  Wedding karaoke was a hit!

  Joey was an absolute pro with his services. We had set playlists/songs for the pre-ceremony/cocktail hour/dinner background music, the ceremony processional and recessional music that he facilitated without an issue. We also sang for our first dance and he had microphones ready for us to use. The dancing part of the night was the star of the show, where Joey seamlessly transitioned between karaoke and DJ'ed/non-karaoke songs. All of our guests had a wonderful time with the karaoke and Joey helped keep things running smoothly the whole night. The transitions between different locations at the venue for the different scheduled activities (outdoor ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner/cake cutting to dancing indoors) were seamless and our wedding planner + Joey handled those without us even knowing. Highly recommend for weddings in general, and especially if you are planning to do karaoke. We had a blast and our guests did too. Thanks Joey!

  We had a fantastic experience with our wedding DJ, Joey! He was incredibly professional and attentive to our needs from the very beginning. He was great at accommodating last-minute requirements and were always willing to take requests. Although there was no designated dance time for the audience, Joey still managed to create a wonderful atmosphere with the music selection. They seamlessly blended our favorite songs with crowd-pleasers, ensuring everyone had a great time. He also did a fantastic job with the announcements and keeping the event on schedule. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our special day. Highly recommend!

  Great Wedding DJ - responsible, flexible, and cared about the details

  Joey made our vision for the wedding a reality, and everyone had a great time!
  
  From the beginning, Joey was very responsive and paid attention to the details: he answered our questions promptly, and he was willing to work with our venue's sound/music constraints. A few weeks before the wedding, Joey went through the whole timeline with me, double-checking name pronunciations and even the timestamps for starting songs during the processional in the ceremony. On the day of the wedding, I felt comfortable leaving things in Joey's hands since we were on the same page, and it went great: the transitions from ceremony to dinner to dancing & karaoke went smoothly, and Joey was a great MC. My wife and I were especially happy with how the dancing & karaoke turned out: Joey was able to seamlessly switch from playing dance songs to taking karaoke requests, and by the end, we were singing karaoke back-to-back and most of the guests were singing along!

  We worked with Joey and he did a superb job for our wedding. As our DJ, he helped with us on our song list, our timeline and announcements / MC. We got the uplighting service as well, bringing a bit more atmosphere to the dance floor. Joey was able to accommodate song requests made by our guests, some of them were Greek! In a nutshell, the service was amazing, our guests had a blast and the price was right. Highly recommend Joey for your event!

  DJ-Karaoke for informal wedding reception

  From the very start of the process, DJ Joey was very responsive and easy to work with. He was flexible and worked with me regarding the set-up and activity during the reception. His set up was perfect for the small venue and the 40 attendees really liked his music selections for the background ambience. He read the room very well and went with the flo... He also provided some hosting/announcing as needed and made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. Great value for the money - I would definitely use him again for any type of reception and/or company event. Feedback I received the next day from other guests was very positive also!

  Joey was absolutely wonderful to work with, from our first call through our wedding day. He was responsive, flexible, and provided great information and advice throughout the process. On the day of, Joey did so much behind the scenes to work with our coordinator, photographer, caterer, and venue - he kept us on time, seamlessly transitioned from each location in our venue, and managed our timeline perfectly. Our guests said afterwards that they barely ate dessert because the music was too good to stop dancing!

  Joey was the DJ for my wedding! I had a great experience with him. I missed a lot of key points when it came to songs/dances etc. he was so helpful with guiding me in the right direction. He was also extremely flexible the day of the event as timelines were changing rapidly!

  Great DJ! Helped with more than just music!

  Joey was great! He really kept the flow of my wedding going. He helped a lot with the itinerary and helped us stay on schedule. He kept us in the loop before, during and after our big day! I really appreciate all he did and would highly recommend to everyone!

  100% On Point All Night

  Fantastic audio and service! He knew exactly what songs would get people moving, and also took the younger guests into consideration when song requests came up. Everything sounded amazing, and the karaoke addition was a perfect touch.

  He’s a gem!

  I randomly called him up to help me out with a mix tape for my sisters wedding. He was such a gentle man, he made it for me with out charging me a single dollar. A super cool guy and very easy to work with. I would definitely hire him as a DJ.

  Great DJ for our daughter's wedding reception at Harborview Restaurant in SF

  We talked with quite a few DJs in the Bay Area and are so happy with our pick! Joey showed up early, set everything up and we didn't have to worry about a thing! He used our playlists and also took requests from our friends and family at the reception. The only small hiccup was that the wireless microphones didn't work during the toasts, but we really think that was due to the venue's wifi. The party was a huge success and the DJ service played an important role. We would totally pick Bay Area DJ & Karaoke Event Services again and are very glad we did, Thank you!!!

  Kept Us Dancing All Night Long

  We had such luck finding Joey. Or experience was amazing. By the end of the night we had people who claimed they never danced, dancing alongside us. He definitely kept the flow of the wedding and let us relax and follow instead of feeling like we had to be in charge of everything.

We had a few phone conversations during the wedding planning process and I made of list of the songs for the ceremony, dinner, reception, etc and he added some of his own and all song choices followed my requests (family friendly, censoring curse words, etc). He also took requests from guests. I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of! Joey got everything perfectly and my guests danced all night! I would definitely recommend!

  Easygoing, great DJ!

  I had two requests for my DJ...1) play songs from my Spotify playlists and 2) actually take requests from my guests. Joey did this with grace, mixed the songs from my playlist well, and my guests said he was awesome. He talked me through scenarios he's seen and also set up lights that set the party mood. Highly recommend him for any event you have!

  Hard to find a great DJ at a reasonable price, but we were lucky to find Joey. He promptly answered questions. He was on time, generous with his time, consulted with our venue, made special announcements, and did a great job organizing our chosen music.   Best night ever!

  We were somehow one of the lucky ones who were able to have our planned wedding at the beginning of this year before everything shut down. Joey was the best KDJ ever! He has a huge song selection and runs a smooth operation. He was super responsive to emails and calls and explained everything thoroughly before the big day. Everything went smoothly and exactly as he described. All our guests had so much fun, and he made all the transitions between karaoke songs flawless while keeping everyone pumped up. We ended up extending our booking because we didn’t want the night to end. Joey was very accommodating and had previously explained the option to extend. His rates were super reasonable, especially considering general Bay Area and wedding premiums. Book him for your wedding!
