Working with Vicki has been great. When we spoke with Vicki on the phone, she was very nice and approachable. She was able to provide us with a detailed script on everything that she would say and gave her insight on how to enhance our ceremony both pacing wise and for photos. She was very flexible and let us make changes to script multiple times which we really appreciated. She has a great sense of humor and was able to weave that into the script as needed and could improvise when we had delays due to noise from passing boats and helicopters. Vicki was kind enough to file our marriage license, which was very convenient. Vicki also provided us with a teacher discount, which was very much appreciated. Even without the discount, Vicki is an excellent value and I highly recommend her if you need an officiant.

Vickie was Ahhhhmazing. I cannot express enough in words how much gratitude I have for her. She was there from the beginning to the end plus some. Every question I had, she was very responsive with a quality, quick answer and suggestions. She took the time out of her day to talk with me via phone, on multiple occasions, and through text/email as well. She had a great personality, very professional and courteous. She knew her stuff and brought love and laughter to the ceremony. She knew just the right places to go for beautiful scenarios and pictures. She also suggested awesome hotels and restaurants in the area since she's a local and her suggestions didn't disappoint. I can't thank Vickie enough for her time and effort throughout the whole process. She is truly amazing and has a beautiful soul. I can tell she has passion for what she does. Beautiful Beach Wedding

The best wedding planner...hands down
Where do I start? Vicki has been my rock since day #1 of the planning process. She literally texted me or called me back within minutes of anytime I reached out. I always could count on her to get me quotes or info very quickly and she always communicated when she would get me the info/included me on emails, etc with different vendors. As an out of town bride, that's total peace of mind. Her positive and calm nature will calm any bride regardless of the situation. She helped with all the bumps we experienced with vendors along the way. And we experienced a lot. She was able to make a call and find a florist she worked with when ours ghosted us. She also is a notary and notarized our marriage license. I am so lucky to have found her and super sad I no longer get to work with her. Hire her! She will go above any beyond your expectations and take burdens off you as a bride.

She’s a gem!
So happy we hired Vickie for our special day. You can tell she truly has a passion for this. She had so many ideas and suggestions and options, during times where wedding planning got a bit overwhelming. She went above and beyond for us especially planning a wedding in FL from CO. She was always available through text and email. On our wedding day, she handled it all with ease and grace. She helped the DJ, she helped the Photographer, things that were not expected at all, she jumped in to help! I made certain requests like making sure we sit and eat and making sure our timeline included a lot of time for dancing, because I looove me some dancing, and she made it happen. Without her help and guidance during our wedding day we probably wouldn’t of even remembered we have to cut the cake. One month before our wedding day we had to cancel our venue because more guests RVSP at the last minute Vicki was able to help us find a new location for a reasonable price.
Vicki is honest, resourceful, reliable, and has a wonderful spirit. Our guest raved about how lovely our reception was arranged, every piece was flawlessly accomplished. We had an amazing day!

Vicki was amazing and went above and beyond to help make our day special. We postponed our traditional wedding due to COVID, as my wife is a nurse, to an elopement at the last moment and a new location. Tyrrell’s 10th wedding vow renewal
Let me start by saying that I can’t thank Vicki enough for helping us with our 10th wedding vow renewal. My husband and I were married in Puerto Rico, and for our vow renewal we wanted to recreate our wedding on the beach. Of course due to COVID we had to change all our plans. We knew we wanted something on the beach, but we’re not sure where to begin. And then comes Vicki, who was recommended by our best friend. Vicki went above and beyond in helping us with our vow renewal. Everything from helping us find a location in this challenging environment, to connecting us to the most wonderful florist, Karen. Vicki is so fantastic, that she even managed to have sand from Puerto Rico for our ceremony. A little piece of my home, here in Florida. My husband (feels weird saying that) and I are one of the many couples that had to cancel/postpone our wedding because of Covid-19. Our original wedding date was 3/28 and just 2 weeks prior to our wedding the world seem to get turned upside down. We made the very difficult decision to move our wedding 10 days prior to our wedding. I was devastated and did not want to even think about having a small ceremony that day. After moving past the sadness phase we all felt, we rescheduled our wedding for June 28th. Fast forward to mid April and became apparent that we might have scheduled the wedding too soon and the uneasy feeling that even June might not happen. That is when we decided, pretty last minute, to hold a very small ceremony with my parents and step son being present. Vicki responded right away and was able to accommodate our date and time. She even helped to ensure the location we selected would be perfect. I can't thank Vicki enough for making our small ceremony so special. While it was not ideal to get married this way, it is about joining together as one and having the most important people present. We accomplished that and I am forever grateful. We will still have our "big" wedding, hopefully June, if not next year. But we are now husband and wife and are loving every moment of it! Book Vicki! She is WONDERFUL!

Vicki was invaluable as we planned our February wedding at Beso del Sol in Dunedin. She gave us her preferred vendors (who were all perfect and awesome), walked us through the entire process, thought of a ton of things we hadn't even considered, and was so calm and sure of exactly what would happen and everything turned out perfectly. She made sure transportation went well the day of, got everyone from the hotel to the ceremony to the reception, and was our rock the entire time! A low-key affair 5 years in the making..
VIcki was fantastic! We watched her preside over our friends' wedding and we knew then she was the person we wanted to officiate our union.
She answered all of our questions and kept a clear plan ( and level head) while so many little things were distracting us from the big picture. She had many ideas regarding local vendors and planning which really helped us sort through and find what worked best for us. Vicki's speech/vow setup wasn't "cookie cutter" as she asked us some details of our relationship, which she wove into a pointed, meaningful, personalized statement of what our special day meant to us. As things changed with our plans she kept pace with all the details and adapted when she needed to. While we couldn't have done it ideally on the beach like we had planned,
Vicki brought some of the beach magic to our indoor/backup venue. We had a very meaningful lovers' sand ceremony in our personal colors!

Vicki was a great choice for our officiant and coordinator. She was professional and helpful leading up to our wedding and especially helpful in the last month or so with staying on top of final details, communicating with vendors, advocating for our needs and wishes at the wedding/reception. She also acted as our minister and her performance of the ceremony was professional but incredibly thoughtful and she even added personal little details that made us smile throughout. The events leading up to the wedding were planned perfectly and everything went off without a hitch. Any issues that arose were taken care of swiftly, to the point that we didn't even notice the issues! After the wedding, she made sure cleanup was quick and efficient and we, once again, had literally nothing to worry about. She is aware of everything at all times and could be considered our guardian angel. Our day wouldn't have been as special without her and we highly recommend her for your wedding!

Beach Elopement
I can't even begin to describe how wonderful Vicki is. We are from Philadelphia and really had zero help planning our beach elopement on Treaaure Island until I found Vicki through Facebook. From the very first day we spoke, she was a wealth of knowledge and is very familiar with settings, photographers, and vendors. She went above and beyond her call of duty as an officiant. The day of our intimate beach ceremony, she brought a wagon and kept our then 13-month old son occupied for over an hour while my husband and I could complete our wedding pictures on the beach. My son didn't want to leave her because they had so much fun!! She is an amazing person inside and out and truly made us feel so welcomed. We are blessed to have found her and she made our day perfect. Thank you!!!

Vicki was a God sent for us. She was our Wedding planner and our officiant. From the first time I spoke with her on the phone, I knew that I can trust her with planning and officiating of our Wedding and she delivered. Vicki went above and beyond just day-of, such as coming to my appointments (florist, cake, food tasting, dress fittings) and willing to answer any questions along the way. She decorated the hall the night before the wedding. She ran the rehearsal, and the day of was so smooth! I did not hear of anything going wrong. She contacted all of my vendors ahead of time and made a day-of timeline. EVERYTHING was ON TIME, which is perfect for me, as I am very Type A. Vicki also drove us down to the beach at Sunset to capture Sunset photos while our guests were busy with their meals. She was truly a gem and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator.

Vicki has been absolutely amazing so far. My wedding isn't till June but I know it is in good hands. From the minute I first contacted her she has been totally responsive and helpful. My parent's didn't really like the idea of me not having a pastor , but since I'm not in the area I didn't want to deal with a potentially judgey pastor that I didn't even know. Vicki came out to my parent's housing complex and met up with my mom and I before I even hired her. I was at that point only planning to hire her as an officiant if we meshed. By the time she left she had given me lots of great vendor suggestions that helped me a lot planning an out of state wedding on a student's budget. By the time we left my mom was raving about how wonderful she is and how glad she is that I found her. We decided to have her stay and help out monitoring the open bar largely because she's such a fun personality I'd love to have her for the whole event rather than just during the ceremony. I read the review before mine which prompted me to write this even though I haven't yet had my wedding just because my experience has been so opposite of what the other bride-to-be has described I felt like I needed to speak up. She has always listened, responded and gone above and beyond with coming up with ideas to fit my vision. I've given bad reviews when they were deserved but I stand up for vendors that do right by me, and Vicki has.

Within this week time frame, she requested some personal information about my fiancé and I, she wrote that information into a beautiful ceremony and incorporated the few changes we requested. We were amazed at her organization and set up. We even requested to move the time up by 4 hours the day before and she was able to accommodate us. She is extremely personable, friendly and fun, it was like talking to an old friend rather than someone we just met. We highly recommend her to any and all!

I asked for a prayer at the end and it was simple and sweet. She also did a meaningful sand ceremony for us with a great explanation. She worded the vows exactly as we wanted and made them short and sweet so we could get out of the Florida heat as quickly as possible, though they still were incredibly touching! Vicki was hired as our day of coordinator but she did much more than your typical day of coordinator. Initially we did not intend to hire a coordinator but at her low price we decided to go ahead and sign her to help relieve some stress on the wedding day, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Vicki has so much experience and knowledge in the wedding industry, and will do anything she can to make sure things run smoothly and stress free for the bride and groom. She helped setup our centerpieces, guestbook table, reception linens, wedding arch, arch drapes, ceremony and reception seats, and aided in the cleanup and teardown of all our DIY decorations at the end of the wedding. That was all in addition to the typical organizational duties of a day of coordinator. She made our wedding fly by allowing us to enjoy the company of our guests. My husband and I were so lucky to have Vicki as our officiant!! When we first contacted her to discuss her services and hiring her for our wedding, she took the time to answer lots of questions that we had about the wedding planning process in general. At this point we knew that if we hired her for our special day she would definitely be attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the planning process -- and she was!! A situation with a makeup artist whom I had booked came up about 3 months prior to the wedding and Vicki made some calls for me. Due to her reputation in the community and relationship with other vendors she was able to quickly find me another makeup artist who ended up doing a wonderful job with my makeup and hair!! This really helped ease a lot of stress and saved me tons of time, especially since we are from out of town and I knew with only 3 months until the wedding a lot of artists may have already been booked. She was also very accommodating in arranging a meeting with us when we happened to be in town a few months prior to the wedding and with scheduling the rehearsal as well. At our rehearsal which was the day before the wedding she listened to our concerns and went out of her way to make that we were worry free on our wedding day!! Vickie was GREAT!
We just had the most beautiful stress free wedding I could have ever imagined!
Vickie went above in beyond in not only officiating a beautiful ceremony, but helping with everything from pre-planning to set up, working with all the vendors, keeping guests informed, and getting everything packed up and sent to our room while we were still parting the night away!
My Husband and I have two daughters who will be tying the knot next year and we know they are interested in hiring Vickie, so don't delay in hiring her for your special day, she's going to get busy!

Vicki is excellent. Could not have done it without her! She was the officiant as well as our coordinator. She is very hands on and on top of everything. She thinks of everything and is prepared for anything. Everyone has a few glitches but she handles it as if it was something already planned. As far as an officiant, the ceremony was wonderful and unique. We received a lot of complaints for our ceremony. Will definitely recommend her services.

We were concerned about having to set up and take down our decor for our ceremony. Also needed someone to help coordinate our ceremony. We were recommended to Vicki by our caterer. She was a wonderful and always available for any questions or concerns we had.

My daughter and I planned the entire wedding, but we never thought we'd need someone to tell us how to run a rehearsal and prepare on the wedding day. Vicki of Beachangels Weddings was recommended to us by another vendor, and I could not be more happy with her services. She guided us through the rehearsal, showed up early for the wedding day preparations, made sure the girls and guys were moving on time, and grabbed everything we forgot and all the flower arrangements from the church and got them to the reception venue for us. She was totally a behind-the-scenes coordinator, but made it easy for us to pull off the most beautiful ceremony. She was absolutely FANTASTIC! If you need a super Day-Of planner, Vicki is the one to choose hands-down. We love you, Vicki!

We were so concerned about a planner that would try to run the show and be in the middle of everything, but Vicki was the absolute perfect behind the scenes Day Of Planner! We already had just about everything lined up when our florist recommended her to us for a day of planner at our church, since the country club was being handled already. We hadn't even thought about that until the florist said it may be a good idea to make sure everyone keeps to a timeline at the church! She was so flexible with the Pastor and everyone, and was so nice to me and my girls while we were getting ready, leaving us alone for the most part, but checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and were staying on time. She helped set everything up during the rehearsal and day of, and made me, my husband, and my mom feel more at ease during the entire thing. We couldn't have asked for a better day of planner to help us on our special day.

Vicki made me feel at ease from hundreds of miles away. I was in need of everything... venue, cake even a photographer. She linked us up with Ashley Grant(Awesome!). My whole experience was wonderful. Vickie's took my vision and made selections that brought it to life. Plus I get to relive it every time I look at the photos.

But Vicki's work was SO MUCH MORE... she talked me into hiring her for the day, although my caterer came with a coordinator, and I am SO glad that she did. Vicki was the FIRST person at the wedding venue and coordinated things I thought I had under control (including my family dropping off things and vendors who were dropping off too close to ceremony time). I can't say enough about Vicki's work ethic. She rounded up our ridiculous bridal party/groomsmen for the rehearsal. She arranged with a time with our venue to drop off wedding swag a few days early, a great stress relief day of the wedding. I cannot put a number or value that Vicki brought to the wedding. From early planning to making sure our venue was clean enough for our deposit.... Vicki is my gal. I look forward to a lifelong friendship with her. Yes. She is that good!

Vicki was so great the day of our wedding. I was a pretty stressed bride, as I knew I would be and she was all smiles making me feel at ease with every issue that arose throughout the day. Leading up to the wedding she was super responsive making sure to be available with any questions or concerns we may have. She was an excellent choice that we simple got lucky with since we had no idea how to go about finding an officiant. I would happily recommend her to anyone!

Vicki just added a special touch to our ceremony we wouldn't have found anywhere else. As I bride, I felt a level of comfort with her that made me so excited for our wedding day. She was so sweet and provided me with different suggestions to personalize not only our vows, but our wedding overall. Our friends and family found her amazing too. Vicki was fantastic. We could not of asked for a more special night. We contacted Vicki on short notice for a New Years Eve wedding, and she went above and beyond. From the candles in the sand, to the unity sand, everything was perfect. She was constantly in contact with us through the whole process, and took care of everything.
