful Day," our song selections were a little "out of the box" and more contemporary, but your team made it happen anyway! You met all of our needs and well exceeded our expectations. To us, the ceremony was the most important part of our wedding day. Every song we chose had special meaning to us. Beautiful Music helped to make my wedding so special. They were very professional and sounded great. While not an inexpenisive addition to the wedding, having the trio really added to the overall feel of the event.

We booked the trio for 3 hours. That meant that they needed to have 3, 15 minute breaks. Not terrible, but good to know up front and to keep in mind for your planning.

Their repertoire was very large and I got many compliments. We had a flutist, cellist and violinist. I initially wanted all strings, but the flutist really did a great job and added a lot. If I had to do things over again, I would keep everything the same.

It has been 2 months since our wedding and we still receive daily compliments about the music. Shannon was more than responsive. My need was for ceremony music and a band and my request came on Monday morning for the following saturday. She found the most incredible entertainers and musicians for 35 guests who flew in from London for a wedding. I had less than 7 days to pull together an event for a very unique challenge. I did not meet the bride till the day of the wedding. Shannon and her follow through was beyond great. She kept hunting talent and the team of talent she organized, and delivered hours before the event were amazing.
Anyone who needs entertainment should know that Shannon is a can do, make it happen professional who, commits to your needs, delivers your requests, is polite, kind, and simply
the best. What I did not share is she did all this while pulling 6 other groups together for others, and on one of the busiest days of the year for weddings in Orlando. I still have not met her in person.. but my Bride was happy and that's what matters. Oh, Shannon then calls me on Sunday morning after the wedding on her way back from her gig...out of town... following through to ensure all went well.... BM was able to learn and perform original written music and worked well with my soloists with very little practice. They were only able to practice only a few minutes with my three soloists (one being the brides father), and it came off beautiful. The majority of my music was modern lite classical and religious. I had my own music director to communicate and write the music and work with them, however, my initial communication with BM was very good. My daughters wedding was at the Ritz and a high profile one and they added a very elegant touch to the ceremony.

My husband, Gilbert, and I were beyond blessed to have Beautiful Music perform the ceremony music for our wedding. Having grown up with a family in the music industry, we had some unique ideas for ceremony music. Our desire was to feature songs by Billy Joel, Paul McCartney, John Lennon, and other artists that are less traditional for wedding services. Shannon and her team were not only open to the idea, they were extremely excited, going above and beyond to accommodate our desires! Shannon had great suggestions and was fantastic communicating with us. The violinist for the ceremony added a touch of elegance to the wedding. He worked well with the church pianist. At the reception we had a four piece band instead of a dj and they were excellent. Live muscians really add class to any occasion and Shannnon's were the best! Shannon coordinated a wonderful set of music for the ceremony and reception. She accomodated our daughter's modern preferences which were specific as to the processional and recessional, and integrated classics into the dinner music very effectively.

Working with Shannon Caine of Beautiful Music was wonderful! She is very professional and organized through the planning process. She worked with us to assist in customizing our ceremony and reception music. ALL our guests had an outstanding time at the wedding thanks to Beautiful Music.

Shannon Caine not only reached out to me, to my wedding planner and was more than efficient. She was on the ball from start to finish. She made me feel more than comfortable during a crazy time and was always available. A true pro and yes the music rocked!

Shannon and the other musicians were fantastic. She worked hard to prepare and plan with us, and she and her team were excellent performers. It really gave the perfect touch to our wedding ceremony and reception. We got compliments from the guests, and the jazz trio even threw in a few Caribbean tunes after talking to some guests from the Bahamas. They loved it! The only reason I gave 4 1/2 stars for flexibility was that the ceremony soloist wasn't able to perform our 1st and 2nd choices for solo songs, because one was too high, and the other was so new that they couldn't find the music for it, so I suppose that was unavoidable.

We recently hired Beautiful Music to play for our wedding ceremony (July 2010) and they were awesome. Shannon was great to work with and really went the extra mile helping us choose the music. We weren't interested in the standard run-of-the-mill wedding music and they had no problem finding other options and accommodating us. The ceremony went off without a hitch. The Beautiful Music trio and trumpeter worked well with the coordinator and other staff to pull off the timing just right. The way they handled everything really lowered my stress level! Great job!

Shannon Caine and her group of talented professionals provided classical pre-ceremony and ceremony music and jazz for the cocktail hour for my youngest daughter's wedding in the spring of '08. It was simply spectacular! They combine a professional look with an amazingly gifted sound, and I have already sent in my check to reserve Beautiful Music for my oldest daughter's wedding in the fall of '09. I highly recommend Beautiful Music to anyone looking for accommodating, flexible, talented musicians!

Beautiful Music provided music for our ceremony and cocktail hour. Shannon was very sweet and accommodating! Our guests also really enjoyed the musical selections ranging from traditional to contemporary. Thanks for sharing in our special day!

I was looking for a jazz band and booked Beautiful Music. Shannon was great to work with, and they even learned our first dance song as it was one they didn't know. They weren't exactly what I was looking for as I wanted a jazz band as if you stepped into a jazz club in Chicago. The music was very nice and the singer did a nice job, just not exactly as I had imagined.

I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Beautiful Music.They made my wedding ceremony extra special with their live renditions of some of our favorite songs.Shannon was very flexible and accommodating with our song choices. We were very pleased with all of the services provided by Beautiful music for our wedding this past weekend. They travelled over 2 hours to our event and did an excellent job keeping all of our guests enthused and entertained. We chose a violinist to add a certain elegance to our intimate wedding - the artist was extremely professional, talented and entertaining, especially at the reception dinner. It was the perfect fit.

We used beautiful music for our wedding ceremony in December 2009. They were highly professional and brought a wonderful atmosphere to our wedding. My only complains were that they were unable to sing several of my favorite songs as a solo and we had to go with a more generic love song that is one of their standbys. Also the soloist, Eric was out of sync with the instruments during the second half of the solo song of our candle lighting ceremony. If we had to do it all over again we would use them but leave off the soloist. He sounded wonderful in the MP3 they sent us but a little disappointing in person.

What we heard was excellent...had a misunderstanding of one of the requested
pieces, but was ready with another to play...Working with them ahead of time
was very favorable. They respond by phone & email immediately. I would get them
again.

Shannon was professional and the music sounded great at our wedding ceremony! The only thing that could have been improved was the response time when I'd try to get in touch with her prior to the wedding (but everything worked out fine!).

We used Beautiful Music for both our ceremony music/cocktail hour and for dj services. Overall, we were very happy with the quartet (trio plus trumpet) and Shannon was very flexible and accommodating with our pieces that we requested. We got great comments from our guests on the music!
Re: responsiveness, during the planning process, I did not feel that Shannon was as responsive as she could have been. I would get a response to one of my emails several days to a week later usually, and I would not get complete answers to my questions I asked via email as she uses a mobile device to reply. I felt that if the emails were done via PC, I probably would have received more detailed answers. However, she is very good by phone. So if you need to contact her, that is probably the best way. Speaking with Shannon, she is very professional, knowledgeable and sincerely cares about your wedding and how it is handled.
The cocktail hour music was done by Eddie on sax and we also received rave reviews on his music ability. Definitely recommend Beautiful Music for ceremony music and the cocktail hour.
Unfortunately there was a snag, which Shannon and I both discussed in depth. Re: Eddie as the DJ, I received feedback from our guests that was not favorable. No one was dancing and they felt the music played was really dull. As my husband and I were hardly in the room, except for brunch, we were not able to enjoy or hear the music. After much research on both ends and discussion with Shannon on what transpired, Eddie performed his job since 80% of what he played was on our play list, however I made a comment on my list to please include dance and 80's (a separate list) since we realized our playlist is a little slow and to mix things up. Unfortunately, that was not followed and all songs that were played aside from the guest requests were slow songs/dinner music. Granted, our crowd apparently weren't a dancing bunch and it was a morning wedding, but more upbeat music would have been nice and appropriate to keep the mood high. Shannon apologized and offered to refund us the booking fee which was considerate.
To sum it up, I give Beautiful Music's ceremony music and cocktail hour five stars.
Due to the issues that were noted above, I give their DJ services three stars and cannot fully recommend him.

We used Beautiful Music for our wedding ceremony in June 2010. The music played during the ceremony was beautiful. However, communication with representative was unprofessional. Mistake was made concerning receipt of payment and then representative did not respond to email asking if they located payment made or acknowledgement of mistake. Our guests enjoyed the beautiful music, but getting there was not as pleasant.

Worst mistake I made by choosing the trio for my wedding!!! I thought by reading reviews from previous people was enough to trust the quality of their service. My ceremony was at 6:00pm and they were supposed to arrive at 5:45pm. Ended up walking down the isle with no music. I was very disappointed that all three of them showed up at different time past during the cocktail hours. I would not recommend their services to anyone that wants to have no issues during their wedding day. I don't know what went wrong or why they showed up late and I can't believe their excuse was that they thought the ceremony was at a different location knowing that signs were posted around the premises indicating where the wedding was taking place or they could have called. If I knew this was going to happen, I would have never chosen them and as of today never even got an apology from them. I can't believe that being in this line of services they can't even be on time. My advise to any bride out there, make sure whoever you choose as your vendor they are responsible and on time the day of your wedding. For the people who provided great feedback below who I trusted, I'm glad they had no issues on their wedding day and things worked out for them.
