Nancy was professional and very effecient

We had decided to get married on a last minute trip to Florida. I called Nancy and she was available. She sent me all the information and she gave me options. She was willing to meet at anytime. It was really hurried on our part and she rolled with it. She was easy and made me and my husband feel special. She was organized. The ceremony was beautiful. Great Job Nancy! Thank you for participating in our beautiful day

Highly recommend Barefoot Weddings

My husband and I were so very happy with the ceremony that Nancy Taussig of Barefoot Weddings officiated in October, 2020. Mrs. Nancy is absolutely wonderful! She is very quick to respond and does everything to make sure your big day is special. The ceremony itself was beautiful as it was celebrated at sunset. Mrs. Nancy created a special booklet she read to us, printed our vows, and presented us with a lovely ceremony! It was very quick and to the point, just what we wanted. We thought the joining of the sand was perfect and at the end we had our very own keepsake. I would highly recommend Mrs. Nancy as she was delightful and such a sweet lady. Very impressed!!

Nancy was great! She tailored the ceremony to exactly what we wanted it to be. She was professional and guided us through the whole process to ensure everything was completed correctly.

Nancy was great. We decided that we wanted to do our vows while we were in Florida, from Canada, with our sons close to Christmas. We contacted Nancy on a Tuesday in Dec and hoped for a Thursday, 2 days later, ceremony on the beach. She was up for the challenge. We met her at the location and she had everything printed and ready to go. We had emailed her what was important to us and she made sure that she included those things in the ceremony. The sand ceremony, the witnessing/signing of the documents and the pictures included our teenage sons nicely. Nancy was so personable and professional and just a pleasure to have had perform our ceremony. It was perfect and just what we were hoping for. Thank you Nancy!!

Thank you to Nancy for helping us create the most perfect wedding ceremony for my husband and I! Nancy arrived on the day on time and was both friendly and professional. We loved our sand ceremony and the lovely keepsakes we got to take back to England with us, which are now proudly displayed in our home. Nancy was always incredibly quick with getting back to my emails, and I really appreciated the time and effort she put in to get our inputs on what we both wanted in the ceremony and then making it a reality for us. :)

I would highly recommend Nancy as an officiant for your wedding day! Nancy was great to work with. She communicated well with my husband and I through email and was always prompt with her responses. We just recently married on 11-13-16 at The Sandbar on Anna Maria Island and the ceremony was beautiful. Nancy worked with us to ensure the vows that were read were what we wanted. My husband and I do not really enjoy speaking in front of crowds and Nancy made it so that we just said "I Do". That set our nerves at ease. Thanks so much Nancy for everything it was a pleasure working with you!

Nancy was great, we had a wedding planner and everything fall through the night before the wedding, and desparately used wedding wire to find all local people with literally less than 12 hours prior to the ceremony and we had a brunch hour wedding. Nancy was very accomadating and not only that didn't try to price gouge us like a few of others. We already filed a marriage ceremony at the clerk of court, and many still tried to take advantage of the situation, nancy took care of us very well

Ryan and I can't thank you enough for making our wedding so wonderful! Despite being such a busy lady...and for good reason, we felt as though we were the only people getting married on the very busy day of 12-13-14. Your flexibility allowed us to have the ceremony we dreamed of that incorporated Buddhist vows, something we hold dear to our hearts since our time in Thailand.

I would recommend Nancy to anyone getting married in Florida. She is professional, fair, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and incredibly flexible, as well as, nice as can be!

Nancy was awesome!!!! She was very helpful with my wedding planning. Since I lived out of state she was able to direct me in all the right places. She answered every email and question I had asked. She was very patient with us when every one of us were late to the wedding due to a bridge being out. Thanks for understanding Nancy.

Nancy was awesome- she was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. I really liked the vows she had for our ceremony. We have a keepsake booklet of our vows and a beautiful little jar containing the sand from our ceremony that she gave to us in addition to officiating services. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering getting married outside of a church (we were married at a Bed & Breakfast).

Nancy was a joy to work with! She went above and beyond. She added several special touches to our ceremony. She was very easy to communiucate with and very prompt in responding. Nancy was so nice to work with. I live an hour away so she was flexible to work with me via email up until the rehearsal. She has done over 1,000 ceremonies so I knew I was dealing with a veteran! When we met she was so professional at the rehearsal and was so smart and helped us learn about the process of the ceremony and who stands where, etc. The day of the wedding she was also super organized and made it a smooth ceremony overall. I would definitely recommend her for a nice and easy wedding officiant! Thanks Nancy!

Nancy was waiting for us when we arived at the beach for our wedding.
We wanted a simple wedding for it was not our first one for either Luisa or me. Pouring the sand together was a great idea and we have it on our shelf in the living room of our house for everybody to see. We contacyed Nancy over the internet as we live in New Jersey. She had everything all set up for us when we arrived in Florida. She a wide range of cermonies to choose from but we wanted to keep it simple.
We were very happy with Nancy and couldn't have aske for anything more.

Nancy was wonderful to work with. She is the perfect officiant for any couple who wants to keep their ceremony short n' sweet and to the point. We didn't have any desire to have any religious aspects to our ceremony and for the most part, just kept it to vows and a sand ceremony (it was a beach wedding). She worked with us to develop a great ceremony that was exactly what we wanted (under 10 minutes of ceremony time!)
She was also very affordable and easy to work with --- we had a medium-sized wedding party that included two kids and she made everyone feel comfortable and at ease during the rehearsal so we would be confident things would go smoothly on "the big day."
