Book the Trolley!

We rented the trolley to shuttle our wedding party around Madison for photos. What an excellent choice! The trolley had A/C for a hot August day and the trolley created a great ambiance. Our driver, Patrick, provided a safe drive, and he treated us kind even when we went over the scheduled time. Jane was excellent to work with in the office, as well. Highly recommend Badger Bus because of these two employees!

They worked with us before the wedding to help decide how many buses we would need. The prices were fair and everything was well laid out.

We used Badger Bus the day of our wedding for transportation, our experience was great. The driver arrived early and was ready to go when we walked out. He was also very helpful and kind. A great experience.

Badger Bus was awesome as our wedding day transport for our Bridal party. The sales team was very responsive via email and super easy to work with. We rented the mini coach bus and it was the perfect size! The driver picked the boys up at the hotel, then came to my parents house for the ladies. He then drove us around for two hours of pictures. He was friendly, safe, and let our groomsmen play DJ. We got to enjoy some great hours with our Bridal party because he was worrying about our safe transport. Thanks for everything!

We used Badger Bus coach buses to transport our guests from ceremony venue to reception venue (and back again) in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. They were fantastic. Very responsive, very polite, and a huge help when it came to one of our guests who is handicapped. Plus, they were very affordable when compared to other bus companies in the area. We were extremely happy with these guys. Plus, who doesn't love Bucky!

I rented school buses for my September 2015 wedding from Badger bus. Donna helped me more than a year before the big day. She was so laid back even when we added a third bus at the last minute. I am so happy that we went with Badger Bus- they were reliable and very accommodating.

We decided to go with the coach buses instead of the trolleys. It not only was an excellent decision, but our guests loved seeing Bucky Badger on the side of the bus for our sports themed wedding. Pricing was very reasonable and they were great to work with.

We rented a shuttle for the wedding party and all our hotel guests. They were on time for everything and very friendly to plan with and the driver was great for our wedding day. I was also really impressed with the reasonable price for the length of time we rented them. I'd highly recommend them!

We used Badger Coaches for both our rehearsal and wedding, and have no complaints! Their coach bus made several trips within downtown Madison to get our guests from their hotels to our venue, and were right on time. Same with pick-up after dinner — and they even dropped a group of us at Wando's by request!

The day of our wedding we hired their trolley to take us around town for photos. Sadly our time was cut a bit short since we ran late, but we had a great time tooling around, and the driver took several of our guests from our church to the Overture Center for our reception, which was a nice bonus. Gary and his team were especially easy to communicate and do business with, and even gave us a discount since we were using their services two days in a row. We appreciate their hard work!

Badger Bus was easy to work with, Friendly people both on the phone and bus driver. Our wedding party got where they needed to go on time, and in a school bus! :) We got our cleaning deposit back in a timely manner. Overall - I would recommend Badger Bus to a bride looking for a reliable way to get around, friendly service, and a clean bus.

We used a Badger Bus shuttle for going to take pictures on our wedding day. We were hoping to get a trolley, but we did not book in time (a year out from our wedding date). Instead, we got a 27 passenger shuttle which still worked great for pictures. We were only taking pictures in Madison so we just needed the bus to get from point A to point B. Our driver was very accommodating with all the last minute stops we threw at him and never seemed frustrated with us. They had an iPod hook up so we could play music and they bad had plenty of space for a cooler of beer. I would definitely recommend looking into Badger Bus for transportation needs!

We had a trolley for our wedding party which drove us around between the ceremony and reception for photos. The service was great, the trolley arrived at each location on time, and the vehicle was clean. We had a wonderful time and just loved it!

Great Shuttle
I used Badger Coach for a shuttle form the hotel to the wedding site. Everything was great. The driver was friendly, the bus was clean, the price was right and we even got an upgraded bus at the last minute with no extra charge.

Badger Coaches was GREAT! They let our dogs ride in the Trolly with us, the driver was so much fun! He joked with us and was just a blast!!! If I ever need a service like this again, I will look to Badger Coaches!

We used a trolley from Badger Coaches. They were great to deal with, always fast with responses and reminders, and very flexible with their time. We used the trolley to get guests from our reception site to the ceremony site and back again to facilitate parking as the locations were relatively close. The only issue we had was we asked the trolley driver to let passengers off along the road instead of the driveway after a certain time because our ceremony was outdoors and the noise would cause a commotion. The driver agreed, but he ended up just parking on the road and stopped making trips, causing some of our guests to miss the entire ceremony! Slight miscommunication, but the rest of the service was great and a good value.

Badger Coaches really made our big day special with having the Trolley option (which is a very nostalgic and sweet Trolley) for our transportation! The Trolley was nice and spacious, fit my whole party and then some! The drivers were fantastic and funny! Very polite and courteous too.

The people at Badger Bus were professional to work with, on time, and able to accommodate our large group. We decided to go with a Badger Bus so we could fit everyone from our 16 person wedding party as well as their dates, and still have room for coolers of drinks and snacks and our personal belongings.

It was very easy to set this up and not worry about it beyond providing them with a timeline. You pay the same price up to six hours, so make sure to use as much time as you can. I had a fairly small dress but bus seats are still difficult to navigate, so if you can, opt for the limo style seating.

We rented a trolley from Badger Bus to shuttle ourselves around on our wedding day. The trolley was a lot of fun and made for some great photos. We found the price to be very reasonable. One suggestion we have is to plan your route ahead of time and also figure out how and when the trolley should be picking you up from church (if the bride and groom are leaving to go straight on the trolley!).

We used Badger Bus to run a Shuttle to hotels for guests at the reception, and then to take guests to the bars after the reception. Very reasonably priced and our driver was very friendly. The bus was very clean.

Only complaint...when we went down to the bars, we had to take two trips. The driver took a very "odd" route to get downtown, one that took MUCH longer than it should have, so by the time he came back to the venue to pick up the rest of the guests (including the bride & groom), there was hardly any time for us to spend with our guests before bar close. My husband and I were dropped off first after the bars, and according to what our guests told us the next day, the driver also took unusually long/roundabout ways to drop them off at the end of the night too. This could have just been our particular driver, though, and not necessarily a reflection on the whole company. Overall we would recommend them.

Reliable, but heard from guests that the driver was rude

Overall working with Badger Bus to get our transportation from the hotel to the wedding and back for our guests was incredibly simple, and the price to book a school bus basically all day to make a shuttle route was incredibly reasonable. I think our guests appreciated it as well, but I did hear some odd comments that our driver was rude - he never approached or spoke to us, but some guests said when they asked questions he made comments that THEY weren't paying him and he wouldn't be listening to them. That was really disappointing to hear.

Overall good experience

Minor confusion with bus route but easily fixed with a quick call to the bus driver. Was very good and willing to wait To make sure everyone got on the bus that needed too.

The trolley is so much fun, although a tighter fit than I had thought. It was definitely hard to get on board with my dress. But the pictures make it all worth it. Plus it was just kind of fun to ride around in a trolley. AND you can drive down State Street!!!

We used BadgerBus to provide guests with transportation between the hotels and ceremony location, from ceremony to reception and then reception to hotels. The process of booking and planning the transportation with Gary was easy, we ended up going with the mini coach that fit 27. A much better deal then the official transportation/limo companies. The issue was that the driver was 15 minutes late and therefore missed each of the scheduled pick ups to the ceremony. Therefore the shuttle picked up ZERO guests on the way to the ceremony! Once the driver caught up, he was nice enough and the service was fine after that. Overall, a great value if they show up on time.

Unfortunately, this was the only bad experience we dealt with for our entire wedding day. The bus was not in the right location to shuttle our guests to their hotel when they were tired of partying. This would have been ok IF the driver got out and let SOMEONE know she was there. I (the bride) ended up hearing there was a bus around the corner and sprinted out there. The driver was sitting there for over 30 minutes, listening to her earbuds just chillen out, clearly with no worries that no one had utilized her services. In the meantime, 20+ guests took cabs to the hotel we said the shuttle was going to which we had already paid for. The driver was completely inflexible with taking guests to other nearby hotels (literally half a mile from the reception). Wouldn't take my parents home with boxes of stuff half a mile down the street on a, get this, BUS LINE!! (That really put me over the edge!)

So, if you book this. Do not let them talk you into putting together an itinerary because the driver will be completely inflexible deviating from it AT ALL even though you mentioned deviations over the phone! Make sure you tell the sales rep that your driver MUST come to the door of the actual event and inform someone that they have arrived (because no one will answer the late night dispatch service - we tried multiple times) or you will ruin the best 30 minutes of music at the end of the night trying to track down a service for your guests that you were adamant about people taking advantage of.
