I used Baystate for wedding rentals and the whole process from start to finish was a breeze. They made sure to check in after I requested a quote as a reminder to finalize my order. Once I signed the contract I was then able to confirm a specific delivery date which helped immensely with planning. The delivery guys were professional and so efficient. They delivered and set everything up in the right place so we didn't have to do heavy lifting when they were gone. -

This company not only had everything we needed to have our beautiful backyard wedding, they were professional, on-time, and friendly. We worked with Samantha for our Day-Of Coordinator and we didn't have to think about anything the entire day - she handled everything and it was so smooth! Not only did Samantha help with our wedding day, she coordinated the tent/chairs/tables/etc. rentals. I would recommend a site visit with her because she got to see the space and helped us pick the right size/amount for everything! We were not initially considering hiring a day-of coordinator but I'm so glad we did, both of us were able to enjoy the day because we knew it was in such great hands. -

We were planning our wedding from the ground up, and Samantha and her team were an integral part of making our big day as seamless and wonderful as it was. Samantha was communicative, patient, knowledgeable, and above and beyond helpful as we worked towards figuring out exactly what we needed for our seemingly ever-growing event! Everything was delivered on time, set up promptly, and all rentals were exactly as described! It was amazing to watch our empty field transform into the beautiful wedding space it was. I would choose Baystate Tent again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend them to anyone planning an outdoor event, wedding or otherwise! -

Bay State Tent and Party was very easy to work with. They were prompt with responses to the many questions I had and I loved that their website actually showed the prices of everything they have to rent. It made it so much easier to stick within our budget. They were very communicative with the delivery and pick up of the tent and even called Dig Safe to make sure there were no pipes in the way of the tent poles. There variety of rentable stock and prices made them an easy choice for our wedding!Baystate Tent and Party's reply:

Samantha was so helpful when trying to figure out what we needed for our wedding! She was patient and kind and I would highly recommend her and Baystate to anyone in need of a tent and other decor. I worked with Samantha leading up to our wedding and most importantly, I found her so kind and flexible to work with. Due to Hurricane Lee, we were making changes to our rentals booking just a few days before the wedding, and she was really accommodating and understanding. The entire team was very professional, and we found the pricing was reasonable. I loved how on their website you could see all of the options on there. It's one thing to rent tents, chairs, tables, etc and it's another thing to rent items that are really beautiful and look nice for your wedding day! Would definitely work with Samantha and her team again in the future for other events!Baystate Tent and Party's reply:

Wonderful experience!
We used Baystate Tent for our September wedding. We were very pleased with the delivery and setup for our reception tent, tables and chairs. We also used Samantha as our Day of Coordinator. Sam was so wonderful from day 1. We had regular calls with her where she kept us on track with all of the planning. She did an amazing job coordinating everything with our vendors leading up to and on the wedding day. Any little issue that arose Sam was on top of and found a solution for. We couldn’t be happier having her help us on our wedding day! -

This company is the go-to for all your needs they ask the right questions to make your wedding day special. They are easy to work with and very responsive to all your questions and concerns, they had all the answers to make my wedding day special and perfect. from tent size to types of chairs and tables and all the linens you need as well (All kinds of Colors). it was a hot day and we also received fans as well for our guests to stay cool. I would recommend anyone that needs a tent or something else for your party needs to call Baystate you will not regret your decision.

I am so thrilled with the service we received from Baystate Tent and Party for our wedding. About a month before our wedding we decided to downsize and change venues, moving from an indoor industrial venue to my parent’s backyard. We were able to alter our order and get everything we needed including a 15x30 tent. We added tent sides at the last minute in case of rain and I’m so glad we had them overnight so the tables/chairs didn’t get drenched. The staff we communicated with was excellent and so helpful in getting the right equipment for our new venue. The delivery guys work miracles and are so kind and professional. I was so worried because my parents just had a sprinkler system installed so we couldn’t use spikes and needed the concrete ballasts, somehow they made it up the hill (low incline) and into the backyard. All equipment was great quality and at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend using Baystate for your event rental needs.Baystate Tent and Party's reply:

We used Baystate Tent and Party for our COVID-safe, outdoor wedding this past June. They were extremely professional, helpful, and communicative with each encounter! We got lots of great advice from Samantha and the delivery team was easy to communicate with- things went really smoothly and from our perspective, was so easy. After postponing so many times we decided to do a backyard wedding with only 2 months to go. As soon as I reached out to Baystate they got right back to me! SAMANTHA is SO incredible! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make every detail I wanted work. She’s definitely a huge part of the planning process! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! We used Baystate Tent for our back yard wedding in August 2020. We were so pleased with their services and their selection of rentals. We rented a beautiful white tent, dance floor, gold chairs, tables and linens. Baystate was very flexible as we added on some last minute lighting and electrical cords and rented a generator for extra power just in case! We felt their pricing is very reasonable and it allowed us to upgrade on seating and lighting. Delivery was seamless and very professional. Their phone service was so easy to use if we had a question or wanted to add something on. We have recommended Baystate to our friends and family and will definitely be using them again!Baystate Tent and Party's reply:

Wonderful Team
The team was very quick to respond, and helped in making recommendations for different rental items such as tables and table cloths, size of tent per # people, etc. Great quality. They came well in advance to set the tent up and picked up the following day.Baystate Tent and Party's reply:
