    Look no further!!

    Phoebe is a true magician at her craft. Her attention to detail, organization, and communication skills make working with her an easy choice. Though there's no price that I'd consider enough to highlight her services, her pricing is affordable for all. If I had advice for any bride it is to 100% invest in a day-of/month-of coordinator to ensure you have the best day. Coordinators are there to intercept drama and problems, give advice and tips during the planning process, and to make sure you're mind is free of stress to enjoy the day. I can't recommend B'burg Events enough!

    Day-of Coordination

    We reached out to Phoebe and B'burg Events 2-weeks before our intimate dinner party wedding reception. We were looking for a day-of coordinator to help orchestrate our vendors, see that details were set and looking fabulous, and queue the band and restaurant throughout the evening. Phoebe delivered in every possible way - she even helped the day before with setting up the space. She made it possible to enjoy our party and be present with each other and our guests. Would absolutely recommend.

    You owe it to yourself to work with B'burg Events

    Love the guests? Sure. Love your partner? Of course! Love the event itself? Well. With all the work and stress that goes into the planning, it can seem kind of miraculous to actually let go of the reins and have a good time at your own wedding. But just last month, we did exactly that—and we couldn’t have done it without the help of Aris and Phoebe at B’burg Events.

    We retained their month-of coordination services, and this was easily, without a doubt, hands-down the best money we spent, bar none. If we didn’t know where to go for something, they had recommendations. If we needed an outside opinion, they had suggestions. From the moment we signed, they sent us a spreadsheet to learn about the various vendors we hired. They checked in with each passing month, gradually ramping up their involvement. When that last month arrived, they already knew our wedding as well as we did. And then it got even better.

    Once we got to the month, they gracefully, seamlessly took all those plates we were spinning and just made them disappear. They became the nexus for all the vendors to send their questions and updates. By doing so, they kept themselves perfectly informed while also making sure everyone got all the information they needed. Thanks to B’burg, everyone knew where to be, when they needed to be there, and who else would be there at the same time.

    But there’s more! As tremendous as their service was in the run-up to the wedding, what blew us away—the real secret to our being able to relax and have fun at our wedding—was the work they did for us on the day of.

    Aris was at our venue all day. She saw to everything. She arranged bud vases. She laid place cards. She set out table numbers. She set up the welcome table, and the temporary tattoos, and the signs on the bar and every single thing was exactly as we had asked, just right, perfect, hundo P. If we had to do that ourselves, or if we had relied on family for it, it would have opened up the door for stress or error in a way that could have cast a pall on our most special day. Instead, it was all done right, with her combination of grace and authority to keep it all running smoothly.

    It wasn’t just setup, though. She stayed on-site and made sure the whole event stayed on-track. She signaled people’s entrances. She cued the DJ. She ushered guests outside for cocktails and back inside for dinner. I know for certain that there was even more she handled, but she handled it so well that I didn’t even know she was doing it!

    If you’re still reading this, I hope it’s clear by now: We cannot overstate the strength of our recommendation for B’burg Events. They are so good. You owe it to yourself to work with them.

    Bburg Events is incredible!!

    I can't imagine my wedding without Bburg Events & Phoebe!! I started planning my wedding with Phoebe's help before COVID and unfortunately, COVID hit a couple of months before my wedding date.

    My venue went through a lot of changes and our rescheduling plans did pan out the first time around. Phoebe was there throughout all the changes, helping us figure out how we would be able to have our special day.

    Her communication with all of our vendors - especially our venue - was incredible. She helped guide us through some really challenging times. She also made sure to send important COVID updates over so we could make sure we were prepared with the ever-changing policies and protocols.

    When we finally got to the day of she was on top of everything. She was incredibly helpful in making sure everyone stuck to the timeline, all was running smoothly, and that my husband and I were happy and having fun the whole night.

    The planning and the day-of experience was a million times better by working with Bburg Events!

    Planning for Every Possibility

    B'burg Events was one of the first vendors I booked after finding my wedding venue. I knew I wanted to have my hand in the wedding planning process, but would need an experienced hand to help bring all the details together. Phoebe was the perfect person for the job! When we first began planning our wedding, my husband and I thought about all the possible things that could go wrong that we would need to plan for, but neither of us could have ever imagined a global pandemic! We weren't sure our wedding would even be a reality, but we decided to push on. Phoebe was our month of coordinator, but she was honestly there with us throughout the entire process. She helped us make plans for not only the wedding but for any bumps that could come up. As the month of the wedding approached we were both SO glad we had Phoebe to take the load off of us. Between working full time and planning a pandemic wedding we were swamped. Phoebe was there to swoop in and put together all the fine details and communicate with all of our vendors. In the week leading up to the wedding we had more than a few hiccups, but Phoebe reassured us and took care of the big picture so we could enjoy time with our families. The day of, Phoebe put everything together exactly as we had envisioned it. She even encouraged me to step away from the planning and clean up to focus on just enjoying this incredibly important day. I would highly recommend Phoebe whether you need a month of coordinator like us or a full service planner. You won't be disappointed!

    Working with Phoebe was so flawless for our wedding day. We hired Phoebe for our month of coordinator and I'm so so glad we did. Every detail we envisioned was brought to life and she really helped our wedding day run so smoothly. Highly recommend Phoebe!!

    Lifesavers


    Phoebe was amazing from start to finish. From the first phone call to our wedding day she was attentive and thorough, and she always had a positive attitude. Working with her just puts you at ease! There were many curve balls and unexpected issues and she handled them all with grace. She will do anything to make you happy on your wedding day, including stealing cake from your mom! It’s true, my husband and I had not gotten a piece of chocolate cake and she went right over and retrieved the last piece of cake for us.! Don’t worry we made sure my mom got her cake in the end!
    Phoebe is also an incredible resource and was able to connect us with reliable and helpful vendors. There are so many vendors out there to choose from we were so grateful to have her recommendations. We highly recommend the Bburg team to anyone planning a wedding!

    Perfect teammate for our NYE in NYC wedding

    We worked with Phoebe for our NYE wedding. We were definitely overwhelmed before she got involved. Once she joined us she did an amazing job of soothing our nervous and keeping everything organized beforehand. We were so happy to have her! Bonus points is that she kept us super calm during the wedding and she came dressed in really cool glittery blazer which fit our dress code perfectly. Would definitely recommend b'burg events!

    Hire B’burg Events Now!

    Even before we hired Phoebe, she was already answering questions and helping us navigate the insane world of wedding planning. We hired her early in the process to do day-of coordination for our wedding, and immediately sent us a spreadsheet to update as we went along in planning, and she checked in with us monthly to answer questions. Anytime we were unsure how to make something happen (we had some unusual elements to our wedding), she had solutions and answers immediately. She is incredibly thorough and responsive! The month of our wedding she took over, checked in with our vendors, came to our final walk-thru and helped us tie up any loose ends. I am incredibly Type A and have a hard time letting things go, so I was nervous about letting go of the reigns on my wedding day. But wow I am so glad I did because Phoebe made everything happen and then some. We don’t even know how everything happened but we didn’t have to stress and that was the greatest wedding gift of all. We actually got to enjoy our day and had a fantastic time. Thank you Phoebe!! We can’t say this enough — HIRE BBURG EVENTS IMMEDIATELY!

    Incredible! Best in the business!

    Phoebe and the B’Burg events team are INCREDIBLE. I don’t even know where to begin. I suppose I really have two reviews. I was married on Oct. 26, 2019 and we hired Phoebe for her month-of-coordination services way back in 2017. We met her and were immediately drawn to her energy, knowledge and passion for making events perfect. We’d been in touch with her every few months. She would send us a quick check in email and if we had any questions about other vendors along the way leading up to the month of, she always answered. Then, in Sept. 2018, my best friend was getting married. She chose a DIY/very raw space, but did not have a coordinator. About 3 weeks before her wedding she realized she may have been in over her head, and I gave Phoebe a call. B’Burg was able to squeeze my friend’s wedding into their calendar and I was able to see Phoebe in action before my wedding. She organized everything, kept my friend’s wedding on track and seamlessly transitioned the space (BatHaus) from ceremony to reception, despite it being a challenging switch. Phoebe was extraordinary and I was so thankful she made herself available on short notice to my friend, and that I already hired her. Leading up to Oct 2019, I knew I was in the best hands for my wedding. Phoebe contacted my vendors and kept me in the loop on decisions. She responded promptly to any questions or concerns. On the day of Phoebe set up everything. I honestly know so little about how the wedding was set up and what went into it because Phoebe makes sure that brides and grooms are taken care of and do not have any stress. I know that when I arrived from taking pictures before the ceremony, the venue (26 Bridge) looked SPECTACULAR. Every detail had been thought of and the wedding truly ran like a well-oiled machine. One person commented, “she was never in the way and I noticed if you even looked up she was ready to take care of anything you needed”. We are so thankful and couldn’t recommend B’Burg Events more for your coordination needs!

    Above and Beyond!

    B’burg events is simply amazing. Phoebe and Aris went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. They are extremely organized. Both phoebe and Aris attended site visits and walk through a with us. They also checked in frequently. The day of our wedding, Aris helped with anything and everything. We were so thankful we chose b’burg!

    The absolute most worth it wedding expense

    Phoebe is truly wonderful and made our wedding day so stress-free. Our venue had never hosted a wedding before so having someone who really knew how to make it flow seamlessly was really important to us. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and it went more smoothly than I could have ever imagined. Without phoebe we would have had to spend the whole day fielding questions from vendors etc. but because of Phoebe I was free to think about other things and enjoy spending time with our guests.

    An Absolute PRO!!!

    My wife and I were determined to pull off the best intimate yet intensely FUN wedding ever but knew we needed some help pulling it off. We partnered with Phoebe as our day-of coordinator to handle the logistics of our big day but she offered us much much more. She was professional, very easy to talk to and took time to truly understand us and what we wanted for our day. She offered up expert advice, recommendations and an "I've got it handled" attitude that was very comforting leading up to and the day of our wedding. Phoebe was a delight and we'll continue to sing her praises for being an integral part of the best day of our lives.

    So thankful I had Phoebe by my side

    You don't need to look any further for a wedding planner. This is your gal! Phoebe is the best! I'm sad my wedding is over because I won't get to talk to her as often as I was. She checked in with me in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure I was taking care of those important pieces that I might have forgotten about. I also loved that she would check in just to see how I was doing and sometimes letting me vent haha. I really appreciated that. Phoebe felt more like my friend than my planner. The month leading up to your wedding can be so stressful just as everyone says and I kept saying it over and over how I was so thankful I had her by my side. The day of the wedding she had her game face on getting everything together and making sure my husband and I were okay the whole night. She has a wonderful personality, she's great at what she does, she responds to emails promptly to keep you at ease...she's superwoman. I loved her. I miss her and I will 100% recommend her to any future brides I come in contact with because she was so easy and awesome to work with.

    The perfect day-of coordinators!

    We had a small, chill wedding and were hesitant to get a planner because we pretty much knew what we wanted. Or so we thought! We ended up hiring a coordinator for the day-of so we didn't have to worry about logistics and we are SO GLAD that we did. There was no way we would've been able to pull off the wedding we wanted without Aris from Bburg. She truly went above and beyond in every way.

    About a month out from our wedding date, she took over coordination with all of our vendors. The day of, she arrived on site early in the morning, set up all the chairs and tables for the reception, made sure everything ran smoothly all evening, and even ended up staying late when there was a hitch with one of our vendors. She was extremely communicative, quick to reply, and a pleasure to work with. We really can't recommend her enough.

    B'burg Events was Fantastic!

    Our experience with B'burg Events was better than I could have ever imagined. Phoebe has a solid network of vendors and professionals which was important to us because we were planning our wedding from out of town. Whenever we came to town, our meetings were efficient and productive. Phoebe is very organized and gave us the structure and information we needed to make decisions. She was also accommodating. When we wanted to explore the idea of having a pinball and arcade machine, she helped us design our floor plan to get everything in the right place! B’burg also provided an awesome photo booth and beautiful floral arrangements on our wedding day. Not only is Phoebe great at what she does, but she’s funny and friendly! I’ll miss our checkins and status updates. If anyone needs a wedding planner, I highly recommend B’burg events.

    Outstanding!

    Phoebe truly exceeded our expectations and expertly guided us for a little over a year from our first meeting to wedding day. We interviewed a few wedding planners before meeting Phoebe and she definitely stood out immediately. She was super personable and wanted to know our story to help us to build out our wedding vision. From our first meeting to every meeting in between, she was always down to earth, easy to work with and most importantly a ton of fun. We decided to go with a partial package and it one was the best investments for us. From the onset she made sure we hit certain milestones in a timely matter and always offered support in decision-making that was informed from her years of work in the business. Whether it was through google sheets or AislePlanner, we were able to stay ahead of everything that needed to get done before the big day. She leverages her incredible network of vendor relationships and has been building out some additional services of her own. She made our day an absolute dream, from the table décor to the coconuts and school picture, she made sure we got to enjoy these precious moments with all of our family and friends. She was especially fabulous with our families during the planning process, which made the wedding day go swimmingly since they already knew Phoebe took care of it! We highly recommend B’Burg Events because she truly made our wedding planning process so much easier and our wedding day completely stress-free.

    Amazing Wedding Coordinator

    Phoebe is an amazing wedding coordinator. We were very specific with what we wanted and she delivered every detail flawlessly. She is very responsive and was an essential resource to the success of our wedding. She is very easy to work with and brings an organized structure to the process of planning weddings.     Phoebe is a fantastic wedding coordinator!

    For my May wedding, I was originally unsure if I wanted to hire a wedding coordinator; in the end, I can’t imagine what it would have been like without Phoebe! Compared to most wedding coordinators, her rate included extra hours, which was so helpful for us because it meant that Phoebe would be there to set up the venue, as well as manage the clean up, which had to be completed the night of.

    My partner and I tend to make decisions last minute; Phoebe gave just the right amount of pressure to move us forward, while still respecting our timeline. The spreadsheet Phoebe sent us to fill out in the months leading up the wedding was so helpful in keeping us organized, but also clued us in to details we had yet to consider. Phoebe’s final week-of spreadsheet that she sent out to all vendors, and the wedding party, was truly a work of art!

    During the venue walk-through, Phoebe had very helpful ideas, including how to design the ceremony space, which she executed beautifully on the day of. Throughout the wedding, Phoebe kept us on track and managed unexpected issues with ease. At the end of the night, Phoebe broke everything down; she was the last one there and did not leave until the job was finished. Above all, Phoebe is kind and relaxed, while at the same time professional and organized. I would recommend Phoebe again and again!

    We are thrilled with the Day of Coordination services provided by Phoebe from B'burg Events for our May wedding in Brooklyn! With all the details that encompass a wedding day, Phoebe was there to organize, navigate, and manage them so that my husband and I could really enjoy the moment.     We used Phoebe for day of coordination for my daughters wedding. Phoebe did all that she promised plus more and all that I needed. She was thorough, on top of it everything and anticipated things almost as I was thinking of them. She was also there much more than I expected on the approach to the wedding and really made sure all the pieces went smoothly. Plus she always had a smile and was positive and upbeat no matter what the challenge. I definitely recommend her!

    Book B'Burg!

    Phoebe and her team were a pleasure to work with! My husband and I enlisted them to help us execute a wedding ceremony in Brooklyn Bridge Park on a gorgeous Saturday evening in September. Needless to say, the area was swarming with tourists and ceremony set-up presented a unique challenge. Phoebe's colleague Aris was tasked with clearing the space, setting up, and clearing out within a tight two hour window — and managed to do so without incident!

    Both Phoebe and Aris were communicative from start to finish and totally on top of things leading up to and throughout the event. Aris was a delight to work with day-of. I highly recommend working with B'Burg!

    B’burg Events helped us plan our daughter’s first birthday party. We wanted something that was kid-friendly but fun for adults, and they delivered! The company helped us coordinate everythjng including the space, food, decor, favors, invitations, etc. The event went off without a hitch, and the look and feel of the party was exactly what we were hoping for. They spent a lot of time before and throughout the planning process communicating with us about our options and making sure they fit within our tastes and budget. We received frequent status updates and they were always incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or additional ideas. We were always amazed by the quick turnaround on things, and how organized and calm the entire process was. It really was seamless and the company is such a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend and love to work with them again in the future!

    We chose Phoebe and B'burg events to be the full planner for our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier! She always kept us reassured with timely contact, and more importantly, allowed us to see all timelines, deadlines, and update progress via a personalized spreadsheet that we could access at any time. We knew that we wanted to have our special day in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and Phoebe was able to provide us with many wonderful local vendors for flowers, wedding cakes, entertainment, and more, and more importantly within our budget. She also worked almost exclusively with our venue, so the only time that we really had to show up was to the tasting. She was ever present in the background during the wedding, and we only heard about the few small issues that she resolved afterwards. We decided to have a gathering for family and friends the night before the wedding as well, and Phoebe was able to provide us with a few choices of loft spaces in the city to choose from. It was another highlight of the wedding weekend that our family and friends still talk about, especially the space and the catering! I would highly recommend B'burg Events for your wedding planning needs, especially as a full planner. Phoebe kept us on track for all of the wedding planning milestones and was able to make our vision of our special day a reality.
