  No need to go anywhere else

  My husband and I got married in Philadelphia earlier this month, and we used Bario Neal from beginning to end. To say we were happy with the service would be an enormous understatement. My husband had purchased jewelry from Bario before, but we went together in November 2021 to pick out an engagement ring, and it was such a lovely and emotional process. They were never ever even the least bit pushy. We picked out a gorgeous ring that I am obsessed with to this day. Bario also created a custom necklace for me made from an heirloom family diamond, and Taylor did an incredible job bringing my vision to life. We went back again to get our wedding bands, and they made the process professional and easy every step of the way. It feels good to know that we used a local, women-owned business that sources ethically - especially when we're talking about a large purchase that will follow us through the rest of our lives. We could not be more thrilled with Bario Neal and would highly recommend them.

  We worked with the Williamsburg store on a custom designed engagement ring and could not be more thrilled with how it turned out. The planning and service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to help us create something special and unique. We loved the experience and the commitment to sustainable practices so much that we also got our wedding bands here!

  Simple but elegant wedding bands!

  Neither my husband or I wear rings, but we wanted to get wedding bands and were recommended to Bario Neal by a friend! The appointment to pick out rings took 15 minutes and the staff were so friendly and great at getting us sized and helping us pick out the best bands for us. It only took about 4 weeks to get our rings once they were ordered, and the pick-up was seamless. The rings are simple but beautiful and our hands already feel empty without them. HUGE HUGE plus that Bario Neal is local and an ethical jeweler as well.

  I didn't have much say in the engagement ring and he went for an expensive brand. When it came to the wedding rings, I particularly searched for sustainable jewelry makers. We actually found a local one, Bario Neal, who responsibly sources their gemstones and metals. Their pricing is also transparent on their website. I chose the Arco Curved Diamond Band that compliments my engagement ring, and my husband chose the Quill Band. We both went with the reclaimed platinum to reduce the environmental impact.

  Great product! Great customer service!

  So glad we found the Bario Neal showroom in NYC! The team made the process much less daunting. My now husband had never worn jewelry before and they made him feel comfortable and even excited about the process! They made his band and a custom band to compliment my heirloom engagement ring. We both love our rings and the fact that we feel good about supporting this company. Definitely recommend!

  Unbelievable artistry and professionalism

  My now-husband and I decided to get engaged back in the summer of 2017, and his mother was generous enough to give us this insane 3.2 carat princess cut diamond that she used to wear as an earring (!!). I had come across engagement rings that incorporated clustered colored gemstones and loved the look, but was unsure how I could achieve that setting with this big honking rock. We went into Bario Neal's showroom for a consultation, and within 15 minutes, the team led me to a design that incorporated apricot sapphires, morganite, and champagne diamonds of different shapes in a way that didn't try and compete with the heirloom stone, but made my ring feel like me.
  
  There was no question that I'd go back to Bario Neal for my wedding band, and so after a long engagement, I visited the showroom at the end of 2019 with a diamond tennis bracelet my husband's grandmother gifted us (gotta love NJ Italians). I loved the Lash Linear design, but was unsure how it would fit around my engagement ring, or if it would clash. Sarah suggested I ever-so-slightly curve the band to fit with my ring, and because they still had the CAD renderings, they could make sure they'd sit together without having to keep my engagement ring on hand. Timing-wise, I cut it pretty close, but the team had my custom heirloom diamond band ready so we received it a few days before our wedding. It turned out gorgeous! I love that I can wear the band on its own, or can stack it with my engagement ring when I wanna stunt. Sarah even had fun plans for how they could replace the diamonds from the tennis bracelet with colored stones to match my engagement ring (I'm already saving up for that one). Bario Neal will be my jeweler for life!

  We found our wedding band online on Bario Neal's website. I have really small hands and a very delicate engagement ring and wanted something that wouldn't overpower my hand. I also wanted the band to be able to be worn on it's own. Bario Neal's beautiful and unique designs were perfect! They event accommodated a one-day-early pick up after a change in my work schedule.   Bario Neal was a great experience. They are so friendly and clear with their pricing and all the options. My fiance and I designed the ring together--a Crescent band in rose gold with an oval blue sapphire. I had my eye on a few other designs online but going in person helped me narrow down my choices and see what felt the most comfortable. Love them and can't wait to buy my boo's wedding ring there too!

  We designed our engagement ring with Genna and did all of the pre-visit work with Lauren. Lauren was responsive and knowledgeable, giving me lots of options within our budget that still fit my preferences. She asked the right questions to narrow my initially broad request, and sent photos of stones several times all prior to our in-person visit.
  
  Genna took care of us at the store and patiently explained our stone options, the differences between them, and also sketched out some designs based on what we said that day, images I had previously sent over email, and some examples we saw in-store. I was very impressed with the patience and thoroughness throughout the process, and we received the ring within the expected window, in time to share at a family gathering. We love how it turned out, thank you to everyone involved!

  Steps from our door in Philadelphia, Bario Neal was very helpful, patient and flexible as we chose our rings. They get extra credit for having a wedding band that fit over my wifes engagement ring, and my wedding band is pretty stylish as well. Beware, they can be a little pricey, since their jewelry are all made in house from ethically sourced materials.

  ....loved the experience of Bario Neal...we are an "older couple", and they could not have been easier and friendlier to work with.....we changed our order twice in the store, and I ran back to change it again, when my husband to be confessed he thought we should have matching rings, as we are a good match.....(I had chosen a fishtail, and he a quill design, rose gold was the point in common) very grateful to have found them. Also we appreciated their concerns re ethically mined metals and gems and fair trade policy.

We wanted to work with a company that responsibly sourced its materials and cares about social impact, but I'd recommend them simply based on the quality and value of their work. Unlike many jewelers, BN doesn't try to convince you to purchase the most expensive item because 'that's what you should do'. They have beautiful engagement rings and bands at all price points and are excited to help you find the one that best fits your budget and style. We custom designed a ring and it was a pleasure. They're very clear about the process and they came up with a handful of suggestions before creating a CAD rendering of our favorite. We've gone back several times since the first visit for jewelry and we look forward to working with them more in the future!

  Both my husband and I ordered our wedding rings from Bario Neal. I got the Aldine Thin Band in 14kt white gold and he got Milla Square Band Wide in palladium. We chose this jeweler because of their ethics policies as well as their designs. The rings came in the same box. They shipped right on time in the window they gave us. (We were frustrated, however, that until they finally shipped, their tracker simply listed the order as "processing." We were concerned that they had never even received the final order, but a quick call clarified that "processing" means they are working on the ring.) They were exactly what we ordered and are very beautiful. The matte finish on my husband's ring scuffed pretty quickly so that's something to look out for. We are very pleased with our rings.

  My engagement ring is vintage, so when it came time to shop for wedding bands I was looking for something unique and potentially something custom because of the shape of my ring. I'm so glad that we found Bario Neal, because it was the perfect fit. They have beautiful and unique bands, and although a completely custom band turned out to be above my budget, they offered to do a custom variation of one of their existing bands to better match my engagement ring. It came out beautiful and I still stare at it just about every day. My husband got his band there as well and they were also very helpful with picking out his band.

It came out beautiful and I still stare at it just about every day. My husband got his band there as well and they were also very helpful with picking out his band.

  We purchased my simple, organic-looking Engagement Ring and Wedding Band from this vendor online. I love that they use ethically sourced gold and diamonds, and have thoroughly enjoyed wearing the rings I received from them. We didn't order the engagement ring and wedding bad at the same time, but knew which ones we wanted. They were quick to let us know that even if they stopped making the wedding band I ordered before the wedding they would always be able to custom-make it for me. So nice! They were personable and responsive through my selection and ordering process, their packaging was adorable, and the rings have worn beautifully. I am not a big-diamond, fussy-ring kind of human, and enjoyed receiving nice rings that fit with my style but still feel special and wedding-worthy. The process of ordering was great, and I feel nice knowing that the materials used in the rings are obtained and created in human-and-earth-friendlier ways.

  My husband and I LOVE Bario Neal! We ordered our wedding rings from them and we had them custom made for us (but price-wise they just counted as custom alterations, not full custom pieces, so not too expensive!). The lady who helped us was so friendly and knowledgeable. She thought of details we never would have thought of and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted for our rings. My engagement ring is an antique ring from the 20s (Art Deco style) so my wedding band was made to curve to fit up against it, and has a beautiful design etched onto it that matches the designs on my engagement ring. My husband got a ring with a small sapphire inset into the ring and a simple geometric design etched around it to match my engagement ring. They are high quality, beautiful pieces that turned out exactly as we imagined them, in fact, maybe even a little better than we imagined.

  My husband and I got our wedding bands here. It was a great experience. They were knowledgeable and so patient as we tried on a thousand bands. Our experience didn't feel artificial or fake or that someone was trying to get a sale. We ended up going with a hammered finish and we are so happy with our bands. Perk: the bands came in the most adorable container, so cute we just gave them to our ring bearers just like that.

We considered estate jewelry, and visited several designers in Brooklyn, before coming across Bario Neal.
  
  We love their ethics -- all recycled and fair-mined materials. We love that it's a small, women-owned business, and pretty local to NYC. And we love their imaginative pieces and, yes, the price!
  
  We made an appointment at their charming and sunny showroom in NYC, and had a lovely one-on-one time with Elyse. It was so nice to try on different pieces in a low-key, laid back environment. There was no pressure, and Elyse was so helpful personally answering emails after our session.

Bario Neal totally fit the bill - they have absolutely stunning rings and their ethical practices and activism made us so confident that we were putting our money where we wanted it!! We went to their store to pick out and order our rings, and the staff was very pleasant and patient. There was a miscommunication with the rings we ordered and they were incredibly responsive in communicating with us and they did everything possible to fix the situation quickly. We couldn't be happier with our wedding bands and I'm sure I'll be back to purchase other products!
