We had the best time working with Bakerture!! We booked their Jefferson package, which allows for 2 photographers and 1 videographer, and BOY was it money well spent! If it's in your budget, we absolutely recommend going all out with this team. Both photo & video were phenomenal in quality and composition; we couldn't be happier. We loved how Rita took good care in capturing the small details of our wedding. Also, communication from Rita, Steve, and the rest of the Bakerture team was consistently clear & open throughout the process. They were so kind, warm, and respectful to us during our special day, and of course the high res photos didn't disappoint. Bakerture was our photography vendor for our engagement photoshoot and wedding day. Pam shot both our engagement and wedding photos. She has a special talent for capturing beautiful and exciting moments between people. Erik was the second photographer for our wedding and spectacularly shot the event and was willing to do anything to get a shot, including getting on the ground to take photos of our dogs. We barely noticed they were at the wedding at all but they captured every second of it. We would highly recommend Bakerture for any event you may have! -

We worked with Bakerture Photo and Video for our wedding photography and they did an amazing job capturing the wedding ceremony and reception with just one videographer. They successfully captured drone footage, multiple angles, and audio while being incredibly pleasant to work with before and after the planning process. Videos came back super quick and were beautiful including an awesome Instagram Reel of our big day.
There's a reason why Rita was named one of Loudon's 40 under 40 and it shows in the work of Bakerture. Would highly recommend. -

Bakerture as a company was easy to communicate and coordinate with from the very beginning. We didn't have a ceremony and our reception was basically a big party, so we wanted natural, fun photos of us and our friends and family. Andy understood the assignment perfectly. He was relaxed and go-with-the-flow but got beautiful shots of all the essential moments of the reception. He got great action shots of the dancing, blending in with the party, but also took lovely family and bridge/groom photos. The mixture of candids and posed photos was perfect, so we have family formals for mantelpieces but also great happy photos of us and our friends enjoying the celebration. We got the photos back very quickly, which was a nice surprise and we are incredibly happy with the quality. -

We loved working with Bakerture! Rita did our engagement shoot. She was amazing to work with and we swooned at the results! Pam and Tim did the photography and videography for our wedding day. From the moment they arrived at the venue they were so nice and kind. It felt very natural and easy to have them around which made taking all of the pictures and video a breeze! Any time we looked around one of them was capturing some element of the night. We loved having Pam and Tim with us to capture such a big event! We are so excited to see the final results! -

Bakerture was the first vendor we booked and one of the easiest choices we made. We were drawn to Bakerture because of their timeless style and the fact that they offer both photo and video services. The Bakerture photo + video team worked together seamlessly and delivered an absolutely fantastic level of service on our wedding day. Starting with our engagement photos our lead photographer Pam made us feel comfortable and gave easy to follow posing directions. On the wedding day Pam and her assistant photographer Joey each brought their unique perspectives and made sure every single detail was captured without a shot list. Our guests had such a fun time interacting with out videographer Tim throughout the night. We were so excited to get our photos/video back and were pleasantly surprised when they were delivered well before the quoted timeframe. The most difficult part of the whole process was narrowing down our favorite photos from hundreds! -

There are no words - amazing is an understatement
My husband and I literally cannot even put together words to express how amazing our experience was with Bakerture from start to finish. From our first video chat with Rita, who made us feel very confident in making the decision with literally no doubt in our mind.. to our first video introduction to our lead photographer (Steve) and then meeting him and our videographer (Josue) in person.
They made us feel comfortable immediately and helped make the day go by without a hitch. I literally can not say enough. And then the photos and video were all completed and sent to us IN LESS THAN A MONTH.. and OMG. What to even say about them. They captured exactly what we asked to be captured and more. Our wedding was full of love and a WHOLE lot of fun, and they captured it all. Seriously cannot recommend them more, you won't regret it. Thank you to Bakerture for making us and our families cry more watching the video and looking at the pictures than we did on our actual wedding day. These are timeless and priceless. -

Absolutely amazing! We hired Bakerture for their photo and video services on our wedding day, and also worked with them on our engagement photos and wedding welcome party. I can't say enough good things about their entire team. They were such a pleasure to work with and captured our day perfectly. We are obsessed with our wedding video and are absolutely in love with all of the photos. Not only did the finished product(s) turn out incredibly, but their turnaround time was impeccable- we got sneak peeks back within a week, and got our videos and entire wedding album back in a little more than three weeks. Highly, HIGHLY recommend their photo and video services to anyone getting married in the DMV area! -

We booked Bakerture for our wedding photos and video and we had a great experience with them! Our lead photographer Katie was great on the day of the wedding and they were very flexible when our group was running a bit behind, helping to get everyone back on schedule. She also asked us if there was anything that we wanted her to capture on the day and she made sure to go above and beyond what we asked for. My husband and I were nervous because we are not very experienced with couples posing but Katie had a ton of amazing ideas for couples portraits and she also made sure to capture a ton of bridal and groom portraits. They did an amazing job at capturing the day and they got ALL of our photos back to us within a week and a half which was way sooner than what was promised in our contract! The owner Rita was very responsive and great to work with as well. We can't recommend Bakerture enough! -

We cannot say enough good things about Bakerture! We had the unique experience of working with Bakerture for our engagement session, elopement, AND wedding celebration. Rescheduling a wedding can be stressful, but Bakerture was so supportive and flexible. They responded to our messages quickly, answered our countless questions, and put our minds at ease. We had the pleasure of working with Steve. Steve is professional, creative, and enthusiastic. We had the best time during our engagement session at Chick-Fil-A! I'm not sure what other photographer would have the idea to place an engagement ring in a chicken mini. He captured each of our special moments perfectly. We used Bakerture for both our engagement photos and our wedding and we are so happy we did! Steve was our lead photographer for both shoots and he was easy and a blast to work with. Steve was incredibly professional but also ensured both of us were comfortable and happy with how the day was moving and how we felt in front of the camera. Not to mentioned our engagement photos came out beautiful and our sneak peeks from the wedding are stunning!! From minute one they made us feel special, Our photographer was Steve, I feel horrible that I don't remember our assistant photographers name but she was amazing as well. We had a engagement session with Steve and he made us feel comfortable and we had so much fun. They have been very responsive and flexible with us as we fixed our schedule in the last month before the wedding and we really appreciate it.
The pictures we received made my heart flutter, both the engagement photos and the wedding photos. I wasn't sure what I was looking for in photography until I saw Bakerture's site. The style and love in their photos and for their craft is apparent and as a artist myself I gravitated towards them immediately. Thank you so much Bakerture for capturing our day so beautifully, and having fun with us. We have already ordered prints but are ecstatic to start working on a album with Bakerture. -

If you haven't yet found a photographer for your event, you MUST look into Bakerture Photo & Video. Rita and team were a delight to deal with and honestly added to the joy of our wedding day. The photographers were punctual, professional, easy to work with, encouraging, and fun! They've definitely got their wedding day photography down to a science. We never felt rushed, and Rita listened to everything we asked for, and her expertise definitely came in handy when directing us. We also asked for pictures with our hockey teams, and I was personally getting frustrated at trying to get 20 men to look at the camera, Rita stayed calm, never lost her patience, and was able to get off the shots we wanted. When we received or pictures back, we were happy to see that her editing was consistent with pictures in her portfolio, and perfectly captured moments and feeling of our day. Would highly recommend to anyone! -

Our photo were AMAZING!
Working with Bakerture for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. We originally reached out because we were attracted to their photography style. After speaking with Rita, the decision was a no brainer. They made the whole wedding photography process very easy. We were paired with Katie, who was absolutely wonderful and meshed well with our personalities. Although it was pouring rain for our engagement shoot, it was a lot of fun and we got some really wonderful photos. Our wedding photos turned out AMAZING! Best Choice Ever
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bakerture Photo and Video. I really don’t even know where to begin. The second I looked at their gallery, I knew I wanted to book them for our wedding. I was through the roof when we contacted them and found that they were available for our wedding date. When booking with them, they scheduled a consultation so that we could get to know each other- such a great and personal touch! We knew we made the right call after our consultation.
As a 2020/COVID-19 wedding couple, we ended up having to postpone our wedding from May to August 16. Bakerture did not miss a beat and were incredibly supportive and flexible with their accommodations. Their communication was clear throughout the whole process, which put a stressed bride’s mind at ease.
On the day of the wedding, Rita and her team were INCREDIBLE. It was like Rita could sense any worry that I had and was a warm, reassuring voice throughout the entire day. The team was efficient, professional, and fun! They blended in so well while taking photos/videos and the results were SPECTACULAR!
My husband and I still talk about how crazy fast our wedding day went and how we wish we could relive it a hundred more times- the photos and videos captured by Bakerture truly help us to do that!! The photos are beautiful, they captured so much emotion and we watch the video on repeat because we love it so much! If we could give Bakerture 20/10, we would! -

Booking Bakerture Photography & Video (and The One Moment Events wedding planners) were hands down the BEST decisions I made for my wedding day. They defined my wedding experience, and my husband and I will forever be grateful. Their vision, guidance, experience, talent, and just amazing energy to be around was SO worth it. The Bakterture team did a wonderful job with both our wedding day in 2020 and our reception (finally) in 2023. They gave us so many edited photos that really captured the emotions and joy of the day. I will cherish these especially from our 2020 wedding as we could not have more guests than our parents and siblings in attendance at that time, and we couldn't do anything to celebrate afterward except take some portraits. They were responsive and understanding throughout Covid and Military deployment postponements. We have not yet received our video, so I'll come back to review that but I'm sure it will be just as great as our photos!

We were supposed to have our wedding on May 23. Bakerture was amazing about looking at potential dates and rescheduling within a day of me reaching out. They have even offered to help us work something out to have coverage if we're able to have our church ceremony on our original day with immediate family. We are so happy to have Bakerture on our vendor team even if we have to wait 6 more months to get married! -

OMG. I don't even know where to start... Brooke & Katie were phenomenal! I couldn't have asked for a better pair of photographers. Brooke also did our engagement pictures, which came out so beautiful. She made us feel so comfortable & made the whole experience less awkward and scary!! i don't like being in front of the camera.. but the way she distracted us by asking us questions, making us laugh, & doing silly things made it effortless. Exceptional Wedding Photography Experience!
Our photography experience with Bakerture was absolutely beyond amazing! Rita was so fantastic on our wedding day in making sure that we felt at ease and comfortable, and she was able to make the experience go seamlessly regardless of how we were feeling throughout the day. She made sure that the bride felt beautiful and captured her excitement perfectly. She and Kyle both have terrific senses of humor, and they made even the silliest of photo ops work wonderfully. They were also able to accommodate for any and all requests for photos with family, photos of special friend groups, or any other last-minute requests we came up with that day. We are so grateful for them, and we absolutely love the sneak peek photos we've already received. They were also able to work seamlessly with our videographers, and they communicated superbly.
Bakerture did our engagement photos as well, so we already know that their work is of the highest quality; we are all the more excited to receive our full wedding album from them! -

Where to even begin! We met Steven and Rita at the Wedding Expo, along with a few other photographers, and these two clearly had something special about them.
The process was so not sales, more just getting to know each other as friends which was really appreciated.
Since we had friends taking engagement shots, they were super flexible with taking rehearsal dinner shots instead.
Our wedding photos are unbelievable. From getting ready to first look, Steve's calm demeanor was incredibly appreciated in the stressful setting. Even though it was pouring cats and dogs, he assured us our pictures would be stunning, and boy he was right. It was so hard to pick just 60 for our album because every single shot is perfect. Steve has a great eye when it comes to catching candids and with poses, he is able to adapt quickly to time changes, and does so with the calmest demeanor.
We would recommend Bakerture a million times if we could.

Initially, I met Bakerture at a wedding expo and saw all of their photography. I immediately knew we would want to have them on our team for our wedding day. Sometimes you just get a feeling about people, and the owners of Bakerture are good people. We set up an initial meeting for coffee and we really hit it off. They were so gracious and genuinely seemed interested in working with us. They answered question after question, and put us at ease. The two of them are the type of people you want to hang out with and get a beer with! They are incredibly laid back which helped put us at ease and relax for photos. All of these were contributing factors in making our decision to pick Bakerture. Last but not least, we hired them for their attention to detail and those unique, quirky shots you might not have seen otherwise. We came to them with an unusual idea for engagement photos and they went with it - we suggested ice skating for our engagement pictures and they were adventurous enough to take it and run with it! From start to end they've been so supportive and helpful, and we have no reservations about recommending them to anyone for their special day. On the day of, they helped keep us on track, relaxed, and were extremely efficient with taking photos. Every wedding vendor played a huge part in our wedding day, but we are forever thankful that we have these memories to relive one of the best days of our lives. If you are hesitating, pick up the phone and call me because you will not make a mistake choosing them as your photographer! They exceeded our expectations in telling the story of our day! So many of our wedding guests commented on how beautiful it all came out and that they should be in a magazine. They worked well with our videography team well and were unobtrusive! -

I met the power couple behind Bakerture Photo & Video while at a local bridal show and when I came across their booth, I knew I had to stop and talk to them. In our search for a photographer, we came across many great options, but our connection with Steve & Rita just couldn't compare. It was so easy getting to know them and they made me and my husband feel so comfortable during our engagement photo shoot that by the time the wedding day rolled around, it was a piece of cake! They have such an eye for detail and aren't afraid to experiment with unique and different shots. It felt like we'd known them for years, and they went above and beyond to help make our wedding day special. Rita was like an honorary sixth bridesmaid, as she was quick to help out when I had a false eyelash situation (accidentally yanked it off right before our ceremony!!) and helped take care of a need I had during our reception dinner when I couldn't get anyone else's attention. People LOVED the photos I had recieved and even made comments during the wedding about how involved both Steven and Rita were. A lot of people asked how did I even find them! My husband was really happy as well suprisingly since he was not big on wanting a whole lot of pictures. I gave them both quite a timeline and they got so many shots I thought we would have to skip due to timing. Even when the sun went down it was no problem. I got beautiful night time shots! I highly suggest them especially if you are wanting excellent quality in both customer service & special pictures. Very professional and I love how the pictures did not turn out looking like every other photographers type of work. :) -

Working with Morgan P and Morgan B for our wedding was wonderful. Not only did the pictures come out amazing, they both helped me multiple times with various outfit changes and ensuring that I had what I needed throughout the whole evening. Morgan P also did our engagement shoot in Washington DC which was fun and it helped us get comfortable with being in front of the camera.
Our experience working with both of them was very smooth, fun, and we're blown away by the quality of the pictures. We wanted to make sure we had a good photographer for our wedding and Bakerture did not disappoint! We felt like we were in great hands from beginning to end and the results were nothing short of incredible. We highly recommend Bakerture for any photography needs! -

Overall we were very pleased with Bakerture's photography and service. The owner has a great sales tactic of texting with you, though after you confirm you're triaged to a coordinator who manages all communication, and you don't have any interaction with the actual photographer. I think they're quickly growing and aiming to be efficient, though the experience stood out as a bit distanced in comparison to our other vendors. The photos were great quality, and we were grateful to be matched with photographers who matched out style/personality. Some of my favorite shots were by the 2nd shooter, who did a great job of capturing candid moments with lots of energy! -
