This last time I visited Erie, my friends and I decided to rent a limo for our my birthday. Barnes Limo came highly recommended and we weren't disappointed. They arrived on time, had a beautiful clean limo for us. THE PRICING WAS AWESOME ALSO! We had a great time and it was well worth it so we could relax and not have to worry about the drive home. Great service! THANKS BARNES YOU ROCK : )

AMAZING! Barnes Limo was super nice and did a wonderful job. I called them for my sisters bachelorette party. The driver was awesome, friendly, and had a sense of humor! They were extremely reasonably priced! I will not use another limo service in Erie PA because I have already found the best one!!! Thanks to Matt and his team for providing great service!!!

If you're looking for a luxurious limo then you have to book this limo service! Such great people that run this that are so helpful. They picked 18 of us from the ceremony and everyone loved it! I even booked them on our way back! AFFORDABLE and great service. THANK YOU.

Barnes Limo is the best. They are punctual, and have very professional drivers. The cars are super comfortable and always stocked with bottled water. We have used them for the last 8 years and they have always been on time picking us up. I wouldn't use or trust anyone else.

Was very pleased with the services provided on my wedding day. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. The limo was plush on the inside and offered a lot of great amenities. We had a blast listening to our favorite music and enjoying a few drinks with everyone before the reception. I would recommend Barnes to others if they are getting married. I appreciate everything you guys did for us on our wedding!

BEST OF THE BEST. Barnes is a family run corporation. I have know Matt since grade school. I would never have trusted anyone else with such an important day. The driver was easy to communicate with and did a fantastic job. I could not have been more pleased and would never have considered using anyone else. Thank you for making our day so special you guys are the BOMB!

Great service very prompt. Friendly people to work with. The limo showed up ten minutes early and took us every where we requested to go. It was very clean on the inside and stocked with ice, water and glassware. The driver dressed very professional. I was impressed to see such a service come from Erie PA since it is such a small city. I give the service 9 out of 10 stars only because I never give anyone a perfect 10, no one is perfect but met all my expectations. Thanks again.

Very pleased with the service they offered us on our wedding. Their rates were very reasonable compared to others in town. The driver was very helpful. Payment options and arrangements were super simple as I booked everything over the phone and email confirmations were sent to me. Overall great experience and will recommend them to my friends getting married.

The only limo service I would recommend in the area...why because I have used others in the past. I was very happy with everything with my wedding this past weekend. Me and my wife were married last weekend. We used this company for our limousine, photobooth, dj and lighting. Everything went as to be expected and we couldn't have been more pleased. It was nice being able to work with one vendor and not feeling stressed. Matt, coordinated and executed everything perfect. Thank you for your handwork in making our day perfect.

Easy to navigate website. Easy to work with company. I used Barnes for service last weekend. I was more than pleased. Sorry I forgot to mention I do used limos a lot in other cities also. The limo showed up before scheduled. The limo came stocked with glasses, napkins, water and ice at no charge. The driver was extremely cautious and knowledgeable on where to go and what to do and made suggestions along the way. I left something behind in the limo and when the driver realized he came back an personally brought it to me...now that's service. We will be in town again and will call for our next trip. A+++

We had our wedding this past weekend. We were referred to Barnes Limo by a friend that use them for their wedding. We were very pleased with the service they had provided us. Everything went very smooth. The limo was there ahead of time and the driver and office staff were very easy to work with. We used Barnes for our wedding. Limo showed up ahead of time. Staff was super friendly. Limo was very nice on the inside. It came with glassware, napkins, water and ice. They let us drop off things ahead of time they included in the limo for us as well that we did not have to pay anything extra for. All around it was a great experience. Loved the service and LOVED the driver for my wedding. I could not have been happier. I was in another limo from another company for a wedding this past summer in Erie that was so awful. DONT USE ANYONE EXCEPT BARNES!! Barnes Exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!!

I got married two weeks ago. I booked Barnes Limo for the transportation for my entire wedding day. I was very impressed with the service and I travel a lot on business so to say I was impressed with a limo company means a lot because I use them all over the place. For starters when I made my reservation they were extremely helpful and helped me plan out my time line. They even suggested places where I could take pictures at between the wedding and the ceremony. (My photographer was from out of town so this was very helpful to me as he did not know where there were good picture places in Erie since he hasn't shot in Erie before. So the day of the wedding comes and goes but what was most impressive while using there service the day of my wedding besides all the things you would expect, on time, clean, new, personable knowledgeable driver...was how far out of the way the driver went for us to help us out. It was very cold outside and my (now) wife forgot her overcoat at the hotel. The driver recognized that she was cold even before I had the chance to see her. THE DRIVER OFFERED HER HIS COAT AND PUT IN ON HER TO KEEP HER WARM. Now that is good service. Everything was great this company is top notch and I will be telling as many people as I can. I was very pleased with the service. I used Barnes Limo for our bachelorette and my husbands bachelor party. We also used them on our wedding day. The exceeded all of our expectation each time, which sadly I can not say the same about our other wedding vendors. Matt Barnes runs his business in a very professional fashion and I would recommend them for transportation as well as the other services they provide. Thanks again for everything!!

I used Barnes Limo for my wedding reception this summer. Everything was perfect and went super smooth. I delt directly with the owner of the company Matt, a stand up guy. Tom was also a great driver, even had water ready for us when we came out of the church. I would deff suggest to friends and family. Thanks Matt for making our day perfect.

I don't want to even rate this business but I'll give it a one star. We ordered what was supposed to have been this wonderful limo party bus for our wedding but instead received this awful looking motorcoach bus. Don't recommend using. Service booked was not service provided. Air conditioning didn't work on the bus, and according to the driver said he didn't know how to work it. When i filed a complaint, they said too many people. In a limo bus, we only had 9 people. That is no where near to what we had. This was awful. I don't recommend at all. We didn't get dropped off at the entrance because they said the bus wouldn't fit over the bridge when semi truck food deliveries have to cross the bridge. The lights didn't work so the bus was very dim. And in the back of the bus there looked to be a stripper pole! The whole bus was embarassing to see when my husband and I walked out of the church.

Unethical business practices

SCAM ARTIST!!!!! ... BEWARE!!!...read your poorly-written tiny printed contract in detail!!! We hired a car for 3 hours for our elopement in Gatlinburg TN We were quoted for 5 hours since he charges from the "garage" and back (1pm-6pm) He charged us another $99.02 as the driver reported he dropped us off 3 minutes after 5pm. We questioned the charge and even disputed it with our bank. The next thing we know we have another $550 charge deducted from our bank account for the dispute. Just to hire a car cost us $1,200 after all is said and done. Wish we had seen all these reviews first.

The Barns limo showed up early for my sons Bachelor party which was the only thing that was good about the service. The Limo driver showed up smoking a Cigarette in the limo, so the party asked the driver if it was ok to smoke in the limo because he was the driver told the guys it was okay as long as they put the cigarettes in a little water in the cups that were provided. The next day I received a $400.00 fee to my credit card for smoking. I argued the fact the driver was smoking but lost that battle because I signed a contact that apparently allows the driver to smoke but not the party.
The limo was beat up and a lot of dents and we did not feel safe, not sure if we were going to make to our destination.
Terrible experience, never again with Barnes Limo/wrecks.

When I contacted your company to inquire about the limo services I spoke with Matt and requested a stretched limo to surprise my husband for his birthday. I requested a one way trip from our home in Hollywood, FL to a restaurant in Miami Beach and was told that reservations are made per hour and I would need to reserve it for one hour. When Matt sent me the contract to sign he deliberately changed the vehicle I requested, which when unnoticed by me since I am a woman and know nothing about cars. Why would I want to rent a 12 passenger van to surprise my husband for his birthday? When your driver arrived at our home for pick up, I told him this was not the vehicle I requested, and asked if he could arrange for a stretched limo to come pick us up but he was unwilling to help. We did not board the vehicle and were forced to drive our vehicle to the restaurant in which I had made reservation and were supposed to be transported by your company. To our surprise, upon arriving at the restaurant, the same 12 passenger van that you sent to our home had been dispatched to the restaurant anyway without us even being in it! So you guys sent an empty vehicle just to have an excuse to charge me. I took video of us pooling up to the restaurant and your vehicle already was parked there as well as when he pulled out of our home without no passengers. I also have the receipt from the valet company that took our vehicle upon arriving at the restaurant. You should be ashamed of yourself for now charging me $421.20 for this scam. 20% tip, 15% service charge, and 3 hours of service? How can you possibly think it's fair for you to charge this to me if you didn't even gave us any service? If we didn't board the vehicle it should have been dispatched back to warehouse, why did you send the empty vehicle to the restaurant? horrible service!!!!

I hired this limo service for my daughter's 16 b-day party. Felt like I was constantly being taken advantage of....
1.The company told me that all gratuity is included. But when the limo driver was about to leave, he told me that he does not get gratuity from the company. His exact words ere"if they told you that...I will never see a penny". So feeling obligated, I gave him a nice tip.
2. Our contract ended at 8...we were 30 mins from the finial destination at 8...so I agreed to buy one more hour and said that they can drive around until 9:00...According to my daughter he got lost and never made it back to 9:30....and you guess it charged me for an hour and a half(actually an $161...when the hourly rate was 69.50).
3. The day of, they called asking if I want to upgrade because the weather may be bad....also stating they will give me a good deal. I wanted the kids to be safe so I said "yes". I mention that to the driver and he stated "that is what they told you....your car needed some work to be done....so that is why the asked you to switch:.

I called the day after to complain about the above. They assured me they would look into it right away and get back to me. I never heard a word until I called them a month later. I talked to the owner who blamed the limo driver on being new and on the kids(according to the limo driver, the kids said to keep driving...so not true)

I will never use them again and I will tell others not to as well!!!

DO NOT USE BARNES LIME!!!! Worst Customer Service EVER!! Called to move my time up so the lime would be able to pick up the guys and bring to vendor and was told I was not allowed to change the contract with out paying another $100 fee. NO Where on the contract does it say that. It says if you want to add additional time you would be charged $150 per hour. I was not adding any more time. I got the limo for two hours and used for under an hour of time. Owner would not budge and let me use the whole two hours that I was charged for, I didn't want my guest waiting at reception for us for two hours while we did pictures. I wanted them to pick up guys then after ceremony go for pictures. We could only go for pictures and right back to ceremony so our guest were not waiting on us all night long. DO NOT USE THEM.
