I had a dress in mind when I reached out for an appointment, Erika was amazing and was able to get my dream dress into the store in time for my first appointment ever. She had me try on a few fist and then we tried on THE dress and it was all over it was perfect! I was so grateful to her for getting the dress in time for me to try. She was fantastic! Without her I never would have gotten the dress I have been dreaming about since I was little! I cannot wait to go back to her to preserve it!

The most seamless experience!
Erika has to be one of the easiest, most professional and kindest bridal boutique owners! I called Erika out of the blue (I live in central MA) and asked her if she could order a dress in (the designers website put her store as the closest store that had my dress in stock) and not only was she able to get my dress sent in in a larger size to sample, but also got the specific color I had in mind (she had a smaller size sample and different color). She listened to everything I said, took my goals into consideration and maintained perfect communication about the shipping process, payments, etc. I truly could not imagine a better experience. She also helped me with finding the perfect veil for my very specific dress color 🤭. Truly can’t say enough positive things about Erika and Be Unique Bridal. Thank you again Erika!

TLDR: This small shop packs a punch with a beautifully curated collection of dresses and accessories. Erika knows EXACTLY what she is doing.
The Deets:
This was NOT the first bridal shop I went to. I wanted to begin with the biggest selection possible so I decided to go to a larger shop up North…I should have just gone to Erika and Be Unique from the start! The larger store had uninterested stylists who pulled dress after dress without much consideration (or so it seemed). I left that shop feeling dejected.
Growing up in Mt. Kisco I always told myself that I would one day shop at BUB for my wedding gown. I remember staring at their beautiful displays every time I walked to town or drove by on my way home. Erika has impeccable taste and a BEAUTIFUL selection of gowns, each carefully curated to suit a number of styles and budgets. She will listen to your vision and thoughtfully pull from her selection with your words in mind.
Erika pulled several dresses for me that were already miles ahead of my prior experience in terms of fitting my vision. I ultimately chose a gown by Kitty Chen called Petra that was perfectly within my budget. Erika pulled some accessories to help finish the look and I fell in love with every piece she added! Her taste and eye for pulling a look together are just spot on.
I also had my gown tailored by the BUB seamstress. She did a fantastic job, taking her time to ensure I felt comfortable with the fit and explaining any limitations. She also explained the function of each layer of my skirt, letting me know how certain things would be tailored and ensuring I was comfortable with cutting this or how that might be altered to fit best.
Overall the whole experience, from trying on to tailoring to accessories, was reassuring and calming. I felt perfect in my gown and was so confident in the choices we made. Thank you, Erika, for a wonderful experience!

Erika was a pleasure to work with - she is very elegant/knows her stuff but also was honest / very helpful when navigating decisions. Be Unique Boutique was the second bridal shop I visited and is ultimately where I found my wedding dress. As soon as you walk in, you can tell how well taken care of everything is; the shop is meticulously clean and tidy. Erika, the owner of Be Unique Boutique, is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and so sweet! She really listened to my preferences and used that feedback to pull five dresses to start. The very first dress I tried on ended up being my dress (an absolutely stunning Martina Liana gown). The dresses I tried on afterwards were all gorgeous as well, but nothing compared to the first - she really knows what she is doing! You can tell Erika's priority is to help her customers find something they are happy with and feel beautiful in. She was also extremely helpful when it came to accessory and tailor recommendations. I always left my appointments feeling excited, confident about my decision, and with a sense of peace knowing that everything was taken care of. From the first appointment to the last (including fittings and pickup), Erika had great communication. She was always prompt with answering any questions I had and provided updates about availability and arrival. I truly cannot say enough incredible things about Erika and Be Unique Boutique. In total I looked at 5 different places for a wedding dress, and I'm so glad I ended up finding my dress here beacuse Erika was also so great to work with. I went to bigger stores as well, and I think it's easy to expect that a big store with so many dresses will HAVE to have your dress but at least for me that was far from the truth. At Be Unique Boutique I tried on the least number of dresses of anywhere i went but that's because Erika listens to exactly what you want, what your budget is and then works her magic. She works with you one-on-one and you'll feel like you're her only client throughout the whole process. My alterations were done here which made it effortless, and my dress is currently being cleaned and preserved through her as well. Erika is invested in providing you the best experience and I couldn't recommend her enough.

Perfect Place to Find the Perfect Dress!
My experience at Be Unique Boutique was absolutely amazing. I needed to find a wedding dress while COVID-19 restrictions were still in place. Erika, the owner, scheduled a private appointment for me, my maid of honor, my mom, and my mother in law. She took her time showing me over 6 dresses and with each dress, she took into account the feedback and opinions. She was certain that the last dress would be the one and she was right! We purchased my dress and veil on the spot.
It was a lovely curated private experience that you won’t get a large “wedding factory” store.
Erika was always available via phone or email to answer any questions or provide updates in the months leading up to the dress’s arrival. Once my dress arrived, she called me immediately to schedule my first fitting. I decided to get my fittings done at Be Unique Boutique because of the intimacy of the space and the 1:1 service. My fittings were as private as my dress appointment.
I had a total of 4 fittings and everything came out beautifully. The seamstress, Florence, went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfectly. She even added a second tier to my cathedral veil so that I could cover my face during the ceremony. On my last fitting, Florence educated me and my mother on how to manage my long train throughout the day and showed us how to fold it so that it can sit on my arm during travel. She showed us how to do my bustle and took her time going over it more than once so that we were clear on what had to be done. Erika even steamed the silk portion of my dress before we took it home.
I highly recommend Be Unique Boutique for your bridal needs. Such a great and cute store with very knowledgeable professionals. I am so grateful to them and I can’t wait to share photos of my wedding!

I highly recommend making an appointment with Erika at BUB for all brides who have not yet found THE dress! BUB was the 3rd bridal shop that I went to and I cannot say enough great things. When I first arrived, Erika spent a few minutes asking questions about the wedding venue and what kind of dresses I like and she pulled a few dresses, all of which were gorgeous and fit my aesthetic/budget. I originally thought I had found a dress at the second boutique and I’m so glad I didn’t cancel my appointment because the dress I found at BUB was way better quality and the same price range. So, naturally I went back and bought the very first dress I tried on! Erika was so accommodating and flexible with appointments, fittings, etc. Her seamstress was also lovely. I loved the alternations she made to my dress. They were so patient with me! I had like 5 fittings, and even wanted to make another change like 4 days before the wedding (due to weight loss!) and they made it happen for me.

I am so happy that I found Be Unique Boutique a few months ago. It was the first and only Bridal Salon I went to. When you strike gold in a place, you do not go looking for silver. Erika was so accommodating, friendly, and organized. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and she even threw some dresses in that weren't necessarily my style as to give me an idea of what I want and do not want. Dress #5 was the one! I went for three alternations appointments in house and Florence was amazing. My dress was show stopping, unique, vintage, and beautiful. I could not be happier.

BUB and Erika are absolutely amazing. I was very stressed and having doubts about my wedding dress that I had previously purchased. I went to BUB and Erika put me at ease and helped me find the perfect dress. She listened to what I wanted and guided me to find a dress that I feel beautiful in. I highly recommend “Be Unique” in Mt Kisco! Erica, the owner has a huge selection. At a first glance, the shop may seem small, but it’s deceiving, she has an expansive selection. With so many options, choosing a direction to move in can be overwhelming. Have no fear, Erica is a consummate professional who has guided countless brides throughout the years. She helps navigate and guides you to what works best with your body. She suggested a dress for me which wound up being “the dress!” My dress was so unique and stunning. It had beaded straps, lace throughout, a gorgeous lace train and the entire dress had beaded accents that sparkled with every movement. After you select your dress, Florence does the alterations. Florence and Erica are both perfectionists and make a great team. Everyone and I mean everyone commented on how incredibly gorgeous and unique my dress was. Everyone said it look like it was built for me and my body. It fit so perfectly. I felt gorgeous on my wedding day. I highly highly recommend Be Unique to all brides!

Ericka and Florence made the shopping and fitting process so easy and effortless. As a bride impacted by covid I had to change plans in a hurry and last minute decided to still get married in my gorgeous dress and Ericka and her team promptly got me in for my fittings despite all the craziness going on- and this allowed my husband and I to keep our wedding date. I felt beautiful in my dress- ericka picked out a perfect silhouette for my body and it matched my vision perfectly. Florence added lace straps and it made the fit and look exceptional. And my veil- well I was just speechless. Everything from start to finish was exceptional, professional, and I had a great experience. Would highly recommend Be Unique Boutique to all brides!

Loved My Dress + Experience
I was the type of bride that new exactly what type of dress I wanted for my big day. I brought my few photos to several big wedding gown shops & boutiques and always left knowing that my dress was out there. I searched online for retailers that sold Eddy K with very specific dresses in mind and as luck would have it, Erika was the only one able to get me the dress I was looking for! The experience here was far superior to every place I went (especially when compared to giant stores that I probably can’t name, but you’d know it from a popular TLC show 😝) From start to finish, I was happy every step of the way and my dress looked absolutely perfect. One of the best choices I made for my wedding was walking into Be Unique! I described the vision I had in my head, and within 5 minutes Erika pulled 5 dresses that were exactly what I was looking for! I only had to choose which I loved the most! AND under my stated budget. When it came time for my fittings, the seamstress Una was amazing! They both were perfectionists and made sure the dress fit exactly the way I wanted. I also got my veil and all accessories from them as well. They really give you personal attention, time, and care during each visit, which made it such an enjoyable experience!

Be Unique Boutique is AMAZING. I bought my wedding dress there for my recent June 15, 2019 wedding. Erika can look at you and know exactly what will look good on you. I got the third dress I tried on. I gave her my budget and she stayed within it. I am so in love (more like obsessed) with my wedding dress, I wish I could wear it all the time. I cannot give enough compliments to this boutique. After walking past their store for years it was finally time for me to shop there for a wedding dress! Erika was very pleasant to work with and Florence’s seamstress work is absolute perfection. I tried on a dress where I loved the bottom but not the top. I am so happy I decided to visit Be Unique Boutique to try on wedding dresses. I wasn't sure what to expect from a boutique with a small selection (compared to larger bridal salons), but my experience there was wonderful from start to finish. Erika, the store owner, pulled a bunch of dresses to fit my style, body and budget. I was impressed with the beauty and quality of the dresses and how affordable they were! Erika was very friendly, honest and helpful. I could tell she truly cared and that made me feel confident and comfortable. Alterations were a breeze... Florence paid attention to all of my concerns and she spent as much time as was needed to make sure my dress fit me perfectly. Her talent and attention to detail are impeccable. I found Be Unique Bridal vie the blog website Borrowed & Blue and I cant begin to tell you what a a blessing that was! I went dress shopping to several small shops and to big chain stores but when I tell you I found the most PERFECT Dress at Be Unique Bridal!
Erika has such a great personality and is so knowledgeable of her field. From the moment she had me try on my dress (Martina Liana-803) I fell in LOVE! All I did was show her dress of certain brands and styles I was interested in and BAMM we found a dress that fit me and my body perfectly. I was actually going to pick a dress that was not for my body type and she helped me find a dress that was still conservative but had a sexy look too it.
When my wedding planning would stress me out I just kept telling myself “My Dress” will be worth it! Even though the bridal shop was almost an hour away a from me I would tell Erika if you were loser I would be here everyday trying on this dress!!!
And let me tell you it was ... When I tell you you will receive such amazing attention and exactly what you want when working with Erika’s seamstress Florence! She worked on creating the best fit for my dress so it would not fall since it was a sweetheart I didn’t want to be pulling up my dress all night & not once all night did I have to do that!
I can’t begin to tell you how much of a great experience it was to work with these two ladies!
Stop looking else where and Go to BE UNIQUE BRIDAL!
The only sad part about all of this is that i cant wear my dress everyday ... LOL

When I began my wedding dress search I had a dress/designer in mind and Be Unique Boutique conveniently carried both! From the moment we walked into the shop you could tell Erika knew her stuff! She is extremely professional, kind and knows every detail about wedding gowns. I was nervous about starting to shop for dresses because I didn’t want to feel any sort of pressure to purchase a dress without being 100% sure. This was not the case at Be Unique. Erika was truthful about the amount of time it takes to order a dress (mine came from Australia), but still did not put any pressure on me to make the purchase. Conveniently for me, the first dress I tried on was the one! From the time I purchased my dress to the last fitting, every appointment was so pleasant and enjoyable! I had a total of 3 fittings and each one was painless! The seamstress, Florence, was amazing!! She listened to any comments or concerns you had. It was easy to tell Florence is so talented in her work! I wanted to incorporate a piece of my Mom’s wedding dress on mine, so when I brought a piece into one of my fittings she suggested adding some of the lace to my train, and the rest as the buttons on my bustle. It was so creative, and so special! My dress, a Martina Liana, was my absolute dream dress. It fit me like a glove and was one of the most original dresses I had ever seen. I found Be Unique Boutique while searching for one wedding dress in particular that I had fell in love with online. I was searching for bridal boutiques that might have carried this one dress in the store, but I found Be Unique Boutique and they carried the same designer so I called and spoke to Erika and she told me she didn't have that dress, but that she would find it for me. She called me within an hour to tell me she got the dress from another store and I had an appointment within a week! Turns out, the dress was not as flattering in person as it was online, but she showed me other dresses in her store that would go best with my figure and shape and showed me different styles that I didn't even think about trying on and about 4 dresses later... I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! She was so patient and so kind and honest and honestly has the most gorgeous wedding gowns in her shop. Her seamstress, Florence, is also incredible. The two work so well together and both of them are extremely patient and helpful, so accommodating, and they genuinely want you to be happy. She pulled 4 beautiful dresses from her collection and as I tried each on, she asked questions and gave me her honest feedback of each one. She thought of the things me and family wouldn't necessarily think of. The 4th dress was the one and from then on, Erika had everything covered. When things went wrong or timing was tight, she advocated for the bride and made it happen. I felt like a princess in her store and when the day finally came, the first person I wanted to share photos with was Erika! This is a boutique where you will get the assistance and customer service you deserve.

is diligent, knowledgeable, and truly cares. Her selection of wedding
dresses was also the best I had seen after spending some days dress
shopping in the city. Her seamstress Florence is also fantastic. Their

Finding my dress was by far the easiest part of this process and I am so happy I went to Be Unique Boutique first. I had no intentions on finding my dress on the day I went in to look for the first time, and I said Yes! to the third one I tried on! I am very picky and not big on shopping, Erika took one look at me, after I explained what I liked, and she pulled out a few dresses that were all beautiful and within my budget. My experience with Be Unique Boutique was completely amazing!
From the moment me and my family walked in to her store until the time I picked up my dress for the wedding, everything was smooth and fantastic. This was the first dress store we visited and we didn't have to look further! She has a wide arrangement of amazing quality, gorgeous and unique gowns!
Finding your perfect dress should not be hard or stressful and this was exactly the case with Erika. My experience was fun, easy, memorable, heartfelt, warming and full of unforgettable moments and emotions.
Each fitting went perfect. She measured me so well that the dress showed up perfect! No alterations! Her seamstress is fantastic and color codes your bustle! The dress was ahead of schedule (and mine was shipped from another country)! The price was right! Erika was always available and kept in contact with me through the entire process! My dress was a HIT! Even better, it was so much fun to wear! Lightweight, classy, easy to move and dance in.... Perfect quality across the board!
Most importantly, Erika made me feel special and beautiful! I was the center of her attention every time we had an appointment. Honestly, I'm not sure what else a bride could ask for when looking for the perfect gown. Visiting Erika is a must!

Be Unique is an AMAZING boutique! It was the last place I went to after going to at least 5-7 shops in Westchester County. Erika has an amazing sense of style and knows exactly what she is doing. The dress I ended up picking was one she asked me if I would be "willing" to try on because the lace was very different. If she hadn't had that eye, I wouldn't have had the perfect dress because I would have never picked it out on the rack myself. She also is very honest which I appreciate. If she didn't like something or if she liked something better that I had tried on previously, she told me which again.. I appreciate very much. I wanted opinions especially from a professional. She also was able to help me with all of my jewelry, headpiece and veil. Basically, I got everything at Be Unique I needed except my shoes. Her seamstress is also AMAZING. I went back 4-5 times (because I kept losing weight) and she took in each time with no hesitation. The day before the wedding she even was able to meet me very early to make sure I picked up my dress (with 2 days before alteration). VERY flexible and also very sweet. I loved working with them and would recommend this be the place you go to for your wedding gown!

My mom knew she wanted to go here since well before I got engaged, but now I know why. The selection seems small, but the quality is so perfect you don't need to try on 50 dresses before finding something unique and lovely. No awkward chain stuff here. My dress was also very affordable. This was an excellent experience and I recommend it to everyone. Erika also operated with a level of efficiency I appreciated having only a few months to plan. Erika is so kind, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. After briefly discussing what I had in mind, Erika brought out several beautiful gowns, and I fell in love with the very first gown I tried on, and I knew that was the dress. Erika carries such beautiful, special and unique gowns, and it was as if she instantly knew which dresses would be perfect for me. I went to Erika to find my dream gown for my wedding day and found that and so much more. After purchasing my dress I found out I was pregnant. To say I was worried that my form fitting dress was no longer going to fit, would be an understatement. Erika went out of her way to have the gown rushed to me. I don't often do reviews, but after my experience at Be Unique Boutique in Mount Kisco, I felt compelled to complete one. I lived in Mount Kisco the majority of my life as always notice the store but never thought it was as beautiful as it was. I was so glad I made an appointment, Erika and her seamstress are WONDERFUL to work with.
Erika is so knowledgable about all wedding gowns for every body type. This was the first boutique I went to, and ended up falling in love with the second dress that I tried on. I went to two other more mainstream shops and the experience and quality of dress was nothing like Erika's shop. She has beautiful gowns from many european designers as well as gorgeous, delicate veils. Her seamstress is fantastic and made the fitting experience a true joy.
After chatting with some friend's, I realized that people from all over New York and across the country come to this boutique for their dress. If you are looking for an intimate and personal experience, go to Be Unique Boutique!

I emailed Erika, the owner, in mid December and she gave me an appointment just three days after I emailed. I was the only appointment she had booked so all the focus was on finding me the perfect dress, which I did that day! I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to find a dress given how quickly we were getting married and Erika put all of those fears out of my mind. I told Erika my budget and she firmly stuck to it. Erika also had the greatest accessories for my dress. From start to finish she was incredible and the on site tailor was fantastic. I'm so glad I found Be Unique Boutique. Wedding dress shopping can be very overwhelming, yet working with Erika was the complete opposite. She has this calming way about her that puts you and everyone you're with at ease. But even more important is her clear expertise in what she does.
She listens to what you have to say and then has a great eye for finding a dress that would be perfect for you. Even after we found my dress, she was committed to working with Florencia (the brilliant seamstress) to ensure every alternation was absolutely perfect.
