For starters, Antonio knows everything about getting married in Bahamas. He knows the process, the procedures, and the people. He made everything so easy getting approved and we felt totally confident in his abilities and knowledge. He took all of the stress and uncertainty out of the process. Then he did a beautiful service for us… he got to know us and our story and brought both the authority and confidence of someone who does this a lot + the personal touch. All of the paperwork was done flawlessly and we had a fun and enjoyable experience. I am so glad we went with Antonio after the hotel (SLS) and ChatGPT recommended him! Pastor Beckford was truly a gem to work with. He has always been attentive from my initial contact with him. He always answered to my emails leading up to our vow renewal. My husband and I felt very comfortable working with him considering that we lived in America. He was at the pick up location in a timely manner, and made sure we made it to the beach location on time considering Nassau, Bahamas was ending their Junkanoo festivities. The ceremony was beautiful, the pastor officiation was heartfelt. Our 15th anniversary vow renewal was a dream come true. Antonio was so helpful in organising our last minute Elopement, he done everything from booking the Government Office appointment, finding a great location and photographer, organising a private meal and even pushing for the certificates to be done before we left The Bahamas. He is very professional but also welcoming and friendly, he made us feel very calm and stress free. I would recommend Antonio to anyone looking to get married in Nassau. Absolutely the best wedding ever!
Antonio is absolutely amazing! Not only is he beyond responsive via email, WhatsApp and phone calls he came up with a plan B last minute for our beach wedding. Nassau was getting N/NE winds 20+ and the beach where we wanted our ceremony was getting slammed by surf. On the day we went to get our marriage license he took us to another beach that was blocked by most of the winds and a mild surf. It was a true dream wedding! Our wedding was small but he made it magical for us! The car service and driver, Max was the best! The photographer, Tantura Snlphotos really captured the most amazing photos and got the photos to us so fast! I asked for a few additional and she didn’t hesitate to that request! If you want a true island beach wedding, Antonio and all the services he offers is so worth it! Thank you Antonio! Pastor Beckford was a wonderful officiant! I am a Bahamian and was marrying an American - he handled the marriage license process for us and made it a breeze (all we did was show up for the interview)! He offers civil and religious ceremonies. We opted for the religious ceremony and it was just the right amount of “religious” - with a blessing over our marriage (without making it overwhelming for the guests of ours who are not believers). We contacted Antonio kind of last minute for an estimate on a small private vow renewal on the beach in the Bahamas. He responded rather quickly and was quite knowledgeable, professional and understood what we needed. He met us at the Cruise port in the Bahamas on time with his photographer Tantura. He personally brought us to 3 different beaches because he felt the others were not up to par for the pictures. He really went out of his way to give us the best possible memory he could. His photographer Tantura was very patient and a pleasure to work with. We would 100% recommend going to them for all of your special celebrations. Grateful - Honest and Transparent
Dr Beckford was truly a life saver. I was 10 days away from my planned vow renewal before I disputed a bunch of random charges that was never mentioned in the contract or via conversation from another vow renewal company. After a few words exchanged I refused to let that individual renew my vows so I searched for someone else and absolutely no one was coming up. I chose not to get frustrated and told myself if it’s meant to be it will work itself out. I decided to check one last time and out of nowhere Bahamas wedding by the sea showed up on Wedding Wire so I called instantly. We had a pleasant conversation and he was available the day and time I needed for the renewal. We spoke over the next few days and planned everything. The transportation company we used offered an affordable tour for us after and it worked out great.
Dr Beckford was very pleasant, honest, and transparent. I was beyond happy I found him and honored he performed our ceremony. His words were a blessing to us all, the ceremony was simple and very fitting for what we wanted.

Even though we were on a tight schedule the hotel and Antonio were able to get everything scheduled and setup, the process was great start to finish. Reverend Antonio is a wonderful and professional officiant. He handled all of the paperwork required for us to have our legal wedding ceremony in Nassau. We are from the US. He met us at the registrar 2 days before the wedding and personally managed everything. After, when my fiancé and I mentioned that we needed to find some items for our Sand Ceremony, he took us to several stores until we found what we needed. This is the type of hospitality known for Bahamians but it was particularly special to have Antonio help us. By spending time with us, he got to know more about us and this was reflected in his ceremony. He is a kind , happy and very witty person. After some research, my husband and I found Rev. Beckford and reached out to him immediately. My mother spoke to Rev. Beckford first ( as she had a list of questions which rev. Beckford happily answered.) After my husband and I sent him and email, Rev. Beckford responded by the next morning. We all met via Zoom to get to know each other and to discuss specifics. Rev. Beckford attended our wedding rehearsal in preparation for the wedding day.
We are so grateful for Rev. Beckford's wonderful service at our wedding ceremony. We were so pleased! He is a true professional. rev. Beckford is also kind and made my husband and I and our guests feel comfortable. We truly feel everyone in attendance was inclined to love their spouse a little more, forgive and move forward, and/or pursue a closer relationship with our Lord as they prepare for their person.
Rev. Beckford also handled a fainting incident very well. No hiccups in the service. He was able to continue smoothly.

Rev Antonio was friendly and responsive from the outset, ‘Zooming’ with us- UK to Bahamas - to outline the legal process and the details of the ceremony. We were reassured in advance of arriving in the Bahamas; once we had arrived Antonio turned up punctually and delivered in accordance with the schedule he had sent to us in advance.
Legal formalities were concluded with the Nassau officials/Bahamas Government two days before the wedding. The wedding itself was idyllic, conducted informally and with great humour in a paradise setting. Antonio also arranged for the photographer (and special mention to the wonderful Tantura!) which was included in the price.

We were very happy with Antonio Beckford's services, he communicated well, picked us up and showed us several beaches before returning us to our AirBnb. He also met us at a later time when we drove to another beach on our own, which we picked for our wedding location. I was happy with him helping us get the marriage lincense and certificate apostilled. The wedding on the beach was quaint and his wife helped take pictures and filled in as a witness. Not only he was willing to take us on with short notice and work on a holiday, his prices were also very reasonable. He work with us on exactly how we wanted our ceremony and executed perfectly. Antonio is special
Antonio is special! The marriage ceremony was everything we could have imagined. We paid for the service to have Antonio escort us from our hotel to downtown to apply for our marriage license. That was key. He picked up our license the following day and picked up our certified copy as well. This provided a huge relief for us, and allowed us to enjoy the moment. Antonio was amazing from start to finish. He is so friendly, trustworthy, organized, and efficient! He helped us organize the entire wedding, which was so helpful to us since we have never been to Nassau. We sent our deposit through MoneyGram, which is easy and safe, and there is no hidden fees with Antonio. He took us downtown, and helped us obtain our marriage license, which I highly recommend that you do. Caves beach was incredible for our ceremony, that he recommended. Pictures, and our ceremony were on the beach, and then additional pictures were taken in the caves! Very, very special. The ceremony was simply perfect for us, he will cater to any of your needs. He helped us organize the photographer, and videographer, and they all turned out perfect! We received all pictures, and the video the next day! What a perfect way to capture our special day. Antonio was gracious, attentive and helpful throughout the entire process from planning our wedding to working out every detail. We were so grateful to have Pastor Beckford as our Officiant on our special day. He handled our ceremony with such grace and professionalism. Additionally, he kept our loved ones smiling and his message was 'On Point'! It was everything we envisioned and more. My husband and I did pre-martial counseling sessions with Pastor Beckford as well and they were nothing short of amazing. The lessons he taught us, the conversations he stirred up and the Word of God he shared with us will never be forgotten. My husband and I cannot recommend Antonio enough! We wanted something very specific, a small, quick ceremony with just the two of us and no frills. After speaking with several other vendors, no one was able to give us the small package we wanted...except Antonio. He absolutely lives up to all the positive reviews; he is professional, kind, funny, and worked hard to give us exactly what we wanted and nothing we didn't. I had an issue making the deposit with MoneyGram and he still graciously held our spot for us and helped us along the way. He took us to do the paperwork, which took so much stress off of us both. The ceremony was beautiful and to the point (as my husband said, he is an "efficient officiant"), at least for us since that's what we wanted. The witnesses he provided took lovely pictures for us, and he picked us up and drove us to our location and back to the hotel afterwards. We give him 5 stars!!Bahamas Weddings By The Sea's reply:

We live in NJ and decided to have an intimate ceremony on a dreamy beach in Bahamas, a destination we have never been before. We decided to hire Antonio as our wedding officiant because he was very responsive and communicative, we worked toghether to fit the ceremony into our budget and last but not least, we found him funny and kharismatic.
He is very attentive to details- i must mention he even thought about my makeup not melting in the heat and picked us with his car in the ceremony day :-), was patient and waited for us to get some pictures with the fotographer and drove us back to the hotel. He was very quick with our papers, especially that i had a special request to have an apostile on our certificate before leaving the Bahamas.
We are very happy with our collaboration with Antonio!

Antonio Beckford is incredible and I highly recommend his services to all who wish to renew their vows in the Bahamas. Mr. Beckford was accommodating to my small party of 5, as he chose the perfect spot on Junkanoo Beach. As I surprised my parents with the secretly planned ceremony, Mr. Beckford afterwards surprised me by renewing mine and my husbands vows. Turned out to be a double ceremony of love -past, present and future. Antonio captured the essence of my parents union so eloquently, including family members names, and important dates in his speech. The feedback from friends and family was astounding. After viewing pics and video taken, there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Everyone was blown away-as the beauty was in the simplicity. The shining sun, crystal clear blue water, made for the picture perfect setting.
