We used Beats and Focus for all of the services they offer - Photography, Videography, and DJ. The value received tremendous value capitalizing on all three services, and not just monetarily. The communication was effortless, and our communications covered all three services saving tons of time in the planning process. They were extremely professional during all meetings and executing our wedding. Our finished products were phenomenal and left us and others that viewed in a state of amazement. We hired Beats and Focus for our February 2026 wedding and could not have been happier with our choice! From the beginning, Matt was eager to get to know up in order to curate the best music selection for our day. We had several phone calls to determine planning and organizing of the day. He has an easy to navigate document that we were able to fill out with the major decisions, processional, recessional, first dance, parents dances, etc with the ability to put a link to the preferred music. We wanted a night that people did not want to sit down and that is what he delivered. He talked our guests through The Hora, which was new to him, but he did his homework and did a great job! We had an absolute blast and could not be happier with the way our wedding day went! We would absolutely recommend hiring Beats and Focus for your wedding day or other events!

After our first meeting with Matt and Rachel we instantly knew we had to book them, and it was one of the best decisions we made wedding planning. They were so easy to work with, listened to and respected all of our ideas and requests, and truly delivered an unforgettable experience. The package duo was truly worth the price alone with the convenience. Matt had a rocking playlist, awesome lights, quality sounding speakers and an awesome fog machine. He knows how to rock it! Rachel took the most outstanding photos, we cannot stop looking at them. They also sold us on the Photo Booth at the last second and that was also another amenity they have available. Perfect Team for our Perfect Day!
We could not have asked for a better team than Rachel (our photographer) and Matt (our DJ)! From start to finish, they were absolutely AMAZING. Their communication was flawless, their personalities lit up the room, and they made the entire day feel seamless. Both were the perfect fit—professional, yet so fun and easy to work with. From the very beginning, Matt was professional, attentive, and incredibly easy to work with. He made our wedding day unforgettable in all the right ways.
Our ceremony was absolutely perfect thanks to Matt. He came fully prepared with high-quality speakers, microphones, and flawless timing. Every single song we requested—even the very specific video game tracks my husband had dreamed of walking down the aisle to—was there and sounded amazing. That level of customization is no easy feat, but Matt made it happen effortlessly.
At the reception, the music was on point all night long. He read the crowd beautifully, kept the energy up, and played every song we loved. But what truly blew us away? Matt went above and beyond by capturing special moments and filming a reel for us—knowing we didn’t have a videographer. That meant the world to us. It’s something we’ll treasure forever.

Beats and Focus was the perfect business to hire! Firstly, the fact that they offer a dj, photographer, and videographer, is amazing when you are trying to make so many decisions! They were the perfect photographer, videographer, and dj for our wedding day. Our wedding was small but they made us feel so at ease and comfortable with each of them. Their communication style was thorough, passionate, and detail-oriented, which made the whole process incredibly exciting and I knew they had their piece of the puzzle handled. We had a call with Matt and Rachel before the wedding to go through each detail which was amazing and so helpful! The quality of their work was truly gorgeous - they are clearly experienced professionals who pay close attention to every detail. They took the time to really get to know us and work with us to make sure our vision was brought to life. The video they created was absolutely stunning, capturing the most beautiful parts of our day in a way that brought us to tears. Our pictures were crafted meticulously, ensuring that each detail was perfectly captured and we looked our very best. Rachel spent lots of time with us both at our engagement shoot and wedding day making sure we got the pictures we wanted!! We used Beats and Focus for our engagement photos, our wedding photos and for our DJ/music needs at our wedding. Matt and Rachel were welcoming and extremely professional at every step of the way. The photos that we received back from Rachel were unique and included different shots and images then we had envisioned. She captured countless moments that continue to make us smile and we're able to recount and relish all of the memories from our big day through her lens. Matt was a rockstar during our ceremony and especially during our reception. We had an extensive playlist that we wanted to hear during the reception and Matt played just about everything that we requested. We partied hard for many hours and that was in no small part due to Matt’s rhythm and tunes. Beats and Focus certainly enhanced our experience before and after our wedding and they are extremely affordable. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and fun DJ/Photography duo.

My now wife and I had the pleasure of working with DJ Matt at our wedding this past weekend! We were very particular with our vision for the ceremony and reception entrances/reception in general and he delivered on all accounts! It was truly an unforgettable wedding. The music Matt put together had everyone on the dance floor the entire night. The photo booth was a HIT, especially with all of the props provided! Our wedding was literally perfect thanks to Beats and Focus! We worked with Matt, Rachel, and Lee for DJ and photography/videography services. The amount of time they put into all of our requests was so appreciated. Our phone call with DJ Matt is what truly sold us on booking them for our special day. Both Matt and Rachel were prompt with email responses and accepted every request we had for music and photos. Their professionalism and kindness made the process so smooth and easy! We had no concerns the day of and received so many compliments from our guests about them. We would 1000% recommend booking them for a wedding or any event requiring a DJ and/or photography. We cannot thank them enough for all that they did to make sure we felt like the most important couple. We are dying to see the final product of our day. Great service, great people!
Rachel and Star were two of the most friendly and personable people! My husband and I were so lucky to have them assigned to document our wedding day. While the men did not like being posed (lol), Rachel did a wonderful job of making sure they stayed in line so we would have some really nice pictures. Star took the time and put together such a wonderful videos of our ceremony and really highlighted the whole day. They got along so well with the rest of our vendors, and were fantastic with communication leading up to and After the wedding. I could not recommend them more for photography and videography. We did not use the Dj service, but knowing how their customer service skills are, I imagine that that would be just as great! Thank you both so so much for everything! -

Excellent Wedding Service
We hired Beats and Focus for our engagement photos, wedding photos, ceremony and reception music. We loved our engagement photos and were very happy with the process of getting to know Matt and Rachel and their guidance with our planning. Matt was especially helpful with helping us to navigate and make changes after the Covid pandemic hit. He suggested live streaming the ceremony, which we did not even know was an option. This was such a great opportunity, and we are so thankful that Matt was able to coordinate everything for us. Rachel's photos arrived so quickly, and are very high quality. We were thrilled with all of the services that we received and felt that they went above any beyond to make our wedding the perfect experience. From day 1, we were impressed with Beats and Focus. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Specifically, the team agreed to join our rehearsal to get additional video and pictures for us to document that special time. Team members met with us more than once prior to the event and communicated regularly to ensure we were getting the experience we wanted. We were completely satisfied with the quality and quantity of video and photography we received based on what we paid. Matt and his team are a group of down-to-earth people who demonstrate professionalism and a genuine desire to give you your best day. Engagement Shoot
Rachel took my maternity photos, family photos, portraits and now engagement. Everytime I share her work I have lots of people tell me how great the pictures are! Which is so true, because she captures all the beautiful moments. Last shoot she even hiked with us in the humidity, so I could have my dream engagement pictures.
