Dream Wedding!

Our wedding was a dream come true! The venue is gorgeous and the horses are amazing! Alicia was there every step of the way to help with planning! She paid attention to every detail and it turned out beautiful! Multiple guests of mine told me that this was the best wedding they had ever been to. The food was absolutely delicious. The decorations came together beautifully. Alicia worked so hard before and during the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. The DJ was great and had guests dancing the entire time! Alicia was amazing at putting my vision of flowers into reality. My bouquet was gorgeous with black and white flowers. The fireworks at the end were an awesome ending to the night! Barrington Hills and Alicia will always have a special place in our hearts!

Amazing venue

Barrington Hill Farms is so breathtaking, the view, the animals, everything is spectacular. All the flower decor, bouquets and boutonnières are hand crafted and tailored to your vision of your special night.
They strive on providing the best possible service and they are truly the best value for your package deal. They do tailor to your budget and desires the best possible way. I shopped around for a while and came across there was no one better for what I was looking for.

Best wedding ever says all our guests

We are so grateful we went with Barrington Hill. Everything was even more than what we were promised and within our budget. All of our guests keep saying our wedding was the best they have ever been to. Alicia said it would be and we are so grateful that she made it happen . She really knows how to make sure guests have fun.

I highly recommend Barrington Hill Farm!

We got married at Barrington Hill Farm on 11/10/18 and it was the wedding of our dreams! Working with Alicia and the Barrington Hill team was so easy and they made my vision come to life for my wedding. I highly recommend this venue and would not change a thing about my wedding. Our ceremony and reception were both at Barrington Hill and it was the most beautiful venue I could have wished for. Thank you again to the Barrington Hill team!

Scenic, fabulous, top notch service

Was a guest at my buddy’s wedding. The staff was the most on top of it, caring and dedicated . A guest had allergy issue and the planner Alicia went so beyond what would be expected to help. We danced the night away. Such a unique, relaxed and scenic vibe. I can’t recommend enough .

A Dream Come True!

There are no words to describe this amazing venue! We attended my cousin's wedding here & i got to admit, we were a little jealous. I wish I would have known about this place when we got married. From beginning to end, was just so beautiful!! She looked like a princess & felt like one, too. She told me it was everything she dreamed of & more. I've worked in the catering business for awhile & you get to see what makes everything function. This staff was absolutely amazing!! Everything was set out so beautifully & they were so attentive to all of us. The vue was gorgeous with the beautiful sunset & the horses in the field. And the atmosphere inside with the lighting made dinner so romantic. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Best time ever

I just want to Thank Alicia and everyone of her awesome staff for making our wedding more than we ever imagined. We always visited in the day so we didn’t realize how incredible the venue was at night . Dancing under the lights with our friends and family was amazing. Everyone said our wedding was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding . All the vendors were great in our package . My wife was smiling and so happy the entire time . We were not sure at first picking a package was the way to go with all inclusive . We had no stress and alicia took care of everything . Even surprised us and our guests with props for a fun last crazy hour. Our friends got married at another barn venue in Lutz this last weekend and his fiancé was a crying stressed mess the entire time. We are so grateful we chose Barrington Hill. Our initial pics have come back so great.

Our wedding was more than expected. Everything was perfect. To the decorations, coordination, all the help from Barrington, FIREWORKS! Everything was seriously perfect. Alicia was a pleasure to work with and I cannot thank her enough for creating such a perfect day for my husband and I. I HIGHLY suggest using this venue and all the services they offer. Alicia even threw in a few surprises on the wedding day that were totally unexpected but it made me smile and feel like a special Bride on our day. You will enjoy every step from working to the wedding day! I promise you will not regret working with BHF.

The staff was so very kind and attentive! Anything that I needed was perfectly done! I just love how beautiful the farm is with all the horses, trees, landscaping. I would recommend this place to anyone in search of the perfect venue!

We cannot do justice to how amazing having our wedding at Barrington Hill was. The staff is very helpful and responsive, and take care of EVERYTHING. Literally we told them what we liked and described our style, and then showed up. They handled the decor, food, bar, DJ, furniture/linens, flowers, cake, and more that I can't remember. Our only responsibility was our attire (dress, suits) and any personal items we wanted included. They have different options and will work with you on price in every way they can.

The venue itself is gorgeous. It's tucked away and has a large estate house, barn, and beautiful trees all around. You can see horses in the background, and can customize how you want to utilize the space. The views drew us in, but Alicia and the staff is what won us over.

AMAZING, WONDERFUL, FABULOUS, FANTASTIC, PERRFFECT!!! Alicia, Ruben and the entire army it takes to make a 250 person wedding run smoothly (without a single flaw) were incredible from beginning (at the first tour of the venue and booking) to the end (the rehearsal and wedding day) and everything in between (the entire planning process). Alicia made my EXTRAVAGANT and insanely DETAILED dreams come to life! Every single guest commented on the attention to detail and attentiveness of the staff. All their vendor recomendations were top notch and did not go unnoticed. They exceeded all (of mine and my guests) expectations. Extemey professional yet friendly. Efficient yet effective. Open minded yet talented and confident. Alicia served as a wedding planner and therapist on one! She was always there to calm me down. She was patient yet assertive when I could not be and in her I have gained not only a fantastic planner but a wonderful friend. I can't say enough great things about barrington hill farm and its entire staff. It doesn't hurt hay the venue is breathtakingly beautiful as well!

I just had my wedding there this past weekend and everything was absolutely PERFECT!!! Alicia and her team worked extremely hard to give me my dream wedding, everything I asked for she made possible. The venue is absolutly stunning and the decorations made it all the more perfect. The service that night was amazing, everything ran smoothly from the ceremony to the reception. My guest were all satisfied and the staff assured that me and my husband were well taken care of. We are so happy that we went with Barrington Hills Farm because our wedding was a dream come true!

Alicia made planning my daughter's wedding so easy. My daughter's vision of her dream wedding was captured by Alicia and her staff and the day was AMAZING! As a groom I want to thank Alicia and everyone at Barrington Hill for making my wedding the best party my wife and I could have ever imagined. I had my wedding in April 2016 at Barrington Hill and I was extremely happy with the entire experience. Alicia and the Barrington Hill staff were wonderfully nice and efficient. Alicia and I met several times and went over my vision for the wedding and she executed it beautifully and much more! The venders that work with BH are amazing and really know how to make a couple feel special. The little details were incredible! My photographer even said that she has never seen so many little details and they reflected the personality and style of us as a couple. Alicia kept me in the loop with each step and stayed within my budget! I can’t say enough good comments about Barrington Hill. My guest came from all over the US and they couldn’t believe that such and beautiful and unique venue was in the middle of Florida. Honestly I wouldn’t change a thing about my wedding day and I owe it all the Barrington Hill! A very special thanks the Alicia who made my dream wedding come true!!!!

Our wedding was beyond amazing! We were blown away by how everything came together and how our wedding vision came to life. I attended a wedding here for a close friend of mine and was blown away by how amazing it turned out!!! Everything that my friend had in her mind they were able to produce and it really made for a fairytale wedding. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous!!! The entire set up and ambiance when you walk the property inside and out were just sheer elegance and every detail was so thoughtfully laid out. The planning process was made very easy as well and Alicia and her team went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect and went smoothly. I highly recommend having a wedding at Barrington Hill!!! If I wasn't already married....this is where I would want my wedding to be!

My wedding at Barrington Hill Farm was the absolute best day we could have possibly imagined. Honestly, it exceeded my wildest imagination. Alicia assisted us with our day and was always available and helpful in planning every step of the way. She made great recommendations and went above and beyond to create the day of our dreams. Alicia worked around our crazy work schedules, making herself available in the evenings for planning sessions, and available on text during the day. She was incredibly generous with us, both in time and the way she assisted us in making the day possible. The venue is stunning and their team sees to every detail with such beauty and professionalism. I was amazed at how they took all of our thoughts, ideas, and pictures we sent them and made them into perfection! They really took time to know us, our story, what was meaningful for us, and it made all the difference. The food, cake, and flowers were amazing. All of our guests were raving about the wedding, actually still are, weeks after the wedding. I appreciated that this venue allows for people to carve out their own spaces, fire pit, dance floor, furniture around the dance floor, etc, while still being a part of the larger event. There is something for everyone in this space. Of course with any large event, there were a few hiccups but the staff are so incredible and they managed anything that came up with professionalism and without us even knowing. I cannot express in words what it meant to have our wedding there, it was so special. Their staff even made us a cross for our ceremony as surprise when we were sure we could make it happen. It absolutely made the setting for our ceremony and we are so grateful for the generosity and love shown to us. If your wedding is here, you'll love becoming apart of their family at BHF.

I planned my wedding with Alicia out of state. At first i was a little nervous but all of the puctures i had seen of Barrington Hill were amazing. Everything went smooth during planning. Alicia worked closely with me by phone. She was so creative and able to plan things refelective of who my now husband and I are. Having all decor and flowers etc included was so easy and no stress. I have friends that have married, paid way more than we did and received much less than what we had at our wedding. I am so grateful i did not go with any other venue. All my guests still call and say our wedding was the most beautiful and fun wedding they have ever been to. Much gratitude to everyone at Barrington Hill for working so hard to make our day beyond pefect.

Words cannot explain how utterly perfect our wedding was at Barrington Hill Farm. The farm's beauty, combined with Alicia's out of the box creativity is like nothing I had ever experienced before. She and her staff have created a one of a kind venue in which oak trees and manicured green fields surround, from a Bougainvillea terrace in front of the plantation house. It is simply the BEST place to get married because of the beauty & love that you naturally feel there. These folks love what they do and it shows. And she made it all happen within my challenging budget. Alicia has a SERIOUSLY amazing network of vendors, they know the best of the best, from the food, to the photographer, to the flowers and design. Def the best deal for the money. When we showed up on wedding day we were speechless. The beauty that Alicia and her team created was beyond what we could have ever imagined. Somehow, some way, Alicia was able to get to know us so well that she created a wedding that screamed us a couple, when we provided only minimal guidance as to what we were looking for. The design was like a feature in Southern Weddings Mag. The food was 5 star restaurant quality. Some of our guests were caterers and they concurred. Even the lanterns, the candles, and the bouquets ,aaah it was perfect, beautiful, and so much more. The packages make it so convenient. We didn't have to clean, no stress and our guests couldn't stop talking about it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Alicia thought of a fruit sangria bar that guests couldn't stop drinking at, our unique antique library table that was a sweetheart table, my bouquet, the creative photo booth backdrop Alicia and her talented staff designed. They more than nailed it. We simple adore Alicia , her relaxed nature and her entire team. In Barrington Hill we trusted, always, and they delivered. Sure, we might be biased, but once the photos are up, you can see for yourselves.

I was lucky enough to have my wedding at Barrington Hill Farm this month and I'm so happy with how the whole day unfolded. Going into the wedding planning process, I felt overwhelmed and confused. Finding the perfect venue was proving to be a very frustrating experience until I stumbled upon Barrington Hill. It had everything we were looking for--beautiful setting, fields, and, most importantly, a totally private feel. Having exclusive use of the property was very important to us; our guests appreciated it as well and felt very welcome! Many have commented that it was best wedding they had ever been to. We've received rave reviews from so many people--the food, music, and flowers were all wonderful. Alicia and all the staff were so great to work with, and I'm so glad I followed her vendor recommendations. I chose a package, which I definitely recommend because it takes some of the decision-making off your plate. If you put your trust in her I promise you won't be disappointed!

My daughter Christine Melnyk and my new son -in-law David Kirk were wed at this beautiful farm. The staff were professional, and more than professional the staff were extremely caring and personable. I was initially drawn to Barrington Hill for their floral pictures through Facebook. Upon meeting Alicia and the rest of the Barrington Hill team, I knew it was the place for me. Barrington Hill took all of my ideas, visions, little hopes, wishes and created wedding day bliss. I was able to participate enough to get the full planning experience to the degree I wanted but not to the degree that it ever became overwhelming. I always pictured a beautiful outdoor wedding with an intimate ceremony and fancy, but comfortable reception. I had all that and more thanks to Barrington Hill Farm. Any bridge to be should go for a visit because words and the beautiful photos don't do justice. The cute farm Corgi's came on the tour.

We had the most amazing memorable time. Did a package and couldn't have been happier. . I had no stress Or worries. The staff went above An beyond and was so professional. All details and more were done . Barrington Hill Design also did my Flowers and They were absolutly amazing. I've had dozens Of repins from pinterest of my wedding pics and flower...my special day was truly unforgettable :)

Barrington Hill Farm is an amazing venue. It is an idyllic outdoor farm with a collection of unique spaces that create an inspiring setting and ambiance. The Farm worked well for us because it allowed our wedding to take place in natural setting, while not sacrificing any comfort or luxury for our guests. The ability to partner with great vendors and the custom details made this experience very genuine. The most important part of Barrington Hill Farm is the staff. Their execution of the event was barnone. We are blessed to count everyone at Barrington Hill Farm as family. We definitely want to recommend this venue to anyone interested!

Amazing amazing amazing all our services from our bespoke package were more than I had ever hoped for. Months later we still are getting notes saying our wedding was the most fun out guests had ever been to. I highly recommend working with Alicia and Lily. They are so inspiring and creative. Our wedding was absolutely perfect! Barrington is the most gorgeous venue in the Tampa area, and we received numerous compliments on our venue choice. With the rolling hills and cool breeze, it doesn't even feel like you're in Florida. The coordinators were flexible, fun, and open to anything and everything! They are still a bit new to wedding planning, so prepare to have a parent or friend do a fair share of the legwork and vendor coordination the day of. However, between Lily and both sets of our parents, we had our dream wedding! Couldn't have asked for a more picturesque setting or a friendlier crew!

We loved Barrington Hill for our wedding venue!! The ceremony under the oak tree was beautiful and the farm house provided a gorgeous backdrop for an outdoor reception! It was hard finding a venue that could hold our 300 guests that wasn't a hotel. Since the venue is a farm there was plenty of space for everyone and they even had a fire pit for roasting marshmallows!
We had Alicia and Lily at Barrington Hill as our wedding planners and they did the bouquets and flower arrangements as well. I received so many compliments at the wedding how beautiful everything was and it is all thanks to them!! So many people have told me that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to! We didn't want the night to end but we'll always have amazing memories of our wedding day!

I fell in love with Barrington Hill Farm long before I knew it would become the place I got married, and long before it was even a wedding venue; the beautiful Plantation house on the top of the hill was simply a place I grew up daydreaming about while passing it on the highway. I eventually moved to North Carolina but, because, my entire family still resides in Tampa my fiance' and I agreed to have the wedding in my home state. Being an out of town bride, I relied on my mother and sister to visit wedding venues, and take pictures for me. However, no place seemed to fit my dream until I accidentally stumbled upon wedding photos taken at Barrington Hill-I knew instantly this was the place, everything was so perfect, so beautiful, and that was just from the photos! However, the real reason I chose Barrington Hill Farm was not because, every inch of the Farm makes you feel as if you are in some sort of fairytale, I chose Barrington Hill because, of Lily Gallagher. From our very first conversation she made me feel so at ease, as if I was simply talking to one of my very good friends, which made planning my wedding from so far away a lot less stressful. I could tell instantly how passionate she was and is about weddings, about making each bride feel so special, making each wedding unique and that passion is infectious! Barrington Hill Farm is a gorgeous place on its own but, Lily and her partner Alicia have truly created a magical wedding venue in Barrington Hill with their attention to detail, sense of style, and design as well as their true desire to make each brides dreams come true! Barrington Hill is the perfect choice for your wedding (or any event for that matter) because, every bride deserves a place that makes them, and their guests feel like they are in their own little world and every bride deserves a Lily Gallagher to help those dreams come true.

This venue was well worth the money we paid for it. Honestly, there is nothing we regret about booking this gorgeous place for our wedding. But what really made everything come together flawlessly was the hard work and great communication we had with Lily, who was also our day-of coordinator. Even when I (the bride) was stressing out with some other vendor issues, Lily was very helpful in providing a solution and easing my stress. She really went above and beyond, and I am so thankful for all of her and Alicia's hard work in making my wedding vision come to life. We received endless compliments on the venue and how beautiful everything was!

From the onset of our planning until the actual wedding and reception, everyone at Barrington Hill was professional, organized, creative, and receptive to our ideas. My vision for our ceremony and reception literally came to life and was even more beautiful and intimate than I had imagined. There wasn't a single guest who had any type of criticism about the venue or wedding. They all stated that it was the most beautiful and unique wedding they have ever been to.

Not to mention flowers, cake, linens, decorations,ect. were all included in the package. It made our experience very smooth and stress free.

The absolute most wonderful and personal wedding I could possibly imagined! The ladies at Barrington Hill worked with me from a distance to plan a unique day that fit our personalities and incorporated lots of fun, imaginative details. As a former corporate event planner, I can definitely vouch for the professionalism and quality of Barrington Hill and their staff. Barrington Hill is one of the most beautiful settings in Florida! It's nearly impossible to describe in words just how perfectly our wedding at Barrington Hill Farm turned out. From the very first time we visited the farm and met Alicia , we knew this was where we wanted to have our wedding celebration.
  The farm itself is an absolute dream. Everywhere you look is something beautiful, it's almost too much to take in! The farm sets the stage for the most wonderful intimate outdoor celebration; it's storybook picture set in beautiful Florida farmland.
Working with Alicia was an absolute joy, and lifesaver as well! From day one she completely understood our vision and worked tirelessly to fulfill every expectation (and then some!). She took my every idea and worked to make it even more unique and beautiful. She went so far as to order special "props" she thought would work well with our vision - she made us feel like our day was just as important to her as it was to us.
  Friends and family from near and far were overwhelmed by the beauty of the day. We heard over and over again that our wedding was "the most beautiful wedding we've ever been to!" Nothing makes a bride and groom feel more loved than knowing that their guests felt blessed to be part of the celebration.
  One of the most special and unique elements of the farm is the ability to make the wedding unique. Alicia's passion for her farm, and is evident and my groom and I, as well as the guests, felt absolutely spoiled to be able to enjoy it!
I truly cannot recommend Barrington Hill Farm highly enough. The day was totally perfect and we are so grateful to have had such a wonderful photographer and videographer (also recommended by Alicia!) to capture every detail so that we can relive it whenever we choose. Barrington Hill Farm will always hold a very special place in our hearts!

I searched for a very long time for our wedding venue. It had to be perfect! We wanted to get married in Tampa but not have a "Tampa" feel. I then found Barrington Hill. As I drove onto the property, I pictured it, this was definitely it. The property itself is amazing. We did our ceremony under the huge oak tree with moss hanging down and then had the reception at the house. We strung lights from the balcony over the front yard of the house where we danced the night away! We continuously are hearing from people that it's the best wedding they've ever attended. ALicia was a breeze to work with- she keeps you calm Brides ;) Thank you Alicia and your staff for a day we will never forget- it was perfect!

Having my wedding and reception at Barrington Hill Farm was a dream come true. My fiance and I had spent over 6 months looking for the perfect venue. That is when we found Barrington Hill Farm online over a year ago. We decided to call and set up an appointment to come out and look in person. Our call was taken by the owner of the farm, Alicia. She was so nice and took the time to answer the many question we had. We set up an appointment for the following weekend. As we drove into the farm I was already picturing our wedding. This was the place, we found the place :)
When it finally was time for our wedding I was even more blown away then the first time I saw Barrington Hill Farm. You could tell they had made many more improvements to the farm. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. We were able to enjoy our special day knowing that everything was taken care of. One of my favorite parts of having our wedding at Barrington Hill Farm is our wedding pictures. The plantation style home makes a beautiful back drop as well as the breath taking horses and farm setting. Thank you to Alicia and all of the staff that played a part in making our dream come true.

We had our engagement party here and it was absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much to Barrington Hill for giving us such a special night. If your looking for a southern plantation style wedding, you must check this place out. It was about 40 minutes from Tampa, easy to get to, great atmosphere, great staff, and a to die for view of the sunset.

I had the most wonderful wedding at Barrington! Lily is the coordinator that works for them and kept telling me to have faith in the process and everthing would work out (and it did)! We mostly communicated via email (it is the easiest way to get in touch with them) and towards the end I had Lily's cell number (which was good for me and probably bad for her). I choose Barrington due to the freedom it gave me to bring in pretty much whatever vendors I wanted. The fact that we got to purchase and choose all the alcohol was a huge selling point. They also did most of our flowers, the bar package and fireworks for us! They just updated the invoice with each change so it was easier for me to pay the one bill instead of multiples.

I would not recommend this for anyone who is looking for a lot of structure or someone to do all the planning for them (or a place where you can just go in a pick and package and move on). You have to have ideas and want to get creative, as the space is pretty much your canvas to work with with great peices of furnature etc to work with. I found Barrington Hill very early in my search (I wanted to get married outside and not at the beach). They are a growing wedding venue and many things were "tweeked" during my experience (which was frustrating at first). But, at the end of the day I was very very happy with how everything worked out and it was a relaxed, fun venue!

Barrington Hill, Alicia and her team are outstanding. I can't say enough about how thrilled I was with our experience. Alicia takes the time to get to know your story, and even goes as far as to share a Pinterest board with you so you can be sure to save photos of exactly what you want or have purchased for your 'big day'. With the packages they market, you gain access to tons of decorations you'd otherwise have to DIY or purchase - huge savings. The venue itself is FLAWLESS and will impress your guests. The photos are stunning and my guests were gushing about how ours was 'the best wedding they've ever been to'. The price tag is a little higher than nearby venues, but you get what you pay for - if you want a private plantation/farm venue with all attention on your day (not shared with other weddings on the same day) - choose Barrington Hill Farm. Using their preferred vendors was also so much easier than having a separate contract with multiple vendors - the staff at Barrington coordinate all of this for you, which equates to much less stress for you on one of the most important days of your life!

Amazing Venue

Barrington Hill Farm and staff were amazing in our wedding planning process and wedding reception. We got married at our church but had our reception here and was the most beautiful wedding we could have imagined. It was a beautiful Christmas wedding. From the moment we set foot at this location and spoke with Alicia we knew they would give exactly what we were looking for. Alicia did an amazing job and her attention to detail and artistic outlook was spot on with all the ideas I had told her. She is truly a wedding pro and the location is breath taking including the beautiful horses which you are allowed to take pictures with, just make sure to tell Alicia so she has one ready for you. Great staff, great packages and wedding vendor such as food, flowers, DJ, cake baker and bartender. All around a very amazing well rounded team and venue where they can do it all without you having to look for multiple vendor else where. Makes it so much easier I definitely recommend it! Our guests are still talking about our Wedding which was at the end of December. Thank you Alicia and team!

Our wedding was everything we wanted and more. The venue was beautiful and the ambiance was perfect. There was an assistant dedicated to making sure my husband and I felt comfortable that really made our night. He even gave us tips on a fancy dance move to impress our friends just moments before we were introduced. The wedding planner is always able to be reached. She gets the flow of how a wedding works and I’m assuming does a lot in the background to make it happen. We didn’t see her too much the day of but like I said we felt taken care of. If you are looking for an itemized list of costs just forget it now. We asked multiple times and were given vague responses for things like how much exactly the flowers cost. Overall I wouldn’t change a thing and would do it again at Barrington hill farm. Our pictures are amazing!

Barrington Hill is a beautiful place to have a ceremony and reception. The scenery and backdrop of the farm and wild life is gorgeous. It really creates a romantic yet natural elegance to any special event. Alicia from Barrington Hill and Debbie from Occasions to Celebrate did a fantastic job of setting up our special day. My husband and I live in North Carolina and we trusted them to do everything from the cake to the flowers, hair and makeup, photographer, DJ and even the catering! We showed up and were truly surprised by how wonderful everything turned out. They even went out of their way to throw in a surprise or two to make it extra special. We could not have been more stress free on our day because of them! Thank you so much!

Barrington Hill is a beautiful location for outdoor weddings and ceremonies. The house on the hill provides a picturesque view for photos and guests. Our big day was completely customized with items I had created, from signs and centerpieces to bouquets and seating charts, but I had no plan in the placement which made me extremely nervous. When I finally got to see how everything was arranged and set up I was blown away! Lily had busted her butt to fulfill a vision we had only talked about abstractly, and somehow she made my vision a reality. The day was perfect and they were more than accommodating, even allowing us to bring two hookahs for the reception! There were several surprises throughout the event, the first being a cupcake for my birthday from my parents (not too surprising), but the second came at the end of the night during our sparkler exit. Fireworks! Alicia and Lily, the coordinators at Barrington had somehow arranged for us to have fireworks for our exit! It was amazing and made for some pretty awesome photos of my surprised expression.

My wedding was located at a little venue in Dade City, Fl. called Barrington Hill Farm. November 16, 2012 will go down as my favorite days of life. It was the day I got to marry my favorite person in the whole world and it was the day in which I got to boogie down under the stars with all the people I hold close to my heart.

I was inspired by the first venue my husband and I visited and we just knew it fit us perfectly. After we saw Barrington Hill, we knew that a country wedding is what we always wanted, and it was. Staff at Barrington Hill farm went above and beyond for us on our wedding day and we are so grateful for them. We now have many memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you Barrington Hill Farm for all you did for David and I.

Our wedding at Barrington Hill was exactly everything I hoped for and imagined. I never once doubted the place when I first visited and it's hard to doubt with such a gorgeous scenery. Lily and Alicia helped piece together every little detail and it all came together beautifully day of. Our DJ, Randy with Breezin Entertainment did a great job and had everyone dancing. The lighting outside was amazing and made for great pictures! I had many guests tell me how beautiful everything turned out. It was definitely a day we will never forget. Barrington Hill was a picture perfect venue for my daughter's wedding. Vows under the oak trees, beautiful scenery for breathtaking pictures, nice reception hall in the Plantation house, and dancing under the stars was the dream wedding she wanted. Lily was extremely helpful while choosing vendors that fit her wedding plans perfectly. She also did an excellent job during the planning phase and "day of" coordination with Alicia. Everything was set up exactly like my daughter wanted and more. Also, we can't say enough about the food from Sherri at Olympia Catering, flowers from Kim at Bloomsters, Andy Martin's pictures & of course, DJ Randy!! We made our own package mainly for the catering menu and decorations we wanted. We live a few hours away & it was no problem planning the wedding across the state with them. Initially, responsiveness was an issue because my daughter and I are very much detail/plan ahead people but, after meeting with Lily & Alicia to talk it over, we resolved it easily to satisfy both sides. Wedding day went off without a hitch, no stress, thanks to Lily and Alicia's hard work & delivering exactly what we wanted. And I loved having a great surprise from them on that special day as well! I'm still getting comments from guests on what a wonderful wedding it was and also from the fantastic pictures at Barrington Hill.

I fell in love with Barrington Hill Farm as a wedding venue driving back and forth from FSU to Bradenton on I-75, this was also long before I even met my husband. Once engaged my now husband and I went from venue to venue unable to commit to anything because of the vision of us getting married under an oak tree could not get out of our heads. However I remembered the Barrington Hill Farm and knew it was what we were searching for. As we drove up and saw the beautiful Plantation house on the top of the hill my breath was taken away. The entire farm is as if its a fairy tale out of “Gone with the Wind”. After our tour, we knew the farm was the perfect venue. With the sun making a beautiful sun set framing the property and our vision perfectly we signed away. Although I was extremely excited to start the wedding planning process, I was nervous to be planning because I was working full-time and I was finishing up my senior year. So between work, school, and wedding planning I really wasn't sure how I was going to make my husband and I's vision perfect. But that is where Lily cam in. It was pretty obvious how passionate she was about her job, the farm, and weddings. She made planning much easier from afar and she fully committed to our vision by making it even better. Barrington Hill Farm is clearly a spectacular venue, but the Lily made every ribbon, flower, and candle more than remarkable for our wedding. We have had so many compliments on just how truly beautiful and original our wedding was! My wedding was a little over a week ago and people still can't stop talking about how amazing it was. I was a pretty hands-off bride and was a little worried at times that my vision wouldn't come to life - but I was wrong! It was the most beautiful and happy day of my life and I owe it to Alicia and everyone else on the Barrington Hill team that day. Thank you!!!

Barrington Hill was absolutely breathtaking. The venue is such a naturally beautiful location, it draws you right in. If you're looking to get married here I would highly recommend it, but maybe consider bringing in an outside coordinator to handle all the details.

Barrington Hill is an absolutely breathtaking venue. Our wedding there was gorgeous and our guest all loved the scenery. However, leading up to our wedding day at this beautiful place was not quite as pretty. Looking back, I would have absolutely still chosen the venue for our wedding however, I would recommend not booking the whole package through Barrington. I'm not sure why it happened this way but I really felt like just another number. Barrington provided me with a timeline of events once we had booked with them. Unfortunately, they missed every date on the timeline they created. When there was movement on my wedding, it was because I stayed on top of it, not them. For example, I was supposed to receive catering menus in November however, it wasn't until the last days in January when I sent an email addressing my concerns that there was any movement on it. For a March wedding this is pretty late in the game. I was repeatedly reassured that it was possible to pull everything together in such a short amount of time and while I can appreciate they are able to do this, it's not a comforting feeling as the Bride. Considering I booked the package to avoid wedding planning stress, this was really disappointing and stressful. The week before my wedding, I had to keep reminding them that I needed an invoice to make my final payment. When it finally did come through, 2 days before my wedding, I had to correct them as I had not yet paid for the bar service. It seems odd and unprofessional that I would be asking to pay them when my contract stated the payment should have already been made. The DJ flow chart was another last minute thing, also sent to me 2 days before the wedding when it was supposed to be a week earlier. I really did not enjoy the wedding planning process with Barrington.
I hoped that day of would be without incident after this but that was also not the case. I feel very fortunate to have amazing family and friends that dealt with the day of issues.

I normally don't write reviews but I just couldn't let this happen to anyone on the most important day of their lives. Alicia and the DJ she recommended were SUCH A DISASTER. I wish I followed my gut. We had three meetings and each meeting was set up because I set them up because she really made me feel uncomfortable. She was impossible to get in contact with, extremely disorganized day before and the day of, rude to my guests, and so much more. But that isn't why I'm writing a review.

My wedding day was a mess. My ceremony started at 5:30 and at 5:45 I had to call her and ask when I was walking down the aisle because my groom started to wonder where I was. She finally picked up my girls from the barn house and told my bridesmaids to walk down the aisle (to the wrong version of the song we told her DJ recommendation to play) and then 15 minutes later they picked up me and my maid of honors and my mom (who was supposed to walk down before the girls). I ended up walking down the aisle at 6:05 to the wrong version of the song my groom and I picked.
My groom thought I was a runaway bride as did our friends and family who now like to joke about it.

Also, we left a few things behind that we rented like our gold chargers and few other items for décor. I had a friend go up while I was on my honeymoon and only found a few more things but were still missing a lot more. Another friend called her multiple times to try to track the items down and Alicia wouldn't allow her to look for them and just turned over a few more other missing items and insisted the others weren't found. Now we owe our rental company a lot of money for those missing items.

These are just a few of the many things that went wrong but there was plenty more. The worst part was we had a photo booth and I found in my album 4 pics of her staff flicking off the camera and making out. Suck because we paid for a photobooth to see our guests enjoy our special day. I wish I do it again somewhere else.
