Taka is the best of the best!
Working with Be Buds was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Taka, the owner, was absolutely incredible from start to finish and made the entire process feel seamless and personal.
About a month before the wedding, Taka invited us to his home to walk through our floral vision in detail. He had thoughtfully pulled examples of the exact types of flowers we discussed and even had a full mock centerpiece waiting for us, which instantly brought everything to life and gave us so much confidence going into the big day.
The florals themselves were completely unmatched and exceeded every expectation. The colors were absolutely stunning, the quality was exceptional (especially for the price), and everything felt elevated, intentional, and beautifully designed. Guests raved about the florals all night, and even days after the wedding, people kept telling me how incredible they were.
Taka’s talent, attention to detail, and genuine care truly set Be Buds apart. I cannot recommend him highly enough!-

Be Buds was referred to us by our wedding planner, and we are so glad to have worked with Taka. During the consultation process, he took the time to understand our vision for wedding decor and review Pinterest boards for inspiration. Taka went above and beyond in creating elegant yet simple spring-inspired arrangements that were so essential to making our wedding vision come to life. The best of the best!
TAKA IS THE BEST OF THE BEST! Not only did he perfectly capture my whimsical garden dreams, but he is seriously the sweetest person to work with!! I am a very picky bride, but that was no problem for Taka's skills because he nailed it! He really listened and took notes of every little detail so he could bring my vision to life. Not a single arrangement was left behind because all the guests were eager to take them home - we got so many compliments on how dreamy the florals made our wedding feel! He is truly one of the best vendors I could ever recommend!!!-

Working with Taka was a breeze!
We felt confident throughout the whole process working with Taka on bringing my floral vision to life.
Taka was patient when I could not find sample images exactly what I wanted and was able to take my inspiration and run with it!
He was on time, professional, and the arrangements for our rehearsal dinner and wedding completely exceeded our expectations! I would recommend BeBuds to any of my friends or family for a wedding or special occasion. -

With my 1-year anniversary around the corner, this review is LONG overdue. I was looking at our wedding pictures recently, and am still blown away by how stunningly beautiful Taka's floral arrangements were. I come from a family of florists, so needless to say, my standards are very high. Taka did not disappoint. He was an absolute pleasure to work with - he was so accommodating in meeting with me and my mom (I lived on the East Coast at the time, and could only meet when I was visiting home) to discuss my ideas/vision. On my wedding day, he worked magic in seamlessly moving and setting up floral arrangements between the church and the reception venue. I still don't know how he did it. He is very professional and willing to work with you on finding solutions that meet your budget. I cannot speak highly enough of his work, and am so glad I found him. I HIGHLY recommend Taka to anyone getting married in the South Bay area/greater LA! Thank you so, so much for everything and for making my wedding day so beautiful!!!-

Taka is professional and knows what he is doing. I told him what the color and theme of my wedding over the phone. When I met with him for the first meeting, he has already had a mock-up ready for me. He paid attention to my needs and did a wonderful job for my wedding. The bouquets were beautiful and were delivered to the first look place ahead of schedule. The arch floral pieces and the isle floral arrangements were exceeding my expectations. The center pieces were gorgeous. The best of all is that his price was the lowest among the 4 vendors I contacted. I am extremely satisfied with his service. -

Amazing amazing amazing!!! Taka and his wife did an absolutely incredible job on our wedding flowers, we could not be happier! Taka was super nice and easy to work with from day one - he was patient, really listened to what we wanted, and made great suggestions when we asked for them. And when the big day came, we were blown away. He more than exceeded our expectations. Everything was GORGEOUS!!! We were getting compliments all day long, and are still getting compliments weeks later. We have friends who have paid TONS for flowers, and they didn't come close to how amazing Taka's flowers were - and at a fraction of the price. I seriously can't say enough about Be Buds Florist. Best ever!!! -

Brides, look no further. Be Buds Florist is the BEST in the business. Taka is AMAZING! Taka truly seems to love what he does and has such a skill at making beautiful flower arrangements. His prices are definitely reasonable. I think we actually got MORE than what we paid for. And, when do you ever get to say that when planning a wedding! :) From day one, he was a breeze to work with. During our planning meeting he took notes, asked questions, and even pulled up my Pinterest page to better understand my style/look and feel of the wedding and make sure he was on point, which he was. The bouquets turned out better than I had imagined. And I received countless compliments on all arrangements at my wedding. THANK YOU TAKA for making my wedding day beautiful! -

Taka at BeBuds florist, made the most gorgeous flower arrangements, for my daughter's wedding, at a very affordable price. He was generous as well, and gave us some flowers at no charge. The table centerpieces were incredible and all the personal touches were amazing. We had rose petals, in a beautiful design, going down the aisle. There were extra flower arrangements that were so elegant, in strategic places. The bride's and bridesmaid's bouquets were exquisite. I would recommend BeBuds to anyone needing flowers for any important event. -

My wife and I love Taka. His work is amazing. Looking back at our wedding pictures and videos, his flowers truly stand out. We didn't get a chance to take it all in on your wedding day. However, when we looked back on your special night through our wedding photos, we were blown away as to the quality and presentation of the flowers. That's when it hit us that our wedding florist is something special. One truly does not fully appreciate his vendors until after the wedding. Thank you Taka. -

Taka did the flowers for our wedding at La Venta Inn and we could not have been happier. He was very professional throughout the planning process, responsive to any of our questions in a good amount of time, and most importantly, everything was set up perfectly before we even got there on the day of. The centerpieces were set up perfectly, all of the bouquets looked fresh, full, and well assembled. Great job Taka, thank you! -

Be Buds did an amazing job for us. We met with Taka twice even though we live in Philadelphia. He was very accommodating since we had only small windows when we were available. He has a ton of great ideas, and he really works to understand what you are looking for. He saved us probably 30%+ on the price of our flowers with a couple great ideas, so it is clear that he is focused on giving you the best experience possible. The flowers were perfect! We got so many compliments on how amazing everything looked! Taka was in and out the day of the wedding with no problems. I would definitely recommend Be Buds to anyone getting married in SoCal. -

Taka is the best! I love his work. He is so professional. Also, his price is reasonable. He even decorated my cake and provided my flower girl's headpiece as a gift. I actually chose one of the cheapest centerpiece (had to cut my budget) and was worried at first that it's not going to be nice. But when I saw at my wedding, blew me away. My guests also loved them. -

I was referred to BeBuds by my friend. BeBuds does an amazing job and would recommend this florist to anybody who is getting married. They're really a hidden treasure and I received so many compliments on my wedding flowers. The owner is extremely flexible, non-intrusive, and very professional. The quality of the flowers provided and the preparation was simply nothing short of perfect.
Taka and his team did an outstanding job in accommodating all our requests. My wife is crazy about flowers and she could not have been happier with the results. From the arch for the ceremony, to the table settings and the custom cascade bride boquet everything was 1st class. -

First of all, considering the quality and quantity of Taka’s work, Taka’s prices were extremely reasonable. Second of all, I cannot say enough about how beautiful all of the flowers were at the wedding. From the bouquets to the alter pieces to all the little extras, Taka’s flowers were out-of-this-world gorgeous. Taka interpreted our vision perfectly and all of his work complimented and enhanced our theme. People were literally fighting one another to take the centerpieces home (even though we had a give-away game!). I would HIGHLY recommend Taka and will use him again for future events. -

Taka was incredible to work with! He came highly recommend by our wedding venue staff at La Venta Inn. After reviewing his website and seeing the beautiful creations at our venue specifically- I knew that Bebuds was the right chioce! My wedding was a destination wedding, so I was not able to physically visit with Taka before the wedding to plan details. Between many emails and phone calls- Taka brought all of my ideas and visions to life! The bouquets, the cake, the gazebo, the centerpieces, and the water fountain were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I sent Taka pictures of flowers and images that I liked....and he went above and beyond to create floral arrangements that everyone was talking about throughout the evening. Not only are Taka's floral arrangements breathtaking, but his prices are very reasonable. I had a few family members make comments that we must have spent a fortune on the flowers! Little did they know- we didn't! Taka was worth ever penny! I would highly recommend Taka and BeBuds Florist to others. Taka is professional, creative, and incredibly easy to work with.

Be Buds was referred to me by a friend who used their service in his own wedding, and I'm glad I took the advice. Planning my wedding from 3,000 miles away was not a fun task. However, Taka made it easy for me when it came to all flower decisions.
Taka was very knowledgeable in his craft and candid with his feedback. Through emails, pictures, and phone calls, I felt that Taka understood exactly what I was looking for. He also was very respectful of my budget and worked with me to maximize my wish list. I truly felt that I was working with someone that cared about me a lot more than his profit.
The final results were truly wonderful. I only wish I was able to bring the flowers on the plane with me so I can enjoy them more than one night! -

I read a bunch of reviews online and decided to meet with two florists. I was planning my wedding from across the country, so I only had a small window to actually meet with vendors in person. After about 5min with Taka, I knew I wanted to hire him, even though I had no idea how much it would cost. He is super nice and helpful and has great ideas. I didn't have much of a vision for the flowers, so he just walked through a few ideas and ended up outlining everything in about 30min or so. The best part is... the estimate was incredibly reasonable. He also threw in some free items and gave us ideas for how to bring the cost down a bit. Taka is really incredible. You should absolutely hire him! -

We were VERY happy with the floral arrangements, bouquets and boutinnierres. Taka has a very clean aesthetic that worked well with the style of our wedding. Taka! I don't even know where to begin this review. Whether it is his talent, his sweet, polite and patient personality, he has it all. Each session, phone call or email with Taka put me at ease. By far, he is my favorite vendor I hired. And I love each and every one of my vendors. Taka always assured me that everything will look how I imagined. In this case, it came out even better then I have ever dreamed. Each thought of mine and each excitement of mine showed throughout the ceremony and reception. My bouquet was a dream. I do not have enough good things to say about Taka, owner of BeBuds Florist Inc.!!! Taka took my very vague ideas and turned them into masterpieces and the best part was that it was all done at a very reasonable price!!! Taka is very professional and easy to work with. He made finding the perfect wedding flowers for my venue and bouquets so easy!!! I didn't even know I liked flowers this much until I started working with Taka and saw the final product! Taka at Be Buds was beyond what I could have ever hoped for in a florist. He was so professional and VERY reasonably priced. He takes a lot of time to work with the couple before the wedding to determine their style, colors, setting etc. The bouquets and center pieces were out of this world. He is very creative and unique but not over the top. My bouquet was gorgeous with black cala lilies, champagne roses and pink orchids. Now the big test came when Taka was forced to use his creative abilities to shift all the flowers from the planned outdoor gazebo to the indoors when the torrential downpour came through LA. Taka's words "I always have a Plan B." It looked as though it had been planned that way all along. The room was stunning and intimate and classy.

BeBuds Florist did an amazing, beautiful job with our wedding flowers. Taka is generous, artistic, smart and kind. He double-ordered our flowers because it was a very busy date, and he was right to do that because one of the orders fell through. The flowers looked just like the pictures and preview, and our guests raved about them. My parents didn't even get to take home a centerpiece because all the guests grabbed them up. I recommend BeBuds to everyone! -

Taka did the flowers for our wedding earlier this month and they were so gorgeous. All of our guests commented on how lovely the flowers were, and we were blown away by the flowers- Taka put together colors and flowers exactly as we imagined. We met with him a couple of times- first to give him an idea of what we wanted and then a final meeting to look at the centerpieces and final details. He is extremely professional throughout the entire process, set-up all the flowers beautifully on the day of, and his prices are extremely reasonable. We had him do flowers on the tables, and also the gazebo and fountain and all came out very beautiful. -

Taka from BeBuds was great to work with! His website has lots of pictures, so it was easy to pick out things I liked/disliked. We met in person twice (once for the initial meet/greet, and the 2nd time to finalize our plan).
Taka was extremely flexible and responsive. I ended up wanting to add/change a couple items mid-planning, and he easily accommodated my request while keeping within my original budget.
I absolutely ADORE flowers, so in my mind, I've always dreamed of having gorgeous, breathtaking flowers on my wedding day. Taka and BeBuds did NOT disappoint! The day of my wedding, I kept glancing down at my rose and cymbidium bouquet, since it was gorgeous. I know I'm a total dork, but I love flowers. =)
My sisters' two bouquets, the gazebo decorations, floral pomanders, the tall and low centerpieces, and cake decorations were beautiful. I would highly recommend BeBuds!! -

Taka did the flowers for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. My husband and I cannot say enough good things. We don't know much about flowers, but Taka's suggestions were within our budget and were perfect. The designs, flower choices and room decoration was wonderful. He supplied additional items such as shepherd hooks and vases for floating candles at no cost, and decorated our cake table perfectly.
Each time we spoke to him he was organized, took good notes (including sketches) and was a pleasure to work with. The finished flowers were beautiful, and frankly much more reasonable than many other places that provided us quotes. We cannot recommend Taka enough. -

I booked Taka from Be Buds as my florist without even considering any other florist. He did an amazing job at my sister's wedding 4 years ago knew he would be great for mine. He is always willing to work with your budget and goes through every detail with you. He shows you a sample centerpiece so he knows exactly what you want for your big day. He also asked ahead of time what alternatives you'd like in case the flowers aren't available at the flower market that week. I wanted peonies for my bouquet but ending up having to go with my backup of ranunculus which was just as beautiful.
At my wedding, it poured all day. We had to move everything from the ceremony indoors. Taka was quick to bring a arch, as well as, aisle runner to spruce up the last minute changes. He also puts floral accents everywhere.
He is so easy to work with, is friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him! -

Gorgeous flowers!!
We got married at La Venta Inn on 11/30/18 and hired Taka off their recommended vendor list. Taka is a pleasure to work with, very professional, and produced stunning work that matched my vision. Upon our first meeting, he followed my pinterest page to reference my inspiration ideas and he sketched out the details for all the floral pieces of my wedding. I did not have specific flowers in mind, just a color palate and he took that and created beautiful bouquets. He even threw in a lot of "freebies" adding loose flowers around to enhance the reception area. I would definitely recommend Taka to future couples! -

Taka at BeBuds did a wonderful job on the table centerpieces, cake, gazebo, and wedding ceremony aisles. We came in without any ideas, and Taka was very patient with us and gave us great suggestions. Ultimately, Taka assembled a sample of what he would prepare for the centerpieces as we talked through some ideas, and we were so happy to take his suggestions. He listened to what we wanted, and very accurately was able to discern our style and gave us several options within different price ranges. When we left his studio, we were very comfortable that Taka's arrangements would be incredible, and we were not disappointed. Among one of Taka's unique suggestions was to decorate the ceremony cite with willow branches and white orchid sprigs - each of our parents took home a set of willow branches, which will eventually root and grow in each of their homes as a reminder of our wedding day. -

Flowers are expensive. Wedding flowers are even more expensive. When looking for a florist, I knew I needed someone who was an artist but also provided great value for the work. Taka is that person. He is a masterful florist who can take any style (traditional, contemporary, modern) and transform it into a beautiful bouquet or centerpiece. His prices were extremely reasonable, given how beautiful, fresh, and luxurious his flowers turned out. Outside of his artistry and value, what I found most memorable about working with Taka was his flexibility. My mind changed a million times prior to the wedding, and Taka took each change in stride without complaint and worked to make my vision a reality. He was willing to add or take away pieces all the way up to a few days before the wedding. With Taka, the friendly customer service, the beautiful fresh flowers, and the value CANNOT be beat! -

Taka is so great to work with and was always very helpful. I met with him a few times about our concept and I thank him for being so patient! On the day of the wedding though there were some discrepancies in what we had discussed...My flowers should have been all purple and a wildflower look. Our ceremony gazebo had blue hydrangea on it which I don't get. Also, my flowers were very green and had tons of fillers which I wanted but there weren't many purple flowers. I think for future brides you just need to be really detailed and specific about what you want so there isn't room for interpretation.
His prices were great and our venue was set up on time. Also, he threw in the toss bouquet, cake decor, rose petals, etc as a gift. -
