Our wedding was absolutely perfect, thanks to Bo. She was the best photographer we could ask for; she immediately made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She is an expert at capturing candids and all your emotions, and you barely even notice her presence during the ceremony & reception. Then, she sends you the best photos you'll ever see (and *so many* photos!). Truly 10000/10, I'd give her a bajillion stars if I could. I can't recommend her enough. Bo is the best!!!! -

Bo was our engagement and wedding photographer. She is creative, thorough, gives strong direction, and has the best eye. Each time we worked with her, Bo made us look beautiful and feel comfortable. She captured all the sweet, loving, fun and silly moments of each day as well as the most gorgeous detail shots. Bo also was responsive to emails in the months leading up to the wedding, and she got us back a sneak peek of last weekend's wedding within days, even with her very busy schedule. Simply put -- Bo's work is impeccable, and she's a pleasure to be around to boot. If you're considering hiring Bo, don't hesitate to reach out to her. I can't say enough amazing things. -

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Bo for our maternity shoot which she graciously did as part of an Instagram giveaway. She was so prompt at responding and communicating with us prior to meeting in real life, and when we finally met for the shoot were blown away by how kind she was. She also made us feel comfortable and calm throughout the entire experience. Her photos are classic and timeless and her use of light to capture beautiful images is so lovely. We especially loved the film photos she took! We'd recommend working with her to anyone looking for amazing wedding/lifestyle photos. -

One of the best choices we made for our wedding was having Bo as our photographer. She is a talented artist as is apparent through her beautiful photographs but is also incredibly professional. I actually almost missed her email at first among the many vendors who I emailed. I had talked to many awesome photographers, but I always felt like something was missing. Once I went back and asked Bo for a gallery, there was no way I could hire anyone else. Her photographs are just at a different level. We couldn't be happier with the work that Bo created for us! We learned about Bo through social media; whenever we saw a wedding photo that we really liked, Bo was the photographer. So we were very happy when she became available to shoot our micro-wedding. In the lead-up to the event, she was always so responsive, so friendly and warm. She even gave us tips on decor and photography locations around NYC (I'm convinced she knows Central Park like the back of her hand). She managed to capture our love and affection for each other in such a natural, candid way. We would 100% recommend Bo for couples photography sessions & weddings! -

We were recommended to Bo by a friend whom she also did their wedding, and we did not regret our choice. From the time we first spoke with her for our first consultation to the day of our wedding, she was very professional and produced very good work. Our first experience with her was during our engagement shoot, and from the way she directed the shots we could tell that she knew what she was doing and that she puts the best effort into making sure she will take the highest quality photos possible. My wedding was the 4th time I've had the pleasure of being photographed by Bo. She has done all of my siblings weddings as well as all of our engagement photos, and now even a newborn shoot. Bo is incredible, not only because she is so talented, but she makes you feel so comfortable when being photographed. during our ceremony and reception she and her assistant got wonderful shots, but I wouldn't have even known they were there. they were both extremely professional and unobtrusive while getting the most beautiful photos. thank you so much for capturing our perfect day! -

Bo and her assistant were absolutely amazing. Bo was very organised through the planning process, responding to emails quickly, and assisting with any questions I had. She was flexible in adjusting the contract after life got crazy and we weren't able to squeeze in our engagement photos. On the day, she was incredible. She knew exactly where to go, was calm throughout when everyone decided they wanted group photos after the ceremony and ate into the sunset hour. She and her assistant worked seamlessly, was never intruding, and took gorgeous photos and I will forever be grateful. -

True Craft
Bo, we want to say thank you for being the most perfect photographer we ever wished we could find. Our engagement photos were so amazing that everyone would talk about them. Our current previews of our wedding photos have already made us cry countless of times. We simply cannot believe that those two women are us. You, and your staff, pay such attention to detail and made us feel so comfortable during the 8 hours we were together. We could not have our wedding any other way, we are so happy to have shared our intimate day with such a humble human but with such passion for her craft. Thank you for everything and we cannot wait to see all the beautiful photos! -

My favorite vendor by far!
I can't say enough good things about Bo and her team! My husband and I just received our photos, and we are amazed by how she was able to capture our personalities and love for one another. I don't love getting my picture taken, but Bo made me feel so comfortable and gave me the exact amount of direction I needed to feel natural and beautiful. Our wedding was only 60 people, so I was worried that a photographer might not blend in during the ceremony, but we didn't even know Bo and her assistant were there- she was so discreet. Bashful Captures is an easy choice I'd make over and over again. Thanks Bo! -
