Winter Themed Wedding Cake
We ordered a wedding cake from Bamboo Bakery in December last year, since it was winter, we had a winter themed decoration and the cake looked amazing. We were even able to request 2 different flavors as my husband and I couldnt pick one. They have delivery service too which is why I didnt have to worry about whether it will reach on time. Bamboo Bakery is often named best bakery and there's a good reason for that! We hired them to create a cake for my daughter's wedding, and they were a delight to work with. Bamboo Bakery created a lovely and delicious almond cake with strawberry filling for our reception. The taste testing was a great experience and we were able to taste a lot of different cakes, where we also got to see lists of their top cake flavors for the season. We received lots of compliments from our guests on our cake. The delivery and setup were seamless. The ordering and design process went smoothly. They provided a box for our cake topper. We recommend bringing a box of your own to take home leftover cake from the lower tiers. We highly recommend Bamboo Bakery for a great wedding cake!

We ordered our wedding cake from Bamboo Bakery. The tasting and ordering process was so easy and we got to try many different flavors before making our choice. We went with a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and vanilla cake with peaches n cream filling.
We went to other cake tastings before this one and weren’t really satisfied. (We’re huge cake lovers.)
Once we tasted bamboo bakery’s cake we knew this was the one! Their cake is so moist and their flavors are so unique and refreshing to the palette. Just enough sweetness.
Not only was the cake delicious but the presentation was flawless and looked exactly like the inspo picture we showed them.
I can’t recommend them enough and I’ll be ordering all my event cakes from them.

Thank you Bamboo Bakery! My wedding cake was absolutely delicious. And beautiful. I highly recommend Bamboo bakery for any special event. Especially weddings! I had a 2 tier custom wedding cake, champagne raspberry and chocolate. All my guests kept asking where the cake was from! David was so professional he has perfected his craft. We did a cake tasting with him, and it was special something we will always remember, the big store has many cakes inside to look at. And get an idea of just how marvelous David’s work is! There is something for everybody. I highly recommend paying the extra and doing the taste test. From placing the order at our cake tasting to the delivery of the cake. The best wedding cake anyone's ever had
Our cake blew guests away at our wedding. The design was gorgeous and unique, but more importantly, the flavors were incredible. Bamboo Bakery offers so many unique cake and filling flavors to choose from -- no other baker in Phoenix can even come close to the variety they have. The coolest part is that we were able to mix and match whatever flavors we wanted at no extra charge. So we went with two completely unique cake combinations: 1). mango cake with a filling of coconut cream and fresh mangos; 2). Chocolate and banana marbled cake with a filling of almond cream, fresh bananas, and fresh strawberries.
The flavors were out of this world. Multiple guests (and my husband and I) agreed that it was the best cake they had EVER had. It's rare to find a bakery that uses fresh fruit in their wedding cakes and I think that's what makes all the difference. That and the fact that the cake was incredibly moist and stayed that way for days after the wedding.
I HIGHLY recommend Bamboo Bakery over any other wedding cake vendor in Phoenix. With their unbelievably low pricing and their unmatched flavor selection, you'll be doing yourself a disservice if you choose any other vendor. Make sure to book at least 6 months in advance if you can. While they can accommodate orders on short notice (we ordered our anniversary cake with only two week's notice), you'll get a significant price break by booking far in advance.

We chose Bamboo Bakery for our wedding cake because they had delicious cakes for very reasonable prices. When we had to postpone our wedding for a year due to Covid, they had no problem pushing the date forward at no additional cost to us. The cake was delivered when we asked for it. My only complain was that it was still frozen in the middle when we went to cut it. Other than that, I highly recommend Bamboo Bakery.

This cake was very beautiful and so good my guest went back for seconds and even took some home. I would recommend this place for any occasion. I was able to get 2 flavors. My wife and I found Bamboo Bakery in 2017 and could not have been more thrilled. From our first meeting of the tasting to our wedding day itself; we were absolutely amazed. I remember the tasting like it was yesterday, my best man attended with us and as we sat taking slow bites I looked over and saw my best man wolfing down each slice in seconds.
When asked which flavors he liked, my best man responded, "Any of them". Bamboo offered a wide variety of beautiful decorations, delicious frosting and filling flavors, and absolutely decadent fluffy cake textures. On our special day they were perfectly punctual and were absolutely amazing in setting up the cake and all it's layers. We have loved their service so much we return every year for our anniversary celebration cake which is always perfect like the original cake was. The cake and service was incredible. David was very communicative and easy to work with. The price was very accommodating and manageable. The best part of the entire process had to be the taste of the cake.. I had my mind made up a long time ago that my wedding cake would be red velvet, but David’s delicious creations changed my mind at our tasting and we went with something totally different that knocked our guests taste buds out of the water! Consider the place to shop for Cake!
I highly recommend David and his staff to create the cake of your dreams. I had a vision this year for my wedding cake and it came into fruition on the day of. The heart and soul that David put's into the cake is superb. I'm so glad I met him at a Bridal Event back in early 2020 before the COVID shut down and was able to come through during these crazy times. My flavor was Pink Champagne with Raspberry Jam.

Bamboo Bakery did an AMAZING job on our wedding cake. David was very patient and understanding throughout the whole process. I changed my mind on how I wanted the cake to look like a few weeks out and he was completely open and okay with it. They delivered and coordinated with our vendor in Sedona well. The cake showed up on time and we did not experience any difficulty with transporting the cake up North. The cake looked beautiful and tasted so great! Bamboo Bakery was spot on! The cake was delivered perfectly and set up with no stress! It was the talk of our wedding how amazing that cake was. And every single piece was gone by the end of the night. We absolutely loved having real frosting and not fondant on our cake. If you want that, look nowhere else, David is a master! And he is creative!!! I will be using him going forward for our big events where we want to impress!

Delicious cake and great customer service!
Ten years ago Bamboo Bakery did an amazing job on our wedding cake (vanilla cake with vanilla strawberry cream filling) and we have been hooked ever since. Every time we have gone to them, from wedding cake to birthday cakes, the customer service has been wonderful and the cakes have been delicious! Today, I called and placed an order with David for a special cake to celebrate my 10 year wedding anniversary. We used Bamboo Bakery for our wedding on 2/1/19, and our cake turned out amazing! We ordered a Pink champagne cake with banana cream filling and buttercream frosting and it was delicious! They made our wedding day delivery so effortless. They had to drive the cake to Flagstaff the day of the from Phoenix and assemble on site. The cake looked amazing and tasted great. An Equally Elegant and Delicious Wedding Cake
We loved working with David at Bamboo Bakery. When we had our first meeting at the bakery, my husband and I were so entranced by the displays of all of the beautiful, whimsical cakes. It felt like we were in a Willy Wonka cake factory. It was clear that Bamboo Bakery was a very versatile and talented bakery.
When we sat down with David to discuss the design, all I had to do was show him a few Pinterest photos, and before I even put my phone away, he had sketched exactly what I had envisioned. Our cake was showstoppingly beautiful. It was elegant and clean, and it made quite a statement. Not to mention it was absolutely delicious! I don't even eat sweets, but I had two leftover pieces last night, and will definitely be enjoying another one tonight.
Not only was the cake beautiful and delicious, the price was surprisingly affordable. We even got a discount for buying it over a year in advance. Thank you David for making me enjoy dessert again with our fabulous cake!

Bamboo Bakery really made our wedding special with their perfect wedding cake. We had a customized 3 tier square wedding cake with pink and white flowers. Our cake flavors were Orange Whimsical and Pink Champagne with buttercream frosting. The orange whimsical had a soft but flavorful fresh orange taste and you could taste the subtle sweet pink champagne flavor; it was lovely and delicate. The buttercream frosting was smooth and luscious. Everything was so delicious! The price was affordable and they were able to make our wedding date deadline. They even delivered and set up the cake at the reception; it was breath taking :) I would highly recommend Bamboo Bakery for your wedding/special event!

We had a wonderful experience with Bamboo Bakery. The owner and creator of all the amazing cakes is very nice, helpful, and honest. I went in with little knowledge of what I wanted for my wedding cake, and he gave some ideas and designed a beautiful outline of what the cake would look like. On the day of my wedding, I saw that it was truly the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. Not to mention very moist and extremely tasty! I've never tasted a cake so good, and I don't generally like cakes.

David was very nice. I had meet with 3 different bakers and contact 6 in total. David had the best value and we were still able to get the cake we wanted. (A fancy looking 3 tier) Me, my husband, best man, and MOH went to a cake tasting and tried about 6 different flavors. He offered a buttercream option and whipped cream options. Because we booked him over a year in advance we got a discount. The day before the wedding my bridesmaid went and dropped off the roses and gold beading I wanted in the cake. David had the cake delivered in a good time and it was beautiful. Exactly what I imagined! It was also very very delicious. This was a great company to work with. Any problems or concerns were addressed and handled in a timely fashion. I will for sure be ordering from them again and recommending them.

The reception hall we went to recommended BAMBOO BAKERY. So we thought we'd check it out. right away David wanted to help, answered our questions, told us what he recommends. Didn't push us on anything, the designs, the flavors, nothing. Drew up what we were describing for the design looked great even just on paper!

David was so nice and patient with us while choosing the design and flavor for our wedding cake! He was also awesome to help us with different options to stay in our budget!
When the big day came, the result was absolutely stunning and so yummy! We got many, many complements on the style and the taste of the cake :)

We had a photo from Pinterest that we liked. When we showed it to David he said he could duplicate it. I loved the result! The flavors of the cake (banana) and cupcakes (champagne) were wonderful - our guests raved!

I know I'm probably slightly biased because it was my wedding but I swear this is the best cake I've ever had! We went with a pink champagne cake with raspberry and topped with whipped cream. We had a great experience with this company, from the initial tasting to delivery. Delicious product, great customer service, definitely recommended.

My wedding was on April 14th, 2018. Our wedding was at the zoo, so I wanted a cake that would go with the zoo theme. I had a vision in mind. The cake turned out exactly how I wanted. It tasted amazing too. The owner David was very nice and easy to work with. He delivered our cake personally and was on time. The prices are amazing. If you are looking for a one of a kind cake for any occasions I would recommend Bamboo Bakery. You will not disappoint.

We had such an amazing experience with this vendor. They were extremely professional and were able to design a cake exactly how we invisioned. It tasted delicious and our guests all gave very high praise as well. We would highly recommend this vendor to any future bride and groom.

My wife and I are so glad we went with Bamboo Bakery for our wedding! They were great at communicating with us about everything from scheduling a tasting to the cake delivery (this was not the case with the first bakery we visited). The cake we chose ended up with the beautiful, classic look we wanted and incorporated the wedding theme. Just as importantly, the cake (champagne strawberry) tasted great! We received many compliments on the cake. We would use them again in a heartbeat and I strongly recommend them to anyone.

Two weeks later and people are still talking about our cake! David and his team create not only beautiful cakes, but DELICIOUS. I may or may not have eaten multiple pieces on my wedding night myself! And there was NO leftover cake.

The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. I chose a basic simple look and he placed the flowers that my florist delivered perfectly. The whip cream frosting on the outside was to die for. I also chose a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and it didn't disappoint. I am still eating the cake a week after the wedding and still tastes as great as the wedding night. Everybody at the wedding agreed that it was the best wedding cake they tasted so far.

David was very professional, and he worked with me in a timely manner, as I was very pressed for time. They did an excellent job on the three tier wedding cake, and all was an success. I recommend Bamboo Bakery to anyone, thay are great.

Bamboo Bakery made our wedding cake for our wedding February 2018 at Anthem Country Club. This was the BEST wedding cake I've ever had, and ALL of our guests raved about it! My dream was to have a funfetti cake at my wedding and Bamboo Bakery made it happen! So happy!!

Best designs and tasting cake ever! I have never really been a cake person so I was skeptical to try anything other than the basic flavors but we ordered peach filling with Vanilla and it was amazing! I love that I was able to design the cake just as I wanted and with Bamboo Bakery's help, they were able to turn my visions to reality and it looked 10 times better in person!! Amazing company, highly recommend!

Bamboo Bakery was the perfect choice for us! Everyone loved the cake and it was so beautiful! Very reasonable pricing and the cake tasting/design appointment was fun. We got to sample 8 different flavors each month leading up to our wedding to make sure it was the perfect flavor for our guests. Highly recommend!

I am over the moon in love.....with Bamboo Bakery! They are so nice so that always helps. But the main thing is that their cakes are a total slice of heaven. That buttercream frosting is to die for. The Almond Strawberry vanilla cake is a dream come true. They designed my cake in 5 minutes based off of a poor quality picture I had on my phone. I cannot wait to eat cake on my wedding day. They also invited me back for other cake tasting events. Not only do their cakes look beautiful, they taste simply sublime. I might even order a cake before I get married .....just to eat it! Yummy!
