  Excellent Wedding Bartending Services

  BarFly Beverage Solutions did a phenomenal job catering our wedding back in June! Shannon was very responsive and professional as we hammered out the details for the wedding day, which was very helpful since we were planning our wedding from across the country. On the big day, BarFly's service was very professional, courteous, and quick - no guest went thirsty, which was important considering it was an outdoor wedding and pretty hot during the earlier part of the day! BarFly coordinated with us very well so there were no issues with the delivery of the drinks from BevMo, and cleaned up after themselves very nicely.
  
  I strongly recommend BarFly Beverage Solutions for your wedding, or any event where drinks are served. Their prices were very fair, and their service fantastic!

  Best bartender ever!

  I found Bar Fly Beverage solution on my wedding venue’s preferred vendor list and I am so glad we went with them! Shannon was so great to work with. She schedules a call with you to get an idea of what you would like to do in terms of the bar – from the style, glassware, what drinks to offer, etc. We only did beer and wine for alcohol options for our wedding, but I want to also offer fun mocktails for the guests. She came up with a couple of options that our guest highly enjoyed. Her set up looked really good on the day of and everything that day went as planned. I would highly recommend working with Bar Fly Beverage Solution if you ever needed a bar set up and an awesome bar tender!

  My wife and I were married in June of 2018. The venue we selected required if alcohol be served that it be done by a professional. Well, I can honestly Shannon with BarFly Beverage Solutions was more than just a professional. In the months leading up to our wedding things began to be more and more stressful (as expected) and as things changed and evolved, Shannon was ready! She has a very quick response time and has MANY suggestions that will make your day much smoother and stress free. On the day of the wedding she arrived early, set up without any assistance, and everyone loved her. Her suggestion for the number of drinks needed was spot on - we never ran out of any drinks, but there was hardly any left over. Our guests were happy and loved this professional experience!
  Some tips:
  1) Shannon offers the service to provide ice, mixer, and garnish’s. I HIGHLY recommend this option. It made our organizing and planning much simpler to know there was one lest thing to worry about.
  2) Shannon has done this before - she has a lot of suggestions and with an open mind you will see that she has your best intrest in mind.
  
  Overall, Shannon is a 5 out of 5 and I would recommend BarFly Beverage Solutions to anyone getting married in the area! Thank you so much Shannon and BarFly! You made our dream wedding possible!

  I’m not sure where to start. Shannon was everything we looked for as a bartender for my wedding. She was a one woman show who catered to my whole party. She was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and went above and beyond. Super amazing to work with! Don’t look any further, get in touch with her, you will not be disappointed!

  It was truly such a pleasure to work with Shannon! She put together a beautiful bloody mary and mimosa bar display for our brunch-style Sunday morning wedding with absolutely no guidance or input from us and she totally blew us away! She was a joy to work with from start to finish, absolutely professional, polished, punctual, communicative, everything you could possibly dream of. It unexpectedly rained the morning of our wedding, and she saved us by being able to provide a last-minute pop up tent to put over the catered food -- truly amazing! I wish we could get married again just to be able to have her again for our event!

  Funny story...I found BarFly on the "fly" while being parked out on the street, it was like heaven sent that I found her number on the back of her vehicle as her advertisement! She was such a blessing to our wedding, she was great at e-mailing back and being thorough, I set up a phone call with her a couple of weeks before our wedding and she made me feel at ease with questions regarding drinks being served, quantities of alcohol, types of beer, etc. I love her work ethic, and I felt comfortable knowing all of our guests were going to have quality service. She went above and beyond for us on our wedding day...our guests left happy, and so did we! I truly recommend BarFly..thanks again!

Day of, she was a total pro, keeping everyone happy (while making sure some didn't get too happy...) and did so with a smile on her face the entire time. She showed up on time, set up quickly and the bar looked impeccable at all times. I heard from our coordinator that she was super easy and pleasant to work with, and our guests said she was great them.
