Maria was amazing to work with! She was so personable and really wanted to best for each of her brides. I was really impressed with my hair and make up trials! On the day of the wedding, Maria and Jenny did an excellent job on everyone's airbrush makeup. They really enhanced everyones natural beauty that completed each individual person. Viktoria did a fabulous job on hair! They all ensured that we felt beautiful and we received so many compliments throughout the night on our hair/makeup! Maria was great to work with from the moment I contacted her. She is the nicest person ever! We had to reschedule our wedding from 2020 to 2021 due to COVID, she offered me a second trial since it was going to be over a year since we did the first trial. I trusted her enough that I chose not to do a second one. The wedding day, her and her team were amazing and professional. They nailed everyones hair and makeup, I was SO happy with it! I wish I could have Maria do my hair and makeup every day. You won't be disappointed with Maria and her team!

Lovely Ladies
Maria and Amanda were both a delight to work with on our big day! We did a trial back in April and I had a blast with the two of them, drinking wine and figuring out exactly how I wanted my hair and makeup for our wedding. They were relentless in their pursuit to carry out my vision exactly how I had pictured it. Every single bridesmaid was also thrilled with their hair and makeup - in fact, a few last minute additions were made because they were so impressed with Amanda and Maria's work. Maria, the owner, is the sweetest human ever. I will say that she’s not always the best at communicating via email, but that is in no way indicative of the service she provides. She and her stylists always made me feel like I was their only client when we did hop on the phone or meet in person – they were always so excited to talk to me and see me for trials. Given the choice, I would hands-down go with Beaute Luxe again. 😊

I never felt more gorgeous!
Maria and her team were excellent! They are all incredibly friendly and amazing with their work. They all made suggestions for what would be best for our hair types and for the weather since our ceremony was outside. I absolutely loved my hair and makeup and so did all of my bridesmaids, my mother and my mother-in-law. Maria is also so enthusiastic and truly loves making every bride feel beautiful. The best choice!
The moment we met with Maria from Beaute Luxe we knew that her and her team would be the ones that we wanted for our big day. Not only are Maria and her team the SWEETEST group of people you will ever meet but they are talented and passionate about what they do and it is evident the second that you meet them! They made my dream become a reality and worked hard to do so. A little bit before the wedding, I decided I wanted to change my hairstyle and contacted Maria. She welcomed me back with open arms and although I felt awful wanting to come back to try again, she continued to reassure me that it was all about me and she strived to make me happy and she truly means it. Her and her team work so hard and they did on our wedding day with our hairstyles, make up, and any touch ups and any changes we wanted. The more I look at my photos, the happier I get with our choice of Beaute Luxe ☺ I am not only happy that I chose Beaute Luxe for my wedding day but I am happy that I now found a salon I could forever go to for hair and make-up. It was wonderful working with Maria. She's not just an extremely talented hair and makeup artist, she's also a calming and caring presence who truly wants to make her brides and their people happy. She's so passionate about her work and loves what she does. She's flexible, communicative, and understanding. My mother-in-law decided two days before the wedding (after Maria had already made our hair and makeup schedule several days prior) that she wanted her hair and makeup done as well. Maria made it work and acted like it was no big deal even though it felt like a big deal to me. On the wedding day Maria stuck to her schedule (only taking a break because I insisted and wanted a few minutes to collect myself before starting on my hair and makeup) and made the mother of the groom and each bridesmaid feel so special and taken care of. Everyone couldn't stop raving about how amazing Maria was and how fantastic she made them look. She was sociable and sweet towards all of us hanging out in the bridal suite. And as for my hair and makeup - she decided to kick my makeup up a few notches from the trial run - and I absolutely loved the added drama. She really knows what she's doing and she's going to make sure you and your ladies love your looks. I highly recommend working with Maria!

Maria is the NICEST person and SO helpful on the wedding day. She showed up 15 minutes early and was so excited for me and made sure that my hair and makeup was PERFECT. I am very picky with my hair and got 2 hair trials and she made sure that my hair was exactly how I wanted it. She made the morning of my wedding so special and she is nice to have around because she is calming (especially when people can be stressed out). She is the best person at makeup too. I have fair skin and normally don't wear a lot of makeup, and she made my skin look flawless with the right hint of colors to compliment my skin tone. Definitely book with her!

o Maria and her team were a blessing on my wedding day! Prior to my trial, I shared ideas of hair styles I wanted, but was unsure about my makeup. I told Maria, “I want to highlight my eyes.” I was absolutely blown away by my makeup towards the end, as was my husband! I felt beautiful. Maria was extremely open to playing with different looks, offered to try a different color here and there, or different hairstyle and genuinely wanted me to be happy with my look. Maria and her 2 assistants were extremely prompt to my hotel room at 6:45 AM and had even offered to arrive earlier to make sure her team was finished with myself and 10 others in plenty of time. Maria provided me a timetable of appointments to hand out to my bridal party and moms. And despite urging each person to be there 15 minutes early, my first two bridesmaids were late! But Maria and her team adjusted throughout the day and didn’t blink twice. Like Maria, her team is bubbly, talkative, and absolutely enjoyable. It made for a very fun and stress free bridal suite!! Throughout the process, Maria and I became friends, talked about family and weddings, and shared stories about our furry, four-legged children! Maria and her team are not only reliable and very reasonably priced compared to competitors, but they’re amazing and genuine people that care about making you feel as beautiful as possible on your special day!

Maria did my hair and makeup for my recent wedding. She made me look and feel like royalty. A few weeks before the wedding, I went in for my trial and she worked through a few looks with me until we found one I loved. It was important to her that I loved the way I looked, and that I felt comfortable. On the wedding day, she and her assistant came to my parents' house and did hair and makeup for me, 5 bridesmaids, and my mom. They were very prompt and worked continuously so we were finished ahead of schedule. Everyone looked wonderful and we got endless compliments all night. Maria packed up a little kit for me too so my sister could touch up my makeup as the day wore on. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Maria is not only one of the kindest people you’ll meet but she’s so talented at hair and make-up. Maria was so accommodating when it came to the wedding trial. I had my first trial about 7 months before my wedding but decided to change my look a few weeks before my wedding. She was more than happy to fit me in for a second trial on short notice. Maria and her team came to the wedding venue bright and early to get all the girls looking their best. Everyone looked gorgeous and was happy with their service. I thought pricing was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Maria for wedding hair and make-up!

Maria is a true artist and professional. She perfected the look I wanted on my wedding day. My hair and make up were flawless. She will make you "bulletproof." My hair and make up was perfect all night. Not once did I have to touch it up. She was always availiable to talk or text when I needed her advice on a look or to plan a trial for my big day. Not only did she do my hair and make up but she also did my mother's, aunt's, young daughter's, cousin's and sister in law's. She perfected everyones individual style requests after only talking with them for a few minutes. My cousin from Greece never had anyone do her hair so well not even at her own wedding. Everyone was so impressed that a few extra people requested to have her do their make up and hair as well. She managed to get everyone done in time without breaking a sweat. My pictures looked amazing!!!! She knows how to contour and air brush you to achieve the best pictures in every pose with every lighting at any distance. I was blown away. My mom started crying when she saw me all done up...so did my husband as I walked down the aisle...need I say more?

I had a Disney wedding in Florida and got my hair and makeup done by Disney staff. A month later, I had a local party to celebrate my wedding and got my hair and makeup done by Maria at Beaute Luxe Salon. Not only was it half the price, but Maria did a much, much better job! Maria did such an amazing job on my hair and makeup on my wedding day (8/11/19) that I was blown away and my husband couldn't stop smiling at me all day! Maria is one of the NICEST vendors I have ever worked with and she definitely made me feel like a princess that day. Not only did she do a hair and makeup trial for me a couple months before the big day, but she also did a 2nd hair trial when my hair extensions came in so that she could help me see what I envisioned for my half-up, half-down look. Great results, communication could improve
Maria at Beaute Luxe is such a doll- so sweet and accommodating! At my trial she let me try different styles until we found the right one. She & her team traveled to Milwaukee for my wedding. They were quick, and we stayed on schedule which was great. I loved my hair & makeup- I felt so elegant but still natural. Maria did a great job! But unfortunately those who didn’t have Maria for hair or makeup (they had one of the other two stylists) were less than happy with the result. They claimed their airbrush was broken and so instead did traditional foundation, when that was not what we paid for. Nobody informed me and I found out after they left from my bridal party. I was really disappointed as airbrush lasts much longer and considering what we paid. Also a few girls ended up redoing their hair from one of the stylists because it was not up to their expectations. Again Maria is great and does an amazing job but her team could improve. It’s possible this was a fluke but still added stress right before the ceremony that wasn’t needed.

Terrbe make up and below average hair updo!
I was shopping around for a long time for hair and make-up artist for my wedding. I am pretty good doing make up myself but I wanted to look absolutely my very best on my wedding day. I chose “Beaute Luxe” and it turned out the worst choice EVER…
Maria was not responsive at all - she basically disappeared on me as the wedding day was approaching while we tried to schedule a trial and attempting to pay her a deposit. I didn't hear from her after we made a deposit, it scared me, so I decided to look for another stylist and to ask for my deposit back. After I asked for my money back, she said that she had someone in her family passed away and that’s why she wasn’t responding. Yet, she was servicing other clients, so I concluded that she ignored just only me, which was even worse, right?! She refused to give me my deposit back even though it was her own fault that she was not responding to me. I insisted and she got upset over it, that she is loosing my business. So she asked me to give her a 2nd chance. She even said that she will come and do my whole entire wedding for free! I am a very sympathetic person and would never take advantage of anyone, even if there is an opportunity for doing so. I agreed to give Maria a 2nd chance, AND I said that I WILL PAY FOR ALL HER SERVICES DESPITE HER OFFER TO DO IT FOR FREE!!! My conscience wouldn't allow me to do it otherwise.
Maria was generous with her time and offered me 2 trials. It was a smart idea to call Tanya for help with doing my updo. I used hair extensions. While it wasn't exactly what I envisioned, it was pretty nice (on a 2nd trial). With make up however, we were not able to achieve desired look... Even few days before the wedding we had trouble with eye lashes and "cat eyes" look. To me, it looked as though Maria didn't know how to do "cat eyes" and her make up product is of a low quality. I was worried what my make up is going to be like on my wedding day... BUT EVEN BY THE WILDEST STRETCH OF IMAGINATION, I COULDN'T HAVE POSSIBLY EXPECTED THAT MY MAKE UP IS GOING TO LOOK THIS VERY BAD!!! IT WAS THE WORST MAKE UP I HAVE EVER HAD DONE IN MY LIFE!
Maria promised to bring donuts for our wedding while getting ready buT she didn't. Not a big deal, I was so nervous that I probably wouldn't have eaten anyways, but still when someone promised you something, you wouldn't expect them to not do it.
What was making it difficult with Maria is that she has her own vision and if she thinks it looks great - you should agree with it, even if it looks bad in your eyes...
MY WEDDING DAY - Note for all brides: schedule your make up ad hairdo - 1st in line!!! Have all bridesmaids and Mothers to be done after you! It is best to do touch ups than having your hair and make up done last assuming it will make it fresh and will last longer, because potentially having some surprises happening last minute during your hair and make up being done and not having enough time then to redo everything or to fix what was done wrong, will be much more upsetting, if make up and hair of all other people is delayed for whatever reason or takes longer than expected.
I never wear hair extensions, but I wanted a fantastic french style high curly hair updo, so I bought a 200g extension (on Amazon it's a better deal and great quality!) for it. Maria and Tanya did not use a lot of hair extension pieces on my wedding day, so it looked kind of poor looking and they couldn't get it right for some reason. I started getting nervous as we didn't have a lot of time left, but I didn't want to be difficult, so I agreed to whatever was done and Maria did my make up after they finished my hair. For whatever reason she made my eyes look visually small, with eye liner pointed down instead of up like in "cat eyes" you would do, she made such thick eye liner that my eyes looked totally back, and my eye lashes almost "invisible"!!! I don't know how would it be even possible to manage to do that??? The blush wasn't even visible on my face too.. We already were running late to the church, so I had no time to say anything, redo anything, or to start crying that it wasn't done right... I finished putting on my lipliner and lipstick myself as Maria couldn't understand how to do it right.
Maria was nice enough to bring me a touch up kit (lipstick, lip liner and translucent powder).
By the time we made it to the church, I already had no volume on my hair updo (it sagged) and my hair started sliding down... I was afraid it may get detached during the ceremony which would be embarrassing!! My eye lashes started to coming off before we made it even to the reception! I was upset with such work... but not as much as when I have seen our wedding photos later, after our wedding passed.... That was a moment of devastation for me!
My make up and hair updo was so bad that we couldn't have had ANY close up portrait photos! Maria's make up product as I mentioned of a poor quality - I had airbrush done and yet none of it covered all or even any of my face imperfections... It looked "caked up" and not smooth, with all my imperfection and dark sport "shining through"... Eye shadows were poorly done, almost invisible, and except back thickest in the world eye liner, you couldn't see anything else on my face!! I usually use Lancome, Chanel and Laura Mercier cosmetic. But this was such poor make up I had done on my wedding day that I never even had such make up in my life before!!!! I was doing a better job doing my own make up when I was 14 years old than Maria did on my Big Day! :((((
When our wedding photos came in, I was crying for a long time..... my make up on the pictures turned out even much worse than I though it was going to be.... Even photographer during pre time asked her "why do her eyes look so black?! And can you do something about her dark spots on her cheek???" That bad the make up was.
Since pictures are better than a thousands of words, I am attaching them for you to see, along with one picture where I did my own make up myself before.
By the way, my Mother said that her make up as well as her hair do was so terrible, that she felt herself "like a clown" on our wedding! Isn't that's a shame... Maria did sure caked up tons of unmatching blush in addition to the intensive lipstick color she had put on my Mom's face... They did my Mom's hair crookedly and it looked terrible! They did an ok job on my sister-in-law's and my Momther-in-law's make up though. Hair could have been better. Tanya is good at doing hair but another girl that Maria brought with, who was doing everyone's hair, was very bad at doing wedding hairstyles...
It's been 1 year and 6 months since our wedding and I can't stop crying every time I am looking at our wedding photos and my terrible make up and hair updo is an "eye sore" for me... Good thing I at least had a veil to cover my hair, whereas nothing that I had or could have done to cover my face to conceal terrible make up job... :(((
MY MOTHER AND I DEFINITELY WANT OUR MONEY BACK FOR SUCH TERRIBLE JOB AND RUINED LOOK ON MY WEDDING DAY!!! But even if we get our money back, what I want the most... is my wedding day back, so I could have my make up redone, but it's not possible.... So hiring "Beaute Luxe" was tremendous mistake that I've made and I can never change it. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone!!!
So here is my recommendation: do your research, make sure that you do your trials and stylist can understand your vision and can create what YOU want, not what she thinks is good, who can consistently recreate the same look at least twice before your wedding and you are happy with how it turned out! Do not allow stylist to use black eye liner unless she is capable of using it properly and can blend it in well with eye shadows, which was NOT done in my case - it was NOT blended in at all and done crookedly!
Don't let your soft side of compassion or feeling of guilt of walking away from the vendor who is not doing a good job for you or making you unsatisfied in any way, affecting your decision making!!! Like myself, you will regret until the rest of your life, choosing a make up artist and hair stylist based on compassion and feeling of guilt of walking away and wanting to suit them. In the end, it's not their wedding and it's not them who will end up hurting more! Hope that my experience will be a valuable lesson for all the brides which you will learn from and avoid mistakes I've made! Good luck to you, all! :)

A perfectionist in every way, she always exceeds my expectations! She consistently goes beyond and ALWAYS satisfies what I have asked with regards to haircuts, color and styling. Additionally, she always offers her opinion (if/when asked) on what styles one should consider with their hair type. That is, if an individuals expectations of a certain haircut, hair color or make-up application would work for them. Maria has been doing my hair for the past nine years. I would not trust anyone else! She is outstanding!
