We worked with Mandi for our wedding in April and we couldn't have picked a better venue! Mandi was so helpful in the planning process and allowed us to plan multiple visits to assist us in planning our day! It is the most beautiful property and I can't recommend it enough! We used their airbnb properties for our family, bridesmaids, and groomsman and it made the day stress free having everyone on the property!! Beautiful!
Having our son's wedding at Battle Mountain Farm was the absolute perfect choice. From the day of the tour to the clean-up, this process could not have been smoother or easier. Mandi and her staff were so helpful during every step of the way, and the expectations were clearly communicated. The property is naturally beautiful and well-kept, and the supply of available decorations helped us save money.
I highly recommend the Total Package that includes the Main House, Gazebo, Horse Stable, New Event Barn, and Grounds. This gives flexibility with housing and time to decorate and set up at a more leisurely pace. Mandi's experience as venue manager for this specific location for the last 10 years helped us in so many ways. She has a depth of knowledge of what works well and what does not work. Even with a threat of rain (for our outdoor ceremony), Mandi and her staff did not panic and had the indoor contingency plan ready.
We are so thankful we chose Battle Mountain Farm and cannot speak highly enough about our experience.

Incredible wedding venue
I am so glad we found Battle Mountain Farm for our wedding. The grounds and buildings are beautiful. The staff are incredible and truly worked to help us have the best day…even when the weather decided to not cooperate right before the ceremony. The most perfect day l
I may be a little biased because it was my wedding, but this place was absolutely beautiful and the whole day was perfect. The coordinator and all of the staff were so helpful and made the whole day run smoothly. The decorations that they have available for use was awesome and added to the beautiful venue. We loved the property. It is gorgeous out there but not hard to find. We also used the airbnb on the hill the night before, and they were very accommodating there. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for your next event. It was worth every penny. You won’t have to worry about anything the day of because they have it taken care of. They are very professional, timely, and all around a create place.

Most Magical Wedding!
Battle Mountain Farm was the best venue we could have chose and we were so pleased with communication and flexibility leading up to the big day and during all the pre planning. Battle Mountain and staff are amazing! They were so accommodating and willing to do whatever was needed to make sure the wedding was a success. We absolutely LOVED everything about our experience and wedding weekend at Battle Mountain Farm. From our very first meeting there we knew it would be amazing. Mandi was so responsive and went above and beyond for us. We had our rehearsal dinner at the farmhouse and it was PERFECT. For our wedding, the girls got ready in the farmhouse and the men were at the cabin. We had our ceremony outside in front of the pond and it was so beautiful. Cocktail hour was at the farmhouse and the reception was in the event barn. Everything went as planned and Mandi and her staff didn’t skip a beat. I couldn’t imagine our wedding anywhere else. We are so thankful for finding this venue! We couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Amazing Experience at Battle Mountain
I honestly can't recommend Battle Mountain Farm highly enough. The scenery and 1800's farmhouse were exactly what we pictured for our wedding, but the support and kindness of the staff was just the cherry on top. If I could get married there again I would, but let's hope the one time was plenty ;)
We were married during the COVID pandemic and needed everything to be held outdoors. Throughout the entire planning process, Mandi could not have been more patient and was so helpful throughout our entire weekend. We held our rehearsal dinner AND wedding here and I wouldn't have changed a single thing.

Battle Mountain Farms was an absolute dream venue. From the moment you get there everyone is so welcoming and wants to make your special day happen just as you imagine. Mandi and her team are so easy to communicate with and go above and beyond to make sure the day is seamless. The venue itself has many options for ceremonies both indoor and outdoor, has a variety of decorations included you can borrow (saving lots of money), and has apartments/houses for the bridal party or family to stay on site. I 1000% recommended this venue for any event.

Gorgeous Venue
If you are looking for a gorgeous outdoor/indoor venue then Battle Mountain Farm is perfect. They have several packages to fit anyone’s needs. We had our wedding on May 1, 2021 and everything was perfect. The staff are all very friendly and responsive. Mandi was such a delight to work with and always responded to me or my coordinator quickly. We had our ceremony out side and the reception the barn. Me and my bridesmaids took over the main house while the guys used the cabin on the ground ms to get ready. I lived everything about this place and I’m so happy we picked it right after our first visit.

I couldn’t imagine a better venue. Mandy, the venue coordinator is very prompt, professional, and pleasant. She went above and beyond with helping for our special day. I’m always late... it’s a horrible character flaw but she was always patient. The venue is gorgeous! Plenty of space for any event. Our guest loved how beautiful the scenery was. Our wedding was 4/3/21 and the weather could not have been more pleasurable, which made for the location to be more breath taking on the day. The price was very competitive and even better that there are hourly prices. If you are anywhere close to this venue, I definitely recommend it!

When my husband and I toured Battle Mountain Farm we were in love. We instantly knew it would be the place we would get married. The venue itself is stunning and the people that work there are even better. Mandi and Denise made sure we had the most special wedding day and rehearsal. I can’t recommend this venue enough!! It also photographs really well. Is peaceful, has wild life and plenty of room to park! There are also multiple options to have your ceremony and reception. My Dream Venue
The first time that I visited Battle Mountain Farm, I knew it was the venue for me. For years I have dreamed of having a barn wedding and this venue made my dreams come true. The first time that I walked into the barn, it was set up for a wedding. I could already imagine walking into the barn with my dad, the sliding barn door opening, and walking down the aisle to marry my Prince Charming. My mom and I toured several venues; however, nothing compared to the beauty and versatility of Battle Mountain. By the time that my husband toured the venue, I had already made up my mind that I wanted to get married at Battle Mountain. Lucky for me, he loved the venue, too.
We had an incredible experience with Battle Mountain Farm. Mandi and the other staff were so helpful and accommodating. They made sure that we were able to flip the barn for the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception on our wedding weekend. Mandi also made several helpful suggestions and was always willing to work with us.
Battle Mountain has so much to offer compared to other venues. From the event barn to the stables, the main house to the guest house and the guest cabin, the property is so beautiful and versatile to make anyone’s wedding dreams come true.
Thank you to Battle Mountain for a perfect wedding weekend! My husband and I cannot wait to come back and visit this little piece of heaven on earth!

Fall wedding at Battle Mountain Farm
We recently held our wedding at Battle Mountain Farm on Labor Day Weekend. With COVID still being prevalent and this being a destination wedding, our guest list was knocked down a bit and we ended up having a guest count of about 45 people. This was a great number for us but the venue could have easily accommodated another 100 people if needed. Everything from the farmhouse and bridal suite that us girls used to get ready, to the cabin that the groom and groomsmen got ready in to their waterfront ceremony site and beautiful reception barn was perfect. The farmhouse and green pastures make for beautiful photos and it was so nice to have the ceremony site, cocktail hour location and reception location all in one spot. Mandy and the rest of the team at Battle Mountain were such a pleasure to work with. They were quick to respond with any questions we had and very accommodating. We are so glad we found Battle Mountain and so thankful to everyone who helped make our day so great!

We looked at several venues before visiting Battle Mountain Farm. As soon as we drove over the hill, we saw panoramic views of the event barn, outdoor ceremony space, White House, and beautiful pond. To say we fell in love at first sight is an understatement. Mandi helped us make some decisions that helped Battle Mountain Farm fit in our budget and was so accommodating in letting us come visit the property as we got closer to the wedding so we could flesh out final details. They have lots of decorations on site that are available to use, so we didn't have to buy many decorations ourselves. Mandi helped us set up for both our rehearsal dinner and ceremony/reception, and both nights ended up PERFECT! We could not have been happier with choosing Battle Mountain Farm for our wedding.

The best venue
The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, all of the guests kept commenting on how gorgeous the scenery was! Mandi was a pleasure to work with, she took our vision and made it come to life. We had to make a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. We loved that there were houses on site we could rent for the bridal party to stay after. I would recommend her, and BM Farms, to anyone looking for somewhere to host an event.

Mandi at BMF was the most kind and easy to work with Wedding Coordinator I dealt with in my venue search. The Battle Mountain Venue speaks for itself, however Mandi sealed the deal for me in my search. She made the stress of the process dissipate, with many rental options for any budget, and TONS of FREE decor options available to use. My DIY wedding dreams came true!

Wedding of my dreams!
Battle Mountain was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! Mandi and the team made everything run smoothly! I would recommend to anyone for the excellent service but also the BEAUTIFUL venue! We used the main barn for the ceremony and dinner and was able to do a switch, and used the horse barn for cocktail hour.

Reasonable, Beautiful, Perfect
The only venue we looked at. We paid for the 2-day package and it was 100% worth it.
We loved being able to decorate and prep the day before and also have our rehearsal dinner at the sweetest, white house on the property.
Can I go back? Love this place.

Absolutely AMAZING venue!!
We could not have dreamed of a better Venue to have our wedding at! It was exactly what we were looking for, great pricing, and wonderful staff! We loved that there were multiple packages and multiple places to stay. Our wedding party and family were able to stay at the venue making it so easy! Everything turned out perfect and a big part of that was because we had such a beautiful venue and great staff to work with! I highly suggest BMF!!

My Dreamy Day!
Choosing Battle Mountain as our wedding venue was one of our best decisions! It was perfect for friends and family to gather and have a blast. Our ceremony was in front of the lake, we had a picturesque cocktail hours with oysters outside under string lights, and then dinner and dancing in the barn.
We felt at home and taken care of! It was truly the most dreamy day! Mandi was a pleasure to work with!

The perfect wedding venue
We are absolutely in love with battle mountain farm from their beautiful mainhouse overlooking the lake to their elegant and rustic barn it is stunning! Mandi was so awesome in answering a billion of my questions and taking the time to make sure we had everything set up and perfect for the wedding! She was the best and so extremely helpful! We are so happy that we found battle Mountain farm for our wedding because it was perfect for us!!!!

It was the best venue ever ,everyone loved it and the groom was sold on how clean and the restrooms had real towels and not paper ,The cost was very affordable and they had plenty of parking and staff to help the day of . And being able to bring in our on caterer etc was a plus .It also needed very little decoration to make it the best ever ..

Simply magical...
We held our wedding at BM in late August of this year (2019). We had originally planned for an outdoor ceremony by the pond (because it’s freakin’ gorgeous!) but due to iffy rainy weather, we opted to move everything into the event barn (which is also soooo dreamy!) Despite not having my outdoor ceremony like I originally wanted, our wedding was nothing short of magical! Mandi and the rest of the BM staff are rockstars! The venue is absolutely breathtaking, and much more budget friendly than other venues we found in our search for “the one.” I wish I could just relive my wedding day there over and over. I can’t say enough about this place and the amazing people who run the show there.

Seriously the best
For my husband and I, we are so laid back and just wanted a chill wedding that felt like we invited our friends and family to a backyard bbq to chill and hang out and get to know people and have fun! And honestly this place in the beautiful countryside was perfect. You could dress it up super fancy and make it eloquent or just leave it as is for a rustic farm/barn look. We choose the latter for simplicity sake and it looked stunning. Plus Mandi was literally the best to work with. She answered all our questions promptly and went above and beyond even day of the wedding to ensure everything went without a glitch. Thank you so much battle mountain!!!
Oh! Also they have lodging onsite (affordable for sure!!) so all our immediate family stayed there the night before and night of the wedding which definitely helped make sure everyone was on time for photos and ceremony and such!
They even have some decor you can use if you don’t feel like buying it/owning your own! That made this easy going bride SO happy to know I could just return it back to the venue and not have to bring it home and be stuck with it!!
They also have many different spaces you can use indoors or outdoors, with a beautiful pond and gorgeous countryside scenery!!
They are so flexible with caterers and bringing your own alcohol (everything must be certified of course - bartenders, caterers etc) but it was so easy. Thank you Mandi!!!

This venue and all the staff are amazing!!
We got married on May 20th and it was amazing!! It was a Monday, and they were so flexible with the prices because it was a weekday. The staff is absolutely amazing, and got back so quickly. They had everything we needed at the venue (props, arbor, drapery, lights, chairs), and if they didn’t have it themselves, they had a great recommendation for someone who did. The venue is beautiful, especially at night and the lake and trees and classic porches and outdoor feel made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Definitely would recommend this venue!

Excellent customer service, very flexible with venue visits. I wasn’t able to secure my originally planned wedding date but we worked together to schedule another date that worked for me and the venues availability. I love the gorgeous property and all the lodging options for me and my wedding party.
Mandi and BMF made my wedding weekend everything I could have dreamed of an more. I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the staff.

One word - perfect!
Where do I start?! I honestly start to cry thinking about this day and how everything worked out. I don't think I would be as obsessed with our wedding if it wasn't for Battle Mountain Farms. The property is beyond beautiful and the ease of having our rehearsal dinner there, then the ceremony and so on... just perfect. Our wedding was 2 weeks ago and the weather was a huge concern but Mandi helped us with every back up plan possible! Guests were stunned by the beauty of the barn and decorations were pretty minimal. I would strongly suggest a Saturday wedding. Having the luxury of setting up Friday was a HUGE help especially with all of my DIY. They provide plenty of options depending your budget which is nice and plenty of accommodations for guests. We rented out the Guest House and the Cabin and it helped a stressful bride like me stay calm regarding travel especially the night of the wedding. Book soon! You won't regret it!

Beautiful rustic country/barn Wedding
Battle mountain farm is a beautiful venue in rural College Grove. The venue itself was away from any roads and down in a “valley”. We had our ceremony outside in front of the pond and then the reception inside the huge, beautiful barn. The staff were super helpful and attentive to our wants and needs for our special day, and were also available in the months leading up to the wedding for visits and feedback and information as we needed it. The day of, they set everything up how we wanted it. The farm house is spacious and has an area for both the groomsmen and bridal party to get ready separately. We rented the cabin on the back of the property to stay in on our wedding night and it was so special and sweet. We would highly recommend Battle Mountain to anyone who wants a rustic but very nice wedding experience!

The contact, Mandi, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was extremely flexible for any site visits my husband and I wanted to plan, and was always very quick to respond to emails. Mandi was extremely kind and generous. Anything I needed, she ensured I had or would help me find the resources to get what I needed with a smile. The venue is BEAUTIFUL, and the property is BEAUTIFUL!!! It made it easy to have our dream wedding! We fell in love with the fireplace located in the barn. We also loved the fields and lake on the property! We worked with Mandi, and she was soo so responsive and helpful! One of my favorite parts about the venue is that there is a home, cabin, and apartment on the property. My husband and I are actually from out of town so it was super convenient to have a place for us and our bridal party to stay on location! There is also a beautiful home that you can use for the rehearsal dinner and it has a beautiful bridal suite! I loved that we were able to have the rehearsal with friends and family, then a lot of us were able to sleep on the property. As an excited bride, I woke up before anyone else. I was able to sit and look at the beautiful property before anyone else was awake, or any guests or vendors had arrived. It was a sweet experience to get to rest and prepare before the rest of our friends and family arrived!
One thing my parents were so thankful and kept sharing with others was that the prices were so reasonable and worth every penny! There are a couple different options for pricing which is helpful for everyone!!!

Our daughter's wedding was at Battle Mountain Farm March 2018. It was fabulous. The scenery was gorgeous. The service was excellent. Everyone was easy to work with and the venue was beautiful. Being there is like going back in time to simpler, more relaxing days. And relaxing is how the staff at BMF makes your event. They are on hand to help any way they can. I would not have changed a thing. It is an amazing venue for any special occasion and I highly recommend them.

Battle Mountain is a wonderful place! The owner didn’t have much interaction except for day of and the trash disposal was difficult to organize, but those were the only small complaints. The cabins the party stayed in and the cabin on the hill we stayed in were wonderful. Taylor was amazing to work with throughout everything and the staff setting up on day of was amazing. Beautiful scenery and they will basically set up exactly how you like it. Our guests kept saying how beautiful it was and we couldn’t have been any happier!!!

They made our day that much more special for us, they went above and beyond for everyone. When we started touring venues everyone told us "no you cant do this, no you can't do that". Battle Mountain was a constant "yes, we can help with that, yes, you can do that. Anything you want, it's your day!" 5 stars doesn't give them enough justice! Highly recommended :)

Our event date is not until the end of May, but our group has been working with Taylor since fall planning a Graduation Night event for our seniors. I cannot recommend Battle Mountain Farm and Taylor enough--she is incredibly professional, but also very personable and she truly takes a sincere interest in details and needs of each event. Held my daughters wedding there. The Hatchers and Taylor were very accomodating. Barn was the perfect size for what we needed. We had rented the house for the rehearsal dinner. The fireplace, pond, barn, carriage pictures at this venue came out beautiful. We also rented the cabin for the night at it is beautiful with a wonderful view in yhe morning. They have vendors they deal with..We selected our own which was a cost savings vs other venues. The photographer stated that with the way they did the ceiling with the tin and fireplace the lighting was beautiful for pictures.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to hold the most important day of my life, so far! Taylor was fantastic (and has been since) to work with and the owners are lovely. I love it!

They have been so nice and easy to work with! After grtting horrible customer service with another local venue to be treated to perfectly we could not have even looked anywhere else! We can not wait fr the rest of the planning process and for our big day!

This venue and the Hatchers are absolutely fantastic. I immediately received a response when I inquired about pricing and details. Taylor was very accommodating when it came to meeting up to view the space and quickly got back to me with my thousands of questions through email. My fiance and I are so excited to celebrate here next year. The event barn is so beautiful on its own that we hardly feel the need to use a bunch of decor. Working out the details for our special day, and rehearsal dinner quickly became an easy task thankfully because Battle Mountain Farms makes it easy to clarify all we could need or want out of a venue.

Battle Mountain Farm is a breath-taking venue that’s affordable and all around such a great place. A HUGE shout out to Taylor! From when we booked to weekend of she was super responsive and worked with us anytime we wanted to see the property. I don’t know what we would have done without Taylor bc I don’t know who anyone else really is . I also talked to the security staff and the cleaning crew day of and the crew who set up everything and they were amazing. I met the owner for a second on wedding day, Wish we would have met before. And she’s pretty particular on changes but because we had a Sunday wedding the cleaning up at night was a little more flexible which was nice. We rented the whole place and the cabins were awesome. Great for wedding party and for us bride and groom. We did our first look at the bride and groom cabin on the hill and that was wonderful. Only major complaint is the trash removal. The times on when it’s open never work with a wedding at night. There is no way to take the trash to the dumpster after the wedding. So that was our only major problem. Definitely book here though. Can’t beat the views:)

A dream come true
We just recently got married at this venue and it was the perfect place. From the charming atmosphere to the wonderful Mandy...Planning an event here was made so simple for us. They always tried their best to accommodate and help us any chance they got! I would recommend this venue to anyone for any type of event !

It was the perfect place for our wedding. They were there to help out and provide extra service to make the day go smooth.

Taylor did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and accommodations! She was always available for anything that we needed. It was beautiful! The only set back was if you did your own decor, you had to have everything cleaned up before midnight. That was a little stressful for friends and family, otherwise things were great!
