Unbelievably Amazing!
Absolutely Spectacular! That’s the only way to begin this review. Joe Banker Photography with his assistant Ashley could NOT have been a better choice for our wedding. From the first moments of contact with Joe, we were enthralled with his work. Joe was super personable and open to new ideas within the realm of wedding photography. They were easy to contact and work around schedules. Joe and Ashley traveled over 6 hours to provide their services. They were willing to involve our dogs (our fur babies) in the engagement session and focused on getting the best photos out of the session. They even waded into the water for better shots! Joe and Ashley made suggestions about lighting and weather to achieve the best possible service for just starting with our engagement photos.
On our wedding day, February 3, 2023, Joe and Ashley went even further above what we expected. Our wedding day was freezing cold with a heavy bitter wind. As a couple we wanted an outdoor winter wedding and Joe Banker Photography was prepared for it! Joe looped back and forth (bearing the cold wind) between the bridal party and groomsmen party to include everyone in the preparations. Ashley stayed with the bride and helped to gather any missing items for the day, along with keeping all the reaction shots a secret until we were ready for them. They went beyond their call of service to help the groom with his boutonniere and the bride with her veil. With the heavy wind, there was concern about hair getting ruined and the outdoor photos not looking perfect. They both made every possible effort to snap all the important photos before the weather could beat us.
Joe and Ashley were able to snap photos with natural reactions and made the nervousness of being photographed easier for the whole wedding party and guests. They took on the bitter cold wind and made sure to force the bride inside when she started to turn colors from being too cold. They were flexible about getting all the shots we wanted and shots we didn’t know we wanted. Joe and Ashley were extremely excited to experiment with specific locations and types of photos we wanted. They were excited and willing to try to take some photography shots that they had never done before! We HIGHLY recommend Joe Banker Photography and could not ask for a better service. -

Amazing Experience!!!
Joe and Ashley captured the magic of our wedding, plain and simple. They were skilled, engaging, and creative, and had that must-have instinct for being in the right place at the right time to get that perfect shot. They helped us coordinate our day and stay on schedule, but knew when to step back and let the moments come to them. They were also just...fun! Our whole family raved about them and how they interacted with everyone. We couldn't recommend them highly enough! -

Joe and Ashley could not have been more incredible! From start to finish Joe was easy to contact and had many great ideas in terms of the schedule of the day and what shots to get. Joe's attention to detail did not go unnoticed and I don't think he missed a single shot the whole day/night! Joe and Ashley were so flexible and patient and went above and beyond to get the best pictures possible, not to mention did whatever they could to help me keep my dress clean while getting the shots or moving from spot to spot! They both could not have been better and I would recommend them to anyone I know! Truly fantastic! -

I can not recommend Joe & Ashley enough! They captured our day beautifully and were soo helpful (Ashley fixed my shoe when it broke 15 minutes before the ceremony). The pictures were beautifully edited, and we got them back within a month of our big day. I loved how they really captured us as a couple. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! -

Joe Banker came recommended to us from another friend, and bride, who had used Joe for her wedding. He was super easy to work with, as we communicated primarily over email and through digital programs (contract, payment, setup). He was so accommodating to work with, as our wedding plans took a bit to come together due to the stress of covid. And he was even more understanding when we were re-planning the week before our wedding day for a different location altogether, in the unpredictable climate of Cleveland. Joe got all the shots we cared about and braved the 40 degree windy weather to get amazing lake-side pictures of us, too, along with the friends and family members we invited to join us for our intimate ceremony. Joe was efficient, easy-going, and a true joy to have there to capture our day. Joe was so quick to turn around our picture gallery and edits, even after sharing some sneak peeks, just in time for Christmas. He got great live photos from the ceremony, group shots and candids. We can't recommend him enough and pray he'll be available to capture more pictures and memories when we have a post-covid celebration, when we're safely able to dance, drink and hug the rest of our friends and family. Thank you, Joe!! -

Joe and Ashley are the best photographers. They are truly the most professional artists, and are absolutely amazing at their craft! My husband and I received so many compliments on our engagement pictures, and we knew we made the best decision by hiring Joe for our wedding. Joe made everything easy and seamless for us, so we felt very comfortable. We received multiple comments from our wedding guests and family on how extremely professional Joe and Ashley were for our wedding. We had many wonderful vendors for our wedding, but Joe and Ashley were by far our favorite! Joe immediately sent us some of the pictures the day after our wedding, and they are absolutely breathtaking! We have had multiple family and friends tell us they have never seen such amazing wedding pictures before. We cannot wait to recommend them to all of our family and friends for future weddings! If you are contemplating booking with Joe and Ashley for your wedding, stop now and just hire them immediately. You will be so incredibly happy you chose them to be your photographers on one of the most important days of your life! Joe was so amazing to work with! I hired him for a small wedding with just our family and told him our main focus would be family pictures and he went above and beyond what we all expected! We have so many great moments caught on camera because of him. So many fun candids and amazing staged photos. We really wanted to just have family pictures to look back on and we got so much more when we hired him. He knows what he’s doing and exactly every moment you’d want to have photographed. -

Incredible flexibility! We had originally booked for our wedding which we cancelled due to covid. When we decided to elope he volunteered to photograph the ceremony! He drove across multiple states and the photographs are incredible! -

Joe Banker did a fantastic job as our wedding photographer! He charged a fair price, was great about responding to emails, gave helpful advice, and was the consummate professional. He and his assistant Ashley got so many great shots of the day and every time my wife and I look at the photos we find a new favorite. Shooting an outdoor wedding with rapidly changing light takes a lot of technical know how and Joe did this perfectly. We highly recommend using Joe Banker as your wedding photographer!

Words can’t even begin to describe how thankful we are for Joe Banker and our decision to use him as our photographer for both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. Not only did Joe highlight all of the key moments throughout our wedding day, he also was able to capture important details and behind the scenes shots that were the essence of the entire day. We were so impressed with how our photos turned out, we wanted to share the entire gallery with everyone we knew, or at least everyone who was there with us that night. Joe was professional, on time, and diligent, but also relaxed and incredibly easy to work with. He also did a great job managing our somewhat larger (16 people) bridal party to help keep us all on schedule. Joe gave us the gift of an amazing gallery. I know that years from now when I want to look back on our wedding day I’ll be transported back in time to that day thanks to Joe’s photos and the authenticity that I can feel by looking at them. If you’re still looking for a photographer, look no further. Joe’s the man. -

Joe is absolutely the best!!
It is pretty hard to describe just how incredible Joe is as a photographer!! We couldn't be happier with all of our photos from him! We booked him for our engagement pictures as well as our wedding photos. It was great to get to meet him during the engagement shoot, see how he works, and just build a level of comfort with him before the big day. He is an excellent balance of being able to command a situation so you can get certain poses and people in the right spots, but also calm, relaxing, and goes with the flow. I definitely did not have to worry about how wedding day pictures would turn out, which was great to have one less thing to stress about. Joe managed to capture so many incredible moments throughout our wedding day. We had met a couple days prior to go over a timeline and some of the pictures we wanted, which was great to touch base. Day of, he arrived and went to work. My sister could not stop raving about how good Joe was and how she wished she had had him for her wedding photographer. My parents were also so happy, and my dad could not stop complimenting how efficient Joe was as well. He was able to get all of the pictures we wanted and we didn't have to worry about being pulled away from our guests for long. It was the best of both worlds (amazing and all of the pictures, and still so much time to enjoy our guests and the day). Joe also knows so many great spots to go for pictures, which was really helpful since we don't live where we had our wedding and weren't the most familiar with the area. Another amazing thing about Joe is how quickly he got our pictures to us. We got a few previews 3 days after our wedding, while we were on our honeymoon, which was so exciting to see, and within two weeks after that we had all of our pictures!! We were BLOWN AWAY when we saw them! They were all so incredibly stunning and so many beautiful and precious moments were captured from every moment of the day. Joe truly has an incredible eye for getting all of the little moments and emotions, and stunning angles. We cannot rave enough about how happy we are with the photos Joe took! We absolutely, 100% recommend him to all brides and grooms out there and you will not be sorry! Our day was forever captured in the most amazing way and we cannot say thank you enough Joe!!! -

Joe is an incredible photographer! My fiancé and I had a blast getting our engagement pictures taken. Neither of us had ever done a photo shoot and were a little nervous going into it. Joe made it so easy and fun! He came up with the best poses and captured everything we would’ve wanted— and more! His laid back attitude took the stress off us. When I got the pictures back I nearly cried! He made us look amazing and gladly incorporated our goofiness into the shoot. We seriously could not be any happier. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking for a photographer. We are so thankful for all he’s done and for capturing our love in his images. Amazing Photographer!
Joe was amazing! We love our pictures and will cherish them forever. We highly recommend his business. He was professional, aware of everything going on so that he could get pictures of every memorable moment, and accommodating! It was the hottest weekend of the year, and Joe made quick and beautiful work of the outdoor and church (with no AC!) pictures since we quite frankly were melting. They did a great job!!!! We hired two photographers for the entire wedding day and it was great! We even went to our farm that was about half an hour away from the ceremony and reception venue, which went very well! I really do my research and his prices were the best for two photographers, all day in this area! We got the pictures back in a very timely manner and we absolutely love the way they turned out! -

JOE IS AMAZING! I planned my wedding from across the country and we didn't spend a ton of time meeting with photographers, and by that I mean his portfolio sold me and when we met over coffee once his confidence was comforting. He truly loves what he does and that passion made our wedding day so much fun. We never felt rushed or displeased. We also had a second photographer who worked so well with Joe. We have gotten a few sneak peaks already and I'm amazed. Joe wanted to try some new shots with his water proof lens and it was so cool! He knew where to take us in Cleveland to maximize our time and great shots. We can't wait to see the rest! He has a very quick turn around for photos because he takes his job very seriously. Joe came to our house for an engagement photo shoot and he did an amazing job. The highlights of the shoot (other than spending quality time with Mike) was observing Joe’s thought process as he guided us to well lit locations, gave open ended movement suggestions, and captured some really magical moments. Joe really knows what he is doing and was enthusiastic about trying new and unique concepts, locations, props, and angles. We couldn’t be happier with how we felt during the shoot and with the final pictures, which were shared with us at lightening speed. -

Joe is a great photographer! I absolutely love my pictures. He fit in perfectly with my friends and family and was able to get to my venue in the middle of the woods with no problem (despite the weather). It only took about a week to get the c-drive with all of my beautiful pics. He was very reasonably priced (in fact, he could easily charge more for this quality) Highly recommend! -

Joe did an incredible job photographing my wedding! He was awesome to work with and goes above and beyond. He even took our engagement pictures in a freezing snowfall when he probably couldn’t even feel his fingers and the photos turned out great! We had our wedding in September and couldn't have asked for a better photographer! Joe has a great personality and was really easy to communicate with throughout the wedding planning process. He made sure our big day was special and with how hectic the wedding day can be for the bride and groom he was able to slow it down to take some really beautiful photos of us and our family and friends. My wife and I haven't stopped looking at our pictures and I hope everyone will give Joe an opportunity to capture their big day, You won't regret it!
