    Excellent experience

    Hands down the best decision we made was booking Bars on Wheels for our wedding. We had a cocktail hour before the ceremony and they served a signature cocktail, not only delicious but designed based on our color scheme. Very flexible when making substitutions and very responsive. They bring everything that a fully-stocked bar would contain!

    Corporate Happy Hour

    We used them for our Corporate Happy Hour, would recommend! They were very responsive and helpful, on time, and the best part was I didn't have to worry about anything while hosting. The 2 special cocktails they came up with were also very yummy.

    Highly Recommend - Great Quality!

    Bars on Wheels were excellent to work with on our wedding day. They kept in constant communication leading up to the day and arrived on time, set up, and the bartenders were amazing while serving. We cannot recommend them enough. Great price, super helpful, communicative, and perfect follow through!

    Excellent!

    We had our daughters wedding on our family farm in Pierce Township. I didn’t want to mess with serving alcohol so I hired Bars On Wheels Kristen, Maylou were wonderful to work with. They were prompt, served up amazing drinks, great customer service, and even decorated their Bars On Wheels to match my daughter’s, rustic chic theme!

    Outstanding

    Bars On Wheels is owned by two very delightful ladies. They are very accommodating and very friendly and very professional. They bartended my daughters wedding and they had many suggestions that we ended up using. I highly recommend them for an a party that you want a fun bar and some really awesome signature drinks.

    They are amazing!

    Bars on Wheels and the rocktails are absolutely incredible!!! We hired Kristen and Mayalou to handle our wedding on 08/19/23 at the Rolling Meadows Ranch. We selected their premium package, and they also created 3 signature drinks for us!! All of our guests commented to us how fantastic the bartenders and bar service was, they brought a strong team and there was never a line throughout the entire day and night!! They were so efficient and made incredible drinks. We received so much positive feedback about Bars on Wheels!!! Their bar and menus looked beautiful and they were so great with communication throughout the planning phase, and showed up early had everything set up and it looked amazing!!

    We were so impressed by this team, and they made the day of our wedding absolutely seamless. We did not have to worry about them at all, and they did an absolutely incredible job. They supply all of the beer, seltzers, and liquor, and make it one less thing to worry about when planning a wedding. We did not have to lift a single finger, they handled everything!!! We are so thankful for you and your team Kristen and Mayalou and could not recommend you and your team enough to others who are looking for a full service bar and bartender team!!

    You will not have to worry about a thing, the drinks were going strong all night, and our guests had an incredible time and really enjoyed this group of bartenders. We received so many compliments on the custom drinks! The margaritas were a huge hit and guests could select three different types of alcohol to go with the margarita, everyone loved them! I also loved the old fashioned!!

    Thank you both so much for absolutely rocking our wedding day we are so happy we found you and selected you to handle our big day!! We cannot recommend you enough and all of our guests feel the same way!! Bars on Wheels is amazing and make your day stress free and very fun!!!

    Excellent for our corporate events!

    We utilize Bars on Wheels for our corporate events and have always been very pleased with their level of professionalism and courtesy to our teams. Always friendly and on time (early even!) and very quick to respond to our requests or questions. We will always utilize them for our events and highly recommend them!

    Amazing Energy, Drinks, and Overall Service!

    We hired Bars on Wheels for our recent company event. Mayalou and Kristen were so easy to work with leading up to and during the event! They brought amazing energy and the premium bar service was perfect. Would highly recommend using them for any event!

    Excellent Service

    I am positively escatic with my experience with Bars on Wheels. They were professional, personable, and just all around wonderful. They knew exactly what they were doing and did it swiftly while keeping smiles on their faces. Even the guests commented on how quickly they had gotten service and how kind the staff was. I truly enjoyed having them bartend my daghter's wedding. I'd use them again and again and recommend them to everyone.

    40th Birthday SpeakEasy

    The girls were perfection and my party wouldn’t have been the same without their amazing skills. From communication to execution during the event, everything was flawless. They provided so many options and even were so fast at creating all the spectacular signature cocktails. My guests were impressed and I am so thankful to have shared such a big part of my event with them. Highly recommend for all future endeavors.

    Bars on Wheels is the best!

    Bars on Wheels is my go-to bar for events. I have worked with them on many occasions and will use them in future events. The bar presentation is top-notch, the drinks were wonderful and the service is even better! Brooklyn and MayaLou helped us out at this past event - they were friendly, excellent drink-making skills, and had great smiles! We look forward to working with them again :) 10/10 always recommended!

    Great sevice for parties no matter what size

    My company has used Bars on Wheels for a handful of corporate events and will definitely use them again in the future. We have used them for events that had 50 people and larger events with 150+ people. They are very professional and provide excellent service!

    Unprofessional

    This was by far the most unprofessional and immature acting vendor. Bars on Wheels were awful with communication, as I would not receive email responses for days after asking them questions, even on the week of the event! During my wedding I had guest come up to me about how the bartender was using profanity to multiple people. They ran out of alcohol, so the second bartender (that we had to pay $175 for) left for over 30 minutes to get more. They were so unprepared they ran out with 2 hours still for my wedding. When I called the owner Bruce, I did not call to ask for a refund, or anything. I called to let him know how poor the customer service was of his employees. Instead of being nice or trying to figure out the situation, he asked me, "were you there, and did you see it?" as if I was lying. This was the last thing I wanted to deal with on my wedding day, why would I lie! Our event coordinator was so shocked by how unprofessional they were she reached out to all of her company to make sure they knew just how bad of an experience they made this couple feel. If it was possible, I would give them 0 stars. Worst experience ever!
