Beau Decor has made my dream as a little girl come true. I know there are other vendors available that can do good work, but Beau Decors gave us FULL attention during our planning, I even forgot she had other clients. Not only were they attentive but they shared their recommendations and helped bring our vision to life, better than we imagined. Your Search is Over!
Beau Decors is a top notch wedding decor. They did the decor for my wedding and I was left literally speechless. Beau Decors delivered above and beyond everything I could even imagine - scratch that, I could not even imagine it because her vision for our wedding was leaps and bounds beyond anything I could ever come up with. At the same time, she absolutely delivered everything I asked for. We wanted regal, whimsical, garden theme with a luxurious explosion of color... haha mouthful, right?? That is EXACTLY what she gave us, but oh so better. It's over a year later and guests still tell me our wedding reception was the most beautiful they have ever attended. She even worked seamlessly with my cake vendor to provide florals for our cake. Communication was professional, prompt, organized, and thorough. She worked with ease with the other vendors. She gave valuable advice and suggestions, drawing from her experience and expertise. She is extremely knowledgeable. And delivered amazing value at a fair price. Every dollar well spent. I could not want a better wedding decorator and designer! Literally your search is over. -

Simply Amazing
Fri and her team did an amazing job decorating our wedding. When I first met Fri, I knew I wanted my wedding to be elegant and nice. I informed her of our wedding colors and showed her a few pictures of some different designs I had in mind. After showing her the pictures, her creative juices started flowing. After hearing her ideas and seeing pictures of her work, I knew I wanted her to design my wedding. Fri and her team went above and beyond our expectations. Exceptionally Great/Awesome
Fri @ Beau decors is the best and has always delivered and understood the assignment. She is a great listener, communicator, soft spoken, very understanding and above all she has exceptional customer service skills. I have used Beau decors three times and had a wonderful experience. I have also attended events/weddings that were decorated by her and I loved how everything is put together. The couples/hosts she has worked with have always given her a good review. My first encounter with Beau decor was 2016 when my sister's and I were planning my mom's birthday. We went to Fri @Beau decors, gave her our theme and decor inspiration. She did an exceptional job and we were so impressed. She chipped in some of her ideas as well to make sure the decoration was top notch. In December 2019, I decided to plan a last minute baby shower for my sister again, l contacted Beau decor and she pulled off a winterwonderland team. This time around I was busy with school so I told her to do her thing and oh boy it was beautiful. Now it was time for my graduation from pharmacy school so I said to my self why look any further when Fri @Beau decor has always understood the assignment. I called and told her graduation is May 8th and I want a black and white theme. Mind you summer is wedding season, she was busy and pregnant at the time but none of that stopped her from delivering. She went above and beyond my expectations. Every time she decorated for my events l get so many compliments. If you ask me and any of my friends who l will pick in my sleep to decorate for my wedding they will tell you Fri @Beau decors. I have even told my Friends who they should contact to do my engagement decoration. I have always been pleased with her work and trust me if you use her you wont regret it. -

Look No Further!
I discovered Beau Decors in 2020 when researching designers for my wedding reception. I was thrilled when I found out she was available for my anticipated date. My first meeting with Fri was very pleasant. She gave me a tour of the showroom and discussed options within my range. We were ready to go! Enter the pandemic. Unfortunately because of restrictions I had to reschedule the date. As a bride of course this was disappointing, but Fri was so understanding. She was able to accommodate my new date and checked in with me throughout the process. When the day finally arrived, I could not have been more happier. She and her team delivered above my expectations!! The decor excuded the elegance I wanted. Everything was beautiful and I received so many compliments. If you are looking for a team that will make your dream day Everything you imagined, look no further! -

Once our big day was finally approaching, my husband and I decided to add some last minute items to our list of wants. Three weeks after the wedding and reception, people are still raving to me about the event and the work of Beaudecors! Our church was transformed from beautiful to a spectacular evening wonderland! The chuppah with fresh white flowers and the silk backdrops were awesome. The pews all lined with fresh white flowers and candle lights were uniquely designed, and added the right amount of sparkle. Classy not overdone!!
The center pieces at the reception were fabulous (all white fresh flowers). Even the hotel's event planner noted she had never seen "anything so elegant and beautiful." The table set up for the bride and group, with the love seat - simply priceless.
As the mother of the bride, you want everything to be done to perfection with professional vendors. Beaudecors demonstrated professionalism from the initial consultation, design, execution and clean up. No detail was too small nor left undone. Their pricing was on point for what we required.
At the end of the day, my husband and I just wanted our daughter to be comfortable and happy on her special day. When I asked my daughter if everything was okay, she started to cry and said "mommy thank you for giving me the wedding of my dreams."
Simply stated, Beaudecors made my baby's dreams come.

My husband and I found Beau Decor on an IG advertisement. We spoke to our Planner and our planner was very familiar with Fri. It was great because they worked very well with our design for our wedding. Fri was amazing! She knew that we had a budget to stick to and she was realistic compared to other Decor vendors in the area. She was relatable, a great communicator and understood our design. Initially, my now husband and I were simply going to go to the court building to get married but at the last minute, decided to have a small ceremony. I hired Beau Décor to provide the decorating services and floral arrangements. I met with Fri Longtchi (Business Owner) and gave her descriptions of what I wanted as well as my budgeted amount. Because of the last-minute planning, I was worried about how things would turn out. Fri was excellent at calming me and giving her assurance that she understood my vision and was more than capable of bringing it to life. Fri and her team exceeded my expectations. ALL my guests were talking about how beautifully everything was decorated and how fresh the flowers were. It is now weeks past my wedding and folks are STILL talking about and asking who decorated my venue. Most of my guest took pictures of the room decor and the beautifully arranged fresh flowers. No details were left out. On a scale of 1 to 5, Beau Décor is well past a 10. Thank you, Beau Décor, for doing such an amazing job! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Well, Beau Decors delivered! My hubby and I went in to meet with Fri, the lead creative designer and owner, roughly 2.5 months before our wedding day. We shared our vision with her and she was right on it- she listened, was patient, and showed us beautiful pictures and materials. For the next few weeks, I would reach out to her (sometimes in the middle of the night :)) with pictures and questions (hehehe). Fast forward to the wedding day-- OMG! we were blown away! That florist went MIA on me at the last minute so I came to Fri. I setup to meet at her showroom and to say I was blown away by what she had in there is an understatement and she was getting ready for a wedding that day as well. I loves Fri and her team and she excuted my vision very well. Only timg I wish is that I had more of a budget so that she could have really done what she does best but she did an AMAZING job on my flowers and decor and people are still talking about me wedding. The sweetheart ghost table and set up was all their design and idea. At the end of the night my guests were dying to take the arrangements home. They did the pipe and drape and sweetheart table for our ceremony and reception. Their floral arrangements were beautiful and the team was able to work quickly and cooperatively to get everything set up during the 2 hour time and broken down in the 1 hour clean up time. Quotes can be on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for and Fri will work within your budget if you're up front about what you can afford. Whatever they create for you will be gorgeous and your guests draws will drop!

Christina Sent on 11/13/2021Underwhelming design, Wrong Color Florals, Damaged Centerpieces
After spending almost $10k, we experienced a very underwhelming design execution, the use of the wrong color flowers, damaged arrangements, and they did not provide some of the props listed in the contract and paid for. It was an overall lack of professionalism.
They were over an hour late to the first (and most) consultations so promised a 10% discount on my entire order. I only mention this because they took the discount back later, after I had already paid the final invoice.
During the design consultations, prior to the wedding, I outlined my vision for my day, including color palettes, explicitly stating that I wanted NO pink in the florals - this was even communicated 1 week before to the wedding and is well-documented. I also picked this company because I saw how they created a unique globe centerpiece for another event, on Instagram, and I thought it would be perfect for my travel-themed wedding.
Fast forward to our wedding day, and all of my wedding bouquet flowers were made with pink flowers. When I pointed it out to the lead designer named Fri, I was told these flowers were beige, not pink. The photos attached CLEARLY show these were pink flowers. She attempted to add a few white roses to the bridal bouquet last minute, after I complained, but the substantial amount of pink in all the bouquets made it impossible to remove them all without them looking bare - and she had no backup flowers.
I was aware of the shortage of the brown-colored roses I wanted, in advance, but what I didn't expect was for her to replace the brown roses with the ONE color I said not to use. This totally RUINED my wedding colors. She could have used any other color flower but she still chose pink and then tried to say it wasn't.
The second issue I had was with the reception centerpieces. Upon the room reveal, we walked in only to see all of the globe centerpieces half done and damaged - with the paint peeling and styrofoam falling off. My planner and all the other vendors also noticed how poorly they looked, and were equally disappointed (especially the videographer and photographer who were trying to capture photos of the room). I pointed it out to Fri and she attempted to fix one but they were so bad that there was nothing they could do in the few minutes before the guest were seated. Attached are photos of what my centerpieces looked like vs. what they were supposed to look like. One unsecured centerpiece even fell apart from a guest table during the reception, with the potential to injure those sitting there.
The lead designer also admitted she forgot other items listed in my contract and conceded that the centerpieces were damaged in transport.
After the wedding, I asked for a full refund on the centerpieces and pink bouquets (about $2,000 in value) and was initially only offered half (though she verbally agreed on my wedding day, in front of several witnesses, that she would refund me for all of the bouquets and globe centerpieces). But she went back on it and told me because we walked down the aisle with the bouquets and took pictures with them I didn't rate a full refund.
After going back and forth, she finally said she'd give me a refund on the globes, bouquets and other props she forgot to bring, but not before subtracting the 10% discount (almost $1,000) originally given to me on my ENTIRE event order of $10,000 (already paid for). I told her I understood her wanting to take back the discount on the $2,000 worth of the items that were messed up (this would have been about $200) but she still revoked it on the full $10,000 invoice. So at the end of it all, I only received a partial refund of $1,000.
I was devastated with the experience I had on my wedding day. In general, the other decor looked decent, but this was by far my worst wedding vendor. We were so incredibly heartbroken and embarrassed.
Fri ignored all my phone calls when I was trying to request a refund. In the emails she did respond to, she was only defensive and unapologetic. At one point I was even told I should be thankful I didn't get charged more because flowers are more expensive post-Covid. They never said sorry for any of it. -
