I highly recommend Bashford for your next jewelry purchase. It was important for my fiancée and I to work with a jeweler that makes ethics a priority when it comes to sourcing their products so we were excited to find Bashford. It was also important for us to be able to create a unique, custom wedding set. Working with their online ring builder was excellent. It was great to be able to select the different options available and see the results in real time on their site and it was very easy, intuitive and fun to explore the many different styles, settings and stones they offer in a wide variety of combinations. Once we placed out order they provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Once the rings arrived we were absolutely thrilled with the finished product. The quality and craftsmanship was superb. We were so happy with the wedding set that we are now planning on purchasing Mother’s Day gifts through their site as well. I went to Bashford Jewelry because I was looking for something original. I started with their ring builder, it was very easy to use and it was fun to build my own ring.
I ended up buying a pave diamond ring with an emerald cut stone. I love that its unique and that I got to design it with my fiancé making it all the more special for both of us. Not guess work involved.

My wife decided to buy me a ring for our 10th anniversary. I wanted a custom ring but I didn't have a specific idea in mind. So I explored the internet and found a picture of a ring I really liked. I contacted Bashford Jewelry and sent the image to them. They designed the ring from that image with customized engraving and different metal (I wanted platinum). They sent the rendering for approval and then made the ring. It came out beautiful! We both love the ring and we loved the wonderful experience we had with Bashford Jewelry! -

My engagement is absolutely beautiful. It has a slight vintage look to it and it's very unique. A lot of people have commented how lovely and different it is. It's a big decision for a guy to make and I think Bashford jewellery provided advise where needed! I was sceptical at first of buying my girlfriend’s engagement ring online, especially overseas. I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. Buying online meant I got a ring which far exceeded my expectations and was excellent value for Money.
Bashford Jewellery staff were excellent for customer service and aided me in every question and talked me through my options. The tax wasn’t even difficult to sort out and they did it all from their end.
I proposed next to a Loch (Lake) in Scotland. My fiancé was so thrilled with the ring. We will certainly be getting our wedding ring from them. I’d totally recommend them. -

I love Bashford Jewelry... after receiving my beautiful and astonishing engagement ring and finally getting out of my husband where he got it from, I pretty much insisted he buy our wedding bands from this store as well. I got married to my sweetheart from college last month. It was an amazing wedding. All our folks were so happy. I proposed to her 3 months earlier though, with the most beautiful ring that I bought from Bashford Jewelry. The whole experience of actually thinking about which ring to buy and then having found their site and ending up designing it was so wonderful. I also love the fact that the diamond used in the ring is a conflict free Canadian diamond as they use only these diamonds. When I actually held the ring in my hands, I knew it then and there that she would just love it. The ring was beautiful. And when I proposed to her and put the ring on her finger, she went crazy. She was so happy about the ring. It’s been months since she has had the ring but she looks at it every single day and tells me that it’s beautiful. This year my wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and I wanted something special for my love. After looking at several jewelry stores I decided to search the internet and after being disappointed with several web sites discovered Bashford Jewelry.com – what a wonderful site – interesting designs and reasonable prices .
But not quite what I was looking for so I emailed them and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Their customer relations were first class and they immediately grasped what I was looking for and came up with some very constructive suggestions which I was able to look at on my computer and I was able to quickly make up my mind and give them the go ahead. These pictures although very useful didn’t do the final result justice –both the final design and the finished necklace was exceptional. Working with Bashford Jewelry was a pleasure from beginning to end.

Terrible response time
Been two weeks and I can’t get in contact with anyone from Bashford. All I want is an update of where my order is in the process. Getting married in 3 weeks and would really love to know if I’m going to have a ring. -
