Beautiful Blooms worked with me in the months before my wedding and helped me solidify my ideas so we could bring the wedding day to life. The team listened and advised in some changes to ensure my bouquet would be beautiful and seasonal. I’d wanted a smaller, tall tapered bouquet but Blooms made me a more traditional round bouquet, which I think worked better for the flowers I’d chosen. The planning process was a breeze and on the day everything went smoothly. Delivery for the bouquets was on time and the ceremony space was set up beautifully. The reception space was flipped over after the ceremony and was almost perfect. I had greenery at the ceremony that I hadn’t planned to use on the tables at the reception but the greenery was moved to the tables. I hadn’t noticed in the moment but if I had, I’m sure the team would have adjusted! Still a gorgeous room and everyone commented on how well everything was arranged. I loved the day and Blooms definitely set the right vibe. -

Beautiful Blooms does absolutely incredible work! I'm an interior designer, so of course, I had a very particular vision for how I thought the wedding should look. Kelsey, one of the lead floral designers, did a fantastic job of making that vision come to life! She was so open to hearing my rambling ideas and patiently helped me through the floral design process. We wish we could have kept every arrangement! If we have any events in the future, we will definitely be using Kelsey and Beautiful Blooms again! -

I highly recommend using Beautiful Blooms for your wedding. They were incredibly professional and responsive throughout the planning process and up to my wedding day. Beautiful Blooms was very detail-oriented and I felt that they truly cared about understanding and achieving my vision.
I explained to Beautiful Blooms that I was going for something a little less traditional—a more moody vibe with lots of deep, dark colors. They understood my vision and added to it (e.g. suggesting that the bridesmaids hold black calla lillies, including candelabras as some centerpieces, etc.). They just got it.
At our wedding, Beautiful Blooms nailed the execution. Truly the most stunning centerpieces. Beautiful Blooms truly exceeded my wildest expectations. -

I was referred to this company by my jeweler's wife and very grateful she did. Everything involving the wedding was easy but finding a florist was very stressful for me. Until I contacted Beautiful Blooms. From our initial consult until the day of our wedding, everything was handled professionally. They really work with your budget and your wants. I must say, everything came out exactly how I imagined it and didn’t break our pockets. Our pictures do no justice for how gorgeous our venue looked. My guests absolutely loved it! A beautiful, elegant and romantic look. -

My husband and I got married at a Cescaphe venue earlier this month, and we were beyond thrilled with Beautiful Blooms that made our entire experience so perfect. Alicia was incredible to work with from the start, and she took our budget extremely seriously and did everything in her power to keep us within it. The venue was more stunning and beautiful than our wildest dreams. My bouquet made me cry. They installed a gorgeous hanging installation and a very cool black and white checkered dance floor. The venue was dotted with the most gorgeous candles, and BB nailed our vision for the centerpieces. And most importantly, our ceremony was incredible. We were worried all week that we couldn't have our dream ceremony in the courtyard of the venue and that we would have to move it inside, but once we saw the setup, we let go of every single care in the world. It was far more beautiful than we thought possible, and walking down the aisle felt like walking through a dream. We cannot recommend Beautiful Blooms highly enough. -

If you know nothing about flowers, put your trust in Beautiful Blooms! I came to Blooms with 10 pictures on a Pinterest board and said I’m going for something fall-like. They turned that into the most beautiful arrangement of florals I have ever seen. Our designer, Grace Clark, was absolutely exceptional, walking us through different types of flowers, providing examples of arrangements, letting us change things, communicating with us constantly, and being just as excited about our selections as we were!
The day before the wedding, Grace sent me a photo of my bouquet. There were two flowers that I wasn’t over the moon about - she changed them out for me literally HOURS before they were delivered without hesitation. On the day of the wedding, our florals were delivered right to our room, boutonnières and corsages labeled, bouquets in water, and even additional loose blooms for the photographer to use for photos. We provided Blooms with our own family chuppah with a quilted cover. They affixed a beautiful arrangement of greenery and florals to it, transforming it into something truly incredible. The flowers were repurposed for our sweetheart table.
On our guests’ tables, we had beautiful small bouquets, which complemented the bronze lazy susans so well. Adorned with small votive candles, Blooms did an amazing job to use florals to enhance the amazing food we were serving.
It truly felt like magic when we arrived at the venue to see the flowers for the first time. They were amazing!! Thank you, Grace, and the entire team at Beautiful Blooms! We are so in awe of your work! -

Beautiful Blooms was amazing from beginning to end. Due to Covid I had to change my wedding date several times and they were flexible and kind. They kept me up to date often either via email, calls, or in person. The flowers looked Amazing. It transformed the room! It was everything that I asked for. They did sweetheart table, cake, ceremony drapes, guest tables and so much more. Very professional!! They delivered the flowers ahead of time so it was one less thing to stress about. For our wedding we purchased the GOBO package, some centerpieces, and up/down lighting. Grace helped me put together my dream wedding. Beautiful Blooms was great to work with as our wedding florist! During the booking process, I was able to get a very detailed proposal on the cost of my flowers, which we fine-tuned a few weeks before the wedding. I received a few other florist quotes before booking, and Beautiful Blooms was competitively priced compared to others in the area. Alicia was my event designer, and she was extremely knowledgeable when choosing the different flowers and arrangements for our wedding. On the day of the wedding, the flowers were delivered on time to all of the various locations where we needed them. The flowers turned out exactly how I envisioned them and I couldn't be more happy! I would definitely recommend Beautiful Blooms for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled wedding florist! -

Beautiful Blooms was absolutely fantastic to work with! They totally got our vision and worked with us around getting the best quality for our venue and not going overboard with pricing. Kelsey was open to all of our ideas and was flexible with every design element we suggested. We used pinspotting, draping, and chairs from BB and they were able to reuse a lot of the chuppah for the sweetheart table and then for the Sunday brunch. The flowers were gorgeous and lasted for a while. I cannot wait to preserve my bouquet as it was perfect! -

if you are looking for a florist for your wedding, stop here! Alicia (we have the same name, too) hit all the check marks on my list. not only was she kind, quick to respond to EVERY email, and very professional, but she was an incredible help with style and helping me work within my budget! Looking a a catalog was so overwhelming but after my first meeting with her, via Zoom because of the pandemic, i just knew she would make my dreams come true with all my floral needs! I had a change in circumstance where my budget had to unexpectedly drop and she didn’t shed a bead of sweat…she was able to provide me with wonderful alternatives that would fit within my budget! On the day of the wedding, our florals and centerpieces completely blew us away. i knew they would look amazing, but when we did the first look of our reception set-up on our wedding day, my jaw dropped! my husband and i could not be more impressed with Alicia’s skills, compassion, and overall ability to be a phenomenal event designer! -

Stunning flowers that matched my very specific vision perfeclty
Kelsey Johnson and her team at Beautiful Blooms knocked it out of the park with our wedding flowers. They were absolutely stunning. Everyone talked about them all night. Beautiful Blooms brought our vision to life
I could not recommend Beautiful Blooms more! We worked with Alicia who was incredibly attentive and brought my vision to life. I very honestly don’t know much about flowers, and so I just went to my original appointment in January 2020 with pictures of bouquets/centerpieces/decor that I loved, and some that I hated to show what I liked and didn’t like. Alicia made sure that everything I loved was included, and nothing I didn’t love. She was very patient with me (especially with how picky I was about colors) and was amazing at helping me work within budget, which was awesome because i had spent the large majority of the budget by the time I had my floral appointment haha.
Like many Covid-couples we had 4 wedding dates (April 2020, September 2020, April 2021, June 2021) and alicia and Beautiful Blooms worked with us through each one. We never had to worry that they couldn’t accommodate our new date, and Alicia constantly checked in and made us feel like no matter what happened with our wedding date, our flowers & decor would be taken care of—and they were. When we changed venues and seasons, Alicia and BB seamlessly transitioned all of our flowers & decor to the new venue, including doing draping and lighting we didn’t intend to do originally. Breathtaking
I worked mostly with Alicia from Beautiful Blooms on creating our gorgeous flowers. She truly helped make my vision come to life with the stunning centerpieces, sweetheart table, staircase, and all of the other gorgeous details. During COVID times, it is truly important to recognize people and businesses who have the utmost values at their core, and Beautiful Blooms is one of those companies. They truly care about their brides and grooms as humans, and do not view you as a customer. Our wedding was scheduled for 8/22/20, and we originally planned to have a 250 person wedding at a venue in Philadelphia. Due to COVID this wasn't able to happen, but we did not wish to reschedule as I am a front line worker and we wished to get married on this date. I originally reached out to Alicia to see their policy regarding the contract - she was more than happy to use our deposit to create a bouquet and boutonniere for our small ceremony and special day. Both were absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations! My husband and I were both so thankful for their truly amazing work, and the kindness and respect that they treated us with as customers. They went above and beyond to make sure that both parties in the contract were happy, which sadly, is a rare thing for businesses during this time. If you are looking for incredible florists who truly care about you, look no further! Beautiful Blooms exceeds all expectations! I worked with Chelsea Mettinger on flowers for my wedding. She did an outstanding job of helping me choose flowers that were aligned with my theme, color and budget. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and brought tears to my eyes when it was delivered. When I saw the high table arrangements that were also being used during the ceremony I was stunned!! They were a lot bigger than I had even imagined and were so incredibly beautiful. I definitely recommend Chelsea and Beautiful Blooms. They were extremely professional to work with and did a great job of helping me pick out flowers that worked in all aspects for our wedding. She was not pushy at all and truly was awesome to work with. Several guests commented throughout the night on how pretty all of the flowers were. florals were always super important to me for my wedding vision, however given it's lack of "utility" to my guests, it did not have as much room in my budget as our food or band. However, we made it work! We worked with Alicia Martino, who helped me figure out that I do not like blush in almost any shade except for hand dyed hydrangeas (apparently nature does not create the shade I like) and bully for me- hydrangeas are cheaper! She helped me determine where to strategically place the peonies and how to use high-low arrangements. My planner enjoyed working with her as well which was important to me. My tiniest little concern was that I asked for exposed stems on my groomsmen and groom's boutinniere's and the stems were fully covered. This was EXTREMELY minor in the scheme of things, given that they used my grandfather's tallis and my mother's wedding dress as part of the decor and returned it all back to us with ease and zero damage. Was happy to work with them and would recommend to others. -

Everything was perfect! We had the opportunity to work with Alicia who listened to every detail no matter how small to make our vision come to life. From the initial meeting/design session up until the day of the wedding Alicia was responsive and made sure to respond to all emails and calls quickly. She was so knowledgeable and helped us design the room with arrangements the best possible way. We had no clue what we wanted upon our first meeting but she walked us through every detail and made sure we left feeling confident in our choices. I was wow'd by the arrangements at our wedding and even got a sneak peak at my bridal bouquet the night before the wedding. I would highly recommend working with Alicia and the team. I never once worried or stressed over the flowers and knew they would be beautiful! -

Chelsea at Beautiful Blooms is absolutely amazing!!! She put together a STUNNING wedding! I came in with a vision for bright colors and idea of what I wanted but without any of the vocabulary for how to communicate it or make it a reality. Chelsea instantly put me at ease, read my mind, and put together the wedding of my dreams! Everyone could not stop talking about how absolutely gorgeous all of the colors were. It was bright and fun without being over the top! She worked to keep us in our budget by doing a variety of table decors (highs, lows, submerged flowers and candles) that were all uniquely beautiful!!! I had 100% confidence in her going into the wedding but now that I'm on the other side I can safely say that it was every better than I imagined!!!! Thank you so so much!!! Best decision! -

We loved working with Beautiful Blooms! We were pretty clueless about wedding décor and how to execute the look we were going for. We met with BB and a few other florists and they really stood out because they got to know us and were very patient with us. They also helped us stay on budget by giving us different options and adjusting things as we got further into planning. We worked with Alicia and she was amazing! She was so easy to work with and quick to answer emails. She also knows her stuff and is super creative, she was a great person to bounce ideas off of throughout wedding planning. When we saw our venue decorated on the day of our wedding we were blown away, they knocked it out of the park! It was stunning but also very "us". Everyone that works for them is friendly and helpful! Also we got so many compliments on our seating chart that they created, it was 6 feet tall and had a beautiful gold frame, it was a show stopper! -

Beautiful Blooms blew my mind and I can't say how impressed I was at my wedding this past Saturday night. Chelsea created my vision from start to finish and it was everything I could ever DREAM of. I walked into the venue about 2 hours before our ceremony started and actually teared up. She was so accommodating, creative, responsive and so much more. We actually switched florists originally and ended up going to Beautiful Blooms because we knew we'd have a top notch experience. From the bouquets to the centrepieces and rose petals mixed with a soft candle theme, they really nailed it. It was the most beautiful, classy look I've ever seen.

Planning a wedding is a daunting task, but Beautiful Blooms and Chelsea made it so easy when it came to floral and decor. Beautiful Blooms is the contracted company that my venue, Fairmount Water Works (Cescaphe Event Venue), works with exclusively for decor, but when looking for a florist, I asked a close friend who got married the year before whose flowers I loved and she told me that she actually had used Beautiful Blooms as well and highly recommended Chelsea! I am so glad that I didn't look any further. They are so professional, flexible, and kind. From the first phone call to the our in-person meeting to the countless emails I sent to Chelsea, she was nothing short of exceptional. Flowers and decor can really blow up a wedding budget, but Chelsea helped make sure that I was able to to have the wedding of my dreams on the budget that we set on our first phone call. There were a few things here or there that we wanted that weren't standard, but Chelsea got back to us same day about whether they were possible and then made it happen! Where she could help us by bundling lighting/draping so that we didn't have to break the bank, she did! It's amazing how they can really take your vision and bring it to life (and make it better than you imagined!) Our guests were blown away by our seating chart made by Beautiful Blooms that was hung on a piece of glass at the entryway. From the ceremony flower arch we got married under to my flower crown and the bridal bouquets to the centerpieces, lighting, and draping of the reception, everything was so beautifully done and I didn't have to worry at all about flower pick up or arranging delivery. The whole process was so smooth and the results so wonderful, I couldn't imagine picking anyone else for my floral and decor. There isn't enough stars for Chelsea and her team at Beautiful Blooms! Thanks for making my dream wedding come true! -

Exactly what I envisioned!
Beautiful Blooms was amazing. I wanted to work with them from the beginning of wedding planning but didn't have a huge budget. They really worked with us to give us what we wanted while staying in our budget. Alicia was very helpful and patient with us. My bouquet was STUNNING and the other bridal party flowers and reception flowers were perfect. They gave us everything we wanted! You can't go wrong with BB! -

Chelsea and the entire team at Beautiful Blooms is top notch! From the waiting area to the mini bottles of champagne, it makes the flower experience great! From our first meeting, Chelsea brought our vision to life. She showed us different types of flowers, walked us through the refrigerators and the showroom, and really gave us a sense of what Beautiful Blooms could do and they really lived up to that hype. We designed three different centerpieces, a sweetheart table, flowers for the church & for the place card table, 6 bridesmaids, 7 groomsmen, 3 sets of parents, my bouquet and my husbands boutonniere. We worked with Alicia at Beautiful Blooms to plan the flowers and lighting for our wedding at the Down Town Club on 11/10/2018 (as well as our rehearsal dinner/brunch), and could not recommend Alicia/the Beautiful Blooms team more highly!
Alicia was a huge help during the planning process. She helped us translate our loose vision into reality (we knew very little about flowers) and was a pro at navigating some complex family dynamics during in-person meetings, making sure everyone felt heard, while steering us to a great outcome.
For the wedding weekend, the flowers all looked beautiful - the chuppah, the centerpieces, the personal flowers, were just as we had discussed. Just as important, the logistics of setup that weekend were handled seamlessly by the Beautiful Blooms team. Flower deliveries to the hotel came exactly when promised, and the team set up the room for both the ceremony and the reception beautifully. This included a room flip during cocktail hour!

Beautiful Blooms was awesome. We were thinking of DIYing our flowers, and are so glad that we left it all to Chelsea instead! It was so great to work with Chelsea at Beautiful Blooms for our wedding florals. She met with us initially to get an idea of what we were looking for (and was great at suggesting things that would fit within our budget). She never pushed us toward something we didn't want and always provided us with accurate information to make informed decisions. We met again closer to the wedding to confirm details (we ended up keeping most of the things the same but she assured us we could change whatever we needed-- from colors to flowers to budget). I also loved how we were able to rent things like pedestals, easels, big hurricane candles and table number holders at a very fair price (and unlimited free votives with any holder). Her organization, vision, and creativity made the planning process run smoothly and the final product beautiful. I especially appreciated how she incorporated my mom's handkerchief and pennies from her wedding into my bouquet. That was such a special touch to carry with me all day--my mom loved it too!
Chelsea confirmed all of the details right before the wedding (how many tables at the reception, where and when the deliveries needed to take place). Everything was delivered on time in great condition to the guy's getting ready location, the girl's getting ready location, and the venue. All of the bouquets were delivered on the hotel bell hop cart right to our suite and the driver confirmed we had everything we needed. The ceremony was set up perfectly and it was so nice that we didn't have to worry about flipping to room for the reception. Would highly recommend Chelsea and Beautiful Blooms to couples looking for a high quality, reliable floral service that will work with any budget and make it look great! -

Beautiful Blooms is terrific! We worked with Jessica to develop a floral strategy that fit our needs, aesthetic, and budget. She as super responsive and helpful, despite the many times we had to edit our proposal and quantities. Her enthusiasm and sense of humor helped diffuse a lot of stress, which I truly appreciated as the bride!! She designed bouquets for the bridal party, garlands for the bride and groom (and a surprise garland for a llama!!!) as well as large floral bursts for the mandap, and everything turned out beautiful. The colors were exactly as we discussed and the centerpieces were perfectly rustic chic to fit our venue and overall setting. She was accommodating when it came to meeting in person, and even visited the venue for walk-through prior to the wedding. The team arrived on time, if not early, for both setup and breakdown, and worked well with our wedding coordinator to ensure that there wouldn't be much to worry about the day of. I'd recommend Beautiful Blooms to any couple looking for a reliable, affordable, flexible and friendly florist in the NJ/PA area! -

We did not have a huge budget for flowers (about $2000) and I was finding that many places were not willing to work with us for such a "small" budget. Jackie and her team at Beautiful Blooms worked miracles! Jackie knew our budget, had great ideas and NEVER pushed me into something I wasn't comfortable with! The wedding party florals arrived the morning of and John who dropped them off could not have been nicer and made sure that everything was correct. The execution for the ceremony and reception were flawless and everyone complemented how lovely they were. I would recommend Jackie and her team to anyone, regardless of budget! -

We were floored with what she was able to do just from a few phone calls with us photos we sent her. I look at photos of our wedding now and I am still in awe of what she and Beautiful Blooms pulled off... I can't believe that was MY wedding!
Jackie was also super creative and resourceful. For example, she brought to life a gorgeous, giant flower wreath arch which was used as the altar during the ceremony and then repurposed as a backdrop for desserts during the reception. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the centerpieces, to the cake flowers, to the flower crowns for the flower girls and the flower collar for our dog, the ringbearer!
On top of all of this, Jackie's customer service style is amazing -- she's so wonderful and cheerful and a joy to have on your wedding planning team. We can't thank Jackie and Beautiful Blooms enough for what they did... turning a completely blank canvas space into what looked like an actual set from a wedding magazine. AMAZING and HIGHLY recommend!!! -

Kaela Sent on 09/11/2017Beautiful Blooms did a stunning job with our flowers. As a Cescaphe venue, they also provided the chandeliers and pin-spotting at a discounted cost. The bouquets and boutonnieres arrived at the two different locations they were supposed exactly when they said they would. The only hiccup was that half way through, our florist changed and the new florist assigned to us said that some of the flowers we were promised wouldn't be in season for my wedding. It seems like the previous florist may have left because he was making promises he couldn't keep? So that should no longer be an issue for future brides. Our new florist, Chelsea, made up for it 10 fold, taking extra time to reassure us that our vision would still be met and even came up with some new and fun ideas to add something extra to the centerpieces to really make them pop. Overall, very, very happy with our choice and recommend Beautiful Blooms especially for Cescaphe brides. -

She had done my sister's flowers 7 years ago and we knew we couldn't mess with the success that she showed for that wedding. I am so glad we chose Alicia again. She is so easy to work with and really listens to everything that you want and what your "vision" is. I will be honest it was hard for me to get across what my "Vision" was at first, but she patiently sat with my parents and me and really created my dream wedding. She knew what was necessary to decorate the church and most importantly the reception venue. From the lighting to the flowers, I was just in love with it all. I wish I could do it all over again!
