    follow them on facebook and they have amazing deals! I was only going to have napkins and linens, but saw a deal they were having for place settings of 8 for chair covers, napkins, table runners, chair sash, and table cloths for 15 dollars per table. I only paid 100 dollars more than I would have for just two items from another rental company. they were very nice to work with and everything was packed in totes that were easy to work with.

    Poor Communication and Customer Service

    My husband and I originally booked Bash in the fall of 2020 for a December 2020 wedding. We wanted everything to be simple, and we loved the idea of having clean, pressed tablecloths brought to us, so we put down a deposit for tablecloths. The prices on everything were a bit steep, but we felt like the convenience of it would be nice. We didn't know what the world would look like in December, so we made sure we could use our credit at a later time if things went south. Three weeks before our wedding, we found out our reception would be limited to 15 people, so we contacted Bash to let them know we wouldn't be needing services that day and would contact them when we had plans for a reception.
    Months later leading up to our reception, I reached out via the email we had used to previously communicate to request a list or catalog of their options to use our deposit on; our reception venue provided tablecloths so we wanted to know our options to use our credit on. After a week without response, I reached out again. After a further week with no response, I messaged them on Facebook to let them know I had been trying to get ahold of them. I received a message back saying someone would reach out to me. Finally, I received a response to my emails! They said they were completely booked on our reception day, but would be able to help us. They didn’t have any kind of list or catalog on what they offer, and were not at all helpful in offering me options. We wanted to keep our reception simple as well, so I offered to take our deposit back so that they weren’t extra busy and we could be done with it. They told me deposits are non-refundable; I get that, but then help me use it, you said you would!
    They then must have reached out to our original wedding venue, because they came back saying we still had our wedding there. We did in fact have our wedding ceremony there because we said at the beginning we would get married in December no matter what it looked like. In staying within the state mandates though, all of our guests outside our bridal party and immediate family left after the ceremony, so we had no need for the things we put a deposit on. We told them this. They told us back in November when we notified them of the change that we would be able to use it in the future, and here they come now that we want to use our deposit and say that we still got married.
    I requested a few things over email, apparently all of which they didn’t have or were already in use (a huge time waste, one that would have been avoided if there was a catalog). In our last correspondence, I requested a photo backdrop, something we could add to the venue for our guests to take pictures at. In line with their terrible communication, they never responded.
    Our reception day is past, and we had a fun and beautiful day despite Bash’s lack of customer service or care for their clients. I believe that they owe us our $160 deposit because they refused to offer service when we were promised it almost a year before. DO NOT use this company.

    Bash had me fooled! They were hard to reach, but always eventually contacted me. The owner even came to my space with samples and I was so excited. I was going to have a Friday wedding and we planned for EVERYTHING to be to my space by Wednesday and to say the least I was let down. My centerpieces didn't come that day, and I was fed down excuse about some other bride and was told they would be there Thursday morning. The linens were stained and she did not bring enough table clothes even though she knew exactly how many we needed. I tried contacting her on Thursday morning and she did not respond to me. My friend then stepped in and told me she would deal with the owner and decor. I later going out that the centerpieces barely made it to the reception on time, they were dirty, and 1 type was actually the wrong thing (but no one noticed) if it weren't for my friend, I guarantee my wedding would have been ruined... avoid this company at all costs, don't fall for the cheap prices, it's not worth it to ruin your big day.
