Best Decision Ever!

We came to BRCC with the idea that we wanted to do a quick elopement and then a luncheon with friends and family. As you can guess, we quickly changed our minds after working with Jessica - we ended up booking an entire day affair and it was the BEST decision we could have done. We also had our rehearsal dinner with Tavern XXVI on the patio the night before!

Although we planned our wedding in 9 months, Basking Ridge Country Club hit everything out of the park. They obviously helped us with so much, but what was even more important to us is that they treated our parents, grandmother and siblings like their own family, and checked in with them frequently to make sure they were okay, or to see if they needed anything throughout the weekend.

The food was awesome on both days of the weekend thanks to Chef Angel and Daniel - but we knew it would be amazing since we frequent the restaurant all the time.

If I could go over and do my wedding weekend again, I would choose Basking Ridge Country Club a million times over!

Where do I even begin? 10/10

My husband and I got married at Basking Ridge Country Club on October 6th, 2024. It was the most incredible day of our lives. From the start of our first meeting, I knew this was where I wanted to have our special day. Everything was beautifully modern, they'd recently renovated the indoor space and the grounds were exceptionally kept which were big selling points for us. We'd originally met with Stephanie who was very kind and professional. She answered all our questions and gave a tour of the venue. She explained all of the packages they offered and didn't make us feel any pressure to book with them, which made me want to book there ASAP. I ended up contacting her later that day to book just so I had time to think and they had our perfect date available so it truly worked out. Jessica, who ended up taking over for Stephanie was so accommodating and friendly. She was just as communicative and helped us plan the day down to the smallest details. She gave me peace of mind when I was worried that everything wouldn't go the way that I wanted. (The day was perfect)
The whole staff at Basking Ridge Country Club is wonderful. On your wedding day, they literally treat you like royalty to make sure you have the absolute best day of your life. They brought everything to us if we needed it, and checked in the whole day to make sure everything was running smoothly. I can honestly go on and on about why you should have your wedding here but nobody has time for that. If you're looking for a great venue with great packages/prices, amazing food, perfect staff, and picturesque views then this is your place. Thank you Jessica & the rest of the staff! You made our wedding day PERFECT!

Wedding Review

We had the most magical wedding reception at Basking Ridge Country Club! We are especially grateful to BRCC’s Wedding Coordinator, Stephanie, for helping every step of the way to bring our perfect day to life. She was a complete joy to work with, extremely prompt in response to all our questions, and invaluable in making our fall wedding vision a reality.

Our guests are still raving about our wedding from how it had the most impressive cocktail hour they have ever seen to the delicious entrees to the beautiful table settings and the jam packed dance floor all night. Did we mention the food was UNBELIEVABLE!? Our wedding day was an absolute dream. We hope all of our friends have their future weddings at BRCC so we can enjoy the magic again!

Incredible Wedding Venue

BRCC was amazing to work with, Stephanie was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She worked so well with my mother and me from our first visit to my wedding day. All my guests still rave about the venue (but especially the cocktail hour food)! I cannot recommend BRCC enough.

Absolutely Incredible

I truly don’t have enough words to describe just how incredible our experience was with the Basking Ridge Country Club for our wedding. From the moment we met Stephanie when we toured the venue for the first time, we knew it was our place to get married. We had a 2 year engagement, so we had A LOT of interactions & questions with mostly Stephanie, (and Jessica when Stephanie wasn’t available). Every time we spoke to her we felt reassured and a sense of calm that can’t be explained. Anything we went to her with, whether it was a concern, question, request, anything - she was cool calm and collected. She made every effort to make sure our day was as perfect as it turned out to be - and she beyond succeeded. You can tell that Stephanie truly loves what she does, and that this is her passion. Her attention to detail is amazing. She truly feels like family to us after all of this planning & our beautiful day.
As far as the country club - it’s stunning. We fell in love with it before the renovations, and after the interior was redone - we still absolutely loved it. The scenery and grounds outside are breathtaking- no matter what time of year. The food is absolutely out of this world. All of our guests had nothing but great things to say about both the quality and quantity of everything from our cocktail hour, to dinner, to our cake (they work with Calandras Bakery - and this is enough to use them as a venue all on its own!) The staff who worked our wedding (servers, bartenders, etc.) were the kindest, most attentive people I’ve ever met. They made sure not only my husband and I were taken care of, but every single one of our 120 guests. Menz the maître d was constantly checking in with us to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. They also all worked so well with all of our vendors from florist to photographer to DJ - it was truly the best day of our lives. If we had to do it again, we would 100% go to BRCC all over again. Stephanie & everyone else - we cannot thank you enough. This day wouldn’t have been what it was without you all!

Magnificent!

Stephanie and the entire staff at Basking Ridge Country Club did an outstanding job of making my husbands and my wedding dreams come true. From the second we first visited the venue we knew this was where we’d get married. The warmth & genuine kindness that we received during the entire planning process is undeniable. Not one detail was missed, and thanks to everyone involved, we had an amazing night with everyone we love! Thanks again, BRCC, we will be sure to visit soon!

Perfect from start to finish!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to the BRCC and their amazing coordinator, Stephanie, and her colleague, Jessica! When I got engaged, I narrowed down my search to 9 venues and scheduled tours for 6. BRCC was the first venue I saw and after the tour, I canceled the rest of them. I knew I wanted something classic, modern, and elegant and the BRCC was that and more! After we signed the contract, they renovated and now have beautiful wooden floors and neutral colors throughout, which matched the aesthetic of my wedding. Stephanie was easy to work with, always answering my emails in a timely manner. She took care of us at our menu tasting, led the rehearsal, and was on top of everything on the day of. Our ceremony was outside on the golf course. Everyone kept saying how gorgeous and open the cocktail hour area was and how delicious the food was. The staff, in particular the bartenders, were fabulous as well. The BRCC is a hidden gem that I would highly recommend for future brides!

You can’t beat the service!

Absolutely fantastic wedding venue. From start to finish over 2 years, Stephanie was amazing. The venue was beautiful for a summer wedding outside by the tent, and then we moved inside for the reception. The staff was all very attentive, and the food was AMAZING! We did a brunch and absolutely loved everything served. A truly amazing wedding venue that we would recommend to anyone!

What a beautiful venue!!

If I could give more stars, I would!! Basking Ridge Country Club Catering went ABOVE & BEYOND for our cocktail hour and reception!! The food was the BEST we ever had at a wedding! I wish I had more!! The cocktail hour menu was spectacular, and the room setup was PERFECT!! Stephanie was so helpful when scheduling our food tasting, menu and linen selection and even for the day of our event! We saw some friends last weekend and they raved about the food! The ballroom was so elegantly decorated and it was everything we wanted for our reception! The staff was so attentive and we would book another event at Basking Ridge Country Club in a heartbeat!

Wonderful experience!

My husband and I are so happy that we chose this venue. The pictures came out beautiful, the food was so delicious, and the set up was amazing. Jessica Quesada helped us every step of the way and also went above and beyond when it came to our decoration set up which she helped us with. The servers made sure that our guests were taken care of and even the servers assigned to us were making sure that our food was served warm. I would highly recommend this venue for couples looking for a place to celebrate the first night of their lives together.

Our Wedding

As soon as we walked through the doors, I knew this was our venue! Basking Ridge Country Club is absolutely beautiful and we are so happy we had our wedding there! Jessica was amazing from answering emails, phone calls and helping the day of! Everyone raved about how excellent the food was, and how great the service was! The weather held up and we were able to have our ceremony outside on the practice green which was beautiful! Our guests were kept in the tent until right before the ceremony started due to the heat which was great! We highly recommend this venue and couldn’t be happier!

Best Day Ever

From the second we walked into BRCC, we knew it was the place we wanted to have our wedding. We hadn’t even scheduled a tour but stopped in on a whim and everything was very clean and our questions were answered right on the spot. Both Stephanie and Jess made us feel special and helped us with every little question for the next year. We were treated like royalty the day of the wedding. The food and drinks were amazing. So many people told us it was the best wedding they’ve been to in awhile. We’re so thankful for finding the country club!

10/9/21 wedding

We cannot recommend BRCC enough! Everything about our wedding day was amazing. We were a covid couple and were pushed back from October 2020. Of course it was rocky as every couple due to get married in that time was but Jessica did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable with every decision we made. All of our details were smooth and fantastic from dropping off my DIY centerpieces and other decor to picking it up all super easy. Jessica was available for every phone call and email. I’m personally not super creative or able to envision things but she gave us great recommendations and tips to
make my wedding dreams come true. The food! OMG cocktail hour and dinner were amazing. We got so many compliments from guests about how great the food is.

An Amazing Experience!

There are not enough positive things I can say about the experience I had planning my wedding at the Basking Ridge Country Club! From the moment I walked in for my first visit Stephanie made me feel comfortable and taken care of! Every planning meeting, call and email was handled as I was their only Bride!
The flow of the actual wedding day was flawless! Stephanie & Jessica were on site the entire time and the full staff was amazing! Every request was in place - every I dotted and every T crossed.

I believe three things really make a wedding memorable for guests - the atmosphere/decor, the food and the Bride & Groom. BRCC delivered on everything under their control - the atmosphere and the food!! My Husband and I would not change a thing!!

Beautiful wedding venue with exceptional staff!

Everything and everyone at Basking Ridge was amazing! The catering sales manager, Stephanie, was soo helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Stephanie and her staff set up all of our decor perfectly and really eased our worries by letting us know they had it all under control.
The ballroom looked so amazing. There was so much food and it was all delicious. They really listened to everything we asked for and it was executed perfectly. Our ceremony was outside on the green and the October day was BEAUTIFUL!. We have no complaints and would definitely recommend this venue for a great place with fair prices

The Perfect Wedding Day

We had our wedding at the Basking Ridge Country Club this past Friday and it was everything we could have imagined. We worked with Stephanie from the very beginning and she was amazing. We had to postpone our reception from 2020 to 2021 and we had no issues at all. Stephanie was extremely responsive and so easy to work with. The food was delicious. The venue was gorgeous. The scenery was perfect for pictures, inside and out. Our guests all had a wonderful time and were so happy to be able to celebrate. I highly recommend this venue!

All around amazing

My husband and I just got married at the basking ridge country club this past Friday 10/1/21 and it was phenomenal. All of the food was amazing; a lot of our guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had! The staff at the basking ridge country club did everything to accommodate my husband and I and assure that we were taken care of. I highly recommend having a wedding there, especially if you are looking for good food, a lovely atmosphere and wonderful staff. I cannot say enough good things.

Sept 17 2021 Wedding

We had our post wedding reception in the outside tent and macadam and we had a MAGICAL time. Steph and Kate took care of us and made sure we ate and were hydrated. Our family and friends really enjoyed the food, drinks and the overall energy.

It was a smooth process from the day we booked to the party. The communication was great. They made this whole wedding planning process so much easier and less stressful.

Amazing rehearsal dinner

The staff did an outstanding job to ensure that our rehearsal dinner was perfect! They worked with us in rescheduling the dinner due to Covid. BRCC was very flexible in offering alternate dates and other solutions. The event space was lovely. The food was delicious and the bartender and wait staff were awesome! Highly recommend BRCC for special occasion events.

Wonderful Wedding!

Rescheduling our wedding during a pandemic was a rollercoaster but Stephanie and the team at BRCC helped us navigate and plan a beautiful June reception. Incredible Wedding!!

My husband and I recently had our wedding at Basking Ridge Country Club and everything was amazing! We were originally supposed to get married in September, but ended up postponing. Stephanie, our coordinator at the venue, was so great working with us when we decided to postpone and really helped us through that difficult decision. She was so fantastic throughout the entire planning process! Always available to answer questions and allowed us to pick the menu and add-on things that we really wanted. We received SO many compliments from our guests on our wedding from the beautiful venue, to the food and the service. We are so happy with our wedding and everything was truly incredible. Can’t recommend Basking Ridge CC and Stephanie enough!

The best wedding venue

I loooove this venue and the people who work there are fantastic! This was the first place we looked at for our wedding on 6/12/21 and we booked it immediately. Our dream wedding at the Basking Ridge Country Club

Wow. Where do I begin?! We had the most perfect, dreamy, marvelous wedding at the Basking Ridge Country Club - all thanks to the incredible BRCC team! From the very beginning, Stephanie went above and beyond to help coordinate, plan, and organize the wedding day with me. She was so responsive and replied to crazy amounts of emails from me trying to plan the details. On the day-of, everything went incredibly smoothly thanks to her impeccable guidance, positivity, and organization.

All the other team members we worked with, from the maitre d' to the barstaff and waiters, were all incredibly friendly and efficient - constantly making sure guests were happy with a drink (or food) in hand.

Despite COVID-19, the BRCC helped us celebrate a beautiful and safe wedding ceremony and reception. They went above and beyond to make the day special despite COVID-19 restrictions (i.e. serving plates of appetizers to each table instead of passing them around, offering a post-dessert "food-truck-esque" food item to take to-go, and so much more).

On top of the incredible customer service and experience, the BRCC is gorgeous venue. We had a perfect fall day, and the areas around the BRCC were stunning for our wedding photos. While it is a golf course, there are plenty of areas to take photos without the golf course in the photos. The tent where we had the reception was beautiful and spacious, too.

We are beyond thankful for the BRCC and their amazing team!!! Endless thanks for helping us have the most beautiful wedding of our dreams.

Christmas Wedding

Basking Ridge Country Club was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! We had our wedding there in December and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a winter wedding. The venue was decorated for Christmas and with it's three fireplaces, you immediately felt at home in a glamorous winter wonderland as you walked in (not to mention the beautiful view of the mountains from the cocktail hour space). All of the food was delicious and they have so many options for couples to choose from in order to have the menu reflect their own taste on their special day. We worked with Jessica who was extremely helpful from start to finish and was always there to answer our questions and support our various special requests. If you are looking to host a wedding with great food, a beautiful space, and helpful staff without breaking the bank, I would absolutely recommend the Basking Ridge Country Club.

Great Experience! And SO MUCH FOOD!

We had our October wedding here and it was surreal!! We loved Jessica who helped us every step of the way and answered all 1000 of my questions. And the amount of food we were able to offer our guests was phenomenal! We also loved this venue because we did not have to lift a finger. They took care of everything - food, bar, basic decorations, rehearsal, and everything in between. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Our Dream Wedding! Thank you Jessica and BRCC!

We had such an incredible wedding day thanks to Jessica Quesada and The Basking Ridge Country Club! My husband and I were looking to have a reception close to home (in Basking Ridge) and also close to The Church of Saint James (also in Basking Ridge). We couldn't have picked a better place! It was the most relaxed, special, and perfect summer wedding! Jessica was FABULOUS and on top of everything! We received a folder that gave us all of the information we needed to organize our payments, guest list, menu choices, and special requests! Our tasting was AMAZING! We loved all the food! The grounds were perfect for pictures and the Delicious Heights Outpost was a great place for our guests to spend an hour before our reception started! Affordable, beautiful, and zero stress! Beautiful outdoor August wedding

I can get a bit crazy with details but Stephanie and her team answered all my questions and handled everything perfectly. There was nothing we had to worry about on the day of. They are super organized and experienced and will guide you throughout the whole planning process and day of. We loved our outdoor ceremony and tent wedding. Food was great as well. Amazing Service!

The Basking Ridge Country Club was amazing! Jessica, our wedding coordinator made the day so special! They orchestrated every detail and made the day so easy for us! The food and service was fantastic!

Amazing venue and wonderful staff

My husband and I loved everything about this venue from the day that we saw it. Jessica our wedding coordinator was incredible and answered all of my questions. Everything was beautiful and the staff made my husband and I feel like royalty. We took some of our pictures before and during the beginning of our cocktail hour, so the staff made us a special plate with various foods from our cocktail hour so that we could enjoy some of our food in the bridal suite privately before going to be with our guests because they knew it would be difficult to eat once we mingled with them. They also always made sure that we had everything that we needed through out the night and accommodated our every wish.

It was the best day of our lives thanks to BRCC and its staff for everything that they have done and for being so easy and wonderful to work with.

A perfect experience

My wife and I couldn't ask for anything more from the venue!! They were totally accommodating and made our special day go perfectly. We highly recommend Basking Ridge Country Club to any couple looking to for a venue to host their wedding. Food was great, the service was impeccable, and the staff was completely on the ball. The wedding coordinator and her staff was very responsive as well... Everything was perfect.

Beautiful venue and great staff

My husband and I absolutely loved the venue. Jessica was great to work with- she was extremely helpful and responsive. The venue accommodated us with everything we asked for. Our guests had a wonderful time and we loved every moment of it.

Wonderful Wedding Reception

I would not hesitate to recommend BRCC to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Danielle , Stephanie, and Jessica were all amazing to work with. Everyone is very accommodating and responsive. Our guests raved about the food and overall venue. I hope someone else I know gets married there so we can go back!

My husband and I had our reception at BRCC on 6/2/2018 and could not be happier with our venue! We worked with Danielle from the beginning, and she was amazing! She was quick to respond to emails and answered all our questions. Everyone we met leading up to and on the day of the wedding was extremely professional. The views from the ball room are gorgeous – our guests took advantage of the outside deck. The room itself looked elegant and perfect. We got a lot of compliments on the cocktail hour food and the dinner as well. Danielle and the maître d’ were both wonderful on the day of the wedding, and we were never without water, drinks, or food. This venue is also very reasonably priced for the outstanding service and quality that are included. We definitely recommend Basking Ridge Country Club as the perfect wedding venue!

My daughter had her wedding at Basking Ridge CC on June 23rd. They exceeded all of our expectations and did a wonderful job. The ceremony was on the golf course and the reception was in the tent. We used the vendors that Baking ridge suggested and everyone went above and beyond. Danielle is the best and made sure every detail was attended to.

We booked our wedding with Danielle a year and a half ago, and we are so happy we did. The basking ridge country club is absolutely beautiful, we got married outside, had our cocktail hour in the tent, and our reception in the ballroom. Everyone could not believe how perfect and beautiful everything was, from the setting, and the food, we definitely had the most beautiful day ever. Everyone at the club was so helpful and kind, but Danielle was absolutely the best. She was on top of every single thing we needed throughout the planning process, and the day of our wedding she was there every step of the way. She truly made planning a wedding stress free and fun, and everyone in my bridal party couldn't get over how wonderful she was. If you need a different, beautiful wedding venue look no further, getting married at the BRCC was definitely one of the best decisions we ever made.

We had a June wedding under the BRCC Tent. It could not have been more perfect! Everything was seamless - Stephanie was unbelievably helpful. The tent has fans, cute cafe lights, AND AC! They let our party guests go outside on to lounge and play lawn games. What about bathrooms? They have a wonderfully maintained trailer with multi stalled mens and womens rooms - super clean and perfect for the event. The staff so attentive and so nice! They kept us fed and found my groom a red bull after he had requested one. Cannot say enough kind words!

Basking Ridge Country Club made all of our wedding dreams come true. We worked with Stephanie Bailey and she was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. She was helpful, responsive, and set our minds at ease that everything would be taken care of properly every step of the way. You can tell that she truly loves her job and puts everything into giving couples the wedding of their dreams. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour food, drinks were always full, the service was wonderful, and I can honestly say everything went perfectly for our wedding reception. They made us feel like a king and a queen and what more could we possibly ask for. The BRCC cocktail hour space and ball room are modern, beautiful, and elegantly decorated. The outside space is beautiful with plenty of locations for bridal party pictures. BRCC took care of setting up all of my decorations and everything truly looked amazing. They offer fantastic packages at a price you absolutely cannot beat in this central NJ area.

We had our wedding at Basking Ridge Country Club on 9/16/17 and couldn't have asked for a better partnership throughout the entire process. Danielle was extremely professional and super responsive (as in she would write back to my emails literally within minutes), and always just a phone call away. She kept me at ease throughout the entire planning process, and kept up with all of our ever-changing requests and was patient and guiding (but never pushing) when we were indecisive about certain aspects of our wedding. You can tell she's done this MANY times and has gone through a variety of circumstances.

On the actual day of our wedding, Danielle was there every step of the way along with the Maître D'. We got some un-anticipated rain literally minutes before I was going to walk down the aisle, and the staff was able to adapt on-the-spot and be extremely flexible in keeping the guests happy but also making sure we had the outdoor ceremony we wanted. In short, when the rain opened up and didn't seem to be going anywhere for 45+ minutes, they were able to open the bar early, and to our guests surprise/delight they flipped our schedule and were able to have the entire cocktail hour BEFORE the ceremony. While unconventional, everyone raved about how they loved having a full stomach (and a few drinks) in them before the ceremony, ultimately making everything a bit more relaxed while still keeping things seamless! We, in turn, got to have the ceremony as we wanted, post-rain, thanks to a very flexible staff who was able to adapt on the fly.

All of our guests raved about the food and the venue as a whole, and we got some great photos as it's a beautiful club by nature. This, coupled with its location right off the highway, made for a perfect place not only for my husband and I, but also for our guests as it was so convenient for those traveling. Definitely would recommend, and we can't wait to have another reason to host an event here!

Outstanding!!! Literally unbelievable. They were super detailed in the planning process and amazingly reliable. When getting all materials and vendors organized the staff did it in a blink of an eye. The hosts Danielle and other associate Stephanie were rock stars!! Literally took care of everything we needed and even did things that never even crossed our mind. During our wedding Danielle was a stud and provided us a cocktail dish that had all of the items we wanted without even requesting since we were occupied with family and photos!! At our sweetheart table the drinks were constantly refilled and never had to go to the bar for any other items. However, I heard the bar staff was incredible and honored every guests request. The food was immaculate and there are still guest messaging me about how amazing it tasted. We found this venue from one of the owners Ralph, and he was spectacular in the process too!! Top notch and hands down the best day of our life due to this venue, the food/service, and the amazing staff. Book it now before they fill up!!!

We could not have been happier with our experience at BRCC. We looked at a few other venues before meeting with Stephanie, and we knew from our first meeting that it was the venue for us. We had our wedding in the tent, and it was perfect for the laid-back vibe we wanted (i.e. not the typical Jersey ballroom). Our guests were blown away by the ambiance, food, and service, and their pricing is an incredible value compared to other venues in the area. Stephanie was amazing to work with; she was on the ball every step of the way, and super responsive to every question we had (especially as we got closer to the day of.) She was flexible and accommodating, and truly helped us make our wedding day reflect exactly what we wanted. My mom also chose to throw my wedding shower at BRCC, and we had a beautiful day (with incredible food) for that as well. My family has already said they'd absolutely throw future events and parties here. I could not recommend them enough!

We looked at about 6 wedding venues before my husband and I compared notes and just knew that we had to go with BRCC. We liked the event space and appreciated recent renovations, but what really sold us were the past reviews and Stephanie. Leading up to the wedding Stephanie was always so responsive and helpful. She was also very flexible in planning some of our non-traditional asks. We had a cigar and scotch bar, but all we supplied were the cigars. She coordinated everything else and it worked out perfectly-our guests LOVED it!! Also, right before our wedding they renovated the back porch, bathrooms, and bridal suite, which was an awesome surprise. There was not a doubt in our minds that day-of, the wedding would go smoothly and it did! We've heard nothing but positive guest feedback about the food (the mac'n'cheese bar was another big hit) and I could not have asked for a better experience. I did not hire a professional meeting planner or day-of coordinator, because there was absolutely no need. The team at BRCC executes so well, I really think they are at the top of their game and the best value in the area.

Basking Ridge Country Club was the PERFECT venue for our special day! We could not be more thrilled with our how wedding turned out! The scenery was gorgeous and made for the most beautiful pictures, the food was amazingly delicious and so plentiful, and the ambience inside was so warm and inviting. Danielle was a complete pleasure to work with and made the planning process so easy and the day of run so seamlessly; she was always readily available for any questions or visits. We were very impressed with how they handled our ceremony to reception transition perfectly; our ceremony ended earlier than planned, and yet they were ready to go with champagne and cocktail hour so our guests never waited for anything! The organization and detail oriented nature of the staff was evident; this venue was also very reasonably priced for such exceptional quality! We highly recommend Basking Ridge Country Club!!!!

On 8/6/16, my husband and I had our wedding reception at the Basking Ridge Country Club. I cannot say enough for this wonderful venue. Choosing BRCC was the best choice we made in the entire wedding process. From the very start when we went to look at BRCC, we were greeted so warmly by a staff that was not at all pushy. We worked with Stephanie as our Coordinator and we absolutely adored her from start to finish. Stephanie was kind and caring and professional. She clearly had much experience and her calm demeanor was so comforting as she guided us through the whole process of planning and executing the wedding.
At BRCC you get a family-like experience. They treat you as well as your families and friends as if it is your home. They cannot do enough to accommodate and make all of you happy. It was so touching and added to the family-feel of our wedding.
The venue is on beautiful grounds and the recent renovations are apparent. This doesn’t have those old tacky “wedding venue carpets” or ugly chairs! On the contrary it’s all neutral colors and fancy shimmery updated chairs. The food at this venue is TO DIE FOR! Guests are still raving about the amazing food. This is not surprising, considering their chef is so talented and spends hours with the couple at a tasting!
The day of the wedding at BRCC was so simple and care free. The staff took care of everything! They set all of our props and our decorations to perfection. Everything was elegant and beautiful. We were taken care of nonstop at the wedding- as the bride and groom we had our own waiter who would have our drinks refilled before we even realized they needed refilling, and our plates cleared and replaced with second servings as soon as our utensils hit the table. My husband and I felt like King and Queen. They unobtrusively took care of us all night long! Furthermore, this same treatment was given to our parents, which made it all the more special.
BRCC surpassed our every dream and expectation!

I had the most amazing wedding day thanks to Stephanie and the staff at Basking Ridge Country Club. BRCC is a beautiful venue with an amazing view. There are fireplaces in every room and updated décor. The ballroom has a nice deck outside overlooking the golf course. From our very first meeting, Stephanie made me feel comfortable and was able to help me imagine my wedding day. She was in constant communication and would answer any and all questions that I had throughout the planning process. The day of the wedding couldn’t have gone any better. Everything looked absolutely beautiful and was exactly what I was looking for. The food was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The service for our event was out of this world and each guest felt very taken care of. They made sure me and my husband were attended to at every moment and that we were ready for anything that was going to happen during the wedding. My parents were also very pleased with the service they received as well. We have been hearing for weeks how great the food and service for our event was. Every detail of our night was meticulously looked after by Stephanie and we are extremely pleased with our wedding reception. I would highly recommend Basking Ridge Country Club and Stephanie!

I cannot rave enough about BRCC and Danielle specifically - we met with her for our initial tour and she was a big part of the reason we chose BRCC. She was so responsive to our initial inquiries (we never waited more than 24 hours for an email back - sometimes it was as little as 5 minutes) and she was so friendly and made us feel like our wedding was important to her. After we signed our contract, that didn't change. Danielle was so attentive and so easily approachable to ask questions. She was willing to help us every step of the way, and she made the entire experience so much less stressful because of that. Our day itself was absolutely perfect. Everyone at BRCC did their best so that we never had to ask for anything, including putting a small dray of passed appetizers in the bridal suite for me and my husband. The staff was super friendly, and all of our guests had so much fun. They are raving about the food (including our friends and family members who are chefs) and we agree! Especially the cheesesteak sliders during the cocktail hour!!! I'm still hungry for them! Our decorations were put out exactly as we pictured them, and everything was absolutely beautiful. People have had such nice things to say about the beautiful ballroom and grounds. We absolutely could not have picked a better venue to hold our wedding at. We are so, so happy with how everything turned out and we really feel that we got a great value for our money. We had visited BRCC first during our venue search and we visited a few more venues just to make sure we saw what was out there, and the value within our price range couldn't be beat. We got so much more for our money at BRCC than other comparatively priced venues. We would recommend them to anyone, and I'm already trying to think of reasons I could hold another event there!!

Basking Ridge Country Club is a gorgeous venue to have your wedding. Not only is the venue beautiful but the food is excellent.! Danielle is very professional and sweet. She responds immediately to any questions you have. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding. We had our reception there recently and I had so many compliments about this venue. They also have beautiful lighting in the main ball room. I chose a light purple color because that was my theme color. The place looked so beautiful at night.

I had my engagement party at the Basking Ridge Country club (tent) and I was so pleased with everything from the party- it was like a mini wedding and it was exactly what I had envisioned. Danielle was AMAZING throughout the entire planning process and on the date of the event she made sure everything went perfectly. I trusted her 100% and had no doubts at any point that it would be anything less than perfect with her in charge. My family and I were so happy with the experience that we just booked my baby shower and will be coming back for that in March! We can't wait to see how beautiful Danielle makes this experience. I would recommend anyone to host an event at BRCC!

We had our wedding at Basking Ridge Country Club in November of 2015. In an effort to keep things brief, I would say that our wedding went perfectly. Working with Stephanie - one of two wedding coordinators on staff - was remarkably easy. Any question we had, she answered well and quickly. She was very good at giving her opinions on how the day was coming together and helping us with things we might have otherwise missed. Our whole experience with Basking Ridge Country Club was amazing. All of our guests raved about the food. The servers were responsive and attentive. The bartenders worked very hard to keep everyone happy. We could not have imagined a better day.

This was a second wedding for an older couple. We chose this venue because it is easily accessible for handicapped wedding guests. We had a definite vision for our special day and Danielle was instrumental in bringing that vision to life! We got to know Danielle and Chef Walter quite well through our many calls and e-mails as we planned our wedding. They were always so knowledgeable, kind, patient and reassuring with us! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious and the ballroom suited our ceremony and reception needs beautifully. Our wedding was two months ago and our guests are still telling us that ours was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. I would highly recommend the Basking Ridge Country Club.

I can't say enough great things about Basking Ridge Country Club (BRCC) and Danielle, one of the catering sales managers. From my initial e-mail to obtaining more information to our deposit-- we have had nothing but an amazing experience! Danielle happily showed us around on a Saturday and answered all of my questions I had (and didn't even know I had). She has been extremely helpful and generous with her time and help as we plan our wedding. Whenever I have a question she answers almost immediately, always willing to help. We are going to be having our reception at the BRCC in a tent outside, and I cannot wait because when we went to see the venue, the whole entire place was spectacular!!! So many beautiful photo ops and a real organizational flow to the whole venue! I recommend BRCC to anyone interested in having a reception in a tent in the summer, it's to die for!

Our experience with BRCC was nothing short of perfect. We worked with Stephanie and she was absolutely wonderful. She was always very professional and friendly. She was extremely helpful and she always got right back to us to answer any questions. She made everything clear and easy and most of all she was there to greet us on the day of our wedding making sure everything was going exactly as we had planned. Not only was everything how we imagined, the food was AWESOME, we got so many complements, and all of the staff the day of was extremely friendly, greeted everybody with a smiling face and never hesitated to help not just the bride and the groom but everybody who attended our wedding. We were so happy and stress free thought the night BRCC and it's wonderful staff made it easy for us to enjoy the night all the way through. BRCC was nothing short of amazing!!! From the very first meeting to consider the venue through the end of the wedding night, BRCC delivered! Our coordinator Stephanie was THE best! Incredibly helpful and sweet. She made sure our wedding was everything we wanted and more! My bridal party all said Stephanie was so great the day of the wedding coordinating everyone for the ceremony, etc. she always answered emails or calls and was very professional. BRCC hosts only one wedding at a time which was a major plus for us. The moment we toured the place we fell in love and were so worried that we wouldn't be able to afford it but we're shocked and pleased with how reasonable to prices were compared to many other venues we looked at.
The food was also great! I received so many compliments on the food, everyone thought it tasted great and their standard package provided an abundant amount of food! The menu was unique and had plenty to satisfy all tastes. The views at BRCC were also incredible- so many spots to take pictures before and after ceremony. We we lucky to have such a nice day for our outdoor ceremony. Everything was just as I had wanted and expected from this venue. There is not one bad thing to say about it. My husband and I had a fantastic day and it would not have been the same if it was not for BRCC. We also got all of our vendors from BRCC bridal show that they host a couple times a year, which was incredibly helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRCC FOR AN AMAZING WEDDING! If you are looking for a beautiful venue in north jersey or even central this is THE PLACE TO BE! So happy with our decision!

My wedding at BRCC was amazing!! From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and perfection! Danielle P. and Walter E. were awesome! Danielle went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of right from the start. She was so amazingly helpful and kind! She guided me through everything! The food was incredible. My guests are STILL talking about the cocktail hour! It was over the top! The cake was outstanding. The service was fantastic. Menz, the maitre d, ROCKS. :) I never even needed to ask for anything. He can just read your mind. :) I was so at ease the whole night because i knew that Danielle, Walter and Menz had everything under control. The newly renovated facility is gorgeous. I had a fall wedding and the views from every room were spectacular! And there is also a bar/restaurant downstairs called DH Outpost which has an outdoor bar and patio that make for a great after party! I highly recommend having your wedding or ANY event with Basking Ridge Country Club Catering. They are outstanding! It was so wonderful to keep hearing from my guests that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to!

Had a wonderful wedding day at the BRCC! We had to make a switch close to our wedding date to a larger venue, and the BRCC was very helpful in accommodating in helping us. Danielle Puorro was a joy to work with, especially that day when she made sure the bride and groom had everything we needed. Room was beautiful on a picture perfect day... we were happy we could take few photos at sunset on the golf course! We fit 185 comfortably so the room's really ideal for that amount to 200 or so. The setup was great as well with the music more on one side, allowing our guests to talk more easily. Service was attentive (especially Menz) and food was great... people still talk about our cocktail hour appetizers! We got such great feedback and would recommend to anyone!

My (new) husband and I recently got married at the Basking Ridge Country Club (BRCC) and could not be happier with how the night turned out. It was the BEST night of our lives mainly because of our loving friends and family but also because of the professional and caring staff at the BRCC. They took care of us from the day we decided to book their venue. The event coordinator I worked with, Danielle P, was amazing from the start. She responded to my countless emails and worked diligently to make sure I was as calm and comfortable about the big day as possible. Day of, the venue looked and tasted WONDERFUL. Our guests really enjoyed the cocktail hour food and dinner. I am so grateful for all the work that went into making our day a "once in a lifetime" night! I HIGHLY recommend!

We checked out about 7 venues before making a decision. Basking Ridge CC was reasonably priced. I had my sweet 16 here and my uncle used to be a golf member so my parents felt very comfortable with this venue. We worked with Stephanie and she was great! She explained everything to us, invited us to a food tasting there where we met many of our other vendors. The food was excellent! We received many compliments about the food. It was easy for our guests to find and The Dolce hotel is within walking distance (less than a half mile). Everything about the night was amazing from the food, Photo Booth, DJ, photographer, uplighting, etc. I highly recommend the Basking Ridge CC!

We are so happy with our decision to have our wedding at Basking Ridge Country Club with Fair Winds Fine Catering! The first time I visited I was completely won over by the gorgeous view of the golf course, and from that point on the reasons to love it only grew. One of the main reasons was our coordinator Stephanie, who was wonderful! She was great to work with, very efficient and responsive, and got glowing reviews from everyone who interacted with her. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful, the reception room looked amazing and of course the FOOD was delicious!! We got many great comments from our guests on both the food and the venue itself. We would definitely highly recommend this venue!!

A top of the line caterer! They really did a great job in selecting and preparing some incredible cuisine for our wedding. We are really pleased with what they provided us, everyone at the wedding was really impressed with the portions and selections of all the food, and we couldn't be happier!

We had an amazing wedding, all thanks to Carrie, Menz and the rest of the staff at FairWinds. From the initial planning stages to the actual wedding day, Carrie went above and beyond to insure everything we needed was taken care of....we never worried about anything. We even had to reschedule our wedding due to Hurricane Sandy, but Carrie and the owners presented us with options and allowed us to choose what worked best for us.

Absolutely fabulous venue to have a wedding at and even more wonderful people that work there. I will always recommend FairWinds to anyone looking for a wedding venue. I hope to get the opportunity to go back sometime soon as a guest! Thank you for a wonderful day!

We had our wedding here on October 12th and it was absolutely amazing. Our wedding day was everything that I had wanted and more and it is all because of the amazing basking ridge country club and its staff. Carrie is amazing and helped me plan everything down to the tiniest details and I would recommend her to anyone. Menz was our maitre d and he was wonderful to my husband and I at our reception. The food and service was more then we have ever expected and we are getting so many compliments from our guests on how perfect everything was. Had my wedding there outside in the tent recently and it was fantastic. The food was phenomenal, the service was impeccable, and the coordinators I worked with (Carrie and Stephanie) were attentive and extremely responsive over the entire planning process. Karen Corson, the Wedding Event Coordinator was amazing. From the moment we met with her the first time to the countless e-mails, phone calls etc....she was gracious & accomodating.
The venue was gorgeous.
The rain prevented us from having the ceremony on the golf course, however, everything was handled efficiently & professionally in every way.
Menz, the Maitre'd was flawless and the food was even better than I remembered from our tasting.
The staff is most curteous & a special thank you to Barbara the Bartender, Alfred & to Justin Bieber who was our table server and made sure that all of my guests needs were attended to at all times.

I worked with Carrie and I can't tell you how happy I was with not only her, but the entire team at the country club. Carrie was so easy going, friendly and is so helpful & professional. They also had great vendor recommendations, who we also used (it made the process easier since my husband and I live out of state). The night of my wedding was absolutely perfect. What's great about this venue is that you get the entire Fair Winds all to yourself, so you don't have to worry about running into another wedding party. I can't tell you how many fantastic compliments we received about the food and service. The food was seriously outstanding, both at cocktail hour (wow, there was a TON of food - amazing!!) and at the sit down dinner. The staff was absolutely wonderful. My husband, family & friends were extremely pleased and had an amazing wedding thanks to Carrie and the crew!!

Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her and the country club to all my friends and family. Stephanie was very patient with all my questions over the year of planning and the entire evening went off without a hitch. Everything was taken care of for us- linens, bar, scheduling, cake- and the staff's friendliness and attentiveness made our wedding so relaxing and smooth. Food was appetizing, hot and delicious! And having the whole hall to ourselves was especially nice- no lost guests or scheduling conflicts. Everyone at the club really made our day so perfect!

My husband and I have our wedding at BRCC this past May and it was a wonderful venue. It was cloudy and overcast all day but you would not have known. We fell in love with venue because of the beautiful windows and golf course view. My husband is an avid golfer so it just fit perfectly. I specifically worked with Karen who was a delight. If you can put up with my type A personality and my mother, you are great in the wedding business.
In terms of value, BRCC is stellar. So, so much food all excellent and never tasted like "wedding food." All of the staff was friendly and nice so if you're looking for a country club feel without breaking your bank I highly recommend.

This was the last venue that my future husband and I had looked at we fell in love with it immediately! The view is breathtaking and the service is impeccable. Our guests kept telling us how great the food was and how amazing and attentive the staff was at being there to to serve them. They offer table side ordering and the staff comes around to the tables during the reception and refills your wine glasses. You truly feel like a VIP at this venue. My husband and I are so grateful to them and we have recommended them to many friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about The Basking Ridge Country Club. Karen was a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions regardless of how large or small they may have seemed to her. They were very accomodating with my requests. The day of was absolutely perfect. The food, set up of my decor, bar staff and wait staff were top notch. My guests all raved about the reception. I loved this venue and will definitely go to them in the future for other events in my family. Definitely look into the BRCC if you are looking for a country club venue. they get a 10, 2 thumbs up!

We could sing the praises of our reception site all day long! One of the main reason we chose this venue, in spite of it being farther from our ceremony site than we wanted, was because of the incredible staff. Our coordinator, Stephanie Bailey, was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful right from the beginning. She was always there to answer our questions throughout the process and make sure that everything met our wedding vision-from the color scheme, room setup, and cocktail music.
Their pricing is very reasonable and includes a foursome on their private golf course (made my father-in-law very happy). We received a discount because our wedding was in April. There were also willing to work with us regarding our payment schedule. We enjoyed the tasting and our guests still rave about the variety and taste of the food. Couldn't have asked for a better venue.

When my now husband and I were looking at venues, we wanted a place that had a gorgeous outdoor scenery to have an outdoor ceremony. We came across Basking Ridge and immediately wanted our wedding here. The place is gorgeous (especially around this time of year), and they are very flexible. Stephanie was a joy to work with and made sure the night went perfectly. Our guests are still talking about the outdoor ceremony and the food! Your guests will not go home starving!!

The night could not have run smoother. Everything was perfect. Our guests raved about the food, they have a wonderful bakery who does their cakes. Everyone commented that our cake (which was included in the package) looked like it could be on the cover of a bridal magazine. Everyone had a great time and the staff was very attentive and friendly!

Stephanie was so amazing to work with! We fell in love with the venue and so glad we had the chance to work with her! BRCC was so beautiful and amazing especially in our price range. She was so encouraging with our ideas and wasn't afraid to offer alternatives if it wasn't possible. She was very prompt with our emails and phone calls anytime we had a question.

The wedding day itself went by so fast and the staff were very accommodating. We were so lucky with a beautiful fall wedding and that made the photos that much better!

Most importantly, the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! All our guests couldn't stop raving about the food. BRCC has an amazing selection and wish we could've fit all the choices! The chef was so amazing and talented since our first tasting. He even stopped to say hi to us during the wedding.

The only fault we can say is that we asked for a to-go box from our cocktail hour and never got it at the end of the night.

Besides that, Stephanie and BRCC were some of the best people we spoke to and worked with. We can't wait to come back here again for our anniversary or another event!

We booked our wedding about 7 months prior. It was winter and we were having a summer wedding. We decided to book the outside tent, only being able to see it through pictures. We were very happy with that decision. Danielle, the wedding coordinator/manager, was very helpful during the planning process and able to answer all of my questions. She was willing to work with us on pricing and guest minimums. They were very accommodating the day of the wedding. They brought the wedding party cold beverages and offer golf carts to transport them around for pictures. They provided my husband and I with champagne in the pool house while waiting for the ceremony to take place. Unfortunately when you book the tent, they do not offer you a private bridal suite to hang out in. Danielle left pretty early into the recpetion. We did not see the maitre'd very much. Lindsay was our sever for the night. She was absolutely phenomenal and might our experience that night amazing. We didn't even have to ask for anything-it's like she just read our minds! She even snuck in copies of the menu into our card box so we would have them . I can not say anything good things about her. At the end of the night, we were the last ones to leave on the shuttle back to our hotel. My husband had made arrangements for everything to be packed up and picked up the next day as we were unable to transport anything on the shuttle. We left behind about 10 edible favors that we would pick up the next day, along with various decorations. When we went back the next day the only thing left of those extra favors was 1 empty box. The only answer we were given was "sorry." Unfortunately, we did pay for those missing favors and some of my family members missed out on getting them which was really disappointing to us. All of the guests raved about how amazing all of the food was, and were happy with the service provided that night.
